Meaning.

What is the meaning of life…?? Isn’t that personal??

But what is that feeling of belonging naturally born in ourselves??

It is not about others, but about yourself.

To feel in a relationship is vital. Life is relationship, because life is one thing divided into many; however, it is still one thing, the illusion is the division. Relationship is that feeling of belonging. When that feeling of belonging ends, then one contemplates suicide. Life has no meaning without feeling that relationship. And to be truly successful in that relationship is growing as a human being.

If you’re feeling like you’re failing, then you’re losing humanity, until life loses meaning for you. Success is not in anything but you, and relationships are about your inner growth. ALL relationships. If you are in a relationship and not growing, get out of that meaningless void. Seek to be better yourself. Let others worry about themselves. Don’t waste your time and lose meaning yourself.

Nothing is more important than this. We are creatures of relationship. We feel deep. We feel hurt. We feel loneliness. We feel rejection. We feel abandonment. But we also feel love in ourselves. And that love must be nurtured in you daily. And for this nurturing to take place in you, you must watch yourself, take care of yourself, stand up for yourself, seek your own respect and admiration. Do not focus on others. Even though we may love others, the only one who can love you unconditionally and throughout life, the only one who can strengthen you and make you into a successful human being in all aspects, is YOU.

To stay in love…

Love can be difficult at times. Why??

Why does people turn to suicide??

Why can someone fall into great depression for a long time, even bringing down the immune system??

So, love. Love this. Love that. We can say that it is full of concepts. “Jealousy love.” “Angry love.” “Anxious love.” “Obsession love.” “Frustrated love.” And all the “loves” the mind interprets, right…?? But surely you can understand that these concepts are deviations, corruptions of our minds. Because if love is to be the greatest thing in life, in existence, then love cannot be these aforementioned. And love is the greatest thing in life indeed. Think about it. Love is a connection to life. It must inspire you. It must help you become confident, moral, strong in your own life.

So, if someone is to find true love without deviations and concepts, then this someone must get out from his head. Your mind overthinks everything. Love is distorted in this thinking. So, thinking, as tempting as it can be, to judge, to interpret things, to analyze this and that, doesn’t do much good if you seek to be in love. People kill themselves from overthinking in life. Suicide, depression, OCD, anxiety of all kind. Most mental illnesses exist because people overthinks and allows themselves to make concepts in life and in love. Can you see this?? Because it is extremely important. It’s not about being a doctor or about having lots of experience, but it is about leaving your concepts and think for a second about what I write here.

And I am not talking about the concept of romantic love, friendship, or some philosophy; but I am talking about true love. True love is that sensation of morality and goodness in you. And that feeling of positivity and strength in you. This love is about your everyday living, not relationships. No depression. No overthinking. No anxiety. Just love. Just being. If things don’t go as expected in life, don’t depress yourself, don’t pity yourself; but seek hard in you for some positivity. Stop overthinking and analyzing things to death. Life is to be lived. Do your best. But don’t let your mind bring you down, your immune system and all you are. So, you simply give love to life. Every day. You give your best and move on. Don’t think too much. Let it be.

What love is.

So, what is love…??

And what is morality??

Are they different??

Are they one and the same??

Think about it.

Love is not about what you think or feel, but about what you do. True love then is 100% morality, not romantic phrases, not passions and desires, and not just acting on what brings you joy and pleasure. Love is moral character, not what everyone around you does. Love starts in yourself, not in your ego which is always seeking comfortable ways to belong to the crowds around you–whether friends, family, society in general. This desire for belonging is a sickness which dulls humankind. Because love is not taught. Experiences can indeed be taught. Traditions can be taught. That which brings acceptance and pleasure can be taught. But true love is an individual who carries, and is not burdened by, no influence from any source at all.

So, how can someone seek love in another?? If love is in you, presented to your conscience as your own moral character, how can love be out there?? So many people seek it out there, as sex, as relationships, as family, as a career, as money, as prestige, as this and that. This is the sickness. The sickness which makes someone frustrated, obsessive, violent, jealous, depressed, etc. In my book titled, I ALWAYS LOVED YOU – Creatutres of Eternal Love” – https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085H8LZQ3 , I talk about how love is not of the mind, not of your beliefs, theories, or any influence from family and friends. We are creatures who easily fall trap of the illusion, of the world; however, love, as happiness, is not of the world, and cannot be found there.

