Anatomy and physiology of life Business mind. Self-help life truths. The free mind of a human god!

Your loss.  The troubles in your relationships.  Your struggle to detach from painful memories.  Your desires unfulfilled and obsessive which bring you that anxiety and frustration you carry.  It is all suffering, isn’t it…??  It is meant to be that way for you.  Do you truly realize that…??

If you really do understand why you suffer this, that all has a purpose, then learn from it, study the mechanics of that suffering, accept your weaknesses and do not make more excuses.  Awakening is a process you initiate when you become aware of your own garbage.

We all carry unhealthy habits, issues that are personal, garbage we have been carrying for long, things to better in our character and behavior.  But don’t look at others; look at yourself.  Change yourself!  Analyze yourself and accept your own garbage.  Accept and be humble enough to understand that you have to work on self-development.  Do not just agree or disagree here.  Do your inner work.

Awakening is about doing something to understand your own suffering and darkness, and as soon as you understand it then you can improve your life.  Period!  Wake yourself from your own slumber.  Don’t just read about awakening and repeat it like a damn parrot.

This deep inquiry.

Welcome your troubling memories and accept the life you have for what it is, because these are a blessing in disguise.  Suffering is the same as happiness, as joy; but just distorted and made traumatic by the limited mind.

Don’t fear the difficulties and challenges in your midst, because if you did not have them then you could not grow and become stronger, wiser, and with the capacity to understand your own path in life.

Each morning after my meditation, in that place of sweet surrender and exquisite silence of my mind, I think about my past troubles and every challenge I faced.  I wouldn’t be who I am today without them.

Have you ever thought about your own suffering…??  Why you have it??  What is the true reason for life to give that to you??  Truth is in this serious and deep inquiry, and not in escaping it.

You and your suffering, your anxiety, your anger, your troubles are one and the same; but your mind distorts that truth.  Don’t allow it to remain arrogant and steal that truth from you.

The dawning of wisdom.

Look deeply into your troubles, into the anger you feel, the loneliness, the envy, the heavy stress, the obsessive desire to possess someone or something; and discover the buried thinking patterns, so you can rise above that feeling and realize that you are bringing this onto yourself.

Complications, hardship, suffering is the construct of our petty, little minds when attached to our physical perceptions.  Everybody seeks dating, commitment, marriage, kids; thus, you observe this, you attach a “happiness” and “love” label to it, and so you develop the desire to copy.

You see others get wealthy, better jobs, expensive cars, great shopping; therefore, you believe that this is the “normal,” that this is what happiness really is, and that you desire to be part of this tradition and collective desire of the unconscious masses.

So, you do this, you struggle to be part of all this society nonsense, and you even fill your mind with constant anxiety in the process.  Why…??  Does it make you truly happy??

Do you even truly understand why you obsess about this and feel the nagging need to be this way, always seeking, copying, competing??  So, this is your ego, the secret obsession you have to achieve more and more; but you judge if it works for you or not.

Inquire into yourself and find out why you seek this and desire to achieve and even belong to the collective, because if you do not inquire into it then you will never really understand yourself, your life, and what love and happiness are beyond any petty desires you may have.

When The Master Speaks.

When you go through difficulties in your life, or things you do not like, or the actions of others have upset you, or you are paying the consequences of your own actions, it means that the essence of life, of your true self, is trying to make you aware of something–a lesson, another point of view, a realization of self-love, a sign of something.

Nothing which you live, even though it might seem otherwise to your ego, is irrelevant or worthless in terms of your psychological expansion and emotional learning capacity.  Now, you can accept this truth and become wiser in your own life, or you can deny this truth and live your life with anger and frustration.

The choice is always yours, but nothing ever goes away; so, either you see that and welcome it, or you remain thinking that life is unfair to you and random.  Deep understanding of your life as it is, or chosen suffering in sleep.

It is teaching your conscious or your subconscious something, for you to realize now or later.  When my father died and I had to help take care of my family in a country like this one, U.S., foreign to me, I suffered much, days and nights of neglect, crying and blaming life, because I felt alone and trapped.

But as years went by, and my mind expanded, matured, I learned the lesson, that my father had to die and I had to struggle for years to awaken from my own self-pity.  Point is, whatever happens to you, whatever chaos and evil you consider currently, nothing is permanent, it will change; and so, it will be your choice if to see the lesson or not.

