What defines you…

The ego-driven man, the one who lives focused on the fake thrill of material success, the one who lives envisioning a better future constantly, is the man who dwells in obsession and does not understand life itself, thus he makes selfish competition and running over others priority in his own life, thus he forgets his own greater self in the process.

But how can this man ever stop his own mind from searching and enjoy the moment if he is always seeking thrills and excitement…?? And how can this man experience the happiness living in each moment, whether considered good or not so good moment, when his mind is always lost in the outer pursuit of money and pleasures…??

This man can never know true happiness because for him happiness is a mere concept where he lives, in his mind, in his ego-driven lifestyle of selfish competition; thus, this man seeks out there constantly for value and for blissful experiences, but he never finds them because he misses the eternal condition within.

He indeed misses that spark of love and intelligence, of wisdom and peace, living beyond his own ego-centered activity which keeps him always busy making money and trying to find ways to entertain himself more and more while escaping from his own inner emptiness. He thus misses life’s moments with himself and his loved ones because he dwells in his rushing mind.

This lost man seeks things out there with the ego-driven process of selfish competition because he does not feel whole.

But there is also the man who understands and knows that happiness really lies within himself, so he seeks nothing out there; but, out there in the world of form, he works hard, intelligently and faithfully, to acquire what he wants, he studies and analyses what he wants, but he never makes competition a priority because he is already whole.

He is full and does not need competition. And so, whosoever is full and knows himself from within does not fall into the temptation of desperately seeking to be full further. Thus this man is not greedy or envies others and tries to compete to be better. He only works diligently each day to be unique, not better than the rest but unique as himself.

What defines you as a human being each day indeed is the man or woman you decide to be in your thoughts and in your behaviors.

Rolling out of the mud…

The process of thinking, of analyzing things, planning, envisioning, experiencing first in the mind’s eye, is the process of self-discipline and of good strategy; however, too often the human mind tends to dwell on this, overthink, cripple itself, too much thinking and experiencing in the mind bring fear most of the time.

You must realize that the mind is limited and ego-centered, and so it can only aid you in things you know from experience; but things you haven’t experienced, new ventures and decisions, are always going to be targets to a little confusion and fear to the mind because change is most of the time unique and so it calls for bravery.

New horizons, new light can be scary sometimes if you are attached to the old.

The center of your attitude must then be one of serenity and poise, and you must be curious and brave, believe in yourself and do new things, challenge yourself.

Overthinking or focusing on every little detail of a new venture might leave you fearful and put down, discouraged and filled with worries; therefore, you seek inwardly for that strength and wisdom to understand and realize that to create your path, to be unique and yourself you must do, no thoughts, no overthinking, just do and be in each step you take, take it all in and enjoy the moment.

Don’t lose yourself in choices and too much thinking, the world has many choices and it always says you have time; but you must know better, warriors are forged in the choices they make out of bravery, now, not tomorrow, without delay.

Make your choice then and stop living in your mind.

The Way of The Warrior.

The Way of The Warrior

One cannot simply survive and each day hope for the best without altering what one does, but one must do anew, change one’s actions, change one’s ideas, become a warrior in one’s own life. To see life with different eyes, fresh eyes, such eyes that are not exhausted by stubborn views and oppressing situations; therefore, a new breath must bring a fresh start, which means boldly gather yourself and keep making yourself better without stopping to self-pity or to entertain the opinions of others.

Opinions are never facts for the warrior who is wise and based on truth, so opinions do not shake him one bit when the fools of the world open their mouths to spew their ego-centered garbage.

When everyone else sees darkness and chaos, you must see light and order; thus, your mind becomes the mind of a warrior whose only purpose is the truth. And the truth is that which lies within yourself, and the truth is what makes the warrior because self-love is the truth; then, whenever you see lies and deceit in the world, whenever people and situations try to pressure you into lying to yourself, into deviating from your own path, your mind will be strong and firm upon the truth which is deep within you.

This is what separates the warrior who sees and knows the light from the individual who only survives in the darkness because he does not see and know the light in himself; thus, the warrior is never lost, and the individual in darkness is lost even until physical death comes to claim him, and when that happens the fool has lost his time.

The Golden One First.

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” ~ Rumi.

We attract what we are. When our thoughts and intentions, our personalities and views in life, are similar or they resonate with each other then there is harmony, deep connection, and sense of communion which unites us both. And there is no point then in trying to find the right person or someone who can help us become better, because that is the ego always seeking outside for new experiences and relationships, seeking for something new which can bring entertainment to the emptiness inside.

