The spirit.

Nothing obscures and destroys the truly blissful life more than to remain in perpetual fear of the unknown–“What is going to happen…??” – “What should I do…??” – “How should I live life before my last breath…??” – “What is waiting for me after I die…??” All this nonsense, unbeknownst to many, cripples the mind and depletes our full energy for a more blissful life; for each moment is a blessing, and quite often we live in our heads and see only darkness instead of looking around us and seeing the beauty of life in a better light…

“The spirit.”

“Why do you fear the unknown…??,” the spirit said,
“Seek poisons, praise material illusion, hate death…??”
There was silence, the man felt ill, he felt dread,
“Who is there?! I feel upon my ear your breath!
O I am but a poor wretch of man in this darkness.”
The spirit left from his hands, brushed past his face;
The spirit was gentle, kind to the man, harmless,
“Why fear death, yet hold my body with such grace…??
The human mind fears the very shadows it creates,
For it allows not the reality of life to flourish in man.
Life is all there is, so live, a continuous bliss awaits!”
The old man began with some fear, he almost ran
From the voice; but soon his conscience was lit,
“I have wasted my life on silly trinkets and vanity.
For I see now that my eyes were before very unfit.
I see you live still, I see now with the greatest sanity
That which feeds ignorance and strengthens fear.”
The dark skies opened right there, the man then saw
The moonlight upon himself and the spirit very clear;
Nature called and its essence parted without flaw…

Eternal and Unquenchable.

So many people in the world are ruled by hatred, fear, and the search for money and popularity that their minds are blind to the truth, to reality, they live in this illusion of their minds where everything truly important ages and so they have to compete violently and rush into situations, manipulate and scheme to become better, to become someone else, to become powerful in the eyes of society; for they truly hate themselves deeply and so seek things and accomplishments, and step on others and show their “superiority” just because they need to fill this emptiness they carry inside.

This is the ignorance in the conditioned brain, because they are ruled by dogmas, beliefs, ideas, traditions, memories, and all lifestyles and philosophies borrowed or stolen from others, taught to them and maintained since childhood, they compare themselves to others, they envy and do not know what love/a deeper connection really is.

The unquenchable fire of love and compassion for themselves and for others is buried under all these beliefs, traditions, ideas, and lifestyles of competition to see who is superior, who can be a better slave to money, hatred, and all commercialism, in general to a disgraceful society.

They cannot see and feel what lies in themselves buried and so they seek and seek, for ever more because they see themselves aging and time passing so they become impatient and agitated; therefore, they see life as ephemeral and rushing by, they do not understand that what is buried deep inside them, the unquenchable fire of love and compassion, makes them eternal, makes their minds pure, innocent and creative, absolutely free to see reality as it truly is, to see life as it is and find peace and patience from the tricks of time and all thoughts of violence.

Self-help life truths. The free mind of a human god!

The Unbreakable!

People tend to follow their egos and always seek the approval and attention from others, they say and do to be liked, to be praised by others; however, this is as superficial as the understating of true love that they have, because this is the opposite of love, this is fear of not being accepted and liked by others.

And while you cave into this fear and focus on being liked by others, you neglect and disrespect yourself, you distance yourself from all self-love.

In this ignorant process of the mediocre mind then, one forgets one’s own deep value, namely the truth, God, peace; for truth is not to follow the ego and the selfish desire to be praised and liked by others, because if you do this you will never have a peaceful mind but an agitated one which always tries to please everyone you meet.

The truth is whatever is eternal and not tied to thoughts and characters of man, and this is why the truth will stand on its own and will strengthen the man and woman who lives based on on it, who experiences it in his thoughts, words, and behaviors every single day. To live with the truth is easier than not, because all that which is not the truth makes a cause for man’s deceit and ego-centered activities.

One must realize that man dies (ages and changes under times tyranny) and is ruled by his ego, which creates moods and characters within him, which may make a man weak and distanced from all love and rationale; however, the truth is what makes man elevate himself because there is nothing that can overcome the truth nor deny it, and the truth is eternal and to be 100% relied upon.

Furthermore, man is ruled by good and evil, all types of characters, moral and philosophical changes of all kinds, decay and death. But the truth stands by itself, rules itself, and it is freedom, it is one and is eternal.

Living and experiencing the truth in your thoughts, words, and daily behaviors is real power, because with the truth you are free to be yourself, unique, and so you are not chained to opinions, beliefs, influences, and the fear of not being liked by others.

Embrace this every day and become the truth to light up your mind and elevate yourself, and even help elevate others with your superior example, your superior behavior.

The eternal dance.

“True happiness is… to enjoy the present, without anxious dependence upon the future.” ~ Lucius Annaeus Seneca; Roman Stoic philosopher, statesman, dramatist, and humorist.

“The meaning of life is contained in every single expression of life. It is present in the infinity of forms and phenomena that exist in all of creation.” ~ Michael Jackson.

Happiness is not something esoteric and mysterious, but happiness is the very experience of the moment by allowing your full attention to be expressed in that particular situation.

37b11bde2a09bf4328cd2695c2a580ab--psychic-quotes-linear — The present moment carries our past and future, and it is the only reality there is. By allowing your attention on the present, you shift your emotional body into experiencing this reality which is eternal.

All things carry expression and is your mind the one that finds either misery or happiness there; therefore, is not the situation itself, but your mind and the choice it makes.

For example, your house gets ruined by a flood, you lost many precious things you had. Now, you cannot do anything about it, what you lost you lost; but, however, your mind is the one who chooses to relive the past and cry over what you lost, or your mind can choose to look into the good things in the present–perhaps that you and your family are alive, that you have friends who support you, that you can be patient and strong and work towards a better life, etc.

By acknowledging the present moment, whether pleasant or unpleasant, you free your mind from suffering, from thinking of the past and/or future; therefore, you don’t live in the illusion of a past memory or in the vision of a future, but you embrace the present and live in the reality which is eternal.
