About your excuses…

You have to admit, your excuses are making you weak and blocking you from reaching all that you desire with a noble and loving heart.  Excuses might come with your own so-called “rationalization” or “truth,” but you are lying to yourself and allowing your comfortable ego to make you feel that false sense of security and pride in the very face of your own unchallenged weaknesses; however, this is hurting you slowly, hurting your chances in all aspects of your life.  You hide yourself behind your past experiences lived, your family traits in your genetics, your character and way of doing things; but you are afraid of change, either consciously or subconsciously, because you want to be successful, loved by others, happy, proud of your future noble and serious accomplishments, which represent change… and yet you are stubborn or lazy in your own lies… and yet you are afraid of change…

You, as a human being, are formed by trillions upon trillions of tiny organisms or cells, and so made able to interact and carry on in this world by its magnificent genetic codes or informational energy.  Isn’t this very mystery inside the cell wonderful….?!–how each cell glues together to form your brain and body.  Every cell nucleus and its surrounding structure contains information and energy, that information specifically is called by science DNA. 
DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is this self-replicating material present in nearly all living organisms, as the main constituent of chromosomes; furthermore, it is the carrier of genetic information–which means it is what gives you your unique appearance, traits, and all distinctive qualities which form your persona as human and as the person you are right now.  I have mentioned that our cells carry information and energy.  The energy is linked to your thoughts, and the energy transports the information.  Epigenetics is the science that says that you can heal and transform that information by your thoughts, beliefs, and overall thinking patterns.
There is no rationality in thinking you are fated to remain fat because your family is fat.  There is no excuse in saying you cannot achieve your dreams because your character in your current living is extremely flawed.  It is stupid for you to think that you cannot change and become better in any aspect.  Your own ego, that loud mouth sounding in your head, is the only one stopping you from becoming better, from healing, from awakening, from achieving your dreams.  So, stop creating excuses where there are none, stop being lazy and remaining comfortable in your own mental mess; you have the same chance to become better that anybody has.
Your situations, your environments, might be different; but your capacities, your genetic material is transformed and formed by your mind, as is everybody else’s…

You are there.

How many times you allow yourself to get swallowed by your mind and its loud demands, by its bullying characters and stubborn views…??  It is not any form of health to live your whole day overthinking and also making all decisions with the rigidness and shortsightedness of your mind; but remind yourself that there are things which must be felt and meditated with patience and wisdom.  And patience and wisdom can only be accessed through the listening of your heart; such untainted by the mind who is always rushing and being guided by desire and set patterns of thought.

So, make time and know you are wiser when you connect with your heart…

“You are there.”

My mind knows not what the infinite is,
It confuses me with ideas and dreams;
For my very trust cannot belong to it,
For the very eternal is not under its time.

And I have seen miracles in my daily toils,
And I have felt the light of love every day.
Would my mind claim this in its mere wit…?!
Can my mind tell me what I really am…??

But you are always there for me,
The sincere integrity of my soul,
The depths of empathy and clarity,
The divine answer to life’s riddles.

The mind is loud, it is difficult to hear you;
But if I really listen intently I find you there,
Within me beating and whispering Infinity,
Within you I am whole and ever aware.

The Light of One Soul.

Once there was a small boy named Shankar.  He belonged to a poor family.  And one day, he was crossing through the forest carrying some woods, when he saw an old man who was very hungry.  Shankar wanted to give him some food, but he did not have food even for his own; so, sad as he was, he continued on his path.  On his way then, later, he saw a deer who was very thirsty.  He wanted to give him some water, but he did not have water even for himself; so, sad as he was, he went on his way ahead…

Then he saw a man who wanted to make a camp but he did not have woods, so Shankar asked about his problem and then gave some woods to him.  In return, he gave him some food and water.  Now he went back to the old man and gave him some food and gave some water to the deer.  The old man and the deer were very happy.  Shankar then happily went on his way…

One day Shankar fell down the hill!  He was in pain and he couldn’t move; no one was there to help him.  But, the old man who he had helped before saw him, he quickly came and pulled him up the hill.  Shankar had many wounds on his legs.  The deer whom shankar had given water saw his wounds and quickly went to the forest and brought some herbs; it so happened then that after some time his wounds were covered.  All of them were very happy that they were able to help each other…

When we give a good example and help the ones in need, we are truly helping ourselves; not because we expect them to do the same for us, but because we are filling our conscience with truth, we are building a stronger and valuable persona in us, and because we are nourishing our own heart with pure and beautifying love–i.e., a love which brings glow and shine into our lives, and a love which brings bliss into all we do. 

