Business mind. Self-help life truths. The free mind of a human god!

Great intelligence.

Jiddu Krishnamurti Quotes (5)

Your mind chatters, judges, rebels, gets loud, attaches to all thoughts and beliefs, tries to win the argument with another person; and so, it loses intelligence.  Intelligence, great insight and understanding, is not of the mind.  Intelligence comes from the body without the chattering mind, for it comes from intuition.

For the mind to allow intelligence in it, the mind must stop the chatter–i.e., stop the attachment to pursuing something in life, and stop thinking so much all the time.  When the mind does this, it becomes still; and, when it becomes still, it empties itself to allow intuition, pure energy, great intelligence to enter.

Quiet observance.

One recognizes another when there is quiet observance, a stillness of the mind without prejudice and without looking with the eyes of the past.  And sometimes it happens that we judge a person based on a group, or based on gossip, or based on anger and frustration we carry from our own life.

Someone did this in the past, so I do not like this person now.  This group is known for this, so I despise this particular person belonging to this same group.  I hate all men, or women, because in my life men, or women, make my life miserable.

Learn to see this prejudice in yourself, which many times might be subconscious and built into your mindset due to your own conditioning.  Practice opening your mind, judging by facts in the present; and so seeing people for who they really are.

Where it lies.

When you hear Krishnamurti or Osho, or some other wise person, say that YOU are the world, that YOU are society, this is indeed not some spiritual and philosophical sentence for you to worship and repeat like a parrot without deeply knowing what it means.

It literally means YOU are the world.  If you are anxious, frustrated, suffering about the life of others, it is because you have no peace in your mind.  A truly awakened person sees the suffering in the world, feels for it, tries to help in some way; but then he moves on.

Moving on means to keep your attention inwardly, focusing on building your own peace of mind; because life is about happiness and, even though you must help others, you have to constantly work on YOUR own happiness.  First your health.  First your peace of mind.   First your psychological, emotional, and physical well-being.  Later, the rest.  First, YOU, then others.

The world is unconscious, it can be terrible, immoral, the cause of depression; however, to experience the opposite of this, happiness in you, you must learn to look at the terrible world, live in it, but keep your focus on you, on your wholeness.  This is what the path to Enlightenment, or to happiness, is all about.

Once you truly understand that the path lies inwards and that suffering the world is egoistical, then you will illumine yourself and begin your transformation into a better human being; but until then you are just pursuing your own sense of self-importance, playing the victim, and reflecting your lack of maturity into the world.

Through this Energy.

We can build or destroy through words, we can be freed or enslaved, people can be inspired or hurt, and situations can be understood or made worse through them.  But most people seem to ignore these facts, do they not…??

So, pay attention to what you say and how you say it, be true to how you feel but also be true to how you manage to express it.  The creativity and the understanding first have to fill your mind, then you may proceed with intelligence.

For it is all about energy.  Thoughts, feelings, words–energy, vibrations, dimensional language which has to be used properly through self-control and self-discipline.

Try to make sense of yourself and of your environment by focusing on your use of words (mental and otherwise), by not gossiping, by not following your anger and frustration, by being patient and inquiring into how you feel before you speak, by being highly conscious of absolute truth over simple belief.

Sometimes is better to keep quiet.  In silence there is much to learn, much understanding, much energy to recharge us and lead us to new and deep insights.  And a wise man knows this, because he observes himself acting through this glorious energy, and so he manages it properly to gain reality.

The Wealth of Listening.

There is too much noise in our minds, always chattering in there, wanting to express what we think and feel, trying to liberate how we feel about the world, what we hold dear to us and what we think of others.

But the truth is, no matter how freeing and good expressing ourselves through thoughts and words might be, there is no deeper connection and more direct communication quite often than silence.  The wealth of listening is wealth like no other.

And not just mental silence is needed, but sometimes listening to others, listening for others to express their feelings, to liberate themselves, is allowing for this deeper connection to happen.

