Be patient. Be humble. Be committed. Stay on course and focused. Don’t let negativity, loud and anxious voices in your head, and your stress, bring you down.
Nothing can disturb you more than your own mind, so focus on self-discipline specially in the midst of hard times. Keep your mind and body sacred. Watch what you eat. Be careful of what you allow into your mind.
Be mindful of your thoughts. Pay attention to the time you give to others, because people can suck you into their dramas and anxieties. In order to lead your life successfully, you must be self-aware at all times.

Don’t block yourself from that warm feeling of wholeness in you. Don’t fill your mind with desires for something and/or someone. Leave all the overthinking and planning obsessively. The worst you can do is to be here while your mind is somewhere else. Be present wholly.
To be present wholly, be actually present, stop thinking so much, and learn to value the moment you are living. It all stems from the moment you are living right now–happiness, love, success, confidence, etc. Don’t let your mind wander and steal from you the value of this moment.
You have one life to live, lead it from the present moment. Many times people engage in an activity while their minds are somewhere else. This is not productive. This is not being aware of yourself. This is seeking the illusion of love and happiness in your mind, instead of being yourself love and happiness in your body and in the moment.

If you really do understand why you suffer this, that all has a purpose, then learn from it, study the mechanics of that suffering, accept your weaknesses and do not make more excuses. Awakening is a process you initiate when you become aware of your own garbage.
Awakening is about doing something to understand your own suffering and darkness, and as soon as you understand it then you can improve your life. Period! Wake yourself from your own slumber. Don’t just read about awakening and repeat it like a damn parrot.

Being in a good mood is being positive, even in the face of something you do not like. Being in a good mood means to focus on the positive side of your life. Being in a good mood is to choose inspiring conversations and ignoring mediocre ones which do not serve you.
Being in a good mood is to give your time to people and situations in life without letting your mind be affected by any toxicity. And to be in a good mood you must keep your mind fit, healthy, truthful; and without self-deceit and self-neglect.
To be in a good mood watch entertaining and inspiring movies which give you better mental vibrations. To be in a good mood choose good music as well. And to keep yourself in a good mood develop greater habits daily, inspiring and creative habits which strengthen your unique character.

Your mind chatters, judges, rebels, gets loud, attaches to all thoughts and beliefs, tries to win the argument with another person; and so, it loses intelligence. Intelligence, great insight and understanding, is not of the mind. Intelligence comes from the body without the chattering mind, for it comes from intuition.
For the mind to allow intelligence in it, the mind must stop the chatter–i.e., stop the attachment to pursuing something in life, and stop thinking so much all the time. When the mind does this, it becomes still; and, when it becomes still, it empties itself to allow intuition, pure energy, great intelligence to enter.

I asked a singing bird who flew in my room,
“How can you sing in this world of darkness??”
She said, “I sing in spite of the darkness,
I sing to flame the fire that shines in the dark.”
And I asked, “And how can you fly worry free??”
She flew to me and said, “To worry free I fly.
I fly to love singing every day without worry.”

Its is a good reminder that each person lives in his own world. Nobody, absolutely nobody, is the same. Not even your sister, mother, friend, lover, husband. You need to realize that people go through the roller coaster of emotions like you do.
Some are more conscious and awakened than others. Some are more simple-minded and stubborn. Different levels of awareness, consciousness. So, in order to get along with everybody you meet and not lose yourself, you must stay with yourself.
Realize that your experience is not the same as another, even if you live in the same household. An experience is about your thoughts and feelings, not your environment; so we all have different experiences.
And childhoods are relevant in this as well. Our past made the way we are. Accept people for who they choose to be, and if you must then move on; but stay with yourself, do not get absorbed by another person’s drama.

So many people seeking things out there–i.e., better finances, different diets to lose weight, ways to cope with psychological trauma, relationships rooted on true affection, scriptures and religions to find God, etc. etc.
But life is not outside you, lived through activities, created by activities. The activities, the seeking out there, is really a mirror of your actual inner experience; for the purpose of the activities is just to guide you to recognize your inner self.
Life only satisfies you, offers you love and happiness, when you stop seeking desperately and observe yourself. What is outside you, your situations out there, are mere illusions, just reflections of how well, or how poor, you truly know yourself.
And so, you fix whatever needs fixing in yourself, forget the rest. The rest comes into place when the inner gets better. Your inner self is the only reality. Work on that for as long as you breathe.

Stay with yourself. Create your feelings, and don’t let others control how you react. Learn that people cannot be changed by you, they are who they want to be; that is, for better or worse, not your problem.
You must express yourself, be true to yourself; but let people have their beliefs and opinions. It is not your responsibility to save anyone. You only point, but let them decide if they will walk in that direction or not.
Stop being so arrogant as to make it your duty to control people and make them see what you see. Worry about your own faults, your own ego, your own psychological addictions, and open your own eyes. That is the only responsibility you have.