We are all human beings, and as human beings we all have that inner light within us but also we have that terrible darkness; and so, each one of us must find a balance between our divine light and our terrible darkness.  Moments of bliss.  Moments of misery.  We all need to help each other, especially help the weaker and innocent among us, and see that we are truly the same; as we all feel joy and feel pain, as we all desire to feel loved and happy…  No matter how upset, how hurt you are, always remind yourself of this…

Into a better human being…

You try to change her.  She tries to change you.  Both resist each other, both are stubborn to love or both lack the greater understanding of love.  Resistance in the mind, in life in general, means there is fear, there is no acceptance, there is no understanding; furthermore, no relationship can really become strong, as One, as it should under the power of true love, if you cannot allow differences to enrich your very experience.  Differences give you tolerance, wisdom, a different perspective in life, and freedom from your own ego.

And if you cannot allow differences to enrich your experience, and thus make you wiser, vaster in knowledge, greater in understanding, more accepting, more loving, is because you let fear and its impositions build your “relationships” and not love.  Love is about freedom, which is freedom to be oneself; see, love only emanates love, it does not expect anything in return, because love is a concentrated force which is happy giving more and more.  Why try to change others…??  Why not practicing a deeper capacity for love which focuses on just the process of evolving this same love…??

The individual tries to change the world because he does not like it, because he pays more attention to the pain and suffering in the world he sees out there.  Everybody thinks like this.  Each person tries to change others.  But the illusion is in believing there is a world out there which is not you.  So there is never a change.  But the world is really inside you, so you change yourself.  Do not ignorantly chase the reflection you see out there and try to change it, because the reflection changes once you truly change yourself–you are the origin of the reflection. 

And this is the biggest relationship trouble, obstacle to happiness; everybody points a finger, every idiot believes there is an inferior person or an inferior world out there that they must change.  But, the opposite is true, in changing yourself you invite true love into your heart, and this love then grows in you and brings acceptance, truth, wisdom.  And as I personally know, this acceptance is what creates divine and wonderful relationships where you truly see the face of God as you evolve into a better human being.

As I hold her…

As I hold her…
And I believe love is this incredible but truly mysterious thing beyond desire and passion, hidden in the simplicity of a deep gaze, lived by the purest and most honest individual, and created by all beings in the Universe.  And I saw that creation in front of me, O I felt it like miraculous light into my very conscience, and as this one brought me to magic healing, to a sort of wholeness I had never experienced before.  She was falling in love as I was, and perhaps our losses had unite us; but, however, I really saw us not “falling in love” but rising in love, because in my days, and during my nights, all I knew was the experience of this divine and powerful rising within me, just like the Sun in the skies rises life with its glorious energy of love and warmth each morning and night on earth.

As I hold her…

I know pain was just part of love, a higher love ever rising, higher and higher.  Because, can you really rise in love without knowing pain as a step up…??  Our loss had vanished, the attachment had been the vanity which had kept us in constant pain, because we had been wretches who never had known love.  But the beauty on her face was the beauty of her divinity which had been clouded and lost under weights of tremendous sorrow.  But the maturity and positivity in me had been bashed and squashed under all my self-pity and tears.  We had been denied warmth and succor when we had needed it the most, they had stepped on our hearts, lost souls we were.  But the loss of love we had in our lives had forged our paths stronger, and so two souls met as it had been written in the stars above.

As I hold her…

I understand now that our souls were One even before our bodies had met, and we find ourselves now transforming great pain into everlasting joy; for we are the children of ourselves, and we are always together playing freely in the fields of the Universe.  Pain is but a door into that great essence of the magical and mysterious creature of love, sitting on a throne of gold and waiting for us mortals to wake up from our great illusions!  Can you not see that?!  Yes, she believes in me and I believe in her now, there is no pride or insecurity, because the eternal moment is what bonds us with the powerful adhesive of love.  But a deeper and mightier love which is not tied to our silly aging and shifty thinking, nor to our mere desires and ugly accusations.  And who dares speak ill about this profound love which transcends this mundane body-mind…??  As I hold her in my arms there is nothing in my heart and mind but her soul and mine born stronger together out of the pain, out of the struggle we have each of us endured…

The demon.

