You know you’re eating too much and the wrong foods for your health. You do realize that you always try to win instead of seeing the truth and learning from it. You recognize your own stubbornness and yet you keep doing the same old things and remaining with the same thoughts and behaviors. And you do a lot of other nonsense you are aware you do, but still you tell yourself lies to cover your own weaknesses, don’t you…?? Why do you keep doing this over and over again, and then you read about how to be better, you watch enlightening videos, you talk about love and the things you have read, you share this stupid knowledge with people and arrogantly you make yourself a Buddha…??
Why…?? I mean, is this to be truly intelligent…??
You do everything, you seek everything out in the world–you go to yoga class in groups, you go to church, you read so-called “spiritual” texts, you buy the latest from the spiritual teachers in literary form, you ask people you trust how to live and decide better in your own life; but you never actually go to the root of the problem beyond your own ego–because all this knowledge you acquire from the world, as nice as it can be, goes to your mind, to your ego. But the ego does not know truth, love, or divinity–all that information you have is the program that enslaves you, that stops you from going inwardly. But you don’t think it does, do you…?? And that is exactly your greatest weakness, your downfall. The sacred road to self-discovery is the best and the most intelligent one can take in life, because life is all about inner growth, through self-awareness, by watching and realizing the activities of your own ego keeping you from experiencing true love, happiness, the truth in all things.
But not just self-awareness, which is the easy part; but by serious meditation through focusing on your breath with no-thought; for only meditation can bring you in touch with what lies beyond all that information/all that ego you have. Meditation shouldn’t make you feel like you cannot do it, for this fear is what keeps you away from ever starting; through meditation you must be patient because your rushing mind must get used to it first. You practice over and over again; that is how you become a Buddha and achieve a constant state of Illumination–i.e., you do not run away from the demons of boredom and anxiety taunting you and trying to deviate you from deep meditation and from staying on your breath.
Everything and the most important things, the basic things for a good existence as a human being–i.e., true love, wisdom, peace, harmony, freedom, great understanding–are inside you, not out there–i.e., not in religions, scriptures, governments, family, relationships, group classes of any kind. If you approach all these things without embracing the important things that are discovered inside you, then your life will be a hell, a confusion on true love and happiness, and all sorts of mental demons will cloud your thinking and behaving.
But you persevere, and persevere, and persevere… Don’t be a naive fool and think outer achievements, outer seeking, will make you a better, wiser human being, but meditate as the Buddha under that Bodhi Tree; and during your active day learn from your mistakes, pay attention to all you do to rise as a new being of illumination, as a very god of wisdom and great understanding.
The words, the beliefs, the traditions, the rituals--this is keeping you down, dumbing you down from self-knowledge, from the truth; find out who you are without all these enslaving arms.
So I just had two of these young missionaries knock at my door, and I truly felt for their confused minds which are overwhelmed by garbage others have told them, all this ignorance–like parrots they repeat scriptures and what they have been told since birth by the bishop and their own parents. Yes, they were like parrots standing on my door’s threshold, their mouths enslaved by the same words and phrases over and over again, and I could sense that they weren’t really thinking for themselves but they were reacting to a program forced in them and that now they were seeing as true.
So, they asked the usual: Why wouldn’t I go to church with them or why wouldn’t I come back…?? I looked at them. At that moment I really felt sad for their empty minds and I wished I had had the power to make them see through the veil like I can; but, however, I know that awakening and seeing through the veil is something which cannot be taught by mere words, and that illumination comes to your very conscience when you are ready–and, in the case of highly religious people, that awakening is extremely difficult to happen. Possible, as it happened to me, but extremely difficult; for most people live their entire lives without questioning themselves and the status quo of all society. God, true love, absolute peace, freedom–these are not even experienced by them, their minds following blindly their own imaginations and stubborn views. Are you one of these lost souls…??
What would it take for you to awaken and become illumined, not by my rebellious words here, not by any ancient scriptures or modern articles or man’s knowledge of any kind, but by your constant self-inquiry and serious meditation in all of life’s aspects…??
You don’t need a middleman. You don’t need to kneel in prayer. You don’t need to think about Jesus and Buddha and put them on a golden pedestal, and so become pitiful followers. You don’t need to be guided by family traditions, blind faith, and by any man, saint or not, who may appear to have the truth or some revelation. Aren’t you the Creation and the Creator…??–Or does your ignorant mind make distinction of the two…?? And if there is no difference, then you mustn’t look out there for a Creator. Isn’t God the very rich energy inside each atom making you, the world and all worlds…??
