Have you considered real love…??

“If you want the moon, do not hide at night.  If you want a rose, do not run from the thorns.  If you want love, do not hide from yourself. ”  ~ Rumi.

 

To love oneself, the elevation of oneself, the true knowledge of oneself, must be the purpose of our individual existence; because if one does not truly and absolutely love oneself, then one cannot truly love another being.  And it is not enough to say in your mind “I love myself,” but it is in the small things of our daily living where we must show ourselves love–i.e., in the way we eat, in the types of food we ingest, in the thoughts we entertain in our minds, in cleaning our place, in cooking for ourselves, in exercising, in the things we read, etc. etc.

So everything starts in this love for ourselves.  If you cannot accept and love yourself, everything and anything you do in life is superficial.  Without self-love, you are forced to fall in the trap of seeking love and happiness outside of yourself–i.e., in relationships, in situations, in jobs, in travels, in cultures, in religions, etc..  This seeking is the form of false “love” the ego has created in you, this fake “love” is attachment.

Who are you…??

Are you your name…??  Are you your appearance in the mirror…??  Do you know who you are by the people around you, by your relation to them, by your past with them, by the education you have, by your ideas…??  So, who are you…??
And the problem is that people seek their value, their identity, themselves, in what they do, in what others say, in their constant thinking, in the ideas and traditions, the beliefs and memories of a past.  Constantly thinking thus makes one a slave of thoughts, such a mechanical thing bound to stress and anxiety, to many forms of confusion; consequently, man lives in frustration and confusion.

Most people walk around using their minds so much, and for so long, every day without breaks, that they actually believe they are what they think; so, whatever thought pops up, whatever feeling is created by their minds, they believe it is them, so they follow it, they praise it, they even receive instructions through it by God or by some “Heaven”, and thus they believe that truth is intellectual, rationalized, pondered and created by the mind.

The brain is under the powerful conditioning of its past, of society, of family, of what happened, of what was, of what other people did, of the beliefs and traditions instructed into it; thus, it is not a free mind, it cannot think clearly.

This is the greatest corruption of the world, the ignorance which creates wars, prejudice, animal killing, rape, political subterfuge, religious blindness, famine, etc. etc. 

But is this the real human identity…??  Are human beings then just a thought of confusion, hatred, jealousy, pleasure, and the rest which brings agitation to the mind…?? …  Not.  To know yourself is to go beyond this petty surface, past the glamour and darkness of thinking; and so, the wonderful trip is without effort, because it is already there, who you are, what you are, inside you.  You discover it for yourself… alone… in silence…

To bring peace and harmony to your daily thinking, to see beauty and truth in the world, to know yourself as the energy and light you could bring out into your life, you must observe yourself from within and not just look at the reflection on your mirror or hear your name being called by someone you love.  To transcend, to see past your daily thoughts and feelings, you must discover the source of energy within you, the eternal one which gives birth to your whole humanity…

So, will you take the time and discover it for yourself…??

An apology based on True Love.

Thoughts, words, intentions, sincere or not, might be important to you, as a reason for hope, as senders of trust, as a message for or from someone you love felt in the moment; however, as I have said it before, all these are conditioned to the past because as soon as you pronounce them or feel them they are gone, up and down just like a roller coaster, and also they are attached to time, to your current moods, feelings.   They are not actual experiences, they can mean something today and tomorrow something different, and the day after that they can be gone, forgotten.

All that is of time and space–i.e., thoughts, words, intentions, ideas, etc.–is not real, such not real in the sense that these are tied to moods of change, to views and opinions. The only thing that is real, eternal in the moment when is actually done, is action, behavior. Just like love, changed behavior, action, creates something real, brings evolution, brings the truth out. Always look for and create yourself change in order to love yourself and another; because the rest is truly meaningless.


The experience, the action based on love, as an apology, is the real thing; therefore; change is now, change is not of time, change is not tied to a word, a desire, a mere intention, change is eternal.

There is always change, moving forward onto better things, as life itself is change, as you bring love into the world by change, as you make others feel loved by your change; for this change says “I love you so much, I care so much, that I change and better myself for all of us; for I truly love myself.”

