Beyond thought-forms and decaying flesh, right behind it, there is the superior god in all of us. We just have to reach for it and rise!

Pouring words.

One of the greatest characteristics in human evolution, the force which built our societies around the world, is the development of language–Spanish, English, Swedish, Russian, Chinese, and the rest. These forms of communication are paramount in the progress of each one of us as peoples, but because of this importance it is crucial also to put good intention and care in what we say; for this communication–either as thinking or as words to others–carries the power to unite us or to separate us. Each word, each thought, either to ourselves or to others, is energy which attracts or repels, which builds or destroys, and which loves or hates. This is where the ego lies. The ego is mind, the content of our powerful minds appearing as thoughts, words and the translation into images of those words.

Human beings are the only ones who have this level of detailed language, this level of intellectual activity. I am sure animals have their language and thus their own form of ego activity, so they can communicate in their own special ways; however, by observation and meditation one can see that animals’ minds do not have this level of ego we possess, their languages are simpler and this is why they have reached their level of evolution–which is also why they feel deeper than us, feel greater intuition, and sense what we as humans ignore, while not having all this mental ego activity as thick veil. Always understand that our communication carries power, and that words can make someone fall in love with you or hate you, words can make you stronger or weaker, words can dictate a better future for you or a worse hell, words can express true feelings of love and devotion or they can spread gossip and lies.

And it is the great energy in words, in our daily communication, the one that carries the power; hence, these vibrations are ways to create–it is what makes us able to be creative geniuses in any aspect we choose, or it is what creates a life of misery and lack of creativity around us and within in us. We may very well call it magic! Because our communication, our words, thoughts, can create and express love, right…?? And what is true love if not magic…?? True love can make a man into a superior being. True love can make a woman bloom like a flower and feel young her whole life. True love can develop a child into an enlightened adult of greater and deeper understanding. True love can give you freedom even if you are chained in a dungeon.

True love is magic; the rest is just entertainment, fantasies created by the ego of man… So communication can be magic if you know how to use it, so stay fully aware of how you use it each day, each moment you breathe…

Explore your very being…

Today I wanted to show you some of my paintings, because I was reminding myself this morning how important is to be creative and have an outlet–a source of your own where you can recharge and express yourself. Whatever that is for you, learn to be creative in whatever you do, as simple and silly you think it might be; work at it, use the talents and intelligence you have to create, to inspire yourself and others, because that is where the key to being unique is found.

People tend to often live monotonous lives, and lives full of frustration and stress; the job, the kids, the relationship, the friends, the engagements, the idea I have to work on, the traveling, the rent. But what about yourself…?? What about discovering yourself from the inside instead of engaging on activities solely on the outside…?? And people cannot find clarity and freedom in their lives, and this is because clarity and freedom come to your mind whenever this one is stress-free and calmed, peaceful and in love with yourself or with the person you are; thus free to be yourself and not follow a set pattern given by society.

To discover yourself you must then open yourself to new frontiers, to new paradigms, to new ways of exploring yourself. So you can discover love and happiness in you as a trait of your very being…

Alien.

You are here to be an individual, to be you, to love you and care for you; after that love is self-discovered and you are happy with yourself, strong, confident, able to love being alone with yourself, then that love can expand outwardly and you can properly care for others. But first you must be your truest and most faithful friend, when situations are easy and when they are not, always there for yourself. Can you truly see the value in this…??

Now, most people in the world seek to be an individual, seek for love and happiness out there; they cannot bear to be alone, they hate themselves if they are alone for a long time, they do not know love because they seek it out there like the rest. So, in this empty game they play they find themselves alone and confused, following the ignorant crowd, they cannot reach intelligence because their minds are in agitation, always worried and stressed about relationships and being liked by others. Their attention falls into the world of form, thus their energy is misused by trying to compete and be liked by their potential partners, their bosses, their family, their friends, etc. They wear masks to compete and become attractive to others, they are never themselves because being themselves means to be emotionally exposed (which means taking off their masks), and so they are never truly free; but they are strangers to themselves and never loved, never happy. So if they are alone they have designed this concept of a broken heart.

A “broken heart”…?? Or a broken ego…?? They seek and lean on the world to find love and happiness when they have forgotten where love and happiness really lie; so their minds, their egos, become attached and obsessed, corrupted by society and the influence they get from it. They never find themselves, because they seek in relationships, in churches, in governments, in the media–they seek in these places to find a meaning to their empty lives, to find something which can give them some kind of activity to maybe find love and happiness there. But do they find it…?? No, the roller coaster continues and they are always pining, angry, frustrated, confused; and this monotonous and egoistical activity brings them shame, feelings of worthlessness, so-called “broken hearts,” and the rest of the nonsense in which they choose to dwell.

