When the mind is rushing, thoughts are churning, anger festering, or anxiety overpowering your thinking, or when your ego is annoyed in any way, a relaxation is required, a whole moment of patience must be taken.
Reacting to your sudden impulses is what makes you volatile, attached to immoral behaviors and thoughtless decisions; and, as long as you keep doing this, you will remain immature and deluding yourself in your life, no matter how young or old you are.
Having a sincere dialogue with yourself, a tranquil and unexcited communication in your mind with yourself, before you react with your sudden outbursts will give you clarity on your decisions and on your daily behaviors.
Ask yourself why you react this way, how to be less rash or impulsive in your thinking, what is the best way to react in a relationship. The way you think and behave will design your character, your personality; so, if you behave thoughtfully, morally, consciously, then you will be that in your persona and you will illumine your decisions in all aspects in life.
WHEN YOU OBSERVE THE DARKNESS, YOUR WEAKNESSES, YOUR IMMORALITY, YOUR IRRATIONALITY, YOUR OWN SELFISH AND UNHEALTHY DESIRES, THEN YOU OBSERVE YOURSELF. YOU FACE FEAR AND NEGLECTS; THAT PART OF YOURSELF THAT IS HIDDEN. BY OBSERVING, BY THIS VERY FACT OF SEEING, YOU TRANSFORM YOUR DARKNESS INTO LIGHT.
This seems intellectually proper and easy to do, even obvious; however, people do not actually do this in their daily lives though, because they choose to remain unconscious and attached to their old psychological patterns.
They do this as a subconscious way to deny their own darkness, immorality, weaknesses, and what they do not like about themselves. But the reality is that you cannot evolve into a better human being until you recognize this darkness in yourself and turn it into light.
What is morality…?? How do you know morality…?? How can you tell you are acting each time under moral values…?? Can it be that a human creature falters in this understanding due to a poor state of awareness…?? Conscience in man appears to be a precious commodity, rare, although famous in the racing and boastful mouths of people but dead in actual practice today.
Conscience is not thought, obviously; for if conscience were thought then everybody would be highly conscious and aware of morality. A thought is an illusion, a way to palpate the world and create our individual experience in its physical sphere; however, a thought is indeed how one can access every form of moral conscience, but even if man dares access this higher thought it is still an illusion because morality is only real if taken to practice, to behavior, not one time but each time and in each behavior–whether we like the situation we encounter or not.
So, conscience is a realm which is not found in the average thought. The average thought is the content of someone’s mind, or the ego, which is past memories, past experiences, past educations and all ideas springing from the past (time), and based upon the past we conjure up a thought of the future, obviously. That is what thought is, namely past and future–an illusion creating illusory worlds which only have reality as far as we, as the mind, are concerned.
And so, thoughts can ponder about this and that, and through it you may know right from wrong; but this is just the “shadow” or the small reasoning spewing from the realm of conscience. Thought as the shadow of conscience, as the vestiges of morality, appears in your mind and says “this is good” or “this is bad”, or “do this” or “do that”; but, however, the ego, the influence of selfishness living in our minds, comes to you and says “do this as long as it makes you feel good” or “tweak your moral values a little bit so you get more self-satisfaction out of your behavior.”
These unashamed voices of the ego are always twisting conscience, and when conscience, when morality is changed or twisted IN ANY way, then there is loss of moral values, lack of morality and thus a corrupted conscience. Humankind currently is asleep in this state, for people think they are moral because they follow thoughts of right or wrong which fits them, but they have lost themselves in the mentioned illusion and disgraced morality itself.
If conscience then is not thought, it is something beyond the human machine; for thought is the most important part of the human machine, or of the biological machine called a human being. Thought structures and gives life to the human machine as long as energy from beyond the human machine keeps normally flowing into the realm of thought. And thought contains right and wrong, this duality which is a construct of thought.
But beyond thought, the realm of pure conscience, the everlasting kingdom of morality, there is high intuition and awareness floating freely and without the abominations of space and time (thought); therefore, this high intuition and awareness, which is not infected by the duality of thought, is 100% identity and value dedicated to be mastered by the human machine with the result of true morality.