Change based on love then is what really builds and communicates a deeper connection–in friendship, in family, in marriages, in all relationships.  But to change a behavior you must focus with steely determination and rest upon great motivation, become aware of your situation, feel in your heart the need and the want to change for your good and for the good of others.  And the secret of change is not to do it solely for others, because if you do then at some point in time you will change back, you will allow your ego to pull you back into what you were before; because this change is superficial and based on fear and not love–fear because you are changing to please others, maybe because you want their love, their attention, popularity, etc.  But true change is based on love, self-love; you do it for yourself, because you want to change, because you love yourself and you want to become better for yourself; furthermore, when you do this for yourself is true love because you do not get tired of working to better yourself, it makes you happy, and so it makes others happy.


That is why, in all honesty, if you want to trust, know, love and relate yourself with people, perhaps begin or strengthen a relationship also, always look at their actions, their behavior, as you change your behaviors as well; thus, never fully rely and love a word, a message, however loving and sincere.  Trust the truth, which is changed behavior; because changed behavior is an actual display of love.  And isn’t true love an action and not merely a word…??

Eternal and Unquenchable.

So many people in the world are ruled by hatred, fear, and the search for money and popularity that their minds are blind to the truth, to reality, they live in this illusion of their minds where everything truly important ages and so they have to compete violently and rush into situations, manipulate and scheme to become better, to become someone else, to become powerful in the eyes of society; for they truly hate themselves deeply and so seek things and accomplishments, and step on others and show their “superiority” just because they need to fill this emptiness they carry inside.
This is the ignorance in the conditioned brain, because they are ruled by dogmas, beliefs, ideas, traditions, memories, and all lifestyles and philosophies borrowed or stolen from others, taught to them and maintained since childhood, they compare themselves to others, they envy and do not know what love/a deeper connection really is.

The unquenchable fire of love and compassion for themselves and for others is buried under all these beliefs, traditions, ideas, and lifestyles of competition to see who is superior, who can be a better slave to money, hatred, and all commercialism, in general to a disgraceful society.

They cannot see and feel what lies in themselves buried and so they seek and seek, for ever more because they see themselves aging and time passing so they become impatient and agitated; therefore, they see life as ephemeral and rushing by, they do not understand that what is buried deep inside them, the unquenchable fire of love and compassion, makes them eternal, makes their minds pure, innocent and creative, absolutely free to see reality as it truly is, to see life as it is and find peace and patience from the tricks of time and all thoughts of violence.

Ashes of Bone.

Tradition, set rules, dogmas, lifestyles, following, etc…  All words belonging to the popular illness in the human mind, based upon a society which is in fact the corrupted and ignorant human being, which stems from this illness like the growth of a tumor appears first inside vital organs without being noticed and when is too late it has become extremely polluting throughout.  The same insanity which believes war, competition, intolerance, jealousy, economic division, obsessing over commerce, etc., is productive in the evolution of the individual mind is certainly developing the thinking of billions of people every day, and without analysis and deep meditation of the consequences…
 
The revolution to stop this begins with you, because real change is internal, from within; for it is all about you, to question yourself, your beliefs, your traditions, your behaviors, your thinking…  This is awakening and freeing your mind from the chains…

Ashes of bone as tyrannous time passes,
The dust of society of my eyes veils truth;
As people remains divided in classes,
As the human mind is enslaved since youth.

My heart without thought holds the key,
The silence of the essence the liberty;
I walked through pain without what it be,
All my life I ran away from the inner deity.

The Spark of Intelligence.

 

The mind of man, in its lower, dormant state, is very conformist, opportunistic, it chooses the easiest and most popular path to follow; it does not create out of reason and love for itself but it designs and schemes paying attention to the world around it.

And the world around it is certainly ignorant and selfish, it does not look for peace and love, unity and uniqueness, it does not search for the growth of the individual; consequently, it seeks to consolidate itself and its power, its influence and control in these weak and lower-state minds, and all in order to selfishly feed its own ego, sell, and demonstrate power over others–comparison between peoples, between nations to see who is better – competition always.