While the world has beliefs about love. People making vows and ceremonies. People protesting human and animal rights. People posting nice pictures and videos on social media. You must become love yourself for it to be true in you. How…?? By adopting healthier eating habits. By seeking information on what they do to animals before you eat them. By not jumping from relationship into relationship yourself while expecting to be given love this way. By seeking to be content and truthful with yourself. By going beyond your ego and understanding why you hold beliefs and opinions, philosophies and anxiety in your mind. Liberation from all this means love. Don’t just agree or disagree with these words, but seek more information, expand your mind, seek to understand what morality is and change yourself.

What makes our lives…??

What makes us be who we are…??

Even if we do not want to be what we are, why are we what we are…??

The greatest mistake of people is to allow themselves to be guided by their circumstances and/or situations. Most of us carry ourselves and our habits, our moral compass and the ways to see life, according to how we feel in the moment. But how we feel in the moment will pass. Falling in love, that passion felt at first, this will pass; and it will require your commitment and loyalty to make the relationship work more than the passion felt. And how about good nutrition…?? If you are used to eating unhealthily since youth, then you will eat unhealthily in your older years; because your mind is used to eating as in youth.

This is why you begin training your mind in loyalty and commitment now, so relationships will work no matter what happens in your life. And about eating, the same. You begin training your mind in health rather than flavor now, so later in your more mature years you will greatly avoid problems for lack of health. Out of all these moral habits you built then, your mind becomes stronger, more expanded into intelligence and understanding of morality, and you enjoy life much more, and happiness joins you along your life’s journey. And that is what we all want, isn’t it…?? In this way, or in the other way, we all want happiness.

See, the real power, the real capacity to be great, is not in your situations, in where you were born, in the childhood you had, or in the fluctuations of this immoral society; but it is in you, because your mind is the creator of all you experience. If you drink alcohol, you chose to put poison in your body; so your mind will give you your experiences accordingly. If you choose to see your life in a negative way, your mind will give you more negativity in your life. Your mind is a magnet for whatever you experience in life. So, to remain aware of what you do daily is to watch carefully what you accept as your mind’s content. Your habits become what and who you are.

The opportunity

What is truly needed for joy…??

What are the obstacles to feel joy or happiness…??

Who is deserving of these…??

I hope your holidays are going well. I always think that everything is better if we remain grateful, for anything, for being alive, for our past, for our family, for whatever. Just find something inspiring. We are creatures of habit, and happiness is a habit. Yes, it is true that happiness lies within ourselves; however, you must be able to behave accordingly. For example, if you argue and distance yourself from your family or loved ones, then your mind will fill itself with anger and frustration. If this happens, then your habit is being angry and frustrated; and you can’t expect to truly be happy this way.

What about not eating properly….?? Food is very important. The way we eat. What we eat. If your habit here lacks health, then you will feel heavy, depressed, sick. Happiness, joy, energy to live the best life. They won’t appear in your experience. So, we are all deserving of a good life, of joy, of happiness; but it is not automatic, you have to develop good habits. This means living your life accordingly. I don’t have to explain further what it means. You know what is healthy and good for your life. You know what is not healthy and good for your life. I hope.

So, always remember that being happy, having the capacity to enjoy and bring that capacity to use, is about our habits; that is, habits of self-control, of compassion, of understanding without anger and frustration. “A man is what he repeatedly does. Excellence is then a habit,” said one famous Greek philosopher. I live that, because I aim to journey this life in happiness. This should be your aim as well, because life is the opportunity for us to become better and even make the life of others better by our example. Thanks for reading.

What are you seeking…??

Do you have specific goals??

Are you enjoying every day as it comes, or are you waiting for things to get better??

What is your purpose today??

I think that we can all share these questions, because, even though we all have our differences and carry our unique struggles in life, we are all human beings just learning through the motions. I can be more mature than you, or you can be more mature than me; however, we are never masters of our lives completely, we are always going to have doubts, fears, questions about our next move, and a lot of secrets hidden which may be burdens to carry moving forward into the future.