But this is pointless, isn’t it…?? Because love and happiness must be self-discovered, unique of themselves. Who cares about competing?! One must create his own life, inside, not outside. One must never be a stranger to oneself; because if there is indeed a sin, that is it.

Do you lie, even a “little white lie” or a “fib”…?? Perhaps you call it “not telling the whole truth” or some nonsense like that–just to make yourself feel better about lying. And why do you feel the need to lie…?? What is the state of your mind when you lie…?? Is it love, confidence, strength, respect…?? Or is it fear, shame, self-pity, a bit of anger, worthlessness perhaps…??

People just react and says stuff, don’t they…?? They are so thoughtless even when they don’t want to be. Perhaps they are nice and caring, but they still lie to themselves and to others; and they do this because, even though their vain egos may make them feel strong and like they are doing the right thing, there is some garbage in their minds–something they hide, or something they fear about the way they are and they don’t want it revealed, or something they did, or they know the truth but they play dumb because they are lazy and superficial. The state of the mind when anyone lies, for any reason, big or small lie, is that of fear, darkness, not truth, and not light. And the problem is that lies affect the way we are, our personalities, subconsciously they program the way our thinking pattern works, and the way we see others, ourselves, and even life and the experiences we live daily.

You see, there only exists love and fear, and from love and fear we develop all the thoughts and feelings–i.e., joy, suffering, pleasure, pain, calm, anger, affection, disgust, certainty, confusion, etc. etc. This is all you experience in your life, isn’t it…?? But you have been endowed with an intellect, a superior ego which gives you choice; and so, you choose between love and fear, and then feelings start pouring in–the feelings you have created by your choice. Can you take your time now and truly see this for yourself…?? See the truth! Don’t agree or disagree, but see the truth behind the words.

So, obviously, you can see that lies branch out or are born from fear. They cannot be born from love, can they…?? So as an adult you have garbage to take out, and I do as well; because daily we have to choose if to allow love or fear into our minds–i.e., shame or confidence, calmness or anger, gratitude or envy, truth or lie, etc. And, like I said, this choice which may not seem too important at times, shall create your persona, the way you see yourself, others, and life itself. And it shall attract or repel opportunities and situations in your life, because all we think and feel is made out of vibrations either positive or negative, and these vibrations affect the world outside of us. This is fact. This is truth. This is science…

And so, would you empty your garbage then…??

Truth.

There are two sides of being human, aren’t they…?? There is Yin and Yang. There is dark and light. There is your opinion and that of others, and plain truth. There is fear and its machinations, and there is pure love which only obeys to truth and facts. Now, one thing to understand is that the only reason the world is in turmoil, in chaos, violent, fearful, and the rest, is because people live in the dream. And what is the dream…?? The dream is the state of their minds, it is like a veil which covers their eyes in such a way in which they cannot see the truth, they cannot see for themselves, so they feel the need to follow others and claim to know the truth by popularity.

Since billions of people believe in this, society does this, books all teach this, the media says this, everybody eats this, then I will join in and follow, thus claim this truth for myself and choose to be free. Choose to be free…?? So, what is freedom…?? Is it something you choose…?? Choice is of the mind, of the ego, isn’t it…?? Because freedom is truth, like the Sun’s rays give energy day and night and keep all life living and growing–i.e., the Sun’s rays are free and real whether you believe in them or not. See, it is not about right or wrong, but about truth. Being right or wrong are concepts society teaches and conditioned in the mind of the human being; however, this is an illusion, only truth exists–i.e., the eternal, pure love, facts which can enlighten someone’s life.

When someone leads his life by truth, not by right or wrong, then that someone is Enlightened, a Buddha, a Christ, truly free to choose health, to choose the right partner, to choose the right philosophies, etc. etc. This is freedom. So freedom is not a condition of your mind, like true love is not a condition of your mind, like truth is not a condition of your mind–i.e., your mind only knows duality, light and dark, right or wrong, agree or disagree. Stepping out of your mind then there is a place, which is not biased or conditioned, which is not a program or a memory; and this place is where one can know freedom, and where there is no ego. This is why freedom and truth and pure love cannot be accessed by your mind, because they go beyond mind, they go beyond duality and its machinations.

When you live every day, in every aspect of your life, based on this truth you are free, and when you are free you are Enlightened, truly Awakened. Enlightenment is to see! Enlightenment is seeing the truth and becoming the truth–in the way you think daily, in the way you eat, in the way you behave, you are able to be love and rise ever in love–i.e., you understand daily the difference between love and desire, and between intellect and intelligence, and between imagination and truth.

Like the wolf.

A wolf–alone, individual, constant, patient, following his own.

