Breath of Life

There is a place far into the essence of your heart,
The one where the real you and love lie never apart,
The one where the world of form and opinion dies,
Where truth is absolute and you can reach the skies.

When the world is foolish and chaotic the Breath rises,
When you are tired and full of compromises;
For the Breath of Life is always there on fire,
Just follow your dreams and what you admire.

Corruption and illness breeds in the illusion,
The common man celebrates the pollution,
They lack truth and love to create beauty,
But the wise man by self-love knows his duty.

There is no bliss if you stay chained to a thought,
There is no human expression that can be taught;
One must dare to fly, soar high above the clouds,
One must care about oneself and not the crowds.

Concealed underneath the illness of the sane,

She is the madness and brings the trust,

She was red as passion and blood of life,

Soon there came illumination from her divinity,

We all are eternal underneath this physical existence, and we all carry the memories and hidden aspects of many lifetimes flowing through our Infinite Intelligence; therefore, we all carry impressions of the past, of this life and of others before this one. We are the energy inside the atoms which makes up everything we experience, and that is a spiritual as a scientific fact as well.

Then we all have tendencies of freedom in our soul, and tendencies of mental elevation; however, most people have a greater influence of the world in their thoughts and behaviors–it could be genetics, it could be the influence of the people around them, etc. So, experiencing life and learning is different for all of us, but we all maintain the deep desire for free expression.

Some signs you are an old soul: 1) You tend to be a solitary loner. 2) You love knowledge, wisdom and truth. 3) You’re spiritually inclined. 4) You understand the transience of life. 5) You’re thoughtful and introspective. 6) You see the bigger picture. 7) You were a strange, socially maladaptive kid.

Old souls just feel more empathy, more intense intuition into what the world calls maturity, and they do not experience life the same as the rest of the people in the world. This is a reality, as I am myself an Old Soul, and I always have been different in many mental and emotional ways than the people around me, mostly my family.

Old Souls tend to experience more intense emotions and lean towards more specific occupations which involve the further development of those emotions in their lives–like spiritual teachers, artists, craftsmen, motivational and inspirational writers, life coaches, social work, etc.

Self-help life truths. The free mind of a human god!

Giver.

Human love, in most people, is guided by chemical interactions within the body. By science, the highest dose the brain gets lasts for about 2 to 3 years–that is when the desire and passion, thought-products, are young and intense in the person. Then the intensity starts declining, and that is why the break-ups and divorces; because if there is no real connection, if there are only the chemicals working in you and fooling you into a deeper connection, then the relationship wont last long.

Connectivity is what humanity is, we are social creatures, whether romance or dear friendship we need connection; because our souls, our spiritual existence is one, and so is always expanding and embracing the same love-substance beyond what human thought knows love to be.

And it is this way, of course, because human thought, even though it is helpful in many instances, is prejudiced and bias, opinionated and judgemental. Common thought, even though there might be knowledge, knows nothing about the true essence of love, about true connection.

Beyond our humanity, we can sense something that connects us, and sometimes we don’t even know why we feel attracted to somebody. But when thought, throughout months or years of a relationship, begins to judge and create confusion, we lose that sensitivity or sixth sense, and so thought infiltrates the relationship with accusations and all sorts of ignorance.

We must let time and respect, sincerity and harmony take over our relationship before thoughts of intense desire do; for only in this manner we can be sure it is real love and not a mirage which will soon disappear in front of us.

Renaissance.

Human beings are sleepwalkers, and is fair to say that we all walk in a dream; but is also fair to say that a few of us are waking up and realizing what lies beyond this wonderful dream. Now, this enlightening process of waking up is a privilege unto itself because, even though we must remain living this great dream, the human mind reaches true freedom and liberation from the holds of the dream, from the chains of the asleep society who only experience the dream and nothing else.

The capacity for spiritual human expression to bring into life great innovation is superb, absolutely marvelous, and so we know this by the great advancements in technology and science, and by the development of our great human societies of the world.

This is encouraging for us to embrace our greatness as human beings and keep on working to reach our goals, it does not matter where you were born and the kind of condition on which you live right now, time and patience, perseverance and focus on your goals is all you need to succeed in life.

But society, as good and developed as it is, can be deceiving and enslaving if your mind is corrupted by the dream and your ego so massive that it clouds your vision of the reality beyond the same dream; and that is why you must empty your mind from all enslaving beliefs and vain ideas which come with following the asleep masses, even though sometimes people claim to be awake they are just fooling themselves. Be wary of this.

The toxic fool.

Have you noticed that most people are always complaining about something, even though they don’t see themselves as complainers…?? And what about all those individuals always focusing on politics and other people while their own lives are a mess and they feel themselves so self-righteous...?? The mediocrity of society. This sickness is always ready to ruin more lives.

People even complain and feel pity about themselves instead of accepting and moving on.

I don’t think anyone of us is immune to it, but specially this is damaging for the weak mind which sees the world separated from itself. When you see the world apart from yourself, you think in your own illusion that by complaining or lashing out with condemning words you are being helpful, thus you feel like you are doing something. Obviously, these are rather pathetic fools that fail to see the reality of it all, namely ‘Oneness,’ that you and the world are one, and that only leading by example aids in changing the world.

Arguing and complaining just feeds the ego to bring more negativity into your persona and into your life; this, certainly so, affects the opportunities you have and the people you attract. Mediocre minds are the highest percentage of the world’s population, and so we must focus our attention on leading by example–it could very well be on the small things, like helping carry groceries or taking care of someone sick.

As long as you keep complaining and arguing about the world, the outcomes in your life won’t be fruitful, because by being negative your mind is not accepting but denying, and exactly this corrupts your whole existence, it pollutes your whole existence.

Vested.

