A very personal decision.

For thought to manifest, to create beauty out of ugliness, to attract wealth out of poverty, to bring health out of an unhealthy body, you need higher intelligence, higher projections of imagination.

Animals do not have this.  Plants do not have it.  They are literal, what you see is what you get.

But in our human existence, the ugliest man can make the most beautiful woman fall in love with him, the unhealthiest person can become the healthiest one, the poorest person can become the richest, the dullest individual can become highly intellectual and talented, etc. etc.

All these accomplishments and more are manifestations or creations of our higher minds, of higher imaginations to be more precise; hence, humankind has been gifted with higher states of imagination, so what we imagine, without fear and with divine patience, we can manifest throughout our lives.

Evidently, it not only takes imagination but our own effort; therefore, we have been given the most powerful tool to build, but we must use it properly and without obstacles to building–i.e., without fears in our minds.

And it is funny that the same powerful tool given to us also brings the most powerful enemy into us, fear.  So we may create better futures for ourselves or we may destroy our futures by the same power, namely Imagination.

 

And it is a very personal decision though.

The brooding storm.

Anger, desperation, anxiety, blinds you and leaves your mind weak and crippled.  It is like a storm of smoke or heavy fog has filled the mind.  You are at the mercy of the storm, lost and without seeing better direction.

This is why the mind must become a sacred place, the sanctum sanctorum, the harmony and reason you need; therefore, in your problems, arguments, life challenges, you can trust your mind to give you reason and strength.

In a world where everyone becomes angry, violent, unconscious, attached to beliefs and points of view easily, you must rise up and become better than this world, so you can face life and its events with poise and understanding.

If you are to be the best fighter, your own hero, the confident and faithful character of your life, then you must rule your mind and not allow it to fill you with anger and frustration whenever something or someone does not agree with you or with your way of seeing things.

All that is needed in life is a mind that is filled by peace and harmony, so that the best strategies and solutions may be clearly seen with wisdom and reason.  No need for anger and frustration, is there…??

Your mind will react to situations the way it has been programmed to do so, so if you must practice a better way, a more focused and reasonable mental program to fight your battles, you must stop procrastinating and begin now changing the way your mind operates.

Creating how you feel.

What builds character…??  What gives man and woman their self-respect…??  What gives you honest integrity and capacity to create a heaven for yourself…?? 

What builds the soul of the human creature, what creates value in him, what gets rid of feelings of emptiness and misery, is unquestionably his behavior in the personal and public life.

His strength of character in difficult or challenging situations is everything, because it makes him feel mighty, because it inspires him to feel that he is strong and truthful within himself.

These boosted feelings of strength and truth that he feels when he behaves with integrity in his life, create great self-respect, great self-love; and so, this evaporates any emptiness or darkness within himself.

See, heaven is a state within you which makes you feel whole and truly happy with yourself, with your life in general; and for this you must dedicate your time to behave with integrity in ALL you do, which means to discipline your mind to think in moral values for yourself and in your behaviors towards others.

You project into the world what you are inside, or how you feel inside; therefore, if you feel lazy, or empty, or miserable, or lonely, or immoral, then you will project that same state into your behaviors as well.  And so, your life will always be what you bring into it.

Your life then is a mere reflection of what you are, how of you feel within; hence, it is pointless for you to complain and act out whenever your life turns out depressing or your situations challenging, for your inner states create your outer experience of life.

Your inner states then are managed and kept well nurtured when you choose self-discipline in your actions, through behaviors of integrity, even if you do not feel like it.  Doing good, honest, and noble actions will create that love and happiness you need in order to feel a much better inner state constantly.

Intimacy.

 

So, I think that to understand what intimacy really is, one must go to the origins of it.  What is to be intimate…??  Where is this substance of intimacy created…??  Is it part of love, or a creation of society…??

Let’s see, love is deep connection and understanding, and it is dwelling within you; and to experience it in your everyday life you must make it conscious, you must create and bring this love into your mind.

Now, intimacy, being that love is intimacy itself, is also within you.  Intimacy then has nothing to do with sex, or a relationship with another.  Of course, you can bring intimacy into a relationship with another; however, intimacy, being love, must be first cultivated and developed within yourself, consciously in your mind.

Do you know why people have sex, get into relationships, get married, and still have problems which lead to separations, trust broken, and lots of pain…??  No intimacy.  And the problem is that they never developed intimacy within themselves first.

How can you truly love another if you do not know love….??  How can you cherish and respect another if you do not cherish and respect yourself first…??  How can you be truly intimate with another if you do not know intimacy…??  People fail in creating love within themselves, so they cannot, even if they try, truly love another.

