He who builds walls.

  • It is quite often that we may encounter people with shifting moods, people stressed, people arguing for any silly thing, people trying to win at all costs.  These people make life and relationships into a competition.  A competition to be won.  And they’ll do anything to win.  This is the issue they carry.  These are the burdens which they allow to guide them.

  • They may fail in communication.  In fact, true communication is emotional.  Emotional connection to another.  And they lack this.  Just know that the fact that they lack this emotional communication is not on you.  Your priority is to seek respect from them.  Respect from yourself.  Let it go.  Walk away and keep your mind free of anger and frustration.

This makes a relationship work.

  • We come together in the search of each other.  We are all connected, and yet most of us feel lonely, separated from the whole, by ourselves.  A relationship, intimate, authentic, is about that wholeness.  Coming together to support and love one another.  In this, there is great freedom.
  • What makes a relationship work is this freedom.  Because people are different, and each one of us must be able to be ourselves freely.  We learn from each other.  We communicate with each other without fear of being judged for being ourselves.  This makes a relationship work.

 

I’ve been on this journey for long to finally understand that our minds create our lives and every experience we have. I know we can all better our lives by individual self-development and spiritual understanding. Check out my self-help books to enlighten yourself and others.

Why is it that love can be confused with desire and impulsive passions…??  Love is freedom, isn’t it??  When you fill your mind with excitement, with the urge to quench your desires and passions, with that impulsive search for self-satisfaction, you become blinded.  Whether you see it as positive or negative, you become blinded and only understand what you want, which is your desire.  This is not freedom.

My book, “I ALWAYS LOVED YOU.  Creatures of Eternal Love,” centers on this.  True love is about empathy, about feeling what the other feels, that it is not about the endless search for self-satisfaction.  If it is to be true love, one must seek to grow in emotional intelligence, which my book also talks at length.  We learn and grow together by putting our desires aside, becoming detached from them, and uniting with our loved one or loved ones to become one in goal.

Core of existence.

-Life is a myriad of things.  The phenomena of existence is wonderful yet mysterious.  But we lead our lives through our minds.  We know love in relationships through our minds.  What is love…??  Why decrease of self-esteem??  How to increase my presence, magnetism??  These and more are questions which may plague the mind from time to time.

-That is why to be positive, healthy, with goals, understanding that we are going through our own unique journeys of discovery, is vital for existence in this plane, for a good and productive life.  I have spent years and years asking these questions and more, trying to discover myself and access a deep understanding of existence.

-I have written a book about just this journey.   To intimacy with oneself, so to be intimate with others.  Because there are too many fights and too much suffering in relationships, in our own self-talk, in our own lives in general.  My book is about enlightening the mind into becoming a magnet for success in any aspect of our lives.

Are you stuck in life…??

Resisting to any change, to any end of relationship, to any drama, to anything at all in your life, is to bring tension into your mind.  It is to keep a mind of anxiety.  Perhaps melancholy.  Maybe self-pity.

Or oftentimes we dwell on lost opportunities and wrong choices.  It is all resisting to change.  So let it flow, because change is the new you.  The old you is gone.  Move on.  Life is ever moving.

What do you have to lose…??  Why are you so afraid??  Who are you if you remain attached to the old??  Let it come as it may

The dimensions of love.

How to understand love…??  Why the frustration??  What takes to love and be loved??  The world is confused.  The world loves with jealousy, anger, frustration, even trying to tolerate.  But the mind does all this prejudiced scheme.  Love is something else, isn’t it…??

This non-fiction work has been inspired by my own experiences. It is about the essence of love. How it is not what society believes. How we can make it better in our understanding. How to better our morals and behaviors towards loved ones.

Pure love.

Love is freedom, isn’t it…??  Now, what about jealousy, and anger, and revenge, and all the rest brought into your life??  If this is true, then love is not freedom.  Your mind feels this neediness, this emptiness, this desire to possess; so it brings all these into love.

But love does not have anything to do with your mind’s ideas of love, prejudices, and feelings.  Your mind corrupts the purity of love.  When you truly see this, you’ll be able to experience love as freedom.  But not until then.

If you are seeking business advise, look at the ones that live and breathe that lifestyle.  If you seek to become a better person, then gravitate towards the wisdom in people, the good behaviors and positive attitudes. 

Learn to observe others.  Learn from their experiences.  Learn from their behaviors.  Do not spend your time with people who do not inspire you, teach you, or motivate you.  Be proactive.  Be intelligent!

Deep into love

Love is the reality.  But you need to understand love, because the human mind, the ego, might distort it.  People fight, and get envious, and hate, and frustrate themselves with love.  Why…??  Isn’t what frustrates someone attachment??  How do you know love…??  What is the feminine…??

How to understand society…??  What about women??  And men??  What are the signs…??  We are creatures of love, with the capacity to love; but we must realize its deep essence first.

Freedom to love.

Even with our loved ones.  We cannot truly love if we do not love being alone with ourselves without anxiety.  Without envying the love in others.  Without resulting to desperation to possess others.

It is the whole point in my book, “I Always Loved You – Creatures of Eternal Love.”  And it is also something I have very clear.  Attachment is just a desire born from a lack of self-love.

Attachment is the need to belong and to possess, thus stealing the freedom from someone else and from ourselves.  You might say ‘easier said than done.”  But unless our minds agree to actually change, our behaviors will be the same always.  It has to be about self-development, self-improvement.
