Anatomy and physiology of life Business mind. The free mind of a human god!

Remain free.

Whatever you are going through right now, whatever you are postponing, whatever you fear or doubt doing, is keeping you enslaved, in a very real sense; and when there is this fear or anxiety, as small and non-threatening as it might be to you, festering inside your psychology then it soon becomes part of you, seeping into your subconscious and into your character as a person.

Many people, due to this psychological process, live in fear and doubt, their behaviors and lifestyles, characters and ways of thinking are ruled by a subconscious fear and also a value lacking in them; however, they do not think so because, like mentioned, it acts in them subconsciously, like a mental program, so for them is really normal to think, react, and behave the way they do.

Life is to be lived free of any fear, free of any confusion or doubt which can cripple you even a little; for life should be to you like a clear, smooth, rich and large body of water, where there is no fear to drown or to be victim of anyone or anything disturbing you.

Your life and the activities you take on must feel clear and purposeful to you, with no grudges or animosity with anyone or anything, and without you having to look over your shoulder or worrying about what is going to happen next.   It is indeed possible to actually live a life without fears and anxieties.

So, do not live your life ran by a subconscious mental programming, but take matters into your own hands.  Clear your mind from fear and anxiety.  This decision you make is one which is not only going to change you and free you to become a happier individual, but it also educates others through your very example in the way life should be lived.

The demon.

She did not see it before, but now when she was alone she felt some torpid dullness about her, a confused state of her mind, a wretched condition of her soul.  Her soul wanting to become truly free from her captor; for she had changed for him and was not herself anymore, she was destitute of intelligence and reason, distanced from herself and from her normal activities and studies.  She was not her beautiful and free self anymore, the demon held her captive and she knew it…

The Demon.

The thick chains which my mind cannot see,
As it fills itself with his deceptions and vices;
Alas, energy depleted, freedom is not to be.
Can I even feel the desperation as it rises…??
First an angel of love then a demon of pain,
Allured by the most lovely sound in his voice;
For I had fallen ill, felt empty, I was not sane,
Trapped beauty and freedom below the noise.
He was living in death and I was living in life.
O, our vital energies were opposing poles!
Alas, taken by desire to be this demon’s wife.
But then one must dare see not flesh but souls.

There is always an emptiness brooding inside the human being, perhaps a dullness of our daily activities, maybe a sort of death or decay of our wits and creativity, because life is felt like a roller coaster to us–i.e., nothing is always bliss, moods change, time passes, aging sets in, impatience swallows the mind, etc. And the heart is always seeking more, an awakening, a greater life change, a better opportunity, a renaissance of daily living; but the ignorance of the human mind is always demanding and controlling, it is impatient, it overwhelms your heart, it veils your soul from complete clarity and freedom.

You must see this fact beyond looking.  You must not allow negativity, wrong people, rushing into unknown activities, etc., to overtake you; but you have to see your life through the fogs of your own lazy and corrupted demons…  Because it is in fact this very seeing that which shall give you freedom beyond your normal looking…
Demons do not hide under your bed, or in the darkness of the night even; but they hide in the darkest corners of your own mind.  Be aware of this all the time, and you become resilient and confident, strong and faithful in every situation.  Thus you remain in control.

The answer is inside the question.

“The majority is never right.  Never, I tell you!  That’s one of these lies in society that no free and intelligent man can help rebelling against.  Who are the people that make up the biggest proportion of the population — the intelligent ones or the fools?”  ~ Henrik Ibsen; Norwegian playwright, theater director, and poet.

In a world where every decision is made for us, where religious pressures and society’s demands are waiting in every corner–i.e., you have to be in a romantic relationship to feel loved, you must read the scriptures and pray in order to be a good person, you have to watch TV to be like the rest and be informed about the world, you ought to read books to fill your mind with knowledge so you are intelligent like others, you need this and that to become this and that, and the rest of the nonsense.
But with all this confusion and demands going on, how can you look for truth and answers to actually better your life…??

