One recognizes another when there is quiet observance, a stillness of the mind without prejudice and without looking with the eyes of the past. And sometimes it happens that we judge a person based on a group, or based on gossip, or based on anger and frustration we carry from our own life.
Someone did this in the past, so I do not like this person now. This group is known for this, so I despise this particular person belonging to this same group. I hate all men, or women, because in my life men, or women, make my life miserable.
Learn to see this prejudice in yourself, which many times might be subconscious and built into your mindset due to your own conditioning. Practice opening your mind, judging by facts in the present; and so seeing people for who they really are.
