I always loved you…

What is love…?? How do you love?? What exactly is it?? Society, friends, family, what we watch, listen, hear, read. It is all a haze. These steer us one way. They say this. They do that. Thought and words do not match people’s actions.

People love with hate, with selfishness, with stubbornness, with jealousy, and so on and so forth. But people still feel lonely though. Some others feel needy. Or neglected. Or anxious. Another group has lost all capacity and desire for love, to love, to be loved… This book is all about this, and more.

We delve into the depths of love, of natural magnetism, of intimacy with ourselves and with another; and we do it without excuses. Excuses are not allowed! This book studies the psychology, as well as the spirituality, in the human experience, in order to awaken the mind and bring light into our lives.

A book about the essence of love.

Just wanted to introduce my first non-fiction book, “I ALWAYS LOVED YOU – Creatures of Eternal Love.” Coming soon to Amazon, in e-book and paperback formats.

It is written, or divided, in Two Parts: The first part is about self-love. And about the meaning and purpose of existence. Also about the nihilistic mind and how it operates arrogantly as a philosophy in our heads. It goes in deep into people who feel empty, and lonely, and frustrated with love. The confusion brought on by relying too much on society’s influence.

The second part is about relationships with another. Romance. Attraction. Natural magnetism. And about the feminine. Men and women as romantic partners. Why life and women test the masculine and men. And many other things…. A little seriousness. A little comedy. Storytelling to understand better what is being said. It carries my style.

You know love by…

Love must be observed carefully and not be a reactive impulse. Some people are quick to love, when they are only seeking validation from their target. This people do not know true love, but they are only seeking you to validate them and how they feel about themselves. This is needy, clingy people.

Some other people show affection by honest behavior, without words, without labels. They just give with joy, they comprehend the patient process of affection. This people have a greater chance at true love, because they pace themselves and build trust.

Always observe the people around you–i.e., your family, friends, lovers, even in marriages of a long time. People have different ideas of love and sometimes they distort their affections towards another. You know love by close observation of behavior.

Life itself is a miracle, but you must not let your mind make you anxious and disturb you to see that miracle. Never let yourself down, to feel lonely, to feel depressed for any reason; but feel life as it is, control your suffering, your self-pity.

Love is everywhere and anywhere in life. Love, joy, harmony, affection, success, it is all within you; and you can experience it at any time in your life. All you have to do is to stop attaching yourself to your overthinking and expectations, obsessive desires and self-pity.

The grass is always green. The sun always shines. As long as you control your mind, and your mind does not control you. Love is not about your desires fulfilled and personal opinions. Love is about your commitment to feel positive and healthy in all you think, feel, and do every day.

Stop controlling, believing, philosophizing, and struggling to love life, to love in relationships. You show affections, in all aspect, by letting go, by maintaining your mind pure and anxiety free. Love for yourself, not for others. Always for yourself.

“I asked a bird“

I asked a singing bird who flew in my room,
“How can you sing in this world of darkness??”
She said, “I sing in spite of the darkness,
I sing to flame the fire that shines in the dark.”
And I asked, “And how can you fly worry free??”
She flew to me and said, “To worry free I fly.
I fly to love singing every day without worry.”
If you love someone, you let her go and be;
Like a bird who flies and sings every day,
For all life is must remain free to be true love.

Worry about your own faults.

Stay with yourself. Create your feelings, and don’t let others control how you react. Learn that people cannot be changed by you, they are who they want to be; that is, for better or worse, not your problem.

You must express yourself, be true to yourself; but let people have their beliefs and opinions. It is not your responsibility to save anyone. You only point, but let them decide if they will walk in that direction or not.

Stop being so arrogant as to make it your duty to control people and make them see what you see. Worry about your own faults, your own ego, your own psychological addictions, and open your own eyes. That is the only responsibility you have.

In order to truly love, and feel loved, you must accept everything about yourself. Come to terms with your past, however ugly and unfair.

Accept that you made mistakes and welcome the lessons. Accept that others made mistakes or behaved badly towards you, forgive and move on.

Be open emotionally and recognize your own blindness and the fact that you must acknowledge absolutely everything you feel, whether it is miserable or joyful. Do not fear or escape how you feel.

Understand that you have to create good habits, discipline yourself, in order to have more opportunities in all aspects of life. Do not limit yourself and feel sad because you see that you cannot be successful at something in particular now.

To love others, to have a great and prosperous relationship and life, you have to love yourself wholly. This means to know every thought, every feeling, conscious and subconscious, that you have in each moment you are alive.

Get to know yourself.

What the ego is keeps you from loving your life and people. The ego is all that which keeps you unhappy, angered, frustrated, violent psychologically and emotionally. You must see this in you each moment.

You cannot be healed of your suffering, of your traumas, of your confusions, if the ego lies hidden and undiscovered in you. And many people, good people even, do not actually recognize when they are possessed by their own egos.

And it is why religions are pointless, because God is not found in scriptures or in any other book–ancient or not. God is your own decency, your own goodness, that vitality and inspiration in you to love and create; and this must be discovered only by you.

To discover all this goodness and strength born out of love in you, you must first recognize the obstacle you have, which is your own ego. We all have ego, but we all do not recognize it or acknowledge its existence in us. Get to know yourself each moment then.

To know intimacy.

So is your mind.

The lack of deep and intimate relationship with your own nature is what makes you want to seek out there–seek philosophies, seek religion, seek God, seek validation from people, seek love, seek happiness, etc.

To know your nature is to be content, without seeking anything, and truly knowing that you already have everything you need. Loss of intimacy with life results in trying to find answers, meanings, purpose for God, for your existence, for your emptiness.

Intimacy is to know yourself in deep, it is to go beyond the petty desires and conflicts of your mind. Your mind is always seeking, attaching itself to ways of life, religions, and to human creatures close to you.

Leave your mind, because your mind does not know intimacy in life; and you must become intimate to truly love and be happy without addictions and dependencies to your outside.

Risk everything.

Life is love. Love is life. Forget about romance and all labels superficial. Life is the risk of openness, expression of how you feel, a jump with courage all throughout your days.

Don’t live in your mind where everything is analysis, prejudice, and difficulties; but live in and through your heart, where everything is love for life without words. Follow your intuition.

You cannot expect to love, and to be loved, with a mind of prejudice, of analysis, of grudges. Risk losing what you are to find what you need to be.

“Risk losing your mind just to find me“

Love risks everything the mind is,
Love grows everything good,
Love is the fire that keeps us young,
Love inspires all creatures to live.
Where the stars make love to the moons,
Where the womb nurtures the baby-to-be,
Where the flames kiss the currents of air,
You’ll meet me there without more delays.
But leave your feet on the ground, come alone;
Fly towards my burning soul, bare yourself.
This is certainly to love me and to love life,
To risk losing your mind just to find me.