So, losing and winning is based on competition, right…?? Losing and winning are concepts born out of comparison. You watch others, you covet what others have, you desire to be like them and enjoy like them, you formed attachment and addiction to these ideas and views; so you compare and destroy your uniqueness, because in your mind competition broods as the only reality, the only way to better yourself and your life, and because your mind is infected now by this outer influence. And, of course, this brings fear to the mind. Can you see how this mindset brings fear…??

Fear of not being good enough to achieve what you want, fear of so-called “failure,” fear of being mocked by others for not achieving, fear of feeling inferior, and the fears go on and on. And this brings mighty pressure on you, your mind is now on struggling mode and you are not really enjoying the moment because your mind is upon what you could win or lose in a future; this obviously brings suffering, this puts you in a bad and tense mood because you are playing to win and you cannot do less than winning–so you must be always on and reactive, guarded and ready to strike at any moment. But what of the pressure…?? The pressure is not only psychological but now is felt all over your body, and your immune system gets compromised, your energy in time is less because to compete and have this intense thinking you must use great amounts of energy.

And perhaps thoughts of quitting pop up in your mind…?? Who knows. But if you do quit you feel beaten down, like a loser, like you missed on some great opportunity which you will never have again. Are you starting to get the image…??… Of course, if you are going to go for what you want, go for it, you are here on earth for it; however, don’t do it out of following society and to be obedient to a pattern, to be like somebody else and have what they have–only idiots do this. And you are not an idiot, are you…?? Or maybe you are. Only you know that in the recesses of your own mind, so explore it and find out. Take the trip in silence, connect to your higher self. Don’t agree or disagree with me. Who cares about being right?!

The truth is the only thing which matters here, so wake up to it! And understand that life is your playground, but you must meditate, inquire within and discover how to play; if you play, do it for yourself, not out of competition or to be like the rest, so you never quit, so you keep going and enjoying all you experience.

Perfection.

What is being Love…??–Is it to tell the people around you that you are love but in secret you are still unhappy and seeking desperately relationships??–Is it to claim you are not attached but you still find your reason for love and happiness in another person and not in you?? It is hard to understand for many, I know, because society claims, and has taught you since birth, that love is a designed set, concepts, something you acquire with two people or with a family: 1- you like a person so you date, 2- you “fall in love” with that person, 3- you get married and have kids (a bunch of kids, because the more kids you have the more love created in the family, right??).

And isn’t this love everything in life…??–So if you do not seek a relationship and then marriage, does that mean you don’t know love and that you can never be in love…??

But this is a mere concept, steps created by society and that most people follow blindly because they believe romance to be the source of love. And, of course, one is free to do whatever one wants in his/her life. But is liking someone, dating, getting married, following all these steps, Love…?? Is it…?? Because if it is then divorces shouldn’t exist, wars shouldn’t exist, prejudice shouldn’t exist, and all the ugliness people of this world create shouldn’t exist. Because if you truly know love, and if you truly are in love then your whole life changes; you become more emotionally connected, you become kinder, gentler, fear vanishes and you desire harmony and love to everyone. If you really know love then you don’t just love your partner, but you are love–which means that all you think, feel, and do towards the world is love. You are love and that is all you know.

But the world is full of people in love with whomever they date and marry, they follow the steps marked by society– So how come they still hate others, lie, cheat, do not appreciate the life of other sentient beings, divorce themselves, murder themselves, fight with themselves. But still everybody you ask claims to know love, right….?? A father loves his son and his wife, but he kills other countries as a military man and also hates immigrants with all his heart. But he knows love…?? Anyone among you makes sense of this…?? This all happens because no one really knows love, because all they know is what society teaches, levels–i.e., friendship love, family love, love for a job, love for an education, and romantic love being the highest peak of love.

All they know is to seek, and seek, and seek in the world; but the problem is that when you spend your whole life seeking, you actually deviate yourself from love. Because in order to seek with success, first you must become love–you must actually love everybody. If you love all beings, it means you have no fear; if you have no fear, then your love with another will be perfect. If there is no fear, then you have no reason to hate anything or anyone. If you have no fear, then you are love–not “in love” but you are love.

Because the source of love is not something you seek in the world, create as a couple, or design by following steps marked by society. The source of love is an individual meditation, godly, pure, an expansive energy, which brings the perfection of love, because your whole existence becomes this perfection–and now you can love the world with perfection as well.

What is the composition of life–in its spiritual, mental, and physical aspects…?? Life is learning to find a balance in these three aspects, isn’t it…?? And if you do not find this balance, or embrace one more than the other, what happens…?? Have you really thought about this…??

