There has to be a sense of dignity and honesty in all you do, from talking to yourself each moment to going to work hours and hours.  It does not matter what it is you do, it must originate from a positive and proactive place in your mind.

If your full attention and heart are not in it, then you will start to hate the task; and you will complain and begin to bring some negativity into your life.  And then things will get worse.

Because when your mind starts dwelling in the ugliness, in the negativity, in the drama of something in your life, then your whole experience in all aspects will get tainted, poisoned; thus, your persona will become affected, your choices will become affected as well.

Love is the deep connection that you need in all things you do; no excuses, no overthinking it, just make yourself see something useful in each activity you engage.

Where the miracle lies.

Love is the deepest connection to another being, to our lives, to ourselves; and once you decide to connect you must not pretend or play, but take the journey of discovery seriously.

And what this connection is, at any level, is a journey to know one another, a commitment throughout it, and something which speaks of your inner values.

The feeling of connection will never fade, and it will even spark and swell in you again, if you keep your attention on it, without allowing your mind to interfere with arrogance and self-pity.

Unconditional love is this attention kept without the tyranny of your changing mind.  Love, deep connection to life, to one another, is a commitment, a phenomenon which never changes it course.

Only the mind changes course.  Truly understand this, and you can understand what unconditional love is.  Truly understand this, and you can understand where the miracle of love lies.

The journey that matters.

Life can seem complicated, and harsh, and even cruel at times; and the distractions, the anxious moments, the illnesses, the unfairness, something even “destined” for us.

But what hurts you, what challenges your lifestyle and mindset, what makes you question your life’s decisions is there for a reason.  It is telling you to stop living your life outwardly, always seeking and questioning what you like and do not like.

The discovery is in yourself.  To experience inspiration to love and live happily, you must deny the world your full attention; and so pay attention to yourself.  And it is a nourishing journey into yourself daily what will help you through life.

An illness, a hurt ego, frustration, anger, ambition, etc.–it is all given to you to be understood as you journey into yourself.  Nothing is more important than this in living a righteous and blessed life.

The Dance of Love.

 

Just jump.  Don’t think…

 

An angel is someone who even before loss and despair keeps the heart open, someone who faces life with a smile and with a positive attitude.

The whole world can come down in pieces, all can be lost; but, still, the hurt and the trauma, the demons and the abyss, is just the mere shadow of fear.

 

“To worship all that you are“

An angel knocks at my heart’s door,
Even her knocking humbles me,
Even my pain dissipates as I get close to you.
The passion feels sweet as sugar,
The tender beauty begins my tears,
You hug me and the anger is gone,
You kiss me and I fly with wings of love.
“Why is it that I can fly now…??” I ask you.
“My kiss has melted all your weights,
All your anger has transformed,” you say.
So now I am the angel because I love you,
And because I transformed all my pain;
Thus I fly to a secret sky and I carry you.
Yes, I carry you in my lips as I’m drunk,
And I never been more drunk before.
And to know this, to have you in me,
To taste you, to worship all that you are,
Without ignoring your humbling beauty,
Is to fly with no pain, for you are my angel.

And remember:  When truly loving, just give, and dance with the feeling.  Don’t try to analyze the affections of another towards you.   Don’t let your mind interfere and ruin it.  Just dance with it

It shines…

When someone goes through psychological and emotional suffering is a cleanse, is the way life brings change by transmutation, even if the mind cannot see it right away.

All the shame, the disappointment, the frustration, have its purpose; and all in existence blooms at its right time, all it takes is for the mind to allow itself to acknowledge it through patience and a positive consistency.

 

“Your beauty shines in my tears“

When I look away from you,
Far away from a place of love,
I lose the beauty that you can be;
For you are the muse of the artist in me,
And the answers to my very sorrows.
And I know you from long before,
You are my shadow and you follow me.
Why is it that you cling to me as I you…??
Oh, you are a part of me, just tell me?!
We are friends and enemies in love,
People see us in the street,
They sneer at us and my mind rebels;
And so we dance our concealed love song,
And your beauty shines in my tears,
Because it cleanses my soul, my ills.
So, I must welcome you into my arms,
Naked as you are, under the moon,
And under the stars lighting my path.

Stop!

