The journey of greatness!

  • Belief in ourselves is what give us the capacity augmented in us to battle the frustration and stress in our lives.  Lack of self-esteem is what robs us of this capacity to believe in ourselves.  Lack of self-esteem begins when you pity yourself because of a troubled past you carry, and because of envy when you compare yourself with others.

  • To gain self-esteem is to love yourself.  To love yourself is to dedicate your time and effort, not on pitying yourself and comparing yourself with others;  but on actually working on yourself and your talents, better your health, your writing skills or any other passion you may have.  Detach yourself from any negative thought or memory, look to the future without allowing society to influence you.  Do this daily.  Practice self-love.  This will raise your belief in yourself.

I’ve been on this journey for long to finally understand that our minds create our lives and every experience we have. I know we can all better our lives by individual self-development and spiritual understanding. Check out my self-help books to enlighten yourself and others.

The Way of The Warrior.

“To say of what is that it is not, or of what is not that it is, is false, while to say of what is that it is, and of what is not that it is not, is true.” ~ Aristotle.

“Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact.  Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.” ~ Marcus Aurelius.

                                                        The Way of The Warrior

One cannot simply survive and each day hope for the best without altering what one does, but one must do anew, change one’s actions, change one’s ideas, become a warrior in one’s own life. To see life with different eyes, fresh eyes, such eyes that are not exhausted by stubborn views and oppressing situations; therefore, a new breath must bring a fresh start, which means boldly gather yourself and keep making yourself better without stopping to self-pity or to entertain the opinions of others.

Opinions are never facts for the warrior who is wise and based on truth, so opinions do not shake him one bit when the fools of the world open their mouths to spew their ego-centered garbage.

When everyone else sees darkness and chaos, you must see light and order; thus, your mind becomes the mind of a warrior whose only purpose is the truth.  And the truth is that which lies within yourself, and the truth is what makes the warrior because self-love is the truth; then, whenever you see lies and deceit in the world, whenever people and situations try to pressure you into lying to yourself, into deviating from your own path, your mind will be strong and firm upon the truth which is deep within you.

This is what separates the warrior who sees and knows the light from the individual who only survives in the darkness because he does not see and know the light in himself; thus, the warrior is never lost, and the individual in darkness is lost even until physical death comes to claim him, and when that happens the fool has lost his time.

In the footsteps of the master.

“Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is Enlightenment.”  ~ Lao Tzu.

“Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.”  ~ Sun Tzu.

The way of peace is knowing yourself, and this way is practiced by the superior mind; because the superior mind knows and deeply understands that confidence and power can only flower when the human mind is resting in the silence of internal peace and harmony–i.e., peace from the agitated mind, and harmony with the true self.
Furthermore, this confidence and power flowering in the peaceful mind is what can conquer all your battles in life, overcome all obstacles, attain all victories over negative circumstances and mediocre naysayers, for this mind is free from all outside nuisances and pressures, for this mind stands on its own.

The Tao (The Way to Enlightenment/The Source of Everything) in its unmatched wisdom says,  “But knowing harmony creates abstraction, and following abstraction creates ritual.  Exceeding nature creates calamity, and controlling nature creates violence.”  This says, ‘Knowing harmony, living and experiencing a wise and peaceful mind, creates the deep analysis and study of profound ideas, profound philosophies for a better life; and so, following this abstraction or greater philosophies, creates superior habits and thus ways of the superior mind.’
Then it explains, ‘Trying to force nature, and everything that happens in your life, brings chaos into your life; and controlling nature and outside events, creates an agitated mind and all violence.’

You must clear your thoughts from all agitation whenever you see obstacles and people wanting to hurt you in any way; for only with a clear and pure mind you may think straight and arrive to a solution or to an inspiring idea.  And when you need to become firm and fearless, fight people’s arguments and life challenges head on, then be also calm and confident because the energy of your own mind, of peace and harmony, will create your reality, will dictate the outcome of your experience.

The fool initiates quarrels and rebellions because he is full of fear/rage and hate, and his mind does not think clearly due to an inferior understanding/an inferior mind; however, the wise and superior mind of the sage remains peaceful and confident because nothing from the outside moves him, he is in constant meditation and harmony with his true self.

The sage is the one who really holds the power.

“There are no contests in the Art of Peace.  A true warrior is invincible because he or she contests with nothing.  Defeat means to defeat the mind of contention that we harbor within.”  ~ Morihei Ueshiba.

“When life is victorious, there is birth; when it is thwarted, there is death.  A warrior is always engaged in a life-and-death struggle for Peace.”  ~ Morihei Ueshiba; Japanese martial artist and founder of the Japanese martial art of aikido.

