In life, in all aspect, nothing is needed more than patience. Most of the time, that is what is required to move on. To start anew, things need to evolve at their own pace; and all questions will be answered at the right moment.
We are capable of doing anything, but the mind must be disciplined through patience first. That is rising above your own psychological and emotional misery, which is attachment to pleasure and to pain from your past, and attachment to your desires and frustrations about what may or may not come.
A thing we choose
The path is whatever you choose, wherever your actions take you, and it involves the state of your mind first. What creates your life is your actions, but the source of that life is the energy you create. Positive energy will create positive actions. Negative energy will create negative actions.
That is how one creates one’s life. A good life, a life we want. A not so good life, a life we learn to despise. It all starts in Creation. Creation begins in the mind. The mind is its own content. The content is based on your positivity or negativity. That is why choice is each moment, and it begins in the mind.
As we age, our bodies change. It doesn’t matter our genetics, our capacity to burn fat, sugars, and the rest is really affected. Of course, genetics plays a role too, as some people have it easy losing weight and others not so easy. But, truth is, that losing weight can be done, no matter the condition or genetics you have.
Now, there are many people who go to the gym or exercise at home very hard to lose weight; but, after trying hard and sweating a lot, they depress themselves at the sight of failure. Well, that is because they forget, or willingly ignore, the most basic and important part of losing body fat: Food and drink consumption.
Food, drink, and addictions.
The first thing to have in mind when you want to really lose weight is what you consume. Ask yourself what you eat for your meals. Do you drink alcohol?? Do you smoke?? Do you do drugs?? Do you drink plenty of water?? Are you a slave to your sweets?? Now, I am of the mind that losing weight is attached to a truly healthy lifestyle. Not a strict lifestyle, but a lifestyle filled with passion for my true well-being.
But in my experience, what makes you fat are addictions. Any addictions make your mind weak, easily tempted, an easy target for fat gaining and illnesses. And to truly lose weight and maintain your health, you must have a strong mind, which is a mind that carries self-discipline and strength to say no to temptations and addictions.
Ideas are all around us. What is that mean…?? Well, ideas are thoughts that build, that create, that inspire, that help you connect to yourself and to the world at some level. You can choose to use that idea however you like. But the greatest ideas bring inspiration to create and unite.
A new recipe. A plot twist. Some creative thought to connect more with your loved ones. Some revelation to ease and relax your anxious mind. So, coming to it, they’re all around us because you can get ideas from your own life–from walking outside, from watching a movie, from reading a book, from a conversation with a family member, etc.
Manifesting ideas
As an author, I understand ideas. After all, no human being could function without ideas (thoughts). But, to create great ideas (inspiring ideas), I must nourish them. I nourish them by having good discipline. By thinking positively. By remaining hopeful.
By acting good towards myself, which means by having habits of health daily. And, as I mentioned, by listening, observing, interacting with all that’s around me. I can’t expect to just sit down and become flooded by good and inspiring ideas.
I must go and create them myself, not wait for some miracle or magic event from the heavens. As an author, for example, I know that Writer’s Block only comes to the ones who sit down and just expect great ideas to appear magically. But, to the ones who take everything they experience around them and use it for inspiration, Writer’s Block is a primitive and nonexistent belief. So, create ideas at all times, observe and learn.
Social media is a blessing. We can communicate with the world through a computer or phone. We can gain knowledge into other cultures and traditions. We can find out events, news around the world easily and whenever we want. We can help others who live far away even.
But, truth is, it can also be a curse. We can be robbed of our money or fooled by professional scammers. We can be a target for trolls and bullies. We can lose much of our privacy. And the worst, at least for me, we can lose time with distractions instead of focusing on the work that matters most to us.
Scheduling time
I think this disguises itself, but deep inside it’s a real problem. Sometimes social media can be draining of our time, of our energy, of our desires. Sometimes the time lost on social media could’ve been better used to do other things that need our attention–like family time, like working on hobbies, like work, like outdoor activities, etc.
I think a good schedule, a good order should steer us in a good direction. Scheduling can bring discipline into our lives, maybe more productivity and passion for something that matters more than checking what our friends are doing on Twitter or Facebook.

It is important that one remains aware that life is an exploration, which means that you need confidence, and courage, and passion for some activity, process or goal in your journey. But this must be your own passion, not out of religion, or groups, or systems in society. This must come out of you, begin in you, and make you feel better about yourself, which means to make you a better person. Like working on health for your body and mind, perhaps through exercise and a change in your food consumption. Or like writing, sketching, making arts and crafts. It is about dedicating your time and energy to build something in you, some strong confidence and desire to grow your talents and work on becoming unique.
Do you know why people fall into addictions, liked gambling, sex, drugs, and even playing their little games to be like others, to attract others, and to be one more desperate copycat in life…?? It is because they secretly, subconsciously, feel talentless, empty, lonely, and needy inside them. I am not judging though. I merely bring you to the awareness of it, so you may see the problem in yourself perhaps, or in another, and learn from this, and become better yourself from this. Because this is a big problem in the world right now. Of course, everybody hides it, they wouldn’t let anybody know about the burdens they carry; because people seek to pretend and belong to other groups of people, and even do it subconsciously or without knowing it.