The problem here is not doing all these things, but the problem is what these things do to the mind.  The human mind tends to obsess or fix over the things it does, the mind’s world is all these things it does, all these things it experiences; so whenever a problem arises it looks for answers or solutions in these routines–in books, in religions, in relationships, in work, etc. etc.

But this search is not something reliable, because it brings out more questions and dilemmas.  What is God…??  Where does he/she live…?? Where would I find him/her…??  How should a saint behave…??  How am I to behave to be morally conscious…??  How to balance public life and personal life…??  The mind then is in confusion, because whatever the answers found, there is always more opinions, more philosophies, more ideas, and so deeper question arise… and more… and more…

So, the answers are rarely found in the outer life, in the outward seeking; but the answer lies within you, because the one asking questions is thought, your obsessive thinking; and behind thought there is silence, self-awareness where no questions exist.  Questions are brought on by confusion, and behind your thoughts, in that precise and calm essence of being, is you, the answer of all the questions your ego can fabricate.

It is only in this very self-awareness where you find no confusion and no anxiety, because here there are no questions…

“Being an intellectual creates a lot of questions and no answers.” ~ Janis Joplin; American singer and songwriter.

Chains of illusion.

“In search of the Truth that shall sustain, uphold, and guide you, you have looked outwards and sought for it objectively, and thus have been lost in the shadows of manifestation. To find that spring of Truth you must look within, you must purify your heart and mind.”  ~ Jiddu Krishnamurti; spiritual teacher, philosopher, public speaker, and author.

Everyone in the world falls in confusion, they search for that truth which will give them happiness and freedom; but, not knowing what happiness and freedom really are and feel like, they believe ignorantly that acquiring pleasures in relationships, economy, and societal positions in general will bring this happiness and freedom into their lives.

Even though they can be spiritual and kind people, the ego has a massive hold in each their lives, so much so their heart’s purity is buried under all this poisonous garbage without their awareness.

While they search for this divine Light outside, they neglect more and more what they have within them.  Because they admit that they are weak, because they maintain that they cannot stand without the support of another, they have been given crutches that will support them momentarily, instead of developing their own strength to go forward in search of the pure waters of Truth. So, they lean on churches and temples, on philosophers and saints, on the Quran and the Bible and other texts.

Thus, they, by neglecting and burying deeper and deeper the Light within them (under beliefs and the words of others), imprison themselves, chain themselves without knowing, farther and farther away from true happiness and freedom.

But if you are wise, you must free yourself and search for the key to freedom within you.

Taming the Beast.

“Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.”  ~ Marie Curie; French-Polish physicist and chemist.

“He who is not everyday conquering some fear has not learned the secret of life.”  ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson; American essayist, lecturer, and poet.

People are born into this world, live through it while aging, then die; however, most only exist, due to letting fear consume them–i.e., fear of aging, fear of an afterlife hell or heaven, fear of embarrassment, fear of failure, etc. etc.  Fear is always running wild in the mind of the unwise, untamed, disturbing, without a real understanding of fear’s nature; and exactly this makes the perfect recipe for just existing and not experiencing true, constant happiness.

Anything and everything is a lesson to be learned, even Hitler’s megalomaniac rampage in history had a purpose in the overall context of humanity’s evolution; furthermore, nothing, absolutely nothing happens by chance in this life, but it is the human mind which creates distances as fears when something unpleasant for the same mind occurs.

Obviously, this is to protect us; however, often it becomes an obsession for the untrained mind, because fear spreads like poison in the blood and distances us from the clear understanding and deep wisdom carried by all tragedies.

Learn to stop your chattering mind from creating chaos and self-destruction, specially in those moments that bring challenges to you and to your loved ones; thus, teach and remind yourself to analyze with wisdom and introspection everything that happens around you that is affecting you in any way.

Do not give in to the ignorant ways of people and of your own wild mind, remain calmed and poised in the face of chaos and disruption.  This is not that easy at first, but with faith and by inner strength–all natural traits of self-love–these can be practiced and influenced in your own behaviors, thus eradicating your self-destructive reactions.