All you must do is see clearly, empty your own mind from your beliefs, traditions, and all words; for your own mind/your own ego is the one you call Satan or The Devil, or whatever is keeping you from actually experiencing all love and truth. Your confusion, your emptiness, your loneliness, your need to follow others and repeat their words like a parrot–this is your ego, and it will never allow you to be illumined or enlightened in this lower state of existence…

The birth of intelligence–and by intelligence I do not mean knowledge from books and from society, not memory or anything others have told you–is the most miraculous thing, it is freedom and true love; for this intelligence is emotional intelligence and the curiosity to inquire into anything and everything for yourself, and in this lies the very essence of awakening.
Of course, this birth of intelligence is suppressed and even denied by all society, specially religions, because with intelligence you begin to see through the veil they have cast upon you and you stop following others; thus you become an individual and not part of the pitiful herd, you do not buy everything, you do not covet everything they put in front of you, you realize that the truth lies in yourself and not in scriptures, and you see the greed and power-mongering in all politicians and also in members of a religion.
You are dangerous to society now, because our society, even with the many good things it offers, has been built on deceit and corruption; and all to keep people collective and belonging to the same group, obedient and chained to the same views and understanding. For if true intelligence is born in you, then you become powerful enough to stand alone, on your own, confident, and so bring out the truth unto yourself and unto others, thus illumination and rebellion lights up the conscience of the bunch. Can you see how intelligence can really open the eyes of the people and bring about clarity and individuality…??
What if you were to become curious about anything and everything…?? What if instead of following your family, your traditions, your cultures, the books and articles you read, your religions, you were to wake up and follow your own experiences based on truth and not in the lies your ego tells you every day…?? Perhaps, if you did this with patience and honesty, you too will find true love and bliss within yourself, the cure to your loneliness, to your insecurities, and to all your frustrations; as you feel this greater intelligence bathing each cell in your body.
The birth of intelligence is the sacred birth to discover. Life is meant for you to discover this sacred birth of intelligence, where you are guided by intuition and by higher knowing instead of by your ego and your intellect full of books and words from others.
Man must be ruled by his emotions instead of being wasted by his intellect. But the man of the world is empty, angry at life and seeking more of this and more of that, thinking that intellect is what better rules himself and prospers the world; however, you look around you and you see all sorts of chaos and destruction happening–i. e., wars nation against nation, rape, murder, vain exploitation of all divine nature, poverty, famine, political divisions and misconducts which hurt peoples, etc. Surely you understand who is guilty of this today, who really rules the world and started all this stupidity…?? Who rules the world by bullying and destroying love and emotional connection…??–Is it woman??–Is it man??
Who heads the mediocre churches and governments…?? Who is blind to the beauty and simplicity of the flower, or rigid to the tears or joy which a work of art can evoke in the heart/in the emotional body…??
There is a great seed of mediocrity stemming from the intellect in all of us, but it is greater so in the unawakened men of the world; and this seed is what drives men to commit all these crimes against all nature, for this seed is the unbalance of his own psyche, for this seed is his poor choice. Man has an emotional body but he chooses to follow society and vanish his emotions from his own life, thus he believes he is driven by intelligence being guided by his intellect, yet he stands blind to the fact that it is his own intellect that which brings destruction and chaos to his relationships and life in general–and especially it is intellect who destroys him from the inside. One cannot know oneself by mere intellect, but one must be in direct connection to one’s own emotional content.
Deep emotions awaken man, elevate the individual and forge the perfect gentleman. Can you see this for yourself….?? So, when man is awakened he denies the dull power of his intellect, he places it as second place; for his emotions come first–for his emotions love, create, understand deeply, connect to all life. Are you yet to awaken as a true man…?? Because rationalization and your mechanical views can take you only so far, but emotions can open all doors and link you to The Infinite.
The Blue Lotus is the symbol of the victory of the spirit over the senses, of intelligence and wisdom, of higher knowledge. From the drawings on the pyramids of Egypt to the smaller lessons written on your own life experiences, all is symbols and messages in life; and so, whomever understands them rules his or her world as a god or goddess. The blue lotus then, victory of our higher self over the lower self, and it is the pure light, the godly energy in the conscience of the Enlightened Man. A blue lotus represents the embodiment of the “perfection of wisdom;” a higher dimension of thought or conscious realm where the mundane life is seen as part of the whole and not the origin of struggle and suffering. Here intuition and insight guide the awakened man.
All is one and we are to understand this wherever we go, for beyond all your troubles, mental frustrations, and self-designed “failures” in life, if you look past those with a meditative mind, within yourself, you shall find the wisdom of a blue lotus…

Sitting upon a blue lotus I see the vapors of turmoil, Immersed in the energy of God I find the purest light Glowing thus in the darkest corners of my human toil; And so, of this I transmute my own vanity and fright. Can you live blissfully without vanity and fright…?? I observe in meditation the ripples of the gentlest void, I vanish all forms of duality and ignorant society affair; I sit upon this lotus and watch the old me being destroyed, O I feel the Feathers of Ascension within me everywhere.