Having said that, the implications of the ego, of the human machine, are ever so threatening to the unadulterated development of this 100% morality as long as the mechanical mind stays in a state or poor awareness. Lack of awareness then takes one to falter in understanding of what morality really is, and not only that but it creates the illusion of being moral due to choosing to do what is right and bringing self-satisfaction into one’s own biology.
Self-satisfaction is only good in the development of true moral values in the human creature as long as it does not blind you from global awareness of the whole human experience (universal humanity); however, as aforementioned, the ego tends to seek its own selfish motivations and “values” to do good, and thus in such cases one cannot truly know morality without a higher awareness bringing harmony and emotional openness to the mind and taming the passions of said ego.
Ha ha Sorry, I couldn’t resist… I like a good laugh; for life cannot be without one… But now that we have taken this out of the way, we may move forward here…
No one can do more for yourself than yourself. Others may give you their experiences, philosophies, try to guide you, perhaps bring you to have a realization; however, truth is nobody can enlighten you really, and nobody can give you so-called “salvation” or better your life in any aspect.
To actually better your life cannot be accomplished by outside forces, outside influences, outside guidance, but it is something which must be born from within you.
You are your own savior, hero, and happiness; in the other hand, if you seek these outside yourself you will become superficial and lack moral values. And truth is that most people, even good, religious people, lack moral values today.
People believe in their ignorance that by reading The Quran or The Bible, by worshiping their saints, by being very religious and dogmatic, and even by doing charity and keeping a good attitude they have high moral values. This cannot be further from the truth.
What creates moral values in the conscience of man is living every single day with self-love, loyalty to better yourself, doing for others as long as you have nurtured yourself first. This may sound selfish, but it is actually the origin of it all–namely you. Not them, but YOU.
Look at the world. Most people in the world worship saints, and are religious, and are nice to each other; however, they still support wars, famine, prejudice among peoples, this and that wickedness. Why…??
Because nobody knows love, yet they all claim to know it.
Society is formed by you.
Not by them, but by YOU.
You are The One, and so you must work on The One in order to better the outside world.
It can be frustrating and daunting to make up one’s mind amidst important life decisions, and it can be truly difficult when drowning in one’s sorrow and confusion in such moments; however, one must remind oneself that no matter how difficult the situation there is always a way to see light and get rid of anxiety.
It is one’s mind the one which gets clouded and confused, drowning in situations and claiming that there is no solution; so, it is one’s mind then the one to be explored and pacified, so that we may become harmony and clarity to create better experiences even in the midst of sorrows and challenges.

I met in life situations of thick mud And I felt lost, filled with deep rage, Going nowhere, stuck and sad. Was there in my life another page…??
So I made mistakes quite often, Paid dearly for each one of those; But the very falls I tried to soften, Still my blind mind was full of woes.
But in truth mud is water and dirt, All nature to help the flower grow; However I be stubborn and curt, It is past my ego the way I must go.
I shall be remembering this memory, Ages and ages to come in my path; The lessons gave me always energy, Even though I suffered them a lot.
So many people get lost in the translation of books, scriptures, revolutionary ideas, philosophies; thereby, their minds become so filled with these influences that they fall trap of what these man-made ideologies are artificially creating in them. The mind gets lost in words and strict rules, in strategies of belief and dogmas; and so, the person becomes attached to these forms of mechanical worship.
For example, Christians put Jesus Christ on a pedestal, he is The Lord for them, worship him like he is some superior being. But how many of those so-called “Christ-ians” are really following his very example of loving all beings, of being tolerant, of kindness, of faith, of forgiveness, and the rest…??
How many Christians have become truly Enlightened like the Jesus they praise so much…?? Many Christians support wars, kill others, beat their spouses, commit crimes, hate, lie, pollute their own bodies, etc. etc.
Or how many Buddhists, or Mohammedans, are illumined like these great prophets of Light were…?? Be honest with yourself about this. It is about you, so see beyond your ego and your fanaticism.
People gets deviated and confused by their own egos, by their own misguided understanding of the scriptures and of all books. What about the inner compass of each human creature for superior moral and ethics…??