Because love and this connection is not found in thoughts or words, as good and noble as these might be; however, we must become silent in our minds and stop our chattering egos to really build a better connection and base of the true essence of what we call love.

And this means not only listening to others, but quite often just being there, sharing our time, allowing our silent hearts to speak through just sitting there with the person or persons we love.  This is true love.

This understanding is paramount to be fully moral in character and so build all our healthy and truthful relationships in life, because indeed life is about relationships with yourself and with another.

So, then, you must learn to listen to yourself and to others properly.  We all must.  Not later, but now.

Transmuted by silence.

Silence is the deepest language, because through silence we avoid spilling the rushing ego.  Silence can connect us deeper than words.  Silence at the right moments can have a healing and confident effect for us and for others, because it is words that hurt ourselves or damage others most of the time; so, through silence we are avoiding impatient and upset messages in our words.

Anger, stress, envy, and any form of anxiety can really transform one’s words into knives which cut deep, and this may hurt the relationships in our lives by losing the trust and respect from others, and even the respect we have for ourselves.

The thoughts behind words must be carefully screened, analyzed before we form any ideas with them.  “Why am I about to respond this??”  “Does this really make sense or am I just tired and angry??”  Conscience and reason before any rash words and behaviors.

Being aware of what we say and do must become our everyday living, because if we are to remain positive and build better relationships and better futures then we must be truly authentic, impeccable with our expression.

Our soul, our will to go on in the face of challenges, must be fed by ethics and morals, by integrity in all we think, say and do.  This attitude of the better human being makes us whole, healthy, and able to connect with others and with ourselves with full honesty.

All thought and word not based on truth, due to an anxious and stressed mind, must be transmuted by silence; thus, we must not say anything we might regret in the heat of the moment.

Better to wait so the nervousness and the anxiety can leave our minds, to thus later express ourselves better, more poised, with understanding and truth, and without the influence of a busy life.

It is your own mind.

Whatever your mind tells you will drive your actions, and with your actions or behaviors you will either create your life or destroy your life.  This process, obviously, dictates the pleasant or unpleasant journey you have, and it shapes the interactions with those surrounding you; thus, this will create in you either self-love or a large and powerful ego which will rule you.  And the difference is in what you feed your own mind.

Your mind is like a baby absorbing everything he experiences, and if you neglect or give the wrong education to this baby, then he will grow up to be unhappy and unsuccessful in his own life; he will adopt rebellious and even criminal thoughts, and even end up self-destructing and leading others to a dark abyss of the same unhappiness.

In order to give attention and love to that baby, you must spend time with that growing baby, acknowledge the potential for greatness in that baby, feel yourself proud of the education you give that baby.  The mind grows stronger and wiser if you spend quality time with it, not just reacting to your environment and outside situations but being there, studying your thoughts, analyzing yourself and your emotions towards whatever happens.

Embrace the silence within yourself and stop looking for ways to fill that silence.  Watch the inner reactions, self-talks, behaviors you have with yourself, and also watch the interaction with others; and in this manner you will rule and design your life with much love and prosperity.  And isn’t that the whole point of life…??

Love Like A God.