But I can speak for myself and tell you that I have lived life immaturely in the past, and that I have done things in my youth I am not proud of saying now; but I can also tell you what I’ve learned, which is simple, not that obvious in the moment. Life must be lived in the present. The moment hides the miracle. If I am thinking, envisioning, feeling a future, then I am not truly living. When my focus and attention stays with the future, what could happen, what could not happen, then I am robbing myself of the enjoyment of the present, no matter what that present is.

So many people try to escape the moment, because maybe the moment is not pleasant for them; but in this escape we are training our minds to always seek comfort in a daydream or in some believed future. And what happens when your mind always ignores or escapes the moment?? Well, what happens is that we develop weak moral character, and subconscious fears, and anxieties. This leads us to fall ill. Maybe psychological. Maybe emotional. Maybe physical illnesses. The fact is that whatever you don’t face becomes your burden to carry. Life is a miracle but it must be seen through the faithful eyes of positive transformation. One needs to seek something good in the moment one is living. You create your life, not the other way around.

Don’t wait to make more money. Don’t wait for a better moment in the relationship. Don’t expect the economy to be better. Don’t be attached to your imagination of a future goal. Seek to love your life and be happy now, because life is full of tiny miracles; but these are well hidden, and to find them your mind must be calm, positive, and free of anger and frustration. This is a simple message to myself and to whomever reads this and sees the truth in it. But whatever you decide to do in your life, and that is very personal. Whatever you do, enjoy your life in the moment, seek to be moral in character, display honesty and love towards yourself.

The aware life

Why is the world the way it is…?? How to see past this..?? How to let go of my own negativity…??

The world can be challenging, people dying of hunger, illnesses, great natural disasters, and every immoral choice you can imagine. No one can deny this. You can see this wherever you look.

But it is in us to wake up each morning and find some miracle in our lives. Instead of thinking about the worst that could happen, I think about the positive that will happen. The positive that will happen is not about what will happen per se; but about my own mental attitude, the content of my thoughts, me letting go of anxiety no matter what happens. It is about my mental freedom. If my self-talk steers away from harmony, if the voices in my head start seeking the negative and loudly shout the pain from failure, then it means that I must become more aware of myself and steer my thoughts towards something positive and helpful in my day.

How you feel, and how you experience life, will be a result of your daily self-talk. Do you punish yourself because you “failed” at something?? Are you judgmental in the way you see your moments in life?? What about the voices in your head about your past…?? Are they loud and always bringing up the heartache and tragedies you lived?? Can you let go of this?? Can you not remain attached to the voices that bring anxiety into your life?? Because if you want happiness, you must let go, you must train your mind to seek positivity in the negative, to see the beauty in the ugly. Not saying this is easy, but just saying this is the only way.

I will become the lover of my life, no matter what happens in it, if I remain self-aware, which is to remain focused in my daily self-talk. I will be what I tell myself daily. If I tell myself daily that life is struggle and that nobody gives me a chance, then that is the way I will remain; because this kind of self-talk is not giving me hope and strength to become better than I am now. But if I tell myself that I can get better and that I will keep on looking for better opportunities, then I will get stronger and change my life; because this kind of self-talk gives me hope and it revives my human spirit.

And it is all about keeping that flame alive (the human spirit), that passion for life which resides in you, maybe buried deeply; however, it never disappears completely as long as you are alive, so seek it. This is your challenge in life. This is my challenge in life. We are all here to keep that flame alive. Because life gets better only in this way.

Becoming better at life

What is there to smile about…??

Where are the positive things…??

Why is life so unfair…??

How do I find the laughter, the joy, the inspiration…??

Look within you past your own thoughts of negativity. For a moment, forget your finances, the people you don’t tolerate, the things you dislike about yourself and your life.

We all have something to be thankful for. But sometimes we focus on the negatives, what goes wrong in our lives, maybe we don’t make enough money, perhaps have relationship problems, etc. Also, it could be that we remain attached to what goes on in the world right now, maybe Covid, perhaps the fact that people are suffering because of this. Whenever we want to think about something negative, we will find it. Easily find it. And the human mind is attracted to “easily,” which means the human mind, in most of us, tends to gravitate towards something which doesn’t require much thought. I spent my Thanksgiving with family. Obviously, not all family due to Covid-19. I remained focused on my freedom. I quickly thought about all the negatives and things which need to be fixed in my life, and then I thought about all the daily things to keep myself grateful. I rediscovered that the positive things give me inspiration, strength to keep going and become better at fixing patiently that which I may find to be negative in my life. And that is just it. We have to look deeply inside ourselves and leave our problems aside, find the little things which can inspire us in our lives. This may be easy or not. But it is always possible.