How are you living your life…?? Are you stopping yourself to breathe, to actually enjoy the moment, or are you just stressed and worried, constantly submerged in your daily troubles…??
I can feel the stress and the pressure each day, but the choice to dwell in them or not is mine; furthermore, the past and the future, the memories of what was and the images of a possible future must not drive me and fill the content of my mind.
The content of the human mind is just what we choose it to be, nothing and no one has the power or right to fill that content… unless we allow it, that is… When you think about something, analyze it, figure out if it has a real purpose; as it is, realize that you must live in the moment, throw out memories which do not serve you and stop creating the future which is not real.
Your mind must be the most, and the only, sacred place you visit daily, such visits must be with analysis and patience, don’t rush into things just because the intense feelings of the moment compel you or because thoughts appear unannounced in your consciousness. In order to be free from the strain and pressures of your situations you must maintain your mind fit, in harmony and concentrated on living the moment; because in living the moment it is the connection to your heart, to insights, and to the answer to deeper questions. The unruly mind always leans toward thoughts of a future or towards memories of a past; however, this brings regret, worry, all forms of suffering and confusion, because in doing this you are away from the moment, from the feel of the heart.
In life you must go for what your heart tells you with patience and commitment, do not allow thoughts to bring fear and confusion; therefore, your mind must be sacred, not filled with filth from an ugly or embarrassing past, and not filled with the images of a punishing future either. Awaken to this! Choose happiness for yourself and for others by living, experiencing, and sharing the moment with yourself and with others.

Do you know why most people tend to make bad choices over and over again throughout their lives…?? People all over the world, even with higher education and vast experience, live in ignorance and create wars and all sorts of ignorant evil or mischief, so one wonders… aren’t these people with all their education and vast life experience supposed to be intelligent and create beauty instead of mayhem…?? …
So, what is really intelligence…??
All most of these people do is search for more success in the world, more recognition, more knowledge from books, more experiences, but all this goes to their intellect, which is the ego; so, all this is the accumulation of knowledge, superficial data which is gained by effort and struggle, as the mind is always trying to fix, always trying to achieve more and increase in superficial, mechanical awareness–an ambition which is capable of consuming the individual in pride of becoming better, more knowledgeable, more successful, more rich, more spiritual, etc..
All this never-ending struggle for becoming is a denial of what one really is, because one is never satisfied with that which one is, because one finds identity and worth, the ego finds identity and worth, in accomplishing and struggling to be. This false identity and worth is tied then to our ego, to our daily thoughts of joy and suffering, to all feelings which like a roller coaster take us up and down in mood swings and through the neurosis of one’s state of mind. This distances us from our real value and we start paying attention to people’s opinions of ourselves and to the very alluring but very ignorant society–i.e., what you should be, how is your life to be improved, what to eat, what to wear, what career to follow, etc. Thus life becomes based on fear of not being better than somebody else and all fear of not becoming what they say we should become. No real love grows within us…
But is there a superior way to internalize and accept that which one is without the struggle and obsession to become better…??
Meditation, observing, peering into oneself, is realizing that there is no struggle in being, that we do not need to seek for experiences and obsess over becoming this or that in order to accept life and flow with it. Observing the tides or ocean waves going in and out is relaxing and powerful, and so there is much learning of wisdom in it; and so, one does not have to think and struggle to understand the movement of the waves, but in simply observing our consciousness grows because now there is no distance between you and the moving water, there is no word, there is no judgement, there is simply a superior understanding which is real intelligence where the ego is dissolved.
The same observing is required in all aspects of life to understand, to absorb wisdom and grow, to observe is to be intelligent without the struggle and desire to be intelligent. Without comparing yourself to the world, without following, without all this behavior out of fear of not becoming this, you become really intelligent, you are what you are now; ergo, you follow your untainted heart without the ego demanding of you, you just flow and do not struggle to please others and fill the expectation others have of you.

Suffering brings certain reactions in the individual, either suffering due to our own ignorant choices or some subconscious conditioning programming our deep personas, and these reactions manifest violence most of the time, explosive, irrational, and prejudiced, because these are reactions based on fear.
Watch your thoughts and emotions when dealing with irrational people; because it is about your mental peace, so either observe their lunacy or just walk away… “Weak people, revenge. Strong people, forgive. Intelligent people ignore.” ~ Albert Einstein.
Fear comes along and the mind alters itself by the dark presence of it, and so this mind distances itself from clarity, harmony, love, deeper understanding; consequently, this mind, overwhelmed by fear, seeks security, it says, “Before somebody else hurts me or judges me in any way, I’ll do it first to them.”
