  • In order to set goals with heart and commitment, one must be self-disciplined. In order to be self-disciplined, one must be patient. To be patient is definitely a virtue that we all carry, but one that not many exercise. Your mind must be patient, work step by step, accept the days as they come; and through it all your vision must be set on a big goal.

  • Each day work towards fulfilling or completing small goals, patiently, with love and commitment. This leads you to remain faithful and firm on reaching that bigger goal in the far future. See, the enjoyment in life is not the actual big goal you have set in the future; but the enjoyment is in the small goals you complete every day.

I am an author, philosopher, poet, book reviewer, fine-art painter, health expert, lover of life. Through my creative writing I seek inspiration and to inspire others.

I know that all the love and happiness live already inside us, and if we can just silence our minds we might just connect more with our pure hearts.

“Limitations live in our minds, but if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless.” ~Jamie Paolinetti; writer and director.
