Silent healing.

And it is so that sometimes words don’t even compare to silence.

The silence of a gaze, of a simple smile, of hand holding, of us.

There’s no need for arguments, win or lose, superior or inferior.

The mind full of chatter deceives the purpose of love.

The mind full of chatter must be changed to a silent mind.

Quite often we think that expression is about words, about arguments, about who’s louder. But expression is about communication, and communication sometimes requires a commitment to communicate without words. Sometimes is what we don’t say that finally tells people who we are. Sometimes not reacting to provocations says more than long and heated arguments.

To be calmer & more harmonious.

To be more direct and struggle less.

By remaining calm and collected, by letting go of the desire to win then, we actually win. I suffered from anxiety for long, so I know about heated arguments and an anxious mind filled with impatience. But what I needed was really the time to myself to understand that a more calm approach is healing, letting go of the anger and frustration, respecting myself by not engaging in silly arguments.

Peace with yourself.

    • If your mind is focused on others, then your mind is not focused on you.  That brings anxiety into you, loneliness, feelings of self-neglect.  It might happen subconsciously.  But after this, you act out, you become impulsive, irrational, negative with yourself and with others.

    • So, keep your focus on yourself.  Battle yourself to find yourself.  Better yourself.  Let others be.  Don’t allow what others think and do to affect you.  People don’t do things to you, but you do it to yourself by clinging on to thoughts of attachment about them.  Life is a miracle to be discovered in you, so keep seeking it in you.

In love in life.

where-there-is-love-there-is-life4

Life is the greatest exploration, the ultimate joy and glory; however, without actually paying attention and seeing life for what it really is, it can become a burden to be alive–a struggle, a constant suffering.

Now, to pay attention and see life for what it is you must have a mind of gratitude, because such a wondrous mind is full of love and understanding, even in the midst of challenges and misery around you.

A mind of gratitude clears thinking from negatives and from dark thoughts.  Negatives and dark thoughts could be your complaining, your constant stress and frustration, your empty and lonely feelings, your expectations and envy.

Gratitude is a state of mind which makes you less serious about what happens around you, and it brings you an inner peace and love for living each day.  Living each day with gratitude then strengthens your capacity to love yourself as you are in life, and to love another as they are in life.

Being grateful is something you choose each moment, and so it is not something you just wait and expect to happen in your life.  You make gratefulness happen in life.  You make yourself happy in life.  You make yourself be in love in life.

Where it lies.

quote-self-transformation-is-not-just-about-changing-yourself-it-means-shifting-yourself-to-jaggi-vasudev-87-19-24.jpg

When you hear Krishnamurti or Osho, or some other wise person, say that YOU are the world, that YOU are society, this is indeed not some spiritual and philosophical sentence for you to worship and repeat like a parrot without deeply knowing what it means.

It literally means YOU are the world.  If you are anxious, frustrated, suffering about the life of others, it is because you have no peace in your mind.  A truly awakened person sees the suffering in the world, feels for it, tries to help in some way; but then he moves on.

Moving on means to keep your attention inwardly, focusing on building your own peace of mind; because life is about happiness and, even though you must help others, you have to constantly work on YOUR own happiness.  First your health.  First your peace of mind.   First your psychological, emotional, and physical well-being.  Later, the rest.  First, YOU, then others.

The world is unconscious, it can be terrible, immoral, the cause of depression; however, to experience the opposite of this, happiness in you, you must learn to look at the terrible world, live in it, but keep your focus on you, on your wholeness.  This is what the path to Enlightenment, or to happiness, is all about.

Once you truly understand that the path lies inwards and that suffering the world is egoistical, then you will illumine yourself and begin your transformation into a better human being; but until then you are just pursuing your own sense of self-importance, playing the victim, and reflecting your lack of maturity into the world.
