The Way I must Go.

 

It can be frustrating and daunting to make up one’s mind amidst important life decisions, and it can be truly difficult when drowning in one’s sorrow and confusion in such moments; however, one must remind oneself that no matter how difficult the situation there is always a way to see light and get rid of anxiety.

It is one’s mind the one which gets clouded and confused, drowning in situations and claiming that there is no solution; so, it is one’s mind then the one to be explored and pacified, so that we may become harmony and clarity to create better experiences even in the midst of sorrows and challenges.


“The way I must go”

I met in life situations of thick mud
And I felt lost, filled with deep rage,
Going nowhere, stuck and sad.
Was there in my life another page…??

So I made mistakes quite often,
Paid dearly for each one of those;
But the very falls I tried to soften,
Still my blind mind was full of woes.

But in truth mud is water and dirt,
All nature to help the flower grow;
However I be stubborn and curt,
It is past my ego the way I must go.

I shall be remembering this memory,
Ages and ages to come in my path;
The lessons gave me always energy,
Even though I suffered them a lot.

Learning from imperfections.

 

Survival is competition, isn’t it…??  I mean, survival means struggle, it means I will beat you and be better than you, it means I will come up ahead in an argument or in this or that.

And that is why surviving never brings happiness or love to anyone and, of course, not to any relationship. 

When people desire to live together, get along with each other, enjoy life and enjoy themselves together, survival instinct has to be replaced by a mentality of pure love to understand and accept each other.

It is a given that no person is the same as the other, people are different, minds and feelings are diverse.  It doesn’t matter how similar their minds and lifestyles are, they indeed have differences in some aspect of life and living.

So, your mind has to be prepared to accept and love, to understand the meaning of your relationship with another, whether a family member or a romantic partner, whether a friend or a neighbor who just moved. 

This is the pathway towards learning in life.

And to learn from one another you must appreciate one another, such being appreciating the differences of one another.  This does not mean absolutely loving every aspect of the other person, but it does mean accepting and respecting the other person entirely, even when you do not agree in something together.

 

No one is perfect, but we can still learn from imperfections.

The Miraculous Birth.

What is to be free and a better human being…??  And what is to be spiritual…??  And what is to be highly conscious in life…?? 

They are the same, even though ignorance in the world, beginning by religions, tell you differently.

Being spiritual has no relation with The Bible or with any religion or “sacred” text.  Being spiritual is something that you carry inside, whether you are a saint or a murderer; however, to experience that intelligence, goodness or spirituality that you are, you must focus on creating it in your mind, or in becoming conscious/aware of it.

Hitler was not aware of it.  Pedophiles, even “religious” ones, are not aware of it.  Trump is not aware of it.  Many people are not aware of it, because they allow their environments and activities to reveal a “spiritual identity.”

So, people reads The Bible.  Or go to their damned churches.  Or listen to Sadhguru or any other.  And this means they are spiritual and conscious…??

Being spiritual, conscious, aware, is about integrity, morals and ethics through your daily behaviors, because exactly this changes your inner state, your mental state to a liberated and heavenly state–i.e., a state in which you create yourself and your life due to your higher integrity.

And that is when the superior human being is born, the intelligent creature who feels whole and does not lean or seeks his identity in his environment–in his religion, in his so-called “sacred” texts, in his lies and beliefs.

The greatest miracle in life is indeed to realize this and become integrity in all you do–i. e., realize that by eating meat you help kill the environment, realize that any lie tears relationships apart, realize that religions cannot bring salvation or truth, realize that love is not a desire, realize that all politics are games of power, realize that society will change when you start by changing yourself, realize that you are responsible for all that happens to you, etc. etc.

Create!

As human creatures we have developed the power of visualization, which is the power of higher creativity and language; hence, we can create more than any other creature we know, because we mesh images with language in our minds–i.e., language reveals stories, symbols, it brings powerful meaning to those images.

This tells us that no matter our surroundings, our circumstances, if we can create with belief and faith, through patience and commitment in our minds, then we can manifest better futures in our surroundings through that mental creation.

This goes beyond physical reality, to create from thought into matter, and that is why it is very difficult to understand and even to believe for most people.  And also because to actually create, the mind has to have no fear and doubt that it will manifest; hence the difficulty for most people who are attached to the material reality and have formed strong bonds with this same physical reality.

So one needs to walk away from physical reality to create and begin manifestation, which means to detach oneself from the obsession of matter and the world, which means to direct your attention inwardly and stop putting so much faith, trust, stress, excitement in the physical out there.