When someone allows others to influence every part of his thoughts and behaviors, when that someone lets the world put his value and integrity, is because that same person deep inside does not feel as an empowered individual, does not feel he has anything unique to offer to the world, so in subconscious confusion and suffering he lets himself be absorbed by the lack of morality and stupid ideology of the world. This is the ego taking over and distancing that person from who he really is, from his divine spark, from his uniqueness and natural talents.

All of us, absolutely 100% of us, have been endowed with spiritual or divine expression, talents and special characteristics which make us who we are, which help us free our spirit from the bondage of all the depression and stress of daily living we may feel at times. We have been born with these great gifts in us because all of us are born to experience joy and bliss in all we do, and so find our true selves among the mediocrity of society; however, we must comprehend that these gifts, or to find these gifts within ourselves, are a test, and we must search deeply and inquire within us to allow ourselves to embrace them, and this is done so we learn to be free and wise in our own lives, in our own terms and by making our own decisions.

Stop letting family, friends, and the world overall, tell you what you should be and what you should think. Work on self-love and reach all your gifts.

Find out your own value, because no one is in your mind and in your body, no one can see in you and experience what you experience; therefore, what you could find if you inquire within yourself and allow your attention to steer to your true self is bigger than what you might think.

Reach absolute freedom and create your own way, break out from the mental prison the world creates, and share your hidden talents with the world.

The discernment.

FOR THE TRULY AWAKENED ONES:

We can all agree that the world started its decline in all wisdom and levels of conscious awareness a long time ago, and this is why just a few of us are truly awakened to the basic reality, the rest of the world is just under a very thick blindfold that they do not even notice they are wearing. The ego is powerful and man in this state is very weak, guided by its physical senses and proclivities to follow other asleep individuals, namely religious institutions.

In his commencement man was in search for absolute truth, the Alchemy of the mind and the condition of true freedom; and then, somewhere along the line of truth-seeking, the ego took over the minds of very blasphemous men, and insanity and narrow views veiled the world under heavy fog.

But, as it was written in the stars and in our encoded DNA, the ancient wisdom and light was passed on from initiate to initiate, and some men achieved inner vision into this eternal truth.

And even though the eternal truth might still be contested by the many sleeping men of the world, the awakened ones cannot deny it; for denying it would be denying yourself and accepting to live a lie every day with a blindfold which won’t allow the real light to shine on your life’s path.

Perfect tune.

Harmony is living the moment with acceptance, not letting thoughts of negativity and ignorance rule your life, not letting other people rule your life. We all know that there is a lack of harmony in the world today, only a few of us really live in harmony and understand that this condition is the condition of the soul, of the whole universe.

Harmony does not just mean the absence of physical violence, of course. People all over the world punish themselves every day without realizing it, by engaging with stressful situations and not watching their inner states, by being angry at others, by rejecting true love, by putting down others, by neglecting themselves, etc.

This is the opposite of harmony, the opposite of getting in touch with their own souls and embracing self-love.

Wisdom is seeing through all these things I just mentioned and accepting that it is what it is, accepting that you cannot change the world by force or by being angry with it; but, however, you can embrace harmony and peace within yourself by living based on truth and nobility, by uniting thought, word, and action into pure love which you can then expand onto others.

Worry about finding harmony in you. As Buddha puts it, “Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.”

Free!

Honor life and respect yourself daily by not engaging with people whose only purpose is to be negative, even if those people are family and you live with them; but engage and instruct yourself with those who care and support you, those who are eager to lend a hand and see you succeed. Life is too precious and short to waste on the wrong people (even if those people gave you birth).

Quite often then those negative or ignorant people surrounding us are family or friends; therefore, it might be hard to avoid conversation with them, but still you can be conscious of who you are and protect your mind from negativity.
Mental and spiritual elevation is individual as Jesus and Buddha have showed us with their examples; so, no one can elevate you and take you to success and happiness, no religion created by the ego of man, no family that loves you or hates you, but you yourself are the light to the world, to your word.

Self-love is about seeing beyond people and institutions, is about loving yourself so much that you create your own path. So do not focus on the people around you which may be trying to bring you down, but understand that the ego is powerful and so they might feel failure on their own lives and perhaps a bit jealous.
Never take anything personal (even if it is a close family member), people have their own demons or inner struggles and quite often this is a heavy burden they carry (even if they have a smile upon their faces).

Be wise and take a breath whenever someone tries to hurt you or bring you down in any way, forgive and forget, and if you have to, walk away. Focus your mind on yourself and on your path.

Here the word ‘salvation’ does not just mean spiritual salvation, but it is about everything related to your individual human progress. “Work out your own salvation. Do not depend on others.” ~ Buddha.

Self-help life truths.

Enlightening matters.

“God gave us the gift of life; it is up to us to give ourselves the gift of living well.” ~ French Enlightenment writer, historian, and philosopher.

There are people out there that all they do is watch the news about the world and wallow in its misery, whether animal killing or human injustice they are always complaining and suffering about something. But this is not really living, because true living is to allow your attention to steer to more positive and enlightening matters.

Of course there is suffering and misery in the world, that is why is the world; if there were no suffering and misery, then what would be the point of having a physical existence. What would we do without challenges…?? How could you know what happiness is without sadness…??

So, the terrible sin, if we could call it a sin, is to not focus your attention on the beautiful things in life. Among the misery, suffering, and corruption, there is always some ray of sunshine; honor life, be conscious and look for the good things.

Once you practice this and emanate a positive view and peace out into the world, then you give your gift to the world, you beautify wherever your attention goes.

Stop asking questions in your mind and overwhelming yourself with whatever is ugly and sad in the world, be conscious of other people’s pain but do not dwell in it; if you do dwell in it, then your mind/your ego slowly will darken and you will adopt negative views which will affect you and your life.
