Anatomy and physiology of life Business mind. Self-help life truths. Stories to ponder. The free mind of a human god!

Without complaining and cursing.

Allow yourself to just be one with your life, which is to accept things as they are and do the best you can in your situations; but do not fear change or be upset about how things turn out to be, detach yourself from expectations and feelings of anxiety.

If you have problems, challenges, things you do not like, then stop complaining about them in your mind and going back and forth trying to control them. The human mind suffers because it is attached to memories and to expectations.

Life’s experiences are for you to live them, but not for you to obsess and fear them; they are meant to bring a lesson to you, whatever that is, and thus you can improve your life and strengthen your mind.

If you complain and say, “My life is hard. My life is terrible. My life is not going anywhere good,” then you are denying yourself the capacity for improvement; because what you say in your mind, your self-talk, will attract better or worse.

Your mind creates your experience of life, how you feel about it; so, make sure you are thankful, positive, without complaining and cursing your experiences.

Facing them…

Running away from your problems, from your difficult memories, from your challenging situations, is emboldening fear so it can possess you strongly and even with more intensity each time.

Trying to escape any past fear through putting a brave face, or through pretending to be someone you are not, or through romantic pursuits, or through any other method which seeks to bury that fear is pointless, naive, immature.

Fear, pain, difficulties are there for a wise reason, and you must not cover it like you would a wound with a bandage or a dead body under soil; but you must feel the hurt, the fear, the challenge, stay with it, befriend it, and then slowly transmute it and make it your ally in life.

In order to move on and heal yourself, to be better, to get better opportunities, to experience better relationships, to feel love again, you have to understand your current pain and suffering; and so, to understand it you must learn to cherish being with it and accepting it.

The only way to get stronger, to keep happy and in love, to be a better human being in all aspects, is to embrace all you are right now, with your strengths and joys, with your weaknesses and hurts–especially with your weaknesses and hurts, because these can become mighty motivation to move onwards in your life.

You cannot fight nature, whatever it is currently, and expect to have your own egoistical and impatient way.  You must embrace nature and be humble in allowing it to take its due course in you.

The light in the storm.

The heavier and longer the hardship, or the challenging and enduring the suffering, the more strength and wisdom that can be absorbed and learned from it, in my own experience; however, one must remain faithful and positive, or at least have some awareness to see your situations through.

Why do you think one has to suffer, or go through losses, or fall into depressing times or challenges in life…??  We all go through it, rich and poor, educated and uneducated, man and woman, young and old; and it all comes to us for a reason, it all fits a design, which your mind does not have to understand really, you just have to be humble enough to accept what is and learn from it.

Whether you think you deserve it or not, accept what is happening right now; and accept that you have much to learn still, even though all the knowledge you have and your past experiences.  Fools ask themselves “Why??” in the very rain and thunder of the storm, but the intelligent ones know to resist the storm and observe it in order to remember what we lived and so learn from it.

Life is truly the greatest teacher, not Jesus, not Buddha, not any other man or deity you worship or to whom you pray; but life is divine, which means that life, YOUR life, is highly conscious, it knows you and it forges you to be a better human being.  The thing is, that life cannot force you to learn from the challenges and hardships it gives you; but that is up to you, either to choose depression and ego, or to choose resilience and wisdom.

Not easy for anyone, but 100% worth it; because each one of us has greatness inside, to build a great destiny or fate or future, or however you want to call it.  But the direction you take is measured by your response to the challenges you live, and the decisions you make in your mind are everything.

Being wise and happy.

“Be happy with what you have and are, be generous with both, and you won’t have to hunt for happiness.”  ~ William E. Gladstone; British statesman and prime minister.

“Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are.  When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.”  ~ Lao Tzu.

Being happy is a state of mind, and whichever thing is a state of mind is under your control, you choose it, whether you know it or not, whether you are conscious of it or not.

And your mind is extremely powerful because it has been endowed with higher processes of existence, namely the condition called ‘attention.’ Happiness then can be found within yourself by the masterful use of your attention; so, if you focus on directing your attention to the positives in your life, however meager they might be for you, then soon you will clear your mind from negatives and experience a constant feel of happiness spreading throughout your whole body, even in the midst of chaos and economic challenges.

This is a good and simple practice, which brings humility and happiness in your daily living, I have adopted and that I suggest to you:  Remind yourself that there are people in the world that do not have even what you have, the basic necessities of the human being as food and shelter; they struggle for these things and suffer mental and physical pains you will never have to suffer.  So, no matter your troubles, you are blessed.

Analyze your life and awaken yourself to this greater realization; train your ego to acknowledge this, and know to focus your attention on being constantly grateful of what you do have.

The world, with its greed for more, wants and desires that never end, buy more of this and that, immature competitions and jealousies, does not have this wisdom.  You must develop this wisdom and raise yourself above the pitiful and asleep world.