The problem is thinking that your current situation cannot be changed, because in this lies fear and self-doubt.  People overthinks and speculates how to reach something, how to achieve something in life out there; however, they ignore and avoid the origin of all physical reality, which is thought and emotion in them.

 

Thus when you create with thought (visualization) and emotion (strong emotional connection within that same visualization) then you are directing your attention inwardly and creating your life from its very origins–i.e., from within the micro-world to manifest into the macro-world.

The childlike mind.

“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” ~ Jesus Christ.

To have a childlike mind is to look at life with full faith and wonder, with positive thinking and a curious expression of yourself to explore further each moment you live.  And have you noticed how little children do not hold grudges for long, and do not carry this silly burden of “broken” hearts societies invented…??

They just go throughout life discovering and absorbing their experiences, and they do it with gladness and love for life.  They do not complain and accept failure, but they remain confident and try over and over again.

They do not judge others, nor worry about what others do; for their attention is upon discovery of themselves in the world.  This is the mind which must be kept in the adult still, so life can be seen as a gift and not as a burden, so loss and pain can be experienced with faith and with a strong spirit which quickly recuperates and moves onto better things.

Appreciating all people, without judging, without hating, without dwelling on past memories, without fantasizing about the future but just living the moment wholly.

This is the mind you must revive in you as an adult, because this mind welcomes challenges in life, because this mind never remains depressed and negative, and because this mind is creative and curious in all situations.

And you must be creative and curious to respond to your life, to accept the difficulties you live daily.  Life yields and brightens, as heavenly existence, to the childlike mind, to those minds which remain positive, curious, and faithful in the face of chaos.

To make someone else truly happy.

Beyond the laughter this photo can give us, this is actually true as well.  Demodex brevis is a type of mite that lives in the oil glands of human hair follicles; it is actually healthy in moderation, but with accumulation one can develop Rosacea and other diseases.

But still, why feel lonely though…??  Loneliness, in all its concepts and names, is really something which society invented.  The sole fact of comparison taught by society designs the thoughts and feelings of loneliness in you.

You see people on TV forming relationships, you hear of marriage here and there, your family tradition is having a big family perhaps, you have been told growing up that that is what you must do.  So you envy, and compare, and feel without value without another, and suffer this illusion designed by society.

You are slave to all this because there is no self-love active in you.  Until you accept that, you will feel miserable and compare your life to the life of others.  This is not being an individual.

An affair, love, relationship, passion for living, must first be developed in you, with you.  I know that you must read that often, but it is actually the basics in better living, the essence of physical life which is relationship.  But not with another, with yourself; learn to be alone with yourself, accept the way you think and feel, embrace your strengths and weaknesses, thrive in silence.

After that has been assimilated in your mental state, you can actually become love and happiness, then brighten your character and naturally attract others without confusing love with attachment.

And now you can actually love another with wisdom and understanding, and without any desperation, prejudice and attachment.  And because you are experienced and truly understand love now, as you have already become love and mastered relationship within yourself, you are ready to make someone else truly happy.

Stronger.

Life is full of lessons and opportunities.  Lessons can bring us growth in every aspect, if we allow the lessons to do such a thing in our experience, if we do indeed see past the frustration and the suffering in order to learn.

And, if we see past the anger and frustration, the anxiety and the pain we feel at times, we may then absorb the lesson, master ourselves slowly with each new experience; hence, we grow and we encounter better opportunities to be and acquire more, to feel happier, to be more successful in every aspect.

But, of course, this is not automatic and fast, you must develop the divine trait of patience; for patience gives you determination, commitment, wisdom in life.  He who has infinite patience can know true love and happiness; because infinite patience allows your mind time to see and find this within you.

And wisdom is needed, absolutely, because in life you have challenges at each step you take, you have temptations offering you what you desire if you have less moral values and ethical behaviors, you have anger and neglect from others around you, you have many things with which you have to deal every day.

And if you fall into temptation or if you commit a mistake, you must keep on going and seek truth, get back to the right path and endure some more; however, you have to be always prepared mentally to stand alone and firm, to be your own person, accept your weaknesses and the things in your character in which you must improve.

 

In order to see and walk life with wisdom, you must be patient and accept your life as it is, transform yourself slowly into a better, stronger person and soon you will turn things around and improve your life as well.

