Strengthening the bonds of love

True love is constant development

And that is the whole problem in society today, in how people have programmed themselves to recognize love. Just because you have opened your heart and mind to somebody, you think you deserve the same in return.

Or just because you are married, you start expecting unconditional and unquestionable affection and loyalty. But being human, when it comes to love, involves passion, commitment, desire, respect, always understanding more and more of how to keep that flame alive.

True love is wholeness

So love is not a given. We must develop ourselves further, better, and expand our understanding of that love. This includes all of it–the emotional part, the psychological part, the physical part, the sensual and sexual parts.

True love is wholeness, not just your poor understanding of it, not just what is known on the surface, not just what everybody else does. Learn more, because love is a mixture of many things to be mastered; and those things start as knowledge in different topics to expand your understanding, which never ends because it’s a journey to grow and grow until your last breath.

To your advantage…

Beginning the journey

We enter this world empty. The baby does not know his purpose and he doesn’t know about this life. As he grows up, through trial and error, he discovers many things about how to be, how to act, even how to think and feel.

But this shouldn’t stop him from looking into himself once he is an adult. As this adult, he is on his own, so he should master himself, or at least begin his journey to self-mastery. If true love and happiness is to bloom inside him, then life requires him to stop following the influence of the world and look into himself.

Using what you find within

And looking into oneself then can be scary, or it can bring you some discomfort. I know that my childhood, my youth growing up wasn’t perfect; so I lived many losses, heartbreaks and painful things. Sometimes looking inside oneself as an adult can move and bring to the surface all that pain or burden that we have from childhood.

All the hidden, subconscious trauma and personal issues we may carry around. But to get better, to heal, to move on and better your life, you must dig all this and bring it to the surface of your conscious so you can use it as strength. Painful trauma, or any negative memory we carry, is energy. Knowing how to use this energy to our advantage is the responsibility of each one of us.

Clearer mind, Clearer life.

Whether that specifically is true or not, I really do not know. What I do know is that to think clearly we must be of sound mind. I base my life on this. I am an advocate for health. Good nutrition. Exercise. Letting go of past hurt. Anything that makes you lose clarity in your choices. Seeking the best daily habits to increase your moral standing.

We are our habits.

We have a powerful subconscious mind. That subconscious, whether we know it or not, fills itself with all the things we do and experience, with all the things we hear, with all the things we see and give attention to. From birth to death, we are guided to do and make choices by our subconscious mind and its content.

That is why I choose the best habits for myself and suggest the best habits for you. I suggest you stop yourself and look at your habits, at your life choices, at your mind and at your feelings. What is the content of all this?? Are you leading yourself to better choices, to the increase of great moral values in you, to change into better choices for yourself and your future??

Life gets clearer when your mind gets clearer.

I grew up with some anxiety. I did have many problems in school, and as a result I was continually being moved or transferred. I specially had problems when we moved to U.S from Argentina and my father passed away. But through it all I’ve learned that my mind is everything, which meant having control over my own mind and not falling prey of the situations around me.

So, look at your own mind, conscious and subconscious. Find out your weaknesses and why you think, feel and do this or that way. Seek to understand yourself to create better choices every day for yourself. Life is just a reflection of the clarity in your mind. I know is hard to understand this because we all carry our own anxiety and problems in life. And there’s no judgment from me here. There’s only the will to bring some insight and help you understand yourself, because that is how we truly see life clearly and grow as human beings.

Society & Virtues.

Societies are for profit. That is, for political profit, religious profit, financial profit, idealistic or romantic profit, and so on and so forth. Political profit is about power and wealth. Religious profit is about keeping man confused and subservient. Financial profit is about exploiting, allocating, as well as manipulating mankind’s resources. Idealistic or romantic profit is about influencing ideas and the biological proliferation of the masses. Knowing this, you judge as you please.

There is no right or wrong here. These are just the businesses of society that most people ignore, especially when it comes to religion, as nobody sees it as just another business transaction. And none of these promotes actual virtues in the human creature, as the religious person has no problem whatsoever supporting wars, and supporting the killing of animals through eating them, and supporting other immoral stupidities. And what about romantics??

They love to talk poetically and seek that dream of the perfect person for them, but they also love obsession and hate and becoming aggressive; and all in the name of love. Religion says, “Give me your obedience and your emptiness. I’ll give you heaven and an identity with the rest of my followers.” Politics says, “Give me your vote and faith. I’ll give you honest leadership and hope to look forward to a better future.”

Can you see the business transaction here…?? Don’t overthink it, but just realize the fact. Romance says, “Give me your sincerity of heart and full attention. I’ll give you the cure for your loneliness and the fulfillment of your dreams (self-satisfaction).” Finance says, “Everything is me. Seek me as the greatest commodity. I’ll give you freedom and self-worth.”

Of course, these are just promising illusions, or the promise of fulfillment as something that can give you access to inner values. So, what happens?? People seek all these wi…

Really freeing yourself…

Freedom is about us being able to let go from our self-limiting ideas, traditions, beliefs, and ways of thinking. Too many of us observe the success of others and shrink from jealousy or envy. Too many of us let society tell us how to love, when to love, and why is important to love. The fact is that as babies we are free, we don’t have these limitations; but as we grow up we become burdened and bitter. Maybe deeply hurt and with lack of self-belief due to our difficult experiences growing up.

I ask you to look into yourself and see your own self-imposed limitations. What are they?? Why are they there?? Who created them in the first place?? Are they helping you grow as a person?? Are they stopping you from selflove and confidence?? That’s what I do with mine, as every day I seek to become a little bit freer than yesterday. See, freedom to fly means freedom to feel self-love and happiness, along with the faith and positivity to claim your place in the world.

Because if we lack this freedom, then we become self-conscious, afraid of moving forward, petrified and intimidated by others and by the challenges in our own lives. So, it’s about seeing yourself for who you are. Perhaps reminding you that, even though you are a grown-up now, you still have the freedom, curiosity, confidence of the baby you were once.