The way of the sage is the way of the warrior, and the way of the warrior is acceptance and mental clarity in his own life; but there cannot exist true acceptance and absolute mental clarity if the mind of that warrior is filled with beliefs and an ego which is not tamed, unruly and rebellious, designing all kinds of emotional schemes and heated states of mind.  This soon becomes the hell of the ordinary mind.

Peace brings a state of clarity and joy to the mind wherever it goes and in any situation, and this precisely heightens that same mind into a constant condition of harmony within the real self.

The opportunities of human growth in the intellectual, spiritual, and economical aspects seem to appear in our midst when there is a deeper connection to the wisdom of mental clarity; and so ideas and strategies appear in consciousness making the mind rich and useful.  This is the higher awareness of the superior mind.

Man’s task is to raise himself above the ordinary mind full of beliefs and traditions, selfish desires and appetites, by increasing his own awareness of self and by meditating upon a clearer mind–this is done by process of emptying the ordinary mind from books and religious nonsense, philosophical stands and rebellious ideas, selfish appetites and egoistical daily lies, etc. etc.

If you have a clear and focused mind with a vision, then all fear and anger, anxiety and frustration, dissipates, because the human mind allows your experience to be where your attention is; so, if your attention is on possible failure and in the difficulties of a challenge, then your mind will make you experience fear, all anxiety and frustration; but if your attention is on success and on the commitment to strategy each moment, then your mind will make you experience confidence and the positive attitude and thinking that your new winning perspective takes–and this feeling will overtake your whole body and drive you forth.

Most people tend to pay attention to the writings and words of others, without actually thinking that each mind is unique, and that each life and path to success is unique.  If you try then to copy the journey of others, whether these others have achieved greatness or not, you will deviate from your real purpose; such being the liberation of your human spirit via your own developed talents, ideas, skills, strategies, etc.

Don’t fall prey of society and of your own ego, of your own intellect.  Peace means clarity, and you must work on yourself and focus only on yourself to develop inner peace, to erase all fear and confusion to get ahead and express your pure and most noble heart’s desires.

The Way…

“I do what I do because it is the right thing to do.  I am a warrior, and it is the way of the warrior to fight superior odds.”  ~ Paul Watson; Canadian marine wildlife conservation and environmental activist.

“Study strategy over the years and achieve the spirit of the warrior.  Today is victory over yourself of yesterday; tomorrow is your victory over lesser men.”  ~ Miyamoto Musashi; expert Japanese swordsman, rōnin, and author.

How great and empowering to the human soul is to be aware of the struggles of our past, how we overcame those obstacles with sheer will and inner strength; but, however, sadly most people forget and begin seeing future challenges as daunting and as even greater than the ones they overcame in the past.

The Way to happiness and strength is inside you, found by living in the present moment, not in your memories of the past or visions of a future.  Become aware of this in your heart.
And that is when fear seizes their minds and petrifies them before further progress can be made.

And that is just the key to recall that challenging past, that strong word: ‘Awareness.’

See, life gives us challenges to analyze and learn how to master ourselves, how to strengthen our unruly minds and design our own paths; but the problem, which most people have, is that they are not really in the moment when they go through challenges–they are either thinking of the past or of the future–so their minds cannot really record or absorb the lessons in the present, thus they start forgetting what they lived through and the strength they have when new challenges arise.

So, to realize at all times that you are a warrior who can overcome all challenges set before you, you must practice awareness by analyzing and surveying your challenges, making a mental note of them and developing constant self-love; this will give your mind resilience and confidence, and you will not feel like a victim anymore but you will remember that you have the strength within you the moment you need it.

Inner Power.

“Each Warrior wants to leave the mark of his will, his signature, on important acts he touches.  This is not the voice of ego but of the human spirit, rising up and declaring that it has something to contribute to the solution of the hardest problems, no matter how vexing!”  ~ Pat Riley; American professional basketball executive, and a former coach and player in the NBA.

“The two worst strategic mistakes to make are acting prematurely and letting an opportunity slip; to avoid this, the warrior treats each situation as if it were unique and never resorts to formulae, recipes or other people’s opinions.”  ~ Paulo Coelho; Brazilian lyricist and novelist.

In this life we are all warriors, we are here to navigate through challenges and learn from them with wisdom and meditation, and by mastering our minds and bodies we sure conquer all obstacles in our path; but, however, there are the ones who accept this role and the ones who do not, and the difference is the inner strength you summon to affront life’s challenges and the strategy with which you do.