The magical journey…

So, there are thoughts in you which drive you to make bad choices, mistakes, to feel bad, to feel worthless, to design all sorts of fear-based behaviors.  We all have these, of course; otherwise, physical existence, matter formation, the pursuit of the better life here wouldn’t be accessible to us or even of value.

We learn from these thoughts, we either raise ourselves above them or die with them by slow self-destruction.  That is the great and wonderful challenge we all face, isn’t it…??

Imagine if all you had all the time were constantly perfect, blissful, inspiring, clean thoughts.  This would mean no ignorance exists in your mind, this would mean no duality signs, and this would mean no challenges and no opportunity to become a better person, no darkness to give birth to light.  Would you find value in this perfect scenario…??

So, let us reach freedom, which indeed can be reached, even though perfection in thoughts cannot be.  Freedom is the liberation of your consciousness from the imbalance of your ego.  Because obviously the ego (the content of your mind) serves a true purpose in shaping your consciousness and put it to good use in this physical experience, to create physical reality.

But the problem is when the ego has no balance, then it happens that consciousness remains trapped in a polluted mind which is filled by ignorance and darkness, which brings us confusion, fear, depression.

And this imbalance of the ego occurs due to our daily thoughts, which are influenced by the energy in foods, by the things we allow ourselves to watch, by the people and the environments given our attention, etc. etc.

These negative energies enslave our minds, trap our consciousness behind steel bars of much ego activity which distorts our reality; so, this takes one to make bad choices, and to commit serious mistakes, and to fall prey of fears and miseries in life.  The whole journey of life must be then to raise oneself above all this.

The Meaning of Life.

The mind wanders here and there, and questions filled by confusion and doubt appear to swallow reason in many people; but, however it is, each moment we experience, each thing we think and feel, each behavior and activity we do gives meaning to life.

It is not that achieving big goals like marriage, a great paying job, becoming a wise person, being this or that in great measure, give meaning to our lives; but all we do each day must be meant to create meaning.

The essence of existence, the essence of life is change, evolution, always moving forward; but life in reality has no meaning ascribed or given to it, because life is pure consciousness, and consciousness is molded and directed to create this or that by YOUR mind.

So, the ones who understand this, can actually give great meaning to their lives each second they are alive, without depression and doubt.  The ones who do not understand this, cannot actually find the creative meaning of their lives no matter what they do; so doubt and depression will consume them, and they will seek out there for meaning endlessly, pointlessly.

And you know when people say “I should be this or that by now” or “I deserve to be this or that in my life right now”…??  This is nonsense they create because they do not understand life at all.  Because life’s meaning is not a destiny or future, or a big goal or something you deserve because you have a plan or word hard.

Life’s meaning is the one you create each second of each day, by creating in your mind this meaning right now.  So if you cannot give a meaning to your life right now, this second, you are missing the point of being alive and having the opportunity to create your very life.

And you create meaning by enjoying each moment with bliss and awareness, and not by running after big goals and accomplishing great activities which give you pleasure.  Remember this always.

Beyond what you know…

So many people get lost in the translation of books, scriptures, revolutionary ideas, philosophies; thereby, their minds become so filled with these influences that they fall trap of what these man-made ideologies are artificially creating in them.   The mind gets lost in words and strict rules, in strategies of belief and dogmas; and so, the person becomes attached to these forms of mechanical worship.

For example, Christians put Jesus Christ on a pedestal, he is The Lord for them, worship him like he is some superior being.  But how many of those so-called “Christ-ians” are really following his very example of loving all beings, of being tolerant, of kindness, of faith, of forgiveness, and the rest…??

How many Christians have become truly Enlightened like the Jesus they praise so much…??  Many Christians support wars, kill others, beat their spouses, commit crimes, hate, lie, pollute their own bodies, etc. etc.

Or how many Buddhists, or Mohammedans, are illumined like these great prophets of Light were…??  Be honest with yourself about this.  It is about you, so see beyond your ego and your fanaticism.

People gets deviated and confused by their own egos, by their own misguided understanding of the scriptures and of all books.  What about the inner compass of each human creature for superior moral and ethics…??

There is no awakening, there is no spiritual being if you do not see past the scriptures, books, ideologies, and feel your heart and do what is right–not for your ego and mere pleasure, or to fit with some group, but for your own character as a moral and ethical human being.

The world will not change unless the person becomes an individual, and sees and behaves morally and ethically superior than the representation of his own ego, which means being love and not following the influence of books, people, and groups.

The heart, without the ego, knows what is right; however, the ego seeks outside because it doesn’t desire the path of truth–so it distances itself from truth.