There is no awakening, there is no spiritual being if you do not see past the scriptures, books, ideologies, and feel your heart and do what is right–not for your ego and mere pleasure, or to fit with some group, but for your own character as a moral and ethical human being.
The world will not change unless the person becomes an individual, and sees and behaves morally and ethically superior than the representation of his own ego, which means being love and not following the influence of books, people, and groups.
The heart, without the ego, knows what is right; however, the ego seeks outside because it doesn’t desire the path of truth–so it distances itself from truth.
Too many preoccupations and frustrations, too much anger and feelings of hurt; therefore, a great weight keeping people down and unable to be free of burden.
And in order to do with bliss and positive attitude, one must be free of burden. This is a must, there is no other way around it but to get rid of all baggage–whether it be friendships, family ties, past memories, and whatever keeps you in psychological and emotional chains.

When one’s thought is calmed, There is no anger and sorrow; As there appears wings to fly free, As harmony appeases the storm, There the mind with angels be.
“There are people in a cave who have been chained and are unable to turn to any other direction except for the wall they are facing. Because of the chains they cannot see anyone besides themselves, nor can they see the cave’s exit; such exit which is directly behind their backs. The only source of light in the cave is a campfire. Beyond the chained people and this fire there is a cover behind, where there are other people that go about on their own business. They are walking past, carrying stone and wooden statues of men and animals, etc. The chained ones are observing a blank wall and can see, because of the fire, the shadows of themselves and of that which is happening behind them–i.e., the movements and the shadows from the other side…
As they are walking by, some of the people behind the cover are talking to each other while others are silent. The voices echo in the cave while the shadows dance on the wall; so this activity makes it appear to the chained ones as if the shadows are real and talking. Those in chains have no other things to do except for talking about the shadows they see and hear, judge the shadows, gossip and invent stories about these same shadows, and even add their own ideas for the origin of these shadows. So they try to guess which shadows shall pass next and in what order, and in ignorance they even invent all kinds of beliefs about the shadows. So, what does this tell you…?? It is your reason, your conscience chained in a cave still…?? Are you trapped by your own opinions, conspiratorial philosophies, dogmatic beliefs, cultural superstitions, ignorant ideas of the world and of what truth really is…?? Or do you dare exit the cave in which you live to explore the outside knowledge and free yourself…??
The truth is out of this cave. Exiting the cave means the soul’s rising into a world of ideas and facts, truth and higher conscience. One can accomplish this by learning with reason and a mind clear of delusions. And you must be your own teacher for this, explore alone, have your own curiosity guide you; do not ask others, do not follow others, but seek and find yourself.
Some of us will remain in the cave with fear of exploring and learning new things outside which can make us feel uncomfortable in our egotism. Some of us will break the chains and explore out there, but when the sunlight of truth hits us we will run back inside the cave, back to our ignorance and comfortable beliefs and ideas with the rest of the slaves.
But the superior amongst us will grab that strong desire for moral and ethical growth, smash the chains, and INDIVIDUALLY run outside to learn all the factual knowledge and expand our minds, so enlightening ourselves until our last breath on this earth; because we realize that life is a chance to free ourselves, create our life, and walk ALONE into enlightenment.
We are not satisfied with the gossip and stories about the passing shadows told by other chained people inside the cave, so we decide to live that cozy imprisonment to seek the truth and stand up for the superior human creature within us (for The Higher Self within). And we do not do it to follow other groups in the search for truth and knowledge, but we do it, each one of us, INDIVIDUALLY, to explore the ability in us to perceive and think differently–i.e., a revolution of the mind.
Now, reason and conscience, the main sources of spiritual awakening and all godliness (human moral and ethics), seem to be obsolete in most people. Angels, demons, possessions, curses, the wait for blessings from somewhere outside themselves, etc.–these toxins and others infest the minds of people, due to their vain and irrational egos filled by religions and societies and the influence of them.
