Like The Sun gives energy to all

So, like the Sun is filled with energy to give life to Earth, you must be filled with love for yourself in order to be able to give love to someone else, or even to give love to the things you do in life. Any real success in your journey requires this.

Signs you are healing and succeeding on yourself:

-More observing, less judging.
-More thoughtful responding, less reacting.
-More self-care habits, less overthinking sabotage.
-More acceptance, less resentments.
-More attention on inner peace, not on outer chaos.
-More clarity in thought, less confusion and anxiety routines.
-More being and finding satisfaction staying put, less going out and trying to pursue pleasures and excitements.
-More faith in yourself, less fear of failure and ruining your future.

The secret to great things in life.

-Patience is a virtue, because it does not come from your anxious mind.  Many times one fails to see this.  Living in your head makes you anxious.
 
-Patience is the secret to great success in all things, because maturity requires patience.  Quite often, we tend to race, to hurry to get some self-satisfaction.  Where’s the maturity in this…??
 
-Patience is not to wait expecting, but it is to enjoy your moment without being attached to expectation.  To wait patiently is to let go of what you desire and expect, in order to keep your mind calm and free from any anxiety.  Being free from anxiety, you can now enjoy your present moment.

About changing you.

Sometimes ignorance seems to lead people’s interactions, even among loved ones, and this may bring harsh words, impulsive actions, even immoral attitude.  But life must be lived with an open mind, and we must see past our mistakes and anxious reactions; for we all need each other, and we must hold on to the ones who really care.

Conversation should seek connection and honest desire to help us realize things; it is not meant to compete with one another and blame, or to see who is superior and who is inferior–which is an ignorant and immature game in itself.

Relationships can be complex and challenging if we seek to show off or win, it can lead us into disaster; and that is the attraction of something, the challenge, but the challenge to see past our anger, our frustrations, and so connect with one another.

And what brings understanding is an open-minded conversation which seeks us to be equals, not to show what we know or how strong we are.  If someone seeks competition, let it go and do not seek the same but seek harmony.  The mind must be kept positive in order to understand and think clearly.

No one is above this, for we all must engage in relationships one way or another; and so, each one of us has a responsibility to bring the maturity and harmony into it, even if the other person appears irrational and stubborn.  See, it is not about changing them, but about changing you.

And sometimes we have to walk away to keep our peace and harmony, but some other times we can help people understand, not by raising the voice and becoming participants of the game of competition; but by being truthful and firm, but kind and detached to make them see our views.  Because it is not about changing them, but about changing you.

Maturing into…

Understanding cannot happen in any relationship until the “need” for winning and controlling, for trying to change someone and criticizing that same someone, is gone from your mind.  The ego in ourselves always wants to control, show off, intimidate, and compete; however, this is exactly what destroys a relationship, so a relationship has to be born out of pure love if it is to truly work.

That pure love has nothing to do with your ego, because love is not a concept your mind creates, or a certain way things should be, or your desire to control and design your personal view of the perfect relationship.  Pure love is understanding, and understanding goes beyond intellect; therefore, understanding is of the brave and truly intelligent, because understanding takes seeing past your anger and pride, past your desires and ambitions, and to understand is to be truly patient and respectful of someone else.

Each one of us is different, molded by different experiences which give us different views on life; but, that is why to mature is to step out of your own ego and see the experience of another, so you can understand and accept another, and so love can be allowed to be born in your human experience.

Love is UNDERSTANDING.  Love is happiness.

The Samurai and The Zen Master.

One day a samurai came to Zen Master Hakuin and asked, “Where is paradise…??  Where is hell…??  And where are the gates of heaven and hell..??”  The Zen Master looked a bit surprised, then asked, “Who are you??”  Then the samurai proudly replied, “I am the leader of samurais and the Emperor pays tribute to my greatness.”  Hakuin laughed and said, “Are you really the leader of samurais…??  You look like some poor ragamuffin!”

The samurai’s pride was hurt.  He forgot why he had come in the first place, whipped out his sword and was going to kill Hakuin.  Then Hakuin laughed again and said, “This is the gate of hell.  With a sword, being in anger, with your ego you will open it. ” The samurai realized that idea, calmed down and sheathed back his sword.  Hakuin continued, “And now, when you calm down, you open the gate of heaven.”

 

Your mind is the playground of demons and angels, the birth of heaven and hell, the origin of duality; and this is your very humanity screaming and pulling you to one extreme of the pole or to the other.  And thoughts are your masters when you are asleep (when the human mind is in a mediocre state).  And thoughts become your servants when you are awake (when the human mind has been lit by divinity and wisdom).  One must see that thoughts do not have a reality of their own until you give them one, they remain part of you as your children–children you must watch and raise properly.

It is important you wake up to this and see that the thoughts you are having now must not become your masters and overwhelm you; but see, observe, meditate over each thought, raise your child properly, and discover that you must mature yourself over them.  You must become a light unto each thought you choose, so you can create your feelings, own your behaviors, build your path with wisdom and truth instead of immaturity and lies.

Mature love.

 

Does a mature and wise person “fall in love” or becomes love…??  Isn’t there a difference…??  Doesn’t “fall in love” imply a process of blind possession or slavery where you lose all conscience for the other person…??–But is this true love though…??


As I see it, a truly mature person, a wiser individual no matter the age, sees through all this pitiful and childish nonsense, and so he does not fall in love because he deeply understands that true love is an essence of beautiful and rich freedom which expands and does not own or become slave to another.  Why would you fall in love and lose reality of what love truly is…??

No, the wiser man knows what the heart of this connection we call love is, so he raises himself in love, he is love and thus fills himself and surrounds himself with this divine substance which wraps around whoever and whatever is in contact with him.

But the ignorant world has created this concept of falling in love, “falling;” as if love is a dangerous thing which bashes you on the head and you lose all conscience and freedom, you fall and you become a slave to another.  And so, now you are lost because your very identity is found in this other person who “made you” fall, you are obsessed with this person, you belong to this person and this person must belong to you, so there is jealousy, fear of losing this person, and the popular and egoistical belief/a threat of a “broken heart.”

Broken heart…??  What sort of ignorant idiocy is this?! … But the heart is never broken, because love is not a thing; and because true love in reality does not emanate from your heart muscle.  You may feel your heart beat fast, but that is just your ego/your desire making your heart go like that.  Love is literally the energy inside each cell of your body; thus, when you are truly in love, beyond desire and attachment, you feel it in your whole body like beautiful and harmonious symphony which gives you warmth, clarity of mind, courage, and freedom–and not any fear or confusion whatsoever…  Have you ever experienced this…??

And that is why two mature and wise persons in love help each other stay free, they become one because, even though there are two human beings now, love is an essence which penetrates all flesh and bone and so link each other by the energy inside each cell of their individual bodies.  Such divine energy which is attracted to each other like a moth to a flame.  There are no boundaries of matter, space or time in this deep and wonderful experience.