Seeking without is seeking in the world for whatever we haven’t searched in the inside, it is a way to distance ourselves from the emptiness we fear inside, and it is definitely a way to escape the silence we fear within our true selves.

People seek all their lives, seek and seek, more shopping, more relationships, more children brought into this world, more traveling, more parties, more noise, add infinitum; however good or bad these may be, these are pleasures of life, and one must recognize in oneself first why are these needed. Am I seeking out there all these things and experiences because I am empty inside…?? Am I seeking these because I am unhappy and so I want to find happiness and a solution to the problems in my life…??

Maybe the solution to every little dilemma you have in life is within you, literally seeking within, getting used to the silence within, exploring the beyond within.

Ignoring your true self and covering it with relationships and things is just fooling yourself, which is just adding more thick mud to your emptiness and adding to your problems. And by doing this, you are not just damaging yourself further but you are damaging another person brought into your life.

You must love yourself first to love another. You must be successful and happy first to find success and happiness in the world. You must be the right person first to find the right person in the world.

Don’t be ignorant and foolish. Realize the truth within yourself first.

Superior man.

“You cannot believe in God until you believe in yourself.” ~ Swami Vivekananda; Indian Hindu monk, a chief disciple of the 19th-century Indian mystic Ramakrishna.

“Be. Don’t try to become.” ~ Osho.

Men, more than women in this aspect, have to look deep within themselves and get more in touch with their emotional bodies, feel more by looking into the silence of their own beings; and also, like women, stop dwelling in the fear of rejection and judgement from the ignorance in the world of form and deceit. Many things drive superficial man, but fewer things drive the inner man; because the innermost recesses of the soul need no drive, they just are… and it is there that man comes into being, thus the realization of the superior man.

Awakening is the inner realization that you are already all that you need, that you are already all that is, that you are connected to all; so necessity for anything above you is the delusion of the unawakened one, who is always searching for something better out there, always seeking for love and happiness desperately.

The connection to the heart is what this man of the world lacks, and when he thinks he follows his heart he is just following his own ego masked as the pure heart; so he fears the opinions and judgement coming from other men, even lesser men. He is lost in the world, and he becomes violent by losing himself and his true purpose.

There must be then an internal revolution honoring the wisdom in man, honoring the real strength of the light in man; so he can be the example, who does not shy away from being connected to his priorities and his inner wisdom, who does not listen to the superficial masses of people who claim to know what a man is.

He is now a light unto himself and unto others, and he is understanding and patient, and he is wise and a protector because he knows what love truly is and he dares not deny it.

He is his own master and god, and he denies not what he is to the ignorant world.

He shouts his true happiness to the world.

Vital essence…

“I once asked a bird, how is it that you fly in this gravity of darkness? She responded, ‘love lifts me’.” ~ Hafiz.

“Love moves without an agenda. It just moves because that is its nature, ‘to move’.” ~ Adyashanti.

Essence is what permeates and fills the shells which move about in this physical world. Essence is what makes all possible–the trees, the bees, the flowers, the winds, they eyes that lock into each other when there is attraction, and the burning of the Sun above us. This is what love is–not romantic, sexual, and the rest. But the essence of The Great Spirit which is all that is, which exists in the present because it fuels all there is, all that is real.

And there is no agendas or purposes for this essence–for how can a self-aware, all-wise entity have any agendas…?? Agendas, purposes, desires, and all ambitions of goodness or wickedness come from a conscious mind, from a mortal thought which one day loves and desires and the next day fears and repulses.

This essence existed always, before the mortal mind was born and will be after, because this essence of Creation is all there is… in darkness and light… beyond the qualities it is all there is… the rest is the shell. And it is all we know, many times poisoned by the ego and turned into wars and hate. Man goes after his own terms of love, searches everywhere and anywhere out there, destroys himself over it, blinded, ignorant, not seeing what is in front of him… or within him.

And what is that which creates deep within the being the desire for life if not love…?? What makes you want to read this and seek the truth to better your own life if not love…??

But do not be like the common man, do not put it qualities and aspirations; because when you do, it stops being the true essence of love. If you do put it qualities and aspirations, it just becomes more garbage from the ego of the ignorant man.

Lead.

How many people out there say very wise and beautiful things, have vast opinions about everything, and are always judging and criticizing but never actually do the right thing, never follow their words, their opinions, never lead by example…??

These individuals are guided to think and say by their egos and not by their hearts, because when you are guided by your heart you are guided by truth; and when you are guided by truth you always lead by example because you can understand reality in the world as it is–not as your lazy ego says it is, but as it really is.