Getting in touch with your emotions, integrity in character, accepting and respecting yourself–this creates intimacy in your mind.  Seeking love and happiness outside yourself because you feel empty and needy inside–this creates lack of intimacy, lack of love, and suffering which you bring to another in a relationship.

The Miraculous Birth.

What is to be free and a better human being…??  And what is to be spiritual…??  And what is to be highly conscious in life…?? 

They are the same, even though ignorance in the world, beginning by religions, tell you differently.

Being spiritual has no relation with The Bible or with any religion or “sacred” text.  Being spiritual is something that you carry inside, whether you are a saint or a murderer; however, to experience that intelligence, goodness or spirituality that you are, you must focus on creating it in your mind, or in becoming conscious/aware of it.

Hitler was not aware of it.  Pedophiles, even “religious” ones, are not aware of it.  Trump is not aware of it.  Many people are not aware of it, because they allow their environments and activities to reveal a “spiritual identity.”

So, people reads The Bible.  Or go to their damned churches.  Or listen to Sadhguru or any other.  And this means they are spiritual and conscious…??

Being spiritual, conscious, aware, is about integrity, morals and ethics through your daily behaviors, because exactly this changes your inner state, your mental state to a liberated and heavenly state–i.e., a state in which you create yourself and your life due to your higher integrity.

And that is when the superior human being is born, the intelligent creature who feels whole and does not lean or seeks his identity in his environment–in his religion, in his so-called “sacred” texts, in his lies and beliefs.

The greatest miracle in life is indeed to realize this and become integrity in all you do–i. e., realize that by eating meat you help kill the environment, realize that any lie tears relationships apart, realize that religions cannot bring salvation or truth, realize that love is not a desire, realize that all politics are games of power, realize that society will change when you start by changing yourself, realize that you are responsible for all that happens to you, etc. etc.

Value in relationships.

Each one of us, as human creatures in this physical life, seeks to feel acknowledged and valued by the people who surrounds us; for we all have a need for love and happiness in our very personal experiences, and such means we all need to feel respected and cherished by what we think, feel and do.

The core, the great vitality and purpose of life is to develop ourselves in regards to relationships–i.e., relationships with ourselves and with others; friendships, romance, family, acquaintance, and discover the deep connection between each one of us and the world.

This tells us that relationships must be developed strongly, based on a deep love and understanding, that respect towards each other’s different points of views and personalities must be understood and even celebrated.  Because we can all learn from each other–from the good and the bad.

But a human relationship may be fragile if it is not taken seriously, if it is not based on patience and understanding, respect and commitment to growth; therefore, no matter what impulses, what psychological temptations, what outbursts of anxiety we feel at a given moment, honesty and integrity must guide and build our character.

All can be reconciled in a relationship but a deep break of trust, because the first to be kept is your own self-respect and value; but by allowing lies, cheating, disrespect from others, you are certainly disrespecting yourself and devaluing yourself–which sooner or later will take you to self-loathing by adopting feelings of paranoia and confusion, and so a sure self-destruction.

So, know that no matter the situation or the disease (in the case of somebody whose excuse to lie and cheat is some mental one) or the excuse somebody gives you for any reason, your self-worth, the love to yourself comes first; therefore, you must do what you must in order to keep your mental peace and harmony.  Walking away without looking back is often what will give you your peace and harmony back, so do not hesitate on doing this; for it is about your ABSOLUTE happiness and integrity/loyalty towards yourself.

What you owe to yourself.

I knew someone who used to keep how he really felt bottled up inside, he was filling himself with all these unexpressed feelings and thoughts; but at some point he would feel overwhelmed due to all this toxic storage deep inside, and so like a balloon with too much air he would end up bursting into anger and anxiety.

This system of behavior was really bad for his own character development, for his mind and his overall health; and, furthermore, this really damaged his relationships and destroyed greater opportunities in life–i.e., his financial and societal opportunities, as his understanding of family values and tolerance of himself and of others.

And the worst, he would lose it whenever he would burst into these unexpressed emotions, his mind would get so angry and anxious that all love and understanding would leave him.  He would lose himself in that moment.

He would really hate himself afterwards though, because he was a really nice guy with really lots of love buried deep to share with others.  He just did not know the right way to share this love.

And this can happen to any of us, if there is no self-awareness.  Self-awareness means in this case to know that you must express yourself to free yourself.

You have to share your thoughts and feelings with people; do not keep them inside just because you think they are negative or because you think people won’t like to hear them.

