Rise up, start fresh, see the bright opportunity in each new day. That’s exactly the key to success, because that’s exactly the daily attitude that makes you a winner.
Stop worrying about what the future holds. The future is in the present. So, if you must worry, do so about the present, about doing your best in the present.
Each little thing you do now, even the most insignificant things, amounts to the future. And so, you heal your past by working on your present like this, and by giving your best in each moment like this.
Achieving perfection is impossible. But chasing perfection makes you better. A person with purpose is a person who builds his life around the best habits. Better in health. Better in love. Better in relationships. Better father/mother.
Better son/daughtet. Better in creativity. Never bilittle yourself and say you cannot do better. All it takes is passion, step by step, creating the best habits daily for your better development.
Just better habits
To be better human beings, thinking and feeling, beliefs and philosophies, desires to be better do not actually make us better. Only better habits that mold you into something better actually make you better.
But the more you think about this, the more excuses you’ll make about it. The secret is to stop thinking and overthinking it so much, just envision a better you and design better habits.
Whether that specifically is true or not, I really do not know. What I do know is that to think clearly we must be of sound mind. I base my life on this. I am an advocate for health. Good nutrition. Exercise. Letting go of past hurt. Anything that makes you lose clarity in your choices. Seeking the best daily habits to increase your moral standing.
We are our habits.
We have a powerful subconscious mind. That subconscious, whether we know it or not, fills itself with all the things we do and experience, with all the things we hear, with all the things we see and give attention to. From birth to death, we are guided to do and make choices by our subconscious mind and its content.
That is why I choose the best habits for myself and suggest the best habits for you. I suggest you stop yourself and look at your habits, at your life choices, at your mind and at your feelings. What is the content of all this?? Are you leading yourself to better choices, to the increase of great moral values in you, to change into better choices for yourself and your future??
Life gets clearer when your mind gets clearer.
I grew up with some anxiety. I did have many problems in school, and as a result I was continually being moved or transferred. I specially had problems when we moved to U.S from Argentina and my father passed away. But through it all I’ve learned that my mind is everything, which meant having control over my own mind and not falling prey of the situations around me.
So, look at your own mind, conscious and subconscious. Find out your weaknesses and why you think, feel and do this or that way. Seek to understand yourself to create better choices every day for yourself. Life is just a reflection of the clarity in your mind. I know is hard to understand this because we all carry our own anxiety and problems in life. And there’s no judgment from me here. There’s only the will to bring some insight and help you understand yourself, because that is how we truly see life clearly and grow as human beings.
Life is known through knowing love, not through excuses, opinions and obstacles born in the mind.
This book is about that eternal essence in all of us, which gets distorted in the minds of many.
This is a nonfiction book which unites spirituality with psychology, and psychology with the wisdom of the body. Through years of meditation and inner awakening, I have come up with deep observation into happiness, life, love.
This is not about romance and philosophy. This is about observing society, people, yourself, habits and the way life really is. It talks about more than love, it talks about relationships, moral dilemmas, loneliness and frustrations, the soul and our freedom as individuals…

I woke up early to write, like each morning. Currently the second book in the series ‘BENJAMIN JONES,’ titled “The Return of The Gods.” You can read a sample chapter of my published book here, the first book in the series BENJAMIN JONES. The Call of The Shaman.
I was thinking about how I was feeling and the importance of pushing ourselves and our passions, aiming to feel we are developing ourselves more and more. And how sometimes we give up on ourselves, even without wanting to do it. Because of what they say, or because of what happened in the past, or because of how daunting something seems. This can become our demons, our negative habits and way of living; and, even worse, in time if we let ourselves feel like this we may start really believing we are worthless. Great amounts of people in the world are unhappy because of this.
And then life starts losing that spark and inspiration we seek every day. When life turns dull like this then, a giant void or emptiness appears in us. Nothing matters anymore, because we lost our passion, our zest, our motivation in life. A sense of direction in life. And our sense of direction in life must be born from our inner moral compass, which at the same time is nourished by our habit of health, courage, excellence. This means that we must aim to be the best we can be, and so not postpone things. Work on our talents. Find our talents. Never let others bring you down. Never let those negative and loud voices in your head tell you that you cannot do it or that you are worthless.
Push boundaries (video)Pushing ourselves then. Pushing ourselves without overthinking and allowing our egos to block us from getting better. Because life is all about how we feel. It’s about quality. And we feel better, successful, happy, when we are motivating ourselves to become the best we can be.

The brain is your doorway or bridge to physical life. And this doorway or bridge must be kept strong and healthy. If your brain is allowed to age and become weak, then all sorts of illnesses and immoralities will possess your body while your very life becomes meaningless. One can keep feeling young and strong until the last breath; but most people allow their brains to age, so they cannot understand these words.
In order to keep your brain young and strong, obviously, one must adopt excellent habits.
1-No alcohol. No excess fats. Food must be well watched over. You must put in you all the different nutrients, vitamins, proteins, and all that which your body needs to develop with excellence. Scientific knowledge is what will lead you to health.
2-Now, also have in mind the situations in your life, more specifically the way you react to them. Always try to avoid stress and unnecessary frustration. Train yourself to seek inspiration away from dilemmas or worries. When the mind is filled by anxiety, your brain cells in time start dying. This brain cell death affects your entire nervous system and the immune system.
3-As mentioned, anxiety is terrible for the healthy development of the brain. So, you must seek the opposite of anxiety, which is silence, harmony, peace. I am talking about being with yourself, not always hanging out with others. When your brain frequencies are calm, then your brain begins creating new pathways or nervous tissue. This brings more insight, creativity, intelligence. And it also brings youth, beauty, positivity into you, reflected in your physical body, and seen in the way you respond to life itself.
4-Your brain requires nurture, care, attention, just like a relationship with another requires the same. This means to keep it always fresh and clean of toxins. Exercise does this magic. It doesn’t mean that you should spend hours exercising. If you also take care of the food you eat (#1), then just 10 minutes of exercise a day might be just what is needed. Exercise is like oiling your car, adding all the liquids, rotating the tires, doing the usual maintenance. Your body, as your brain, is your car; and exercise is like all the maintenance which keeps your car running smoothly.
To conclude, you can have all the ambitions, desires, pursuits you want; however, true success is not out there but inside you. How you feel, the quality of your life. This is true success, love, happiness. The quality of your life is the quality of your brain.