The fact is that by sheer thinking and nice wording the only thing stimulated is the intellect, the mind and seat of the ego; but, however, in order to change people and the world, in order to change yourself as well, you must lead by example, you must change your own behaviors, you must do and not just talk about it, and, most importantly, you must challenge yourself and your comfortable ego to real change you can see and do every single day.

Life itself is action, change, progress, and it carries lessons and strength in its change, in its actions, events, moments.

Now, wise people are the same, because deep within themselves they know they are one with life and not separate from it; therefore, wise people understand that human character, integrity, goodness, strength, and all which brings true happiness and success into their lives is a great change in their own behaviors.

Elephants

That is what other people around you will see and from what they will learn: your wiser example.

It is yours!

The human potential is often wasted and even ignored, because the human potential, the strength and the capacity to be happy and express ourselves through our talents, is within each one of us, it is the divine light beyond the ego which gives life to all rationale and is there to guide us forth.

But it is ignored because most people choose to allow their attentions to fall on other people’s opinions and judgments, so they themselves become self-conscious and embarrassed, fearful and even consider themselves worthless; and they also become crippled by all this turmoil which brings confusion and fear into their minds.

Life is a beautiful journey to create yourself–that is, YOURSELF, not others. And how can you create yourself and enjoy your journey if your mind is upon what other people think…?? How can great imagination to create happiness and success in your life exist in your mind while you remain in fear and chained to what others believe of you…??

You must break yourself free from caring what others think of you, free from the chains of mediocrity; for it is your own perception of yourself the one which matters, because it is your life and you are unique, but unless you become free to imagine and create you cannot know how unique you are.

You won’t be able to see the whole forest if you can only see the tree. And you won’t be able to see your opportunities and talents to progress in life if you can only see the people who judge you and consume your mental energy.

But, having said that, it is not the people’s fault but your own; therefore, you must take full control of your mind, seek peace, inquire within yourself, and follow your heart and care only about what you see for yourself.

Awaken and Hunt!

We all have gifts and talents, and we were given the opportunity in this time, in this era, in this life period, to live this physical life to find them in each one of us; but, sadly, many people ignorantly look for them outside of themselves, and thus they never find anything which can bring them true happiness.

But you, as an awakening and wise person, must not waste your time here on this earth, look within you for whatever is for you expressing your unique self, freeing your spirit and being truly you. That is the whole point of this life. And if you can’t understand that then you will never find true and constant happiness.

To be here on this planet and fully live and enjoy life means to be present, which means you observe before you judge and complain, you learn what experiences may want to teach you before you get angry with life, you pay attention to what is happening around you in the present moment and not dwell in past memories or visions of the future.

The reality of life is that you must be present, focused on the moment of Now; so, live and enjoy wisely, follow your goals and love without fear, respect yourself enough to give yourself chances to become better, find your true passions and gifts within yourself. And for all this, again, be present, because happiness is now, in the present and not in the past or in the future.

Whether you think of an afterlife or not doesn’t matter, your beliefs don’t matter; the only thing that matters is reality, which is that you were born to be happy and successful in whatever you choose to do; but you do have to work at it with heart and intelligence, patiently, wisely, because you have been given time for a reason–i.e., so you can regroup your thoughts, discipline yourself, and learn to create your path.

So, mind your time on this earth, be patient, do not rush into things, plan and analyze what you are going to do, but be constant and do not waste your time.

As long as you are alive, you have a chance to better your life.

Internal revolution.

To live life is not just to survive but to overcome and awaken to deeper truth, and to awaken to deeper truth one must question and meditate and not just blindly obey and follow.

Sadly, what most people in this world do is to obey and follow, perhaps without actually knowing it, choosing their own superficial ignorance and the ignorance of others.

But the truth of life then, the answers to all the questions of your purpose, of what is right and wrong, of where you are going, of what death really is, etc. etc., are found in questioning yourself, not questioning the world but yourself.

Questioning yourself means meditating about your reactions, your thoughts, your feelings, your behaviors; furthermore, it means analyzing carefully and truthfully all the beliefs you have, the ideas, the surroundings, the people influencing you.

All that you come to realize then, if you do this, is that everything to develop yourself and your life to find truth, and thus live by the truth, is self-love, which is to respect yourself enough to change your thinking and behaving to embrace true happiness and be guided by wisdom and not by ego-centered activities.

This means an internal revolution, and this means destruction of the old you to create the new you. It is to empty your mind and become free, because once this happens then your mind is not confused and suffering anymore but free to create itself and elevate itself.

And then, once your mind is free and full of self-love, you can help others by example.