Success, love, happiness, freedom to be yourself–these are all one and the same, because being successful means to love what you do, and loving what you do means being happy, and being happy means you taste freedom to be truly yourself. But by “love what you do” I do not mean the popular significance society preaches in magazines and on TV ads–i.e., make money and be popular, study and seek something which is famous in the industry or in the marketplace, be like them or follow in their footsteps. By “love what you do” I mean discover yourself as a person (no matter age or origin), if you make a mistake welcome that mistake and keep on going, pay attention to anything that you do, and be brave enough to love and explore every little detail of yourself and of life in all aspects–spiritual, mental, physical, financial. This is balance, isn’t it…?? When you do all this you are truly successful, right…??

But in order to feel successful and experience all these wonderful things in you–love, happiness, freedom, etc.–you must discipline your mind, you must order your mind and clean it. If your room has clothing all over the floor, and dirt, and food stains, and whatnot, it would be very difficult to feel yourself clean, sleep in there, and find what you really need in the mess; so, what you do is be disciplined, you clean it and order all the items thrown. Life is exactly the same: You are successful by ruling your mind, by disciplining your mind; for that is its real purpose, your mind is just a tool for you to find all these wonderful things I have mentioned in the beginning. By allowing yourself to realize this, your mind becomes more open to be at your service; and you get to use it and manage it to your advantage, to be your true self and experience all success.

While you do this and work on yourself, your example guides others who do not rule their minds but who let their minds rule them… This is how you illumine your path, as well as someone else’s…

The game.

People make the mistake to seek themselves in society–in their relationships, in their jobs, in their religions, and in all their particular activities. This is to put on masks and try to fit in and find your love, your happiness here; however, these are the lies people live and tell themselves every day. Because these are mere things, as important as they can be to you, superficial things you do, experiences of the human games you are here to play; but still you are searching for yourself in the wrong places where nothing of eternal substance can be found…

“The game.”

I was blind and my foothold very weak,
I thought me as superior in my own eyes,
I felt saved, proud, safe in a crooked path
Where I had you through painful choices.
I did not see myself in this game but a lie
Which grew in me and cut my freedom,
A game where I constantly seek and seek,
In you, In them, some love, some happiness,
A way to express myself through my masks;
But soon it swallowed me and kept me away
In spite of my bouts of anger and frustration,
In spite of my desires to be mended by you.
But I finally discovered myself in the mirror,
Aging, deceived, broken–but alas awake!
Thus awake with a light I hadn’t seen before,
Such brightness which took me past the mask,
Past societies, past cultures, past seeking.
And now I saw you, dear, for who you were,
My partner, not my savior or my source of love;
And I saw me, I saw how illumined I was,
what I was, and who I needed to be for me.
Yes, I contemplated my role and my worth
Far beyond society’s many false arguments.
Who was I…?? Thunder came, lightning shot,
Then I knew who I was, and who you were too…

Unique Art.

I think that too many people are just existing for the sake of getting through the day, through the week, through the year; or worse yet, people are just expecting situations to change and so they are not being the best they can be. Their minds are located in their current problems, pressures of this and that, and they are ignorantly praying and desiring for better things, for better days, for happier days to come. They are not really putting all their good vibes and energy, their best moods and pure hearts, into the task at hand, into what they are doing each minute of each day–i.e., into their communications with somebody else, into their self-talks, into their jobs, into their ideas, into their ways of affection towards somebody important for them, into their arts, into their alone moments, and into all activities.

And can you not see that this is exactly the reason for any fear and lack of confidence to fester in the mind…?? Love and happiness is in how much energy and discipline/attention you put into whatever you do: If you put all your energy and attention into your job (into the details of it without complaining), you will soon get used to it and find love in that. If you put attention and all your energy in all aspects of a relationship, soon your mind will erase the flaws of your partner and you will become more caring and mature in the ways you express your love. If you feel alone, neglected, but you begin to discipline your mind into putting all your energy into yourself and into activities for yourself, you will soon feel whole, working for yourself, and too busy loving yourself to feel alone and neglected. So put all your attention and energy into whatever you do, all the time, even into things which you do not consider important–like cleaning, shopping, drawing, writing, taking the bus, walking by yourself, walking the dog, usual conversations, etc. etc.

Putting all your heart and soul into these things, in my own experience I know, will soon give you the inner strength to rise above all fears you may have; because life is a true celebration as you enjoy each moment (whatever that moment is), but when you neglect the moment then your attention wanders into overthinking and depression. And art is just that, being extremely creative and unique in whatever you are doing. See, popular art might be painting, dancing, acting, sculpting, making music; however, anything in life can be transformed into art, because art is what brings you love and happiness, what makes you say “I am unique and great!”

You can love somebody, or something you do daily, as an ordinary and mediocre person does, like most people, and so fall into hate, jealousy, sadness, feelings of worthlessness, and the rest of the nonsense; or you can love somebody, or something you do daily, as a true art form, uniquely of yourself as a superior human being who creates with his divine energy and wonderful creativity… And it is all in your hands. And it is all up to you…
