Mental elevation means a mind free from all beliefs, collective ideas, prejudice, passionate ambitions, stubborn states; and from this, Illumination is born, from this emptiness the old is destroyed to build the new, mental mediocrity is now higher awareness into reality.

Reality is believed by the world to be what you can experience with the physical senses, by thinking and interacting with the same world; however, everything you see and experience with these physical senses springs or emerges from some conscious substance which is not experienced by the same physical senses, and this substance is prime, this substance is the reality which creates the illusion your human senses call reality.

What you see is not what is. Love is not merely an attractive person with whom you can have a romance. Peace is not merely the end of noise in your room. Wisdom is not merely something you achieve by reading lots of books and by living years and years on this earth. The air you breathe is not just oxygen like science says.

Understanding all these things and beyond helps you remember what is the prime of life. Understanding all this is elevating yourself to a pure state of constant bliss which has no reason for being, where you wake up every single morning and you feel truly joyous about being alive and about being able to deal with your own ego while knowing that you are above it.

This is the Light Of The World, what The Bible calls The Second Coming of The Christ (and that mostly no one really understands), Christ Consciousness, Enlightenment. \

Because this higher understanding is based upon your mind aligning with your heart, there is no more confusion or fear which can cripple you; then, you maximize self-love and you become a light unto the world, a light unto others.

Distortion…

Reality for humankind is a fickle phenomenon, since we are bound to time and all change. We seem to be our worst enemies, as people follow thoughts of anger, pain, pleasure, jealousy, happiness, violence, hatred, love, and the rest we go through daily; thus, we all feel these, but realities change for the untrained mind only, as one day is beautiful, the next ugly, one moment is joyous, the next not so much. Because most people search for reality in the outer environment, they find these erratic changes and they themselves are tied to these false realities created by their own physical senses.

But the essence of reality is one, unchangeable, incorruptible by human physical senses or outer environment experiences; and so we are one, a big family of universal Oneness, because the reality itself is one, but it can only be experienced if you look beyond the world of distorted thought-forms.

But indeed it feels miserable when people believes that this is it, that they are tied without escape to economic fluctuations, to their neighbors’ hatred, to a president who only cares about his own legacy of power, to illness and death, and the sickening realities that go on and on like eternal torture.

What is the outer world but if not a reflection of you inner world..?? What is your mind but if not everything in life for you…?? Everything you touch, see, hear, experience in any way with your conscious mind makes your superficial reality. Everything is translated by your brain; thus, you do not really know what is out there, but you know what your brain tells you is out there. This is the enslaving reality of the unwise masses of the world who follow this same confusing “reality.”

The wise sage looks within, finds the unchangeable, formless, eternal reality within himself.

As Buddha wisely says, “We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.”

The reality itself is one, but it can only be experienced if you look beyond the world of distorted thought-forms.

The Original…

How many times during the day you have the opportunity to be yourself as you are, flawed, free, without embarrassment, without feeling self-conscious, but instead you fall into the trap of the ego and you shrink before a challenge or a situation…?? How much more time do you need to finally take the opportunities life throws at you and engage socially, or start your business, or begin writing that book, or do what you always wanted to do…??

There is no excuse for staying in your comfort zone and lose all the chances to free your human spirit into expression, because you are unique, deep inside you know this; but there is that embarrassment or fear which is created by allowing your ego to cement and rule your life, to poison your mind and spread throughout your whole body.

See, being yourself, being unique is gold, is really a rare and expensive treasure nowadays; society has designed all these ways of getting comfort and settle in the life you have now, instead of pushing people forward to become better and elevate themselves.
But in order to be yourself then, you must distance your mind from all these comforts which are not healthy for your development as a human being–that is, smoking, drinking, doing drugs, gossiping, blaming everything on others, praying to some pathetic god outside of you, belief in what they call patriotism, and so on and so forth.