She did not see it before, but now when she was alone she felt some torpid dullness about her, a confused state of her mind, a wretched condition of her soul.  Her soul wanting to become truly free from her captor; for she had changed for him and was not herself anymore, she was destitute of intelligence and reason, distanced from herself and from her normal activities and studies.  She was not her beautiful and free self anymore, the demon held her captive and she knew it…

“The Demon.”

The thick chains which my mind cannot see,
As it fills itself with his deceptions and vices;
Alas, energy depleted, freedom is not to be.
Can I even feel the desperation as it rises…??
First an angel of love then a demon of pain,
Allured by the most lovely sound in his voice;
For I had fallen ill, felt empty, I was not sane,
Trapped beauty and freedom below the noise.
He was living in death and I was living in life.
O, our vital energies were opposing poles!
Alas, taken by desire to be this demon’s wife.
But then one must dare see not flesh but souls.

There is always an emptiness brooding inside the human being, perhaps a dullness of our daily activities, maybe a sort of death or decay of our wits and creativity, because life is felt like a roller coaster to us–i.e., nothing is always bliss, moods change, time passes, aging sets in, impatience swallows the mind, etc. And the heart is always seeking more, an awakening, a greater life change, a better opportunity, a renaissance of daily living; but the ignorance of the human mind is always demanding and controlling, it is impatient, it overwhelms your heart, it veils your soul from complete clarity and freedom.


You must see this fact beyond looking.  You must not allow negativity, wrong people, rushing into unknown activities, etc., to overtake you; but you have to see your life through the fogs of your own lazy and corrupted demons…  Because it is in fact this very seeing that which shall give you freedom beyond your normal looking…

Demons do not hide under your bed, or in the darkness of the night even; but they hide in the darkest corners of your own mind.  Be aware of this all the time, and you become resilient and confident, strong and faithful in every situation.  Thus you remain in control.

God, The Devil, and your mind’s content.

Is the content of your mind always your choice…??  If you are not self-aware, can the content of your mind drive you to sheer insanity…??
God and The Devil exist, blissful Heaven and scorching Hell are at your doors, just waiting to possess you, ever stalking you without sleep; furthermore, they are designed by the powers of your mind, because your mind, whether you like it or not, consciously or subconsciously, is always absorbing data from your environment.  Your conscious state, your dream state, your memory state, your instinctual state, your intuitive state; these are all influenced by your environment, not only by what you choose to read or watch.

You are walking through a field with death bodies, horrors of war, blood all over, children hurt and crying under a cloudy sky; however, you cannot choose to block this out, you will experience sadness, anger, desperation in your mind, it will possess you, no matter your Enlightenment.  You are human, and this is very human; this terrible experience surfaces the Devil in you, your darkness, your misery as a human…  You are walking in a beautiful and vast ground, smelling the blooming flowers and fragrant grasses under the bluest and most magical sky; so, your mind will absorb this, you will leave your stress for a moment.  This is human and godly, and it reaches out for your divinity within, God and its bliss.

The point is that people tend to battle how they feel and what appears in their minds all the time, they deny either God or The Devil, thoughts of sadness or joy, bad or good thoughts.  Many times you cannot choose your environment, and your mind is already by nature made to absorb all your surroundings; but do not fight what enters your mind, this is pointless, it is trying to become, it is poison to yourself.  Instead allow your thoughts and feelings to flow without your resistance, choose what to follow, what to project and assimilate; but know and understand that your mind’s content is most of the time beyond your choosing, for you do not know what is going to happen around you all the time… 
So, be self-aware of the thoughts you follow, because this is what you will become, and you want to be alert, aware, sane; but allow your mind to be natural and absorb your environment as it is, do not punish yourself over what you see and hear…

As long as you breathe…

How can anything be over as long as there is life…??  What creates and guides your life is choices, whether you are aware of your choices or not.  Why would you give up or give in if you can make choices, whether small or big choices…??  Choices must be meditated and analyzed in order for you to see your life move in the right direction.