Obviously, this mind is absurd and ignorant, without any rationale, it can only see the image of fear and suffering it has built; and so, it overtakes the whole being, which brings tension to the body, sicknesses, and patters of fog in the higher thinking process.
This mind, this individual is lost, and it is of great value to try and understand the psychology in his reaction; not put up with it, but not fall victim of his manipulation and violent reactions either. Oftentimes it is better to walk away to keep our own peace of mind.
Fear has a way to overwhelm the mind of a person, just like fog overwhelms the pure air of a fresh evening near a beautiful lake. And this fear hides behind pride and heated, violent patterns of thoughts, crooked views which change the whole structure of the human being, at a point where the same fear, the same irrational and explosive persona takes hold and guides the person’s interactions. But for your own sake and growth you must put it out of your mind, forgive and forget, move on, choose to not let it affect you. Change your thoughts, work on something else, drive yourself to an inspirational, more productive task instead of dwelling on frustrating or angry thoughts towards what happened in the past. Ask yourself: Who is in control here…?? And what kinds of thoughts will help me move on…??
It is certainly enlightening to see the truth of it and understand the mind in this process, because in our daily lives we might be interacting with these persons; so, to avoid to get sucked into their dramas, and often perhaps to help them see this, is a great trait to master and practice to better walk the path of our lives. “Don’t Take Anything Personally. The mind of man, in its lower, dormant state, is very conformist, opportunistic, it chooses the easiest and most popular path to follow; it does not create out of reason and love for itself but it designs and schemes paying attention to the world around it.
And the world around it is certainly ignorant and selfish, it does not look for peace and love, unity and uniqueness, it does not search for the growth of the individual; consequently, it seeks to consolidate itself and its power, its influence and control in these weak and lower-state minds, and all in order to selfishly feed its own ego, sell, and demonstrate power over others–comparison between peoples, between nations to see who is better – competition always.
Society, it does not matter what the media and slogans say, does not look to cultivate thinking minds, rich minds which use logic and question, because thinking minds are a danger to the established order, to the established norm; thus, society sells lies dressed as truths in order to slow the mind of the individual and make them followers, enslaves to their own greed of consolidation.
But there is the one individual who allows his mind to stop the chatter and see through the bullying of the demands of society, someone of higher intelligence who sees through the lies and facade of the media, religion, and the government; and, furthermore, this one is the person who steps away and focuses on himself, without being selfish, without following the mere rabble and those idiots in power who conspire to make him another robot without a thought of his own.
To awaken to this is to realize deep within you that you can create and build yourself, that you find and discover happiness and success on your own and so you stop seeking it outside of yourself.
The spark of intelligence illuminates the human mind when we take time to stop our rushing thoughts from following others, the media, and all of society’s schemes; and so question ourselves, all we know and believe, all we have been taught in the past, even if whatever we believe seems at a first glance rational. The lightning spark of thought generated in the solitary mind awakens and is able to function independently, richly, full of intelligence beyond what you now now and understand as intelligence.
The beginning of unique, rich, creative thought, comes when you begin to see through the schemes of society; as you question yourself, the thoughts you have, the feelings you have, and the intentions and reasons you have.

In a world where every decision is made for us, where religious pressures and society’s demands are waiting in every corner–i.e., you have to be in a romantic relationship to feel loved, you must read the scriptures and pray in order to be a good person, you have to watch TV to be like the rest and be informed about the world, you ought to read books to fill your mind with knowledge so you are intelligent like others, you need this and that to become this and that, and the rest of the nonsense.
But with all this confusion and demands going on, how can you look for truth and answers to actually better your life…??
The problem here is not doing all these things, but the problem is what these things do to the mind. The human mind tends to obsess or fix over the things it does, the mind’s world is all these things it does, all these things it experiences; so whenever a problem arises it looks for answers or solutions in these routines–in books, in religions, in relationships, in work, etc. etc.
But this search is not something reliable, because it brings out more questions and dilemmas. What is God…?? Where does he/she live…?? Where would I find him/her…?? How should a saint behave…?? How am I to behave to be morally conscious…?? How to balance public life and personal life…?? The mind then is in confusion, because whatever the answers found, there is always more opinions, more philosophies, more ideas, and so deeper question arise… and more… and more…
So, the answers are rarely found in the outer life, in the outward seeking; but the answer lies within you, because the one asking questions is thought, your obsessive thinking; and behind thought there is silence, self-awareness where no questions exist. Questions are brought on by confusion, and behind your thoughts, in that precise and calm essence of being, is you, the answer of all the questions your ego can fabricate.
It is only in this very self-awareness where you find no confusion and no anxiety, because here there are no questions…