Being yourself and expressing your creativity in many ways is an outlet to leave all the garbage from the outside and embrace the gold shining inside.
Do this then, and your bliss will be constant. This is my own experience.

Hidden paradise.

“Too many people measure how successful they are by how much money they make or the people that they associate with. In my opinion, true success should be measured by how happy you are.” – Richard Branson; English business magnate, investor and philanthropist.

Life as human beings have distorted it is not reality, it is a fake reality that societies nourish with the ignorant sense of pride which comes with billions of comatose people; thus, such people who hold materialistic values, which are not real values because they pass away like the wind blows on a cloudy day. This is the sickness of society, the cancerous tumor that they cannot see or feel but that it is there spreading and poisoning slowly from the inside out; and they feel moody and go through changes, and complain about their lives and blame the world for every misery that their eyes see, ergo they are extremely unhappy and extremely attached to the concept of human happiness they create for themselves.

Then comes TV, movies, the media telling people what to believe and what happiness really is, when they themselves form part of the most egotistical section of our society. People’s ego is powerful and it is an entity constructed out of your physical senses and what you allow your mind to experience on a daily basis; these experiences formed in your mind from the outside environment tend to influence your whole being, thus you create your own reality of what happiness really is for you based on what the populous displays.

But, even though society’s nonsense and lack of wisdom, happiness is really an inside job and you won’t find it in people or things, events or relationships. Of course, these things I’ve mentioned are important sources of pleasure and joy in our human lives, and this is something we should aim at getting if we feel inclined to it; however, whatever you encounter outside of yourself cannot bring eternal, constant bliss or happiness because it lacks self-love, as the word says, “Self”–it lives in you, you just have to embrace it and look beyond society’s influence.

Here are some signs you are happy already, even if you do not pay attention to these in your own daily living–for happiness is experienced in yourself based on where your attention goes:

You are alive and healthy: Now, first you need to understand that by healthy I don’t mean perfect health, because we are all different physically and perfection is not something our bodies can ever attain. For example, I suffer from really strong allergies at times which make me really miserable; some other people might suffer differently, worse even. The point is that we can always find a moment in our lives to enjoy ourselves and experience life, because we are alive, and so if we focus on putting our attention on each moment we live we can choose to experience happiness.
Someone loves you: Whether is your dog or another human being, this is a clear sign that you are valuable for someone, it is a clear sign that you matter and that you are a shining personality for someone. This is success because you succeed on sharing some part of you enough to attract another soul. “If you have people around whom you love and who love you back, you are successful.” ~ Liz Ryan; author.
You have learned forgiveness: Forgiving is getting over anger and all fear, and anger and fear is what distances you from experiencing happiness in the first place; therefore, if you embraced the strength in you and allowed yourself to forgive, then you are successful and happy.
You can be truly yourself: In this world is extremely rare and unique to be yourself, because of all the TV commercials and media telling people how to behave and think. If you have found a way to express your unique self and embrace who you are without fear of what others might think, then you are truly yourself and allowing your human spirit to soar. Being yourself has nothing to do with money or a career, but being yourself is expressing your talents and skills through arts, important conversations, meaningful connection with yourself and with others, time with yourself, etc.
You have dreams and you follow them: Even if you think you are going nowhere, if you keep those dreams and goals alive in you and you still fight for them, then it means your human spirit is expressing itself and shining a light inside you, and this light is pure bliss if you pay full attention to it. Happiness is not measured by what you achieve in the outside environment, but it is measured by how you embrace and attend to your inner one.

Success and happiness are about how you’ve grown as a person, discovering yourself beyond the world’s influence. Some people live their whole lives never making that journey of discovery. So, if you are discovering yourself in any way, you are successful and happy already; but you need to pay full attention to that, not allow your attention to follow the world.

If you do this, then you will find the clear skies of eternal bliss.

Self-help life truths. The free mind of a human god!

Truer words.

“There is no god higher than truth.” ~ Gandhi.