Facing them…

Running away from your problems, from your difficult memories, from your challenging situations, is emboldening fear so it can possess you strongly and even with more intensity each time.

Trying to escape any past fear through putting a brave face, or through pretending to be someone you are not, or through romantic pursuits, or through any other method which seeks to bury that fear is pointless, naive, immature.

Fear, pain, difficulties are there for a wise reason, and you must not cover it like you would a wound with a bandage or a dead body under soil; but you must feel the hurt, the fear, the challenge, stay with it, befriend it, and then slowly transmute it and make it your ally in life.

In order to move on and heal yourself, to be better, to get better opportunities, to experience better relationships, to feel love again, you have to understand your current pain and suffering; and so, to understand it you must learn to cherish being with it and accepting it.

The only way to get stronger, to keep happy and in love, to be a better human being in all aspects, is to embrace all you are right now, with your strengths and joys, with your weaknesses and hurts–especially with your weaknesses and hurts, because these can become mighty motivation to move onwards in your life.

You cannot fight nature, whatever it is currently, and expect to have your own egoistical and impatient way.  You must embrace nature and be humble in allowing it to take its due course in you.

Accept your human condition.

The human mind in survival mode is when our ego suffers, because of a loss, because of embarrassment, because of lies, because of this and that.  And this suffering, evidently, brings about the need (attachment) to escape it.

This happens whenever one suffers, attachment, this nagging need to change into joy or happiness our experience; however, this reaction to suffering is not conducive to the development of the human condition.

And the human condition must be accepted in each one of us, just as it is, pleasant or unpleasant; for your responsibility is not to force your human condition but to accept it, because in acceptance there is your strength, your wise development, the rich essence of moral values growing within you.

So, do not make yourself anxious, overwhelmed by stress and screaming survival mode, whenever you suffer or stand in front of a difficult situation; but welcome whatever you experience, do not complain and try to run away as fast as you can, be strong and allow your life to open your inner eye of understanding.

The worst you can do in life is to deny a situation by forcing change or by fearing it, even if it is extremely painful to you.  Forcing something is bullying something into change; life, as you, do not respond well to violence or bullying.

You must become one with your challenges, losses, difficult situations, thus in order to remain aware and anchored to life so to find the answers to move forward and create better futures.

Fear to suffering is your enemy.

Love brought into your suffering is what you must seek and so befriend.

Are you suffering…??

Whatever suffering you are going through right now, whatever issue you have, whatever memory pains you, it feels so deep and constant, buried into your thoughts and overwhelming your whole body as you bring memory of it, because in reality there is no separation; but it is your ego, your intellect, the one which tells you to run away from it or to fill your life with ways to ignore it, which thus builds the illusion of being two–i.e., you and suffering.  This is why life is experienced as duality and Oneness seems to be just a nice concept; for thought, the ego, makes it all dual in order for us to choose between two, form different human relationships, and see differences in this physical world.

But underneath the myriad of structures of this world, underneath your joy and your suffering, there is only one essence which is the experience, neither positive nor negative… just an experience… just an experience your ego chooses to translate into joy or suffering… and which becomes the dual experience of your humanity… the differences you think and feel every single day…
Being human means duality, which is moments of joy and moments of pain, pure and impure thoughts, feelings of confidence and feelings of worthlessness; and so, all these are us, are part of our humanity.  And because it is part of our humanity this dual process, then we must embrace and acknowledge whatever we go through, not ignore it or escape it.  But we must welcome it and accept it, not dwell in it and not relive it over and over again; so, you are to feel it, explore that feeling, accept, and move on with your life, and for that you MUST forgive yourself and others.

Two are One.  One and the same.  When you run away from something you feel, for example suffering, you run away or ignore yourself; and because of this deep process of neglect upon yourself by yourself, then suffering comes back strong and never leaves you–i.e, as a form of self-punishment or self-slavery, one may say.

But instead of ignoring or running away from it, you must acknowledge and accept, just be, welcome it and do not react to whatever you feel… because in time you will feel the Oneness in you… because in time your mind and your body will become one and you will not suffer what before troubled you so… because in time you will embrace the love of acceptance and your mind will stop dwelling on past memories while resisting to leave…

“Buddhism teaches us not to try to run away from suffering.  You have to confront suffering.  You have to look deeply into the nature of suffering in order to recognize its cause, the making of the suffering.”  ~ Thich Nhat Hanh.

People’s aggression.