Society, it does not matter what the media and slogans say, does not look to cultivate thinking minds, rich minds which use logic and question, because thinking minds are a danger to the established order, to the established norm; thus, society sells lies dressed as truths in order to slow the mind of the individual and make them followers, enslaves to their own greed of consolidation.


But there is the one individual who allows his mind to stop the chatter and see through the bullying of the demands of society, someone of higher intelligence who sees through the lies and facade of the media, religion, and the government; and, furthermore, this one is the person who steps away and focuses on himself, without being selfish, without following the mere rabble and those idiots in power who conspire to make him another robot without a thought of his own. 

To awaken to this is to realize deep within you that you can create and build yourself, that you find and discover happiness and success on your own and so you stop seeking it outside of yourself.

The spark of intelligence illuminates the human mind when we take time to stop our rushing thoughts from following others, the media, and all of society’s schemes; and so question ourselves, all we know and believe, all we have been taught in the past, even if whatever we believe seems at a first glance rational.  The lightning spark of thought generated in the solitary mind awakens and is able to function independently, richly, full of intelligence beyond what you now now and understand as intelligence.

The beginning of unique, rich, creative thought, comes when you begin to see through the schemes of society; as you question yourself, the thoughts you have, the feelings you have, and the intentions and reasons you have.

Chains of Understanding.

A stubborn mind which is lazy and dull will not change, and such change–i.e., change of ideas, change of lifestyle, change of behavior, etc.–is what life really is, is it not…??  Weak minds, minds which enslave themselves to others, minds of unrestrained egos, minds which do not really live in harmony and love create illusions out of fear–i.e., fear of loneliness, fear of an afterlife, fear of Karma, fear of being left out, fear of not being popular like the others, etc. etc..

Beliefs without actual, personal, proof are the MOST damaging nonsense to the human mind, it robs you of clarity and depth of understanding.   And beliefs are not just induced from childhood into your subconscious, forming your personality and the way you think and see the world as a grown up; but they are also greatly reinforced and designed by the TV you watch, the books you read, the activities with friends, your family traditions, your nationalistic views, etc. 

It all works subtly in your mind, so subtly you do not see it perhaps, but it is so strong that it influences all your views, choices, it dulls your thinking, it robs your mind from all clarity and deep understanding due to a heavily conditioned brain.

TV watching, or the morons tube, is perhaps the most damaging of all when it comes to absolute mental freedom; as you watch the news or reality shows, or any other influencer, your mind gets conditioned to think one way, to see the world one way, and to make beliefs and choices one way… the way they want you to in order to sell and make you a part of the ignorant society.

Nationalistic views and the nonsense of war is a great problem for individual thought.  Ignorant minds tell you to go to war, “be the best you can be” they say, do not think for yourself but go kill and obey blindly like a mere puppet.

People do not see this, and yet they want peace and love in the world, and yet they want an awakening in themselves; however, they want this peace and love in the world when their own minds are not peaceful and full of true, innocent love, they are full of beliefs of the masses based on fear, they are lazy enough to not question.  This is not love, but it is the opposite.

This ignorance is violence against themselves, it is the opposite of self-love because they do not love themselves enough to live based on reality and facts, they let ignorance rule their lives.
So, always question EVERYTHING society and specially religion says.  Always question how you think and feel about something, about anything.  Always question.  Question, question, question.   Until the day you die.  Your mind then must become supple, innocent and creative as the child’s, empty and full of new energy, able to grasp reality as it really is; thus, your mind can only understand and absorb an awakening if it is this superior mind.

The answer is inside the question.

In a world where every decision is made for us, where religious pressures and society’s demands are waiting in every corner–i.e., you have to be in a romantic relationship to feel loved, you must read the scriptures and pray in order to be a good person, you have to watch TV to be like the rest and be informed about the world, you ought to read books to fill your mind with knowledge so you are intelligent like others, you need this and that to become this and that, and the rest of the nonsense. 
But with all this confusion and demands going on, how can you look for truth and answers to actually better your life…??