I personally experience life as truth. The main reason I started this blog is to help and motivate others to better their own lives, so I am committed to the truth. The first thing of value for me is the truth, which is God, which is the only condition that can really help someone better his own life. I am in this awakening process because of living my life based on truth; I left beliefs and dogmas a long time ago, when I left religion and started my own path.

Most people tend to be superficial and say nice things that the other person wants to hear; the aim for them is not mental elevation and helping with the truth, but the aim seems to be saying something nice to feel good themselves and to be liked by the other person. Popularity.

This is the manifestation of the ego, even though people do not see it; this leads one to distort reality and design a distance between one’s own humanity and truth/God itself. The ego/the illusion expands like this.

Words that are meant to elevate the mind and that emerge from self-love can only inspire and help awaken others, if they are ready to hear the truth, if they have embraced wisdom in themselves. But, of course, the truth you can speak will make jealous and upset all those minds which are unwise and mediocre.
Still, you must worry only about the truth, which is in fact God; therefore, if you are wise pay attention now, God is not found in the nonsense of the Bible or Quran, God is found in the absolute truth, because the truth is the only eternal bliss and mental elevation.

The truth is Awakening.
The truth is Enlightenment.

Engineering…

What drives people in life, whether to self-destruction or to blissful success, is their emotions and not their thoughts; what this means is that each one of us has dreams and thoughts of success and all happiness, but wishing and desiring in the mind is not strong enough to motivate the human being to succeed, but emotions are powerful vibrations and they take over your whole body.

In order to create fruitful and wise emotions to stop regretting the past and suffering, or to move forward in our path, we must be vigilant and deeply understand that moving forward is not only the action but the intense emotional intention, and even though we might take our time in stepping forwards or achieving some goal, our intentions are of great value, not only to our success, but to the universe’s karmic field or field of our records/the events we are aiming to design for our lives.

Have in mind this, whenever you feel that you are not really progressing, or when you feel that nothing you do has meaning or progress; when you focus on your intentions, then you are strengthening your own progress, because progress in life is mostly the power you embrace within you, then what you create in your outer environment will follow what your inner world is.

Fully conscious.

“Holding on is believing that there’s only a past; letting go is knowing that there’s a future.” ~ Daphne Rose Kingma; psychotherapist and author.

In order to let go we must realize that we can’t live and experience the past if we are to focus absolutely on the present, such present which is the key to all happiness.

People distance themselves, perhaps unknowingly, from the strength to move on because of guilt and self-punishment; the ego loves to feel like a victim and blame you for whatever has happened in the past. There is a related or familiar disposition, a sickness really, in this process of the ego which brings misery, because pleasure and pain are two sides of the same coin, just like love and fear, we just choose to experience them differently.

This relationship between pleasure and pain is so intense and familiar to us that it is almost hazy to try and see the difference when our minds are experiencing past pains, and it is so intense that it takes much courage to summon the inner strength to get out from the dark abyss. But it helps to remember that this is just another great illusion by that master entity called ego; because, as we all know, the only reality is the essence that watches those thoughts of the past, that very essence which is the real you.

So, whenever you become aware that you are holding on to some regret, big or small, from the past, remind yourself that you are not stuck in that past, that you are the eternal present, and that you only need to forgive yourself and others by seeing beyond your own ego and its self-inflicted suffering.

So, energy vibrations is the reality behind all the macro-world you see and experience with your physical senses every day; even the chair or the lamp are not really solid, but it just feels solid to you, because compared to the trillions of small atoms and the vibrations within them, you are extremely gigantic, thus you cannot see or touch each individual atom of this micro-dimension.

Based on physics, namely the most famous Quantum Physics experiment, titled: “Double-slit experiment,” which is a demonstration that light and matter can display characteristics of both classically defined waves and particles; moreover, it displays the fundamentally probabilistic nature of quantum mechanical phenomena.