Girlfriends girls only love quote inspiration God la s

Do you truly love, or do you just read about love, see others love, and so repeat it like a parrot…??  How do you love…??  If you love like a corrupted and flawed human your love will be vain, superficial, you will hate, envy, become violent at times, become controlling, attached and desperate; therefore, live like a human, experience, discover, learn, find the right path for yourself.  But remember love is not human, true love is above the tyranny of the physical senses which bring violence, judgement and flaws, for true love is divine so do not lower it to your humanity; but when you love, love like a god, because love is the power of a god when is divine and true, and this true love has no flaws, no despair, no envy, no judgement.
And you may be saying right now:  “Easy to say!  How do you love like a god being a flawed human…??  It all comes down to self-love, to embracing the power and gift of being alone with yourself.  You see, love is an essence of purity, it really is above all our human weaknesses and ignorance; but the problem is that you see people around you “love,” you see the idiotic example of society, and their love is a disease–i.e., they break up and get back together over and over again after a desire vanishes and then desire is felt again, they argue and become violent, they get into nasty and vindictive divorces, men have multiple wives in some countries displaying merely control and desires of the flesh, kids are produced from couples just like toys in a factory, etc. etc.  You see this and think is true love, do you not…??
You say to yourself that even though they do this, hate each other at times and then become passionate with each other again, they truly display love, right…??  And so, this is your obstacle, you see this “love” love through this ignorant screen.  But, you must understand, these flawed people “love” like this because it is all they know, they do not know that love is silence, that love is meditation; furthermore, this means that love is a state of innocence and purity untainted by thought. Love is known only to a god, the rest only attempts to “love” with their egos because they live superficially and never meditate; so a god is a human being who has awakened to truth, such truth which is ‘silence brings intuition, instinct, love, harmony, wisdom’ to the human mind.
And the human mind needs indeed silence of meditation because it is always chattering and hates being alone, it fears aloneness; and fear you must embrace lest you fall into the abyss of fear…  If the mind has any fear, then love is not…

The capacity to be ALONE.

Why is it that for most people being alone is so difficult…??  Do you realize that when it comes to love and happiness, inward manifestations, they can only be known by one who knows how to be alone…??

The undisciplined mind is always chatting and seeking entertainment and the company of other minds, seeking noise and distraction from the inner self; therefore, the egoistical mind hates to be alone, it despises meditation and depth, so it can never realize inward truths like love and happiness…  So what does it find out there…??

Out there, it finds attachment and pleasure.  The superficial mind loves attachment and pleasure because it distracts from the truth that the individual is not whole, the individual is lost and does not feel whole; so, the individual must seek for another person, another relationship, another buy, another trip, to feel whole…  Thus the illusion continues…  The illusion which says that the person knows love and happiness, but in reality the person only knows schemes in time and space, namely attachment and pleasure…  Isn’t this sheer madness, to live your whole life enslaved to this egoistical mirage and never actually experience true love and happiness…??

Love, same as happiness, is the foundation of what we are.  So how can it be found out there with all the noise and confusion…?? …  No.  Only the one who knows how to be alone knows it, because love is meditation, as life is meditation; and meditation only happens inwardly, when you accept and befriend your own silence, like the Sun finds its own energy and heat inwardly to bathe all of us and create life outwardly.

Give them freedom…

Do you understand relationships…??  What is the point of honest communication…??  Do you bring freedom to your relationships…??

In human relationships the key element is honest communication, as we all know, as we all try to become better human beings in life; however, quite often one gets taken by this obsession for winning, for coming out ahead, for proving ourselves to the other, thus the ego takes over and a communication based on love and understanding vanishes.  This calls for self-reflection and less pride; so, this calls for more rich silence, less talking.

The ego likes to talk and show off, defend itself and seek security; but the true heart of love is silent, wise, listens because it knows in silence there is true freedom.  And what is love…??  Is it a word…??  Is it talking and arguing…??  No.  True love is an essence which lives in the rich silence; in the rich silence of listening, in the rich silence of holding hands and walking together, in the rich silence of staring deeply into each other’s eyes… without a sign of ego… without trying to fix anything… without empty words all the time…

And that is exactly what one must bring into a relationship, into an honest communication with another, such freedom to liberate the mind of another and make them feel valued, appreciated to allow themselves to be heard by us, to express themselves freely and without any contention or threat.

This is love and understanding, to show true care in what someone else thinks and feels; because sometimes talking is of the ego and vanity itself, because sometimes to be quiet and listen is to guide our relationships into new, vaster horizons.

“Much talking is the cause of danger.  Silence is the means of avoiding misfortune. The talkative parrot is shut up in a cage.  Other birds, without speech, fly freely about.”  ~ Saskya Pandita; Tibetan spiritual leader, Buddhist scholar, and writer.