And you do not even have to belong to a religion specifically to be infested by this, because it floats in the air like nuclear fallout–i.e., it is in books, it is online, it is passed on through family traditions and lifestyles, it is present in truly uneducated minds (minds who do not seek truth but to fill their desires of fantasy), it is on TV shows and movies, etc. etc. No one thus actually respects the journey into awakening, but it all becomes a game between good and evil for these asleep people.
It is easy to blame something outside yourself, isn’t it…?? Then whatever happens, you distance yourself from it and you can escape responsibility. But it is also foolish, stupid, irrational, because by running away from responsibility you are making it worse upon yourself to become conscious, awakened, and thus to grow as a person, morally, ethically, and in connection to your soul or to your Higher Self.
Life can be a roller coaster if you create gods and demons outside yourself, and the suffering you design because of this distance. To live the best life, to make the best choices, you must embrace responsibility and step up, own whatever happens in your life, leave old traditions and personal beliefs aside. Use reason and conscience, expand your mind and see that you are good and evil, god and devil, your greatest accomplishment and your most extreme failure.
Own yourself and realize your own mind’s activity.
What is conscience…?? What is understanding…?? Is understanding the philosophical comprehension of tolerance but then becoming intolerant in your everyday life with the people around you…?? Is understanding to have intellectual knowledge of love but then argue and become stubborn with others…?? Is TRUE understanding the freedom of the soul or conscience….??
What is to be god-like if not to possess great understanding…?? The divinity of things, of existence itself is in a deep understanding of nature and of the great things in life; however, this deep understanding is not based on memory, not based on knowledge–i.e., the past. Knowledge is intellect you have acquired from the past, and intellect does not give you understanding to actually change your life. How many people have great knowledge of divinity, love, myths, The Bible, The Kybalion, The Koran, the human mind, etc., and how many people actually are enlightened or awakened because of this….??
Knowledge, as important as it is, is of the mind, of the ego; but it does not change the behaviors of people, unless they apply this knowledge in their everyday behaviors. Behaviors rich in higher principles, rich in morals and ethics; and this, exactly this, frees the soul, creates a superior human being. Better, authentic behaviors are one with our soul, because to embody the soul and to free it from our vain egos and intellectual pursuits is to have greater understanding.
So, the excellence of the soul is this, to become us in the flesh through higher principles in our daily behavior, morals and ethics; opposite to this, to have great knowledge and speak it, to vainly read all day and then gloat about it, is indeed to remain asleep.
To behave in a way that the soul can free itself is to liberate our conscience from the tyranny of the ego.

Our Age– Kali Yuga: The final age lasts only one tenth of the cycle, however, that is certainly long enough as it is the age of darkness and ignorance. People slide further down the path of dishonesty, with virtue being of little value. Passions become uncontrollable as unrestrained sexual indulgences and manipulations run through society. Liars and hypocrites rise (specially in politics and religion institutions). Important knowledge is lost and scriptures become less and less common. The human diet is now ‘dirty’, and people are not even close to being as powerful as their ancestors in the Satya Yuga (another, prior age). Likewise, the once pristine environment is now polluted. Water and food become scarce, as do family bonds.
Besides all the natural disasters around the world like the melting in the Antarctica and others, The Trump Administration leaving global treaties like environmental peace and animal welfare, the secret usage of extraterrestrial technology (originated from The Roswell Crash) to build weapons and better flying technologies by United States, famine and massive injustice around the world, Religion has been outed and slowly falls from grace…

With whom the kings of the earth(all politicians and rulers with a thirst for power)have committed fornication (have joined in the building of wealth and of power over the suffering of the world), and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication(people have been dulled and influenced by their lies and ignorant interpretation of God, love, and justice). This is telling us that at the end of times (a period of time, perhaps this Kali Yuga) the judgment from awakened people, that is of people who can see the wickedness in The Whore of The World), shall destroy it, and so they shall liberate themselves from their blindfolds. And it is also communicating to us that all this pain and wickedness is “pre-destined,” that it has to happen this way; for nothing happens randomly in terms of human evolution or consciousness evolution. Soon consciousness shall be liberated from the tyranny of the religious believers’ ego, and so this is the age for this to manifest; so one must accept, understand, see the lesson of it.
