Attention shift.

“Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage, and confidence.”  ~ Og Mandino; American author.

What most people do is count their miseries, their debts, their troubles; however, this, in reality, does not solve anything but it adds to the stress and worry in their minds, this subsequently attracts more problems into their lives, their physiology gets affected as well and sickness follows.

When you allow your attention to stay on things that stress you or worry you, then you create an eddy of negative energy which can only attract more negative energy in the form of more problems.


Of course, this divine process of creation acts in the realm of reality, the invisible and eternal which your mortal mind is not allowed to actually see; but you should recognize it nonetheless, as it fuels every thought and every event in your life.

By seeing the blessings you already have, you allow your attention to focus on the present moment and upon something which is real and pleasant to you, then your mind frees itself, your heart expands, and energy flows without blockages from negativity.


And, no matter who you are, and if you are rich or poor, there are always blessings to count–i.e., the clothes you have on, the food you have for today, what you are reading, the health you have, the people around you that truly love you, the fact that you have a healthy mind and can then work on a better future, etc. etc.

Don’t be a fool.  Use a higher mind and analyze all that which you have to be grateful in your life.

The hole in space.

The hole in space

I saw the giant and revolving door
Of great cosmic energy and no floor,
Out into the stars of my own existence,
Far above the world, a great distance.
Deep into the bowels of my mind,
Beyond all the beliefs of mankind.
I left all the torture and agony,
All the self-pity and blasphemy;
I became who I was all along,
The secret hidden made me strong,
It shone and then I saw it bright,
The peace and warmth, the light.
I packed conscience and truth,
More mature I left my youth;
Now I feel peaceful and truly free,
Walking through absolute glee.

The Star Maker

The long path was dark and there was no light,
Extreme torture as my life seemed eternal night;
The long wait for a savior crippled my mind,
Ill depression had gotten my soul in a bind.
Stars they had told me shone in the sky,
But I was blind, my wings broken in twine.
Of acceptance there was no recognition,
My heart was suffering fatal perdition.

A beauty maker by craft of choice,
Once I had been an artist with poise,
Now I saw my lit tools to hell dissipate;
My mind wondered if this was fate.
It came one day as nature fed the eye,
As the wind did whistle and the bird fly;
The emotion arose as intense as it be,
The thought was veiled, the mind free.

Confusion and terror held me suddenly,
But soon I felt the moment most heavenly;
Then I saw the stars within me in their glory,
I remembered who I was and my story.
I had walked the path long before my form,
I was the fuel, the love, the peace, the warm.
I was The Star Maker and never lived in dark,
My thoughts had veiled the truth, the eternal spark.

Temple.

The human body houses the eternal and divine energy which fills our cellular composition and which feeds our mortal minds to live each day, and this eternal energy at the same time houses what we call enlightenment; therefore, this is the only energy which should be praised and elevated to heights above any man–i.e., heights far above celebrities, philosophers, religious men, Jesus, Buddha, and the rest.

This is the only universal reality, not your mosques, or your churches, or any other temple out there, and definitely not the blasphemous and ego-centered men of religion.

This is the real you, which is and always was and will be; because this is the one conscious entity allowing your spirit to express itself through your mortal mind’s opinions, through your words and behaviors.

Whosoever can understand and influence his own behavior with this ultimate reality, will surely change his own life, transfigure himself higher than the common man, and eradicate all fear from his mind–i. e., he will become one with fear, he will embrace fear and use this energy for his own advantage into a great life of absolute self-love and unstoppable confidence.

There is no more damaging illusion for the mind of man than the misguided belief in entities higher than yourself, because this molds your mind into victim mode and into the pitiful belief that whatever happens in your life and in the world is not your doing.  This leads the ego to absolute power and this cripples your understanding of yourself, of others, and of life itself; therefore, you alone narrow your path and obscure yourself and your life from the light of the truth, from the real God.

Higher planes.

“Man’s status in the natural world is determined, therefore, by the quality of his thinking.”  ~ Manly P. Hall; Canadian author, lecturer, astrologer, and mystic.

 

High mental elevation can be described as the communion with higher understanding which truly frees your soul from all of society’s chains–i.e., religious beliefs and dogmas, energy-blocking foods, selfish and unwise behaviors, and overall following and praising of the masses.