Once you see a challenge, a tragedy, a great loss which cripples you and forces you to deviate from your path, even in smaller things happening in your life, you might feel defeated, broken, depressed, and even begin to believe that all you have done until now has been for naught.  But why would you do that to yourself…??  You must look at life as the beautiful field where you come to learn, and it is why you must at some point encounter great tragedies and gargantuan problems which shall shake you violently; for you need pain and suffering to elevate yourself above it, and for that same matter to discover your bliss and create your heaven you have to learn to embrace pain and dwell in hell for a period.  Who are you to be above all pain and suffering…??  You are human, are you not….??

Whatever age, whatever situation, there is purpose, there is much coming for you; however, the secret of life is not to question or seek that purpose, for this shall bring you mental insanity, frustration, self-destruction.  The secret is to remain mentally on a good path but not to attach yourself to it, so when storms come–and they will come–and they deviate you, even pound you and cripple you for a while, you get back up and create yourself another good path.

Demon and angel.

Demon and angel.
My demons overpowered me!  I felt as if I were taken by this strange rage, almost inhuman, lust for greed and revenge, such an emotional state I had never experienced before.  I felt lost, my hands trembled, my heart would try to escape my chest with extreme violence, my mind was a tornado of chaos and agitation where every logic had vanished and all freedom was reduced to a subtle and very weak voice…
Demon and angel.
I was not me!  Who was I…?!  And yet there was also an angel in me trying to soothe me, telling me something I couldn’t hear in the midst of the storm, and I felt this angel was part of who I was.  My two masks.  Fighting to be heard and possess me fully.  Two halves of me trying to surface from the very depths of my consciousness…  My two masks.  Frustration, anger, lust, greed, hate, envy.  My demons overpowered me!  They seem to know my weaknesses, as my own ego wallows and grows, fed by them, nurtured by them.  It happens when you ignore yourself for so long that you start to believe you are weak and chained to being this grotesque demon, this wretched soul…
Demon and angel.
As I went outside and screamed, I cursed the cloudy skies and this damned mask overwhelming me and my ideas, condemning my soul and sealing my fate.  Who was I…?!  And yet, this beautiful voice kept whispering between my angry and chaotic thoughts.  I fell on my knees trembling and crying, exhausted and feeling my head ready to explode; too much thinking and questioning, too much stupid fighting and pointless hating.  And the whisper came to me, and it brought a light I had never experienced before, and my conscience became aware of my own faults; for she was there, the angel in me calming the beast…

And then, illumination came, I realized that my two masks, the demon and the angel, were just inventions of my sheer ignorance, of my vain ego; and that in choosing one or the other I am not whole anymore and great suffering takes me hostage..  My two masks…


When you choose one or the other, you are negating one and welcoming the other; furthermore, it is your vain ego which chooses based on what it is expected, on what others have said, on a selfish desire.  To be whole is to accept yourself as you are entirely, use all your energies to build the new, which is being an individual and creating yourself.

Cave of fear!

No one had ever returned from there!  The townsfolk lived in terror that one day the monster would leave the cave, so they regularly left gifts and food at the mouth of the cave, and these always soon disappeared.

One day, a young man came to town, and, fearlessly, he went inside, finding his way with a torch.  At first, the monster had a good, long laugh, then went quiet.  Finally he arrived at a huge cavern, so as he approached it he felt that something had hit him hard on his back!  This pushed him into a hole in the rock; and so, he couldn’t avoid it and fell through.  “Darn it, I think the monster has swallowed me,” he said anxiously in his mind while falling.  But as he fell, he heard music and voices.  They got clearer…  And clearer…  And when he made a soft landing at the bottom, he heard, “Surprise!!”

Hardly believing it, he found himself right in the middle of a big party.  The party-goers were all those people who had never returned to the town.  They explained to him that this place had been the idea of an old mayor of the town:  That mayor had tried to accomplish great things, but was always held back by the fears of the people around him; so the mayor had invented the story of the monster to demonstrate to people how such an attitude was so limiting.  So the young man stayed there, enjoying the party and the company of all those who had dared to approach the cave...


So it goes without saying now, if you penetrate into the dark cave of your own mind and dwell meditatively and patiently there, befriend any fears living there, you will transmute fear into love, attitude of defeat into attitude of confidence and passion for your personal goals and your life in general.