The warrior summons this inner strength by being truly unique and by not following others, and this is why most people in the world do not accept their role as warriors, but they think they are just on earth to exist and get by until death comes.  This is a waste of life, for life is rich with wisdom and experience, and human beings are here to realize what they really are and wake up from all forms of man-made nonsense–i.e., all ignorant thought-created chains like religions, politics, and so on and so forth.

Remember then that life is not just to exist and go with the flow of time, but life must be your most precious gift that you should analyze and appreciate, put attention and battle when you must as a warrior.

Don’t let other people and even circumstances infiltrate your mind and deter you from accomplishing something great.

Take care of your mind and body. Be always yourself and be ready to face challenges without fear, knowing that challenges are a part of life just like fats are a part of any food–the difference is how you eat and what you eat, and with challenges is how you take on challenges and what challenges you take on.

The free mind of a human god!

The lone wolf (1-min. read)

“Being alone adds beauty to life.  It puts a special burn on sunsets and makes night air smell better.”  ~ Henry Rollins; American musician, actor, writer, television and radio host, and comedian.

Freedom is something most people do not really understand because they tend to be deceived by their egos and their pleasures or fanaticism.  No one can tell you what freedom really is, not the politicians, not the commercials on TV, not movies, not your friends, not co-workers, not your family, and not even your own intellect; for freedom is not really a concept but it goes beyond that, so it is not created by man, even though by being able to vote or walk around freely or choose your romantic partner you feel free.  It is all an illusion of the conscious mind, of the ego; there is no freedom created by man, there is only the grand illusion of freedom, and this is why people aren’t 100% happy and there are wars and divorces and this and that issue in the world.  People think they are truly free, and once the illusion runs out then their minds start feeling overwhelmed and overflood with fear and desperation, hatred and anxiety towards themselves, towards others, and towards situations which pin them against a wall they themselves have built.
For example, people vote and think they choose, but the decision has already been made for them, and this is not democracy but the superficiality of it to keep the masses compliant and subservient, and this leads to the suffering of the many and the glory of the few–and yet the many do not see this, because they walk with a blindfold over their eyes.  Another example is watching TV; today the media exposes news of corruption and violence in the world–  But, think about it, is it really the whole truth that they choose to show you, or superficial news to entertain you and divert your attention from the core problems…??
Again, to keep the masses compliant and subservient, minds bent to the will of the society’s system they have already chosen for you; thus, the chaos of a rebellion of the Higher Mind and the individuality of each person are seduced and kept asleep, and if the masses continue their sleep then the illusions continue, rich empires continue growing richer, the poor get poorer, people continue to eat and drink ignoring all health while their minds and bodies are kept weak and chained to lower thinking and to doctors which pump the system with drugs, all profits from unneeded items go up, blood-money from wars and from the negligence of countries on starving people increases, etc. etc.
Now, it is the unwise man which follows all this, the sheep whose eyes are closed to that which lies beyond the facade of society.  The wise man understands and knows this and, even though he lives among these sheep (which are his friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc. etc.), he becomes the wolf himself because he knows that truth and happiness are only found within himself and not in society’s magic tricks, for he doesn’t let the egotistical veil of the world fall upon his eye, and this is because he knows himself and others–i. e. he sees with his inner eye and so beyond the illusion his own ego and the ego of others create.  He is fully awakened, and yet he lives, loves, and interacts among and with the asleep ones.  He carries peace in his mind and heart, because he controls his desires and reactions to the environment and to the asleep people he comes in contact with.  He understands at a deeper level that which drives the asleep to anger and fills them with fear, which is all economic ups and downs, relationships misunderstandings, and the anxiety and mental distress death brings.  He sees clearly through the veil of the mundane life and he elevates himself to a constant state of mental and spiritual awareness which fills him with constant blissfulness.
Being alone is a source of incredible energy and great wisdom for the mind, and that is why great artists and innovators, as well as great spiritual teachers, have talked about the power of creativity flowing from the depths of the subconscious (subconscious which can only be accessed through the process of being alone and in peace and acceptance of oneself and others).  Being alone, taking respectful and enriching time for yourself is recharging your inner batteries, the energy of your cells flowing freely and giving you deeper understanding and strength to create and stand on your own, uniquely and powerfully to reach all goals with determination and faith.
The way to reach this state is to leave the nuisance and stupidity of the world and the society you live in, by being self-disciplined in your own mind and heart and rejecting that from your culture and your society which does not create health in you (mentally and physically).  And this goes against the ego, I know, which always points the way towards all unhealthy options and banal pleasures of the mind and flesh; however, there is no more misguided and obtuse path to self-sabotage of your higher goals and to all mental and physical suffering than to follow your lower instincts and rogue thoughts and emotions.  This should be a reminder for all of us to always be aware of ourselves and the society’s allures.
And which one are you, the wise or the unwise man, the strong or the weak man…??

