Practicing meditation
I often think about how meditation has helped me throughout the many years. It really has done things in my body and mind that I hadn’t noticed before. And, even though tough at first, after years my mind has really gotten used to looking inwardly as daily practice.
I wanted to write this post in hopes that maybe I can help someone in this aspect. Maybe you seek to lessen your anxiety. Or perhaps you seek a greater control over your anger, frustration, and all negative thinking. Whatever it is, I think meditation is a practice for everybody seeking love, happiness, and all good things.
Benefits from meditation
-Sharing a moment with the silence in me each morning has expanded my mind and made me aware of deep insights. My creativity and capacity for creating vivid scenarios have really strengthened. Everything has become so clear.
-One thing that I’ve noticed gradually is that it has also increased my capacity to resist mental and physical pain. It makes my brain more calm when there is the presence of pain, and I can deal with it without trying to escape it with great desperation and anxiety.
There are many more great outcomes of just knowing my deep self, beyond the noises of my mind, far from the confines and imprisonment of the limiting conscious. Because, I have learned after many years of practice, that meditation opens a gateway into my very subconscious.