This means that vibrations and particles can affect each other; therefore, one time consciously they choose to be a wave and another time a particle, they are thus connected, one and the same, communicating all the time, creating conscious events and experiences.

But the interesting thing here is that this process belonging to the micro-world is affected by the watcher, by you; that says that you affect all events happening around the world, not merely by action but by just watching with any intention.

Let me be clearer then: When people do not let go of the past, an obsession, an idea, or a belief, this process acts one way, mainly negatively because the process senses the fear of holding on to the idea brooding in the stressed mind; however, when people do let go of the past, an obsession, an idea, or a belief, this process acts another way, mainly positively because the process senses the wisdom and the vanishing of stress in the mind.

The universe, or God, and its events are highly conscious, even far beyond what your physical senses know about being conscious. And this relates much to the Law of Attraction, where you unite intense vibrational thought with intense vibrational emotion, always without the killer vibration of fear, and create then the heartfelt feeling emanating into the universe; but soon you have to let go in order for it not becoming counterproductive, because your mind is everything and the universe knows this, it receives the vibration of either an obsessed mind or a confident and relaxed mind.

Events in life turn out positively or negatively depending on your unique ability to let go and clear your mind of all obsessions.

Substance of vibration…

All such prayers have their own reward, they bring their own experiences; but do they lead to the realization of the ultimate reality? Are we not the result of the past, and are we not therefore related to the enormous reservoir of greed and hate, with their opposites? Surely, when we make an appeal, or offer a petitionary prayer, we are calling upon this reservoir of accumulated greed, and so on, which does bring its own reward, and has its price. Does supplication to another, to something outside, bring about the understanding of truth?” ~ Jiddu Krishnamurti; philosopher, author, public speaker, and educator.

The effective and real prayer is not empty, repetitive words (do not matter which words and where they are from), but is the unity of strong thought and heartfelt intention as feeling; it is vibration what speaks to the universe, high vibration. The higher the rate of vibration, the higher the power of the prayer.

For example, when it comes to vibrational rate there is no higher vibration than spiritual vibration, and you can know this for yourself because the energy of the spirit body or consciousness can live in our body, travel out of the body, and even leave the body altogether when this physical body dies. The lowest vibration is matter, you know this for yourself because our bodies cannot penetrate other materials of solid matter.

But thought is vibration in between the spirit and matter; our conscious minds emit thought of high vibration which can create and penetrate matter, but this thought-form is of the body so when it dies changing conscious thought-forms die with it. Only the subconscious, Infinite Intelligence is eternal, is the reality.

Prayer for us humans is then a vibration of high rate which communicates to the energy of the universe, by the unity of thought and feeling–both of high vibrational rate. Faith then has to have no fear and no confusion when it comes to prayer. For how can faith be a little or half faith…?? It cannot exist where there is doubt or fear of any kind.

So when praying forget about the ritual of kneeling down, arm-crossing, reading from a book or repeating some ignorant mantra written by the imagination and ego of man. Think about vibration and the unity of your heartfelt desire (thought) with your passionate emotion (the noble and inspiring feeling).

Self-help life truths.

The right crowd.

Life is too short and too precious to waste it on the wrong people. Many times people just spend their time with the wrong crowd and mistreat the right one, specially in high school where one is finding him/herself and ignorance rules the mind of most interactions–I remember that it used to happen to me, and quite often I wouldn’t realize that I was choosing someone because of their appearance or popularity.

But as we grow up, we should direct our time and effort into making experiences with people that really care, not just people that act one way or is attractive somehow merely on the surface.

The goal must be to share our growth and experiences with people who resonate with us, with people that has our energy and that we can learn from. If you just spend time with people that is superficial or that is distanced from your inner persona as a spiritual being, how can you elevate your mind and grow as a person…?

We must know ourselves and inquire into ourselves to become a light of energy emanated onto others, and thus attract the right people, not only for spiritual growth but for mental and all financial growth and opportunities in our lives.