And high mental elevation is then not something popular or common in the world, and this is why you will not find this in many people–regardless of how spiritual and good-hearted they claim to be.

This is why the true sage is not at the same level of understanding of the masses, because he does not feel fulfilled with meager crumbs like the rest, because he dwells in higher mental planes the common man cannot even imagine.

This leads us to the true purpose of life, the one that is beyond the mere existence you see around you, the one that cannot be understood by the crowds.

Human existence is given to us as a mystery to unfold, not just as a mortal plane to experience and live through until death; but it is a hidden puzzle living in each moment, one that only a high mind is allowed to discover.

And it is because of this hidden puzzle that lower minds act with lower understanding, because they cannot see and experience the discoveries related to the puzzle the higher minds are allowed to see and experience.

The steps to elevate your mind are quite obvious and they serve the highest purpose yet, The Liberation of Your Humanity:

1– Leaving all beliefs from other men, religions, and books.

  2- Believe ONLY your own experiences, not your ideas or thoughts but your experiences.

3- Always be curious and do research, find out things on your own.

4- Practice self-love before loving others; realize that the way you talk to yourself and the way you behave makes your reality, and your reality makes you experience happiness and confidence to be better.  And then you can truly love and help others.

And so, it is only when one elevates his own mind that life, in its richer, much more meaningful state, allows itself to be peered into and experienced fully as it transfigures your whole human existence to grander heights.

Flowing energy.

“The key to meditation is focusing on specific symbols.  The symbols are the chakras.”  ~ Dr. Frederick Lenz; spiritual teacher, software designer, businessman, record producer, and author.

“Spiritual balance is how you deal with opposition, outside of yourself and within.  Spiritual balance is Tai Chi.  It is the center of things.  It is the place where yin and yang meet.  In the chakras, it is considered the heart chakra, anahata.” ~ Dr. Frederick Lenz.

 

The word “Chakra” comes from the Sanskrit word for wheel, and is more commonly translated to mean a point of physical or spiritual energy in the human body.

The seven chakras are the centers in our bodies in which energy flows through.  Blocked energy in our seven chakras can often lead to illness, so it is important to understand what each chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely.

They key word then is ‘understanding.’  Understanding how to balance your life, your inner self and your outer self; therefore, balance is everything which brings bliss, but the ego tends to lean towards one side or the other and not to the middle where there is balance–i.e., strict healthy diet or lots of sugar and fat, lots of sex or abstinence from all sex, exercise for hours every day or no exercise at all, focusing on the misery of the world all day or living in your illusion, etc. etc.

That is why falling in the trap of the ego leads one to all self-destructive behavior–physiologically, mentally, spiritually, and financially wise.

It is extremely important then that you take care of your body and mind, by eating the right foods and not just the foods that you find attractive and that you are used to eating, by being positive and not stressing yourself over every event in your life, by practicing good and wise behavior towards yourself and towards others, by being in the moment and enjoying fully whatever is happening right now (whether pleasant or unpleasant), etc.

It is wise then to always have in mind great balance in all you do in order to clean your energy and be free to embrace a full happy existence.

Seeker.

“Peace comes from within.  Do not seek it without.”  ~ Buddha.

While thinking too much and living all day in your thoughts is a sure path to allow stress, worry, anger, and all tension to overtake your body, we have the real advocate for constant happiness and wisdom:  Our hearts.

Through our pure emotions without the nagging insistence and interruption from thought, through our pure hearts, Infinite Intelligence works without obstacle from dogma, belief, or idea; therefore, this is the elevation of the human being via deeper connection to who we really are.


This establishes that everything and anything regarding thought is either pleasure or pain, and it is never happiness–i.e., the ego might make it look like happiness, but it is just an illusion tied to this plane of change.


Awakening to this, is indeed elevation and wisdom to see beyond the designs of the flawed thought of man–religions, governments, nationalities, social classes, etc.  It is unwise then to follow the illusion of a pathetic culture or thought that says, “Die for YOUR country,” or “Honor YOUR culture,” or “Praise YOUR religion and its beliefs.”

Outside of you there is only space and time and garbage from selfish men who are not awakened, nor will be if they keep veiling themselves from the truth, who then try to escape fear and confusion by designing flawed illusions to get your attention.