 

excuses1

 

You cannot find yourself to do this or that.  You tell yourself constantly that you do not have time.  Other things seem to occupy your mind while you keep allowing them to do so often.

All the excuses you make are something you invent in your mind and convince yourself that it is true, real, that cannot be changed.

But if you really love something, if you really see something as important, you make time for it, you train your mind to see it as the most important thing to do; and you stop making excuses, because you realize that morality is improving yourself.

Behaviors rooted on health of body and mind, attitudes which are positive and moral in their core, treating yourself and all other creatures with respect and understanding–this is the only thing to seek in your daily choices.

Stop the lies and excuses and start maturing.  Learn to fit rationality, morality, real values which lead you to real behaviors in your thinking and feeling.  Give an example unto yourself and unto others.

Not of your comprehension.

Quite often connections can be damaged beyond repair, in any relationship, whether romantic or otherwise, because one tends to think, argue, try to understand, and psychologically categorize the other person too much–sometimes with obsession.

But to love, to connect is to feel without words, without playing any psychological game.  Just to accept and be with someone else is enough to love, because love is not your effort, is not your demand, is not your belief or opinion.

“I do not seek your comprehension“


I do not want the world to know my feel,
For they would not understand the depth.
I do not seek your comprehension either,
For I just desire your tender eyes to observe.
Mine is an invisible seduction of the soul,
A passion which hugs your whole being;
But do not wonder what this means to you,
Do not imprison yourself in nervous thoughts,
Just lose your inhibitions and dance in bliss.
If you do not believe that the soul in love
Leaves the body in the agony of passion,
Then do not take your eyes away from me
And do walk to where I am without speaking.
When true lovers all around the world moan
They are telling our story without knowing it.
I am not who you see, but I am what you feel,
And what you feel is not to be understood;
For is not of your mind, not of your reason.

O, to truly love you.

There is no separation or difference between love and freedom.  There can exist no love without freedom.  There can exist no freedom without love.  Do you truly realize this…??  But, just know, freedom, love–it is shown in your behaviors, not in your thoughts and clever words.

If a man expects something of a woman and then gets upset because he does not get his desires fulfilled, it means he is attached and focused on himself only; therefore, he is not free but trapped by his own selfishness, and at the same time he does not offer freedom to the woman.  This is not love.

When a woman gets all her attention on a wedding ceremony, on jewelry, on being swept off her feet and saved by a man, it means she is attached to outward situations and events; therefore, she is not leading herself but living in a romantic bubble, and so she is not free but trapped by her delusions.  This is not love

In these two examples there is no freedom, because there is only selfish desire, which feels nice perhaps; but it puts the mind in a prison.  And how can love flourish in this psychological prison…??

If you are not truly free in your mind, if you are obsessed, if you are overwhelmed by desire, if you are following a set pattern of what love means in this corrupted society; then, there is no love in you or in your behaviors, and when this happens you cannot truly love another.

Amidst challenges and fears…

To believe in yourself is to let go of your mistakes belonging to past memories, to learn from them and make better choices from now on.

To believe in yourself is to inquire deeply into your psychological traumas and fears, and so to rise above them and lead your life without those burdens.

If you carry your burdens without inquiring into them, without facing them, without understanding why you choose to suffer them, then there is no belief in yourself; for carrying your sorrows will block you from positivity and strength to see the best in you.

To believe in yourself then is to have faith in yourself.  Now, to truly have faith in yourself IS NOT to blindly hope that something good will happen in your life; but it is to ACTUALLY believe (as fact), trust, acknowledge your strengths now so you can lead yourself to a better life moving forward.

Nothing can be accomplished, inwardly and also outwardly, without believing in yourself.  You can put your trust, commitment, faith in others; however, this is just an escape if you do not actually believe in you.

So, learn to see your strengths and adopt positive attitudes towards yourself, even amidst challenges and fears, because this is the only path to transforming yourself into a better person, and your life into a better life.

The most precious.

A  woman  is  the  most  beautiful  and  emotional  creature  in  existence,  because  she  is  ruled  and  driven  by  her  strong  emotional  content,  by  her  powerful  intuition  and  sincere  feelings;  but,  she  carries  pain,  much  struggle,  unfairness,  all  of  them  do,  deep  inside  them.