But life is about becoming better. And this requires self-discipline. This requires vision and follow-through. And this requires that you find a passion, immerse yourself in it, and only build your own path and way to do things as you go. So you can gain self-confidence, and lessons, and character, and forge that uniqueness in your personality. This is how you grow love, happiness, and that feeling of success in yourself without feeling anxiety and neediness for someone else or for society’s systems. And this brings you great creativity as well, because this makes you able to find solutions on your own, and able to see your own attachments and neediness, and because this helps you to become less stubborn and quicker to learn life lessons. And that, obviously, shines a big problem too. The problem that many of us carry, because many learn life lessons too slowly, and others don’t even learn anything. So be aware of all this.

What is the secret to creativity, to love, to happiness, to a better and more talented you…??
What are dreams if not to be brought unto creation…??
Dreamers are the greatest, the visionaries, the more capable in their own lives. That’s vitality and intelligence. To dream is to create in your mind. The greater the creativity, the more able to understand yourself and the world; thus, the greater the capacity in you to become love and happiness in life. The greater the creativity, the greater the capacity to irradiate that love and happiness into another’s life as well. And reality is understood and lived by the dreamer, who not only dreams but creates in his mind and through his actions. How many people out there have addictions, and great greed, and lack of self-love and acceptance, and all kinds of self-inflicted hurt?? It is because reality is distorted by their anxious minds. Creativity’s growth is the cure.
This requires self-discipline, which means having a vision and not deviating from it, which means not giving in to impulses and foolish influences from society, from family, from friends, from traditions and culture. Life is asking you for this. If you fail in this, no matter your age, that is when you feel that everything is against you, that you are neglected, that your path in life has no meaning, that you are lost and lonely, and then you give up wholly. But all it takes is that you recognize this in yourself right now and change, become more disciplined and stop playing the game of copying others and matching their lifestyles, to then become more creative in your own life.
Life is not about following rules and copying what somebody else does without questioning yourself. I am not talking about any rebellious nonsense, nor about any conspiracy theoryand philosophy of anarchy; but about self-inquiry to think deeply about why you think and feel the way you do, why you crave what you crave, what is the rationality behind your habits. I am talking about the increase of your self-knowledge and creativity, your mental expansion and your emotional capacity for creating your own thought and feel pattern. Not following news, politics, celebrities, the latest trends, what they do or don’t do; but it’s about individuality and your vision to create your own life and path in it.It’s time to wake up.
And it’s time for a good, old book-a-thon. Increase that creativity by reading great fantasy, sci-fi, horror, dystopia, romance, and discovering new thoughts, feelings, worlds:
In order to set goals with heart and commitment, one must be self-disciplined. In order to be self-disciplined, one must be patient. To be patient is definitely a virtue that we all carry, but one that not many exercise. Your mind must be patient, work step by step, accept the days as they come; and through it all your vision must be set on a big goal.
Each day work towards fulfilling or completing small goals, patiently, with love and commitment. This leads you to remain faithful and firm on reaching that bigger goal in the far future. See, the enjoyment in life is not the actual big goal you have set in the future; but the enjoyment is in the small goals you complete every day.
The feminine force. Emotional intelligence. Why loneliness?? How do I connect intimately?? The obstacles to love. Self-confidence. Self-esteem. Successful relationships. So many people seeking things out there–i.e., better finances, different diets to lose weight, ways to cope with psychological trauma, relationships rooted on true affection, scriptures and religions to find God, etc. etc.
But life is not outside you, lived through activities, created by activities. The activities, the seeking out there, is really a mirror of your actual inner experience; for the purpose of the activities is just to guide you to recognize your inner self.
Life only satisfies you, offers you love and happiness, when you stop seeking desperately and observe yourself. What is outside you, your situations out there, are mere illusions, just reflections of how well, or how poor, you truly know yourself.
And so, you fix whatever needs fixing in yourself, forget the rest. The rest comes into place when the inner gets better. Your inner self is the only reality. Work on that for as long as you breathe.
No one lives a perfect life. There is always some aspect which troubles the mind. And so, it is the mind the one which must be tamed and not allowed to make things worse than they really are.
Wisdom is to see this, to observe how your mind reacts to situations, to what he/she said, and to what it says about yourself. You must realize this and rise above your own struggle.
Do not wait for things to be perfect, or for situations in life to be exactly as you want them to be; but keep moving forward, adapt to your current life as it is, and become better and better.
You keep on rising and leaving your past behind. That is what you have to do. Control your mind, allow harmony to guide you through life, and so think clearly how to keep on going.
We can build or destroy through words, we can be freed or enslaved, people can be inspired or hurt, and situations can be understood or made worse through them. But most people seem to ignore these facts, do they not…??
So, pay attention to what you say and how you say it, be true to how you feel but also be true to how you manage to express it. The creativity and the understanding first have to fill your mind, then you may proceed with intelligence.
For it is all about energy. Thoughts, feelings, words–energy, vibrations, dimensional language which has to be used properly through self-control and self-discipline.
Try to make sense of yourself and of your environment by focusing on your use of words (mental and otherwise), by not gossiping, by not following your anger and frustration, by being patient and inquiring into how you feel before you speak, by being highly conscious of absolute truth over simple belief.
Sometimes is better to keep quiet. In silence there is much to learn, much understanding, much energy to recharge us and lead us to new and deep insights. And a wise man knows this, because he observes himself acting through this glorious energy, and so he manages it properly to gain reality.