Stories to ponder.

Against the forces of evil (1-min. read)

This is my personal story:
One rainy night my parents and I were coming back home, when a heavily drunk asshole hit our Peugeot (that’s a car, for you Americans who do not know) and sent us all to the near Mar Del Plata’s main hospital (Mar Del Plata, Argentina, where I was born and raised).  I had been injured pretty badly, and actually much more than my parents; the ambulance couldn’t revive me as I was in a deep unconscious state, losing blood and seizing every five minutes.  Once there, the hospital team did everything they could to bring me back to life, but it was too late, for I was dead, gone from this physical plane.
Several minutes later, I don’t know how or why (I just know that nothing that happens is random, all has a purpose in life–even when we don’t understand what’s happening) but I returned to life, and greatly changed (not just in physical function but in other aspects as well).  Now, I won’t tell you that while dead or unconscious without pulse I saw some brilliant light or angels or pearly gates swung open or anything like that.  Let your imagination fly–there is not enough use of good imagination now-a-days.
After that, to make it shorter, I acquired certain talents or “conscious endowments”.  And in the course of many months, I encountered great abilities head-on (granted they weren’t strong yet, but in firm transition or conscious evolution).  My parents, of course, weren’t told anything because they would not have understood (you know, religious parents, or “normal-by-this-society” parents).  And at the same time, I needed more time for myself and “to find me”.  Put it simply, I wanted a job where I could meet great experiences, develop great wisdom in those extraordinary lessons from life itself, so I went in search for one.  So, after months of search for the right one for me, Mr. Hernandez—a Psychic Investigator and a nice man—gave me the opportunity to earn some cash (some pesos), and I joined his ‘Mar Del Paranormal’ agency as an apprentice.
Adapting was hard, specially having in mind the countless nights of sleep deprivation, sweating, and also the internal transfiguration that my physical body went through during the days and nights.  I felt wretched at times, and at times I felt wonderful; however, I see now that it was not just my inner transmutation that made me feel like that, going through various moods, pains and states of emotion, but also it was my adjusting to the “especial condition”of my job and its high levels of “spiritual” environment.  A lot of energy flowing inside me, I could experience my own consciousness dynamically changing and I was too becoming more in tune with the collective consciousness grid of humankind; all this knowledge and special talents, my intelligence (intellectual and emotional) was certainly growing and I possessed a different, deeper understanding of life, for I could see and sense things that the common individual couldn’t, angels but I could also see demons (and, believe me, they can be anywhere among us, and even now you may have one by your side).
I was indeed becoming faster than I had ever been, jumped higher, with inwardly use of another sight into parallel dimensions, and, well, I was certainly sure I could do much more–just needed to figure out how.  Needed to be patient, too; but, as you can imagine, fifteen-year old kids are not too patient (almost sixteen though; big difference, right?).  But, I have to say, I always had a good relationship with my parents and was a good receptor to their examples of behavior; so, my strong character counted with profound insight based on my parents’ wealthy teachings, and I owned a rather resolute and cautious demeanor in my personal life endeavors, and, obviously, this helped to cope with further psychological and spiritual developments in my youth.
The following weeks of recuperation were horrible, because I was plagued by nightmares of unknown people dying which seemed awfully real, and a plethora of natural catastrophes, and a super-odd premonition about my own father dying in some strange land I did not recognize–all signs of my own apocalypse coming to fruition, a renaissance or rebirth of my consciousness.
I had slowly accepted my role as a higher-conscious entity in constant development and had also learned to make the best of it.  So, over the course of the next year, Mr. Hernandez aided me in understanding my transformation further–he was indeed a very emotionally intelligent psychic with many outstanding qualities, awards, and mystical experiences–and in how to embrace my evolving powers, and so make my multi-dimensional transition more natural for me.  How to hide my true persona when mixing with others in high school, how to control my powerful mind, how to manage my insatiable hunger for learning (since I was extremely curious and also always searching for wisdom in books)–all this was well taught to me under his watchful eye.  And in time I stopped being a kid and matured a lot, and became, too, a true higher entity to help those in real danger from the creatures of the night and the darkness.  All this training to prepare for the end of days as we know it:  ‘The presidency of one Mr. Donald Trump!’