Suffering brings certain reactions in the individual, either suffering due to our own ignorant choices or some subconscious conditioning programming our deep personas, and these reactions manifest violence most of the time, explosive, irrational, and prejudiced, because these are reactions based on fear.

Watch your thoughts and emotions when dealing with irrational people; because it is about your mental peace, so either observe their lunacy or just walk away…    “Weak people, revenge.  Strong people, forgive.  Intelligent people ignore.”  ~ Albert Einstein.

Fear comes along and the mind alters itself by the dark presence of it, and so this mind distances itself from clarity, harmony, love, deeper understanding; consequently, this mind, overwhelmed by fear, seeks security, it says, “Before somebody else hurts me or judges me in any way, I’ll do it first to them.”

Obviously, this mind is absurd and ignorant, without any rationale, it can only see the image of fear and suffering it has built; and so, it overtakes the whole being, which brings tension to the body, sicknesses, and patters of fog in the higher thinking process.
This mind, this individual is lost, and it is of great value to try and understand the psychology in his reaction; not put up with it, but not fall victim of his manipulation and violent reactions either.  Oftentimes it is better to walk away to keep our own peace of mind.
Fear has a way to overwhelm the mind of a person, just like fog overwhelms the pure air of a fresh evening near a beautiful  lake.  And this fear hides behind pride and heated, violent patterns of thoughts, crooked views which change the whole structure of the human being, at a point where the same fear, the same irrational and explosive persona takes hold and guides the person’s interactions.  But for your own sake and growth you must put it out of your mind, forgive and forget, move on, choose to not let it affect you.  Change your thoughts, work on something else, drive yourself to an inspirational, more productive task instead of dwelling on frustrating or angry thoughts towards what happened in the past.  Ask yourself:  Who is in control here…??  And what kinds of thoughts will help me move on…??

It is certainly enlightening to see the truth of it and understand the mind in this process, because in our daily lives we might be interacting with these persons; so, to avoid to get sucked into their dramas, and often perhaps to help them see this, is a great trait to master and practice to better walk the path of our lives.
“Don’t Take Anything Personally.  Nothing others do is because of you.  What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream.  When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.”  ~ Don Miguel Ruiz; Mexican author of Toltec spiritualist and neoshamanistic texts.

Choosing right.

“Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.”  ~ Hans Selye; pioneering Hungarian-Canadian endocrinologist.

“To complain is always nonacceptance of what is.  It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge.  When you complain, you make yourself into a victim.  When you speak out, you are in your power.  So change the situation by taking action or by speaking out if necessary or possible; leave the situation or accept it.  All else is madness.”  ~ Eckhart Tolle.

What good is it really to always complain to yourself and to others, and have negative self-talks about your own life…??  Is your life really that bad and dark that you do not have any positives and so you must always focus on the negatives…??  Perhaps you shouldn’t always analyze and think things to death, but accept things the way they are and feel more while moving on.

People tend to live and subconsciously choose in their minds to experience the negative more than the positive, and this comes about because the human mind, which is the ego, is more attracted to chaos and entertainment, something to analyze and dissect; however, positive and all things of the heart are not that attractive to the ego, because these things of the heart are purer things and experiences to feel and not analyze to death.
Analyzing and formulating opinions, over and over again, quite often non-stop overthinking, is the realm of our mortal mind, the purpose of the ego; but one cannot wisely trust this process of over-analyzing because the deeper things in life, the ones which matter more mostly, are the more emotional things, the more direct in regards to life itself, thus just flow and acceptance.  Flow and acceptance means that they cannot be questioned over and over again, because if they are then the process of questioning will make the mind focus on the pain or failed attempts, and so the mind will suffer, soon poisoning the whole body and leading to illness and all decay.

When challenges arise and your mind feels confused and bent on the negative, you must remember that in focusing on the wounds you may have or on the negative, then your whole experience, your whole world, is going to be negative and confusing; but, however, you will find strength and wisdom if you choose in your mind to see the positive, the things you can feel with your pure heart, without the analysis and stubbornness from thought, the things from the challenge that you can learn from.

Furthermore then, where you allow your focus to be is where your experience will be; so, the human mind is that powerful, and it will create your own experience based upon the attention you direct in life.

As Buddha said, “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice.”  So, pain is in the challenges and obstacles to make us grow and learn wisdom, but suffering that pain is a choice the human mind makes by allowing your attention here or there.

So, choose wisely.