The only reality there is, the only true freedom there is, is found within yourself.


Awakening is waiting inside, not outside.

Love is no thought.

“He who is overly attached to his family members experiences fear and sorrow, for the root of all grief is attachment.  Thus one should discard attachment to be happy.”  ~ Chanakya; Indian teacher, philosopher, economist, jurist and royal advisor.

 

Remind yourself that if you are going to live your life based on love, it must be true love, for the rest is just attachment, it is just an artificial form of selfish love your mind produces based on fear of loss–i. e., attachment to a person, attachment to a thing, attachment to a memory, attachment to an event, attachment to a thought, etc..

Humanity is flawed, society is corrupt, religions are invented, people are distanced, wars exist, people get together in romantic relationships to get married and then throw it all away, among other atrocities born out of ignorance, because mankind ignores what true love, the essence of it all is.  Mankind lives in the illusion of attachment and fear of loss, while thinking this is true love; even good, honest people, people you know, and maybe you too live in this illusion.

And this is the test, to find out what love beyond the nonsense of humanity really is, to find out for ourselves that love is not a concept of quality and form; however, most people live and die never really knowing what true love really is, married people even.
The fact is one can never, does not matter how intelligent and loving a person might be, really experience and embrace pure love if all one knows is attachment to their families and friends, to things and memories.

While you are crying and complaining about the loss of a loved one, while you are nagging because you want such and such thing, while you are asking people for pity because you are too self-involved in your narrow-minded mind to accept what is, then, you are missing the essence of love–i.e., acceptance, peace, freedom from thoughts of fear and loss; because love has nothing to do with thought, and when you miss someone, something, or when you cry for help, then you are following a thought, you are distancing yourself from your pure heart tainting it with a thought, you are not love then.

Think about this.

Blasphemous.

Christians think they follow Christ, but following Christ means truly following his philosophy of Enlightenment, and not one of them do this; they just read stupid passages from the scripture and adore some nonsense statue or painting at blasphemous religions.

When it comes to Jesus, Buddha, and others, people are so trapped and deceived by their own ego that they believe that their religions are right and truthful.  Ignorant people do not see that everything they know from clergy men and from the interpretation these men have given to the scriptures is totally crooked, fit to their blasphemous and stupid institutions which only seek mental control and the selfish growth of their establishments on earth.

And the pathetic part of it all, is that most of these people are reading this right now.
Wake up!

Shine.

Life is a never-ending, beautiful battle of strength and skill, where the strongest among us learn and progress and the weakest among us keep committing the same error and remain always in the same condition. Training your mind, your talents, your character, then is the wealth of the wise and the path to all achievement–i.e., spiritual, physical, financial.

And it is extremely important for the individual and also collective human evolution that we adapt and transform from the inside out, through self-discipline and patience we can then become what we desire with a pure and noble heart.

But do not follow a mere desire popping up in your mind, such desires are fleeting passions and do not carry the emotional strength to drive you daily to your goal. 

Follow instead a desire which is nourished daily with patience and clear understanding of a goal, that then transforms you emotionally and endows you with the determination to overcome time, and so persevere through anything, through any obstacle

The Law.

There are many people in the world who do no realize that life is progress, change, adaptation; thus, this people seem to choose to remain attach to memories of events, objects, ways of living, beliefs, ideas, and even to people who are not in their lives anymore. 

Attachment to these memories is extremely foolish and unwise, not only because you go against the natural forward flow of life, but because you spread poison into the lives of the ones around you.  Remember, you guide others with your example; and if you are stuck in a belief, a memory, or a lifestyle, then you carry no real light in your example.

Carry the light of thriving change, of great adaptation, and transform your life and the life of others around you.

In adaptation to all these changes there is great wisdom hidden, because this is the way life itself teaches wisdom, through change, through new perspectives, through minds which can let go of stupid and old dogmas and beliefs, cultural habits and lifestyles.

Whosoever adapts to change and learns from this change without disturbing the peace of others, respecting the way others choose to live, indeed, he is enlightened.

 

Bruce Lee puts it so beautifully when he talks about the mind in change, adaptation, in this quote: “You must be shapeless, formless, like water.  When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup.  When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle.  When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot.  Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”