To be happy in your life, you must do this. A Happy Life Now. You must understand that your troubles do not compare themselves to your blessings. I don’t know you, and I don’t need to know you to tell you this. Because you may be having all the problems you have, but you are alive and you have the capacity to look forward to fix whatever needs to be fixed. Or maybe whatever needs to be fixed really is just a wakeup call, or perhaps a challenge which exists to help you see things in a different perspective in order to change. Change helps you become better at your own life because it brings you awakening, intelligence, and it increases your capacity to see what you didn’t see before about your own life. So, seek the positive, as small as this may be; and keep a mind and heart of gratitude.

Without masks.

What is moral character…?? What is integrity..?? What are true moral values…??

Today, many people fail to realize that attitude, behavior, habit, is everything that makes a better human being. Words are just that: Words. So, let’s say you have great talent for something specifically, and this makes you be proud of yourself and attract people. You are charming. You always say nice things. You always give advise to others. But then you have your other side, such side unfriendly to others, not loving and tolerant with your own family. This makes you a “fake.” See, everything in life is about character, which is about being in touch with your own self; however, you do not have any character, true moral values, if you wear a mask just to deceive people.

Let us say now that a businessman dresses well, talks well, acts professionally with other people he tries to impress as potential clients. Most people would say that he is a good, mature, honest man; because they see this man nicely dressed, responsible with his business and good with all this people/potential clients. This man is superficial, and here’s why. He then shows another side. He does not treat his wife with respect. He does not spend time with his family. He scoffs at homeless people on the street. He hates people who are not important and wealthy like he is. Would you say this man is a decent human being now..??

So, the point I am trying to make here is that what makes us decent human beings is not how we look to others or how others see us, but it is moral attitude every day. How I talk to my neighbor. The example I give to my kids. The daily habits I practice. Moral character shines in our small day tasks. Do I keep a good attitude in my difficult times or do I become intolerant and hurtful to others. So, whatever you think of yourself, however cool and charming you believe you are, nothing matters if you do not strengthen your moral character.

Potential for happiness.

So, how does one choose what’s important in his life…?? How does one measure happiness?? The essence of happiness. Now, one thing to understand is that pleasure and happiness are two different things. Pleasure is something of the mind and relevant for this society, like money, like the need to form relationships, like a career, like the need to belong to a group. This could be good or bad. Your choice. But a deeper look into happiness tells us that happiness in none of these things. What happens if all these things I have mentioned are taken away…?? How would you feel if there is no money, no relationship with another, no career, no support and validation from a group??

Happiness, on the other hand, is something which exists in you, no matter what you have or do not have. Money cannot give you happiness for example. Money is good, but it can only give you pleasure. The pleasure to buy the food you like. The pleasure to support yourself and your family financially. The pleasure to travel. The pleasure to buy a computer and connect through the internet with millions of people. And all this pleasure is necessary or not in our societies, but it is not relevant to happiness. Just because you have money, a family, a career, or belong to a political or religious group, does not mean you’re happy. Happiness is in you, in your thoughts of inspiration and positivity; however, it has nothing to do with the superficial, even if important to you, achievements in society.

This leads us to Great intelligence. This intelligence is not intellectual. This intelligence is highly moral, of your heart, and it speaks loudly of your inner spirit. Money cannot give you this intelligence. Books, family, religion, politics, cannot give you this intelligence. Because this intelligence is the capacity in you to be happy. Love and happiness. Plain and simple. You may have had a terrible childhood. You may have had a tragic trauma. You may be carrying much distress, loneliness, misery right now; however, the magic to actually be happy despite this still is in you. When you were a child, it was there. But as you grew up, the stress of this society, the stress to make money, the stress to build family life, the stress of disliking other religions and political parties affected you. You, subconsciously, without knowing, allowed it to happen. But you can still recover this if you reach deep within you, but it takes surrendering your anxious mind to your heart.