The problem here is not doing all these things, but the problem is what these things do to the mind.  The human mind tends to obsess or fix over the things it does, the mind’s world is all these things it does, all these things it experiences; so whenever a problem arises it looks for answers or solutions in these routines–in books, in religions, in relationships, in work, etc. etc.

But this search is not something reliable, because it brings out more questions and dilemmas.  What is God…??  Where does he/she live…?? Where would I find him/her…??  How should a saint behave…??  How am I to behave to be morally conscious…??  How to balance public life and personal life…??  The mind then is in confusion, because whatever the answers found, there is always more opinions, more philosophies, more ideas, and so deeper question arise… and more… and more…

So, the answers are rarely found in the outer life, in the outward seeking; but the answer lies within you, because the one asking questions is thought, your obsessive thinking; and behind thought there is silence, self-awareness where no questions exist.  Questions are brought on by confusion, and behind your thoughts, in that precise and calm essence of being, is you, the answer of all the questions your ego can fabricate.

It is only in this very self-awareness where you find no confusion and no anxiety, because here there are no questions…

Death of deep thought…

“All television is educational television.   The question is:  what is it teaching?”  ~Nicholas Johnson; American educator  and self-help author.
Since the advent of television, and tragically through the advancement of more and more visual garbage, most people have become zombies of the trade of existing to pollute their own minds and fracture their own brains, inasmuch as becoming willing participants of their neglected relationships and poisoned thinking processes.

Most television shows, specially, but not limited to, the news and reality shows, as well as celebrity entertainment shows, deal with fear, as in gossip anxiety, jealousy, materialistic greed and the overall dumbing down of the human thought; therefore, via your watching these shows, your mind becomes affected, perhaps subconsciously, and poisoned because your brain plasticity (your structured learning) is absorbing and swimming in low vibratory images and words which trigger basic fears and anxious emotions within you–i.e., fears, jealousy, gossip anxiety, and poor development of intellectual thought.


Accordingly, this sick mental condition affects your behaviors and powers of intuition, such behaviors and powers of intuition which represent the key elements for all success in life, the path to all abundance and prosperity, your views in life, your awakening to the truth, and the freedom of the mind to embrace the happiness within you.

Television makes people dependent, it robs you of individuality and uniqueness without you knowing it; therefore, subconsciously, your mind alters and attaches to what you see, you learn and form your persona around what you experience, the world and reality are taught to you through this idiotic screen, your brain molds and beliefs and ideas are not yours anymore.  This continues at any age; however, the human developing brain is a sponge when we are children, so this is the time where we learn more about the world and the time where we create a strong base of reality.  What a young brain absorbs is what the individual grows up to be, either a follower who thinks and acts for himself and sees reality as it really is, or some drone who carries superficial thoughts borrowed from the mediocre masses with no inner vision of his own.

One with it.

It is extremely important to develop ourselves and vital for true happiness in life to self-reflect and know our deepest selves, our darkness as well as our light, our pain as well as our joy.

Sadly, most people today do not understand that in order to know why something happens in life, you must embrace it, become well acquainted with it, study it closely; and, opposite to this, you must never escape and try to ignore it, specially when it comes to emotional and psychological issues.

The human being suffers pain, and, no matter your unique situation in life or who you are, you must learn to adjust to this; because pain is meant for your mind to analyze it and comprehend it in order to not allow it to destroy you and your dreams.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.  Do not run away from pain through activities, relationships, jobs, religion, travels, and the rest; but stay with pain and learn the lesson in them.  Do not avoid pain and what makes you uncomfortable, but realize that it is a blessing in disguise so you can grow.

Personally, I welcome challenges and pain, because If my father and brother hadn’t died, if my mother hadn’t nearly been killed by my once stepfather, if I hadn’t gone through so many challenges in my life, I wouldn’t have awakened to many wonderful things I see so clearly now, and, of course, I wouldn’t be sharing this with you and trying to help you in your own life.

So, you see, life turns to be wonderful and miraculous once you study and analyze those moments that have caused you so much pain and still anguish.  I hope you can see this, too.