Be honest, but not cruel.  Transform your words and feelings accurately into direct truth.  Speak your mind, be firm in your personal convictions and loyal to yourself.  You owe that much to yourself.

And you also owe that much to others if you want to walk the ethics-and-morals path, and if you want your character to develop mightily in your life.

Before the womb.

 

Consciousness moves like passive air beyond the realm of matter.  I can see it with my inner eye.  It is filled by a kind of IN-formation and conscious energy, it is one and both at the same time. Darkness and light are contained in it, and yet they are not.

As the biological environment inside the mother prepares itself to form physical life and the womb adapts itself accordingly, Consciousness enters and allows its in-formation to direct its conscious energy to thus begin the process of ephemeral life.

And so the fetus grows.  And the heart connects to Consciousness, and some small biological awareness initiates, and it develops further.  And then, much later, there is a baby.  The egg hatches and the baby comes to know the world outside the mother.

But as the baby grows and learns about physical life, he also creates an ego; so, the content of his mind pulls him to one extreme or the other.  He grows attached.  He might develop healthily and appropriately, but he lacks balance.  He develops an emptiness he does not feel until he matures later in life.

He might not recognize his own emptiness, even though he is a full adult now.  Subconsciously he has many problems, many programs running him, many issues with himself and with the world in which he lives.  So, what does he do…??

He becomes restless, seeks meaningless relationships, seeks unhealthy foods, becomes a hypocrite, grows prideful, does drugs, parties a lot, judges others but not himself, and more nonsense he creates out of his massive, anxious ego.  But he does this because he starts to consciously notice his own emptiness coming up to the surface, nagging him without rest.

 

He either destroys himself or re-creates himself. 

He either continues dying spiritually or begins awakening himself.  

He either keeps buried his life before the womb or he remembers his life before the womb.

The truth of who he is then, is found in his life before the womb.

Create!

As human creatures we have developed the power of visualization, which is the power of higher creativity and language; hence, we can create more than any other creature we know, because we mesh images with language in our minds–i.e., language reveals stories, symbols, it brings powerful meaning to those images.

This tells us that no matter our surroundings, our circumstances, if we can create with belief and faith, through patience and commitment in our minds, then we can manifest better futures in our surroundings through that mental creation.

This goes beyond physical reality, to create from thought into matter, and that is why it is very difficult to understand and even to believe for most people.  And also because to actually create, the mind has to have no fear and doubt that it will manifest; hence the difficulty for most people who are attached to the material reality and have formed strong bonds with this same physical reality.

So one needs to walk away from physical reality to create and begin manifestation, which means to detach oneself from the obsession of matter and the world, which means to direct your attention inwardly and stop putting so much faith, trust, stress, excitement in the physical out there.

The problem is thinking that your current situation cannot be changed, because in this lies fear and self-doubt.  People overthinks and speculates how to reach something, how to achieve something in life out there; however, they ignore and avoid the origin of all physical reality, which is thought and emotion in them.

 

Thus when you create with thought (visualization) and emotion (strong emotional connection within that same visualization) then you are directing your attention inwardly and creating your life from its very origins–i.e., from within the micro-world to manifest into the macro-world.

Beyond the biological machine…

The Breath keeps us alive, it maintains the mortal shell and the “illusion” of the physical.  Oxygen enters our bodies and fills us with life energy in order to function properly within the interactions of this machine we carry.  The gateway to the other dimensions is breathing.  The bridge between what we call life and death.

Once breathing is stopped then, our biological system stays with a few reserves of this life energy so it takes from our cells and its storage to continue brain function; however, soon it runs out and brain starvation occurs due to oxygen lack and this life-giving force (prana).

Now, and this is the interesting part, when we consciously avoid the breath for a few seconds repeatedly the brain becomes strengthened, the mind self-aware–and all this increases brain capacity and emotional connection within the machine.  This is what happens in deep meditation when done properly.

Spiritually wise, we may say that this act or process connects us to what is beyond this physical reality or this very real substance of “illusion.”  Most of the time we live while our subconscious controls breathing, but when we consciously control and break the barriers of mechanical breathing we walk the bridge between this reality and the next.

The ego is sustained, like all our biological functions, through breathing, so it is evident that when we hold our breath and starve our brain for a few seconds repeatedly, in a daily fashion, the ego loses power or influence over the mind because it is not sustained anymore–at least for a moment.

This is what fills us with new cosmic energy and resurrects us every time from the deadly toxins of the ego activity; a break from thought which awakens our whole being and connects us directly to what we truly are beyond our biological machines.
