Opposite friends.

“The Mind-Heart Struggle.”

Quite often in our lives we must deal with pressure and decision-making processes, but this is not easy because we must juggle work life, family life, our-type-of-society life, deeply personal life as inner struggles, and many more aspects of our unique daily living which throw challenges at us. So, many times we find ourselves pinned against a wall, sort of speak.

We must decide what to do in certain situations, but at the same time there is something nagging within us that we do not recognize; then it feels like a dark, heavy cloud, because we know in our minds a solution or a way to direct our decision, but there is also something else telling us something different or making us worried about the decision our minds have made. And thus sometimes wrong decisions can be made. This is the Mind-Heart Struggle we all go through at some point in our lives, specially when big decisions have to be made.

We must use wisdom for these big decisions, not just information or knowledge about the matter in question, but inner wisdom which is what our intuition and Infinite Intelligence can only give us. But you must understand that the wisdom in you, which comes from intuition and Infinite Intelligence like above-mentioned, does not cave or respond to pressure like your flawed conscious mind does, because the wisdom flowing in your subconscious follows only its own process. It’s own process being wise, being patience and time.

Sometimes we need to relax our anxious conscious minds and take some time to let the subconscious go through its own process. It is like when great artists receive great, genius ideas for a masterpiece; genius comes, great ideas come to them after sleeping on a problem or allowing certain time to pass.

I understand that quite often this is not the way we do things, humans tend to rush important decisions, specially when there is passion or anger involved; but, however, from my own experience and studies of the subconscious, I know this is paramount when dealing with very important decisions in my life.

The Struggle within

Important decisions have to be made from a point of love–and by love I do not mean romantic love, but I mean honesty and love for the matter we are trying to resolve or decide. One must be patient and let the mind and heart reach the same sensation or feeling within you, if they are opposites in this, then, you will probably end up with problems and suffering consequences.

Everything in our lives must be harmonious to be truly successful, and even though this is not easy there has to be coherence in the decisions we consider important in our lives. The heart and the mind have been given to us not to be opposites and confuse us (we choose to confuse ourselves out of ignorance), but they have been given to us to guide us into the same direction. Into bliss.

Evolution.

“In order for the light to shine so brightly, the darkness must be present.” ~ Francis Bacon; English philosopher, lawyer, statesman, scientist, jurist, orator, and author.

All you see and all you know is here because of darkness, thus light was given its qualities–i.e., warmth, clarity, the enlightening of all reason in the mind, the pleasures of this physical life, human love, etc. etc.–because it sprung from darkness. This is the duality we have to deal with and enjoy every day of our waking hours, and if it weren’t for this duality the ego-mind wouldn’t have been born, thus we couldn’t exist in physical form, we couldn’t have anything that we know now, think, and feel.

Most people in the world do not realize that which enlightens the mind and frees the human spirit to soar into the skies to be whoever they want to be–i.e., a successful businessperson, a scientist, a service provider of some sort, a wise spiritual teacher, an artist, etc.. Most of humanity escape from their darkness, from their past memories of pain and regret, from looking into themselves and getting in touch with their own subconscious, from the misery and poverty they see around them, from all the ignorant “evil” in the world; but this is life and we have to learn to accept it the way it is, instead of running away from it and put resistance to it.

Light and all goodness in life elevate the human condition, yes; however, is the painful challenges and all darkness in our lives the one essence from which light emerges. A woman needs a man to birth life, goodness in the heart of man needs darkness in the heart of man, human evolution (governments, societies, commerce, genius of innovation, and so on and so forth) needs opposition to develop itself and raise above its own mediocrity. It is all meant with divine purpose to always move forward and not backwards, because it is all Oneness (one and the same, just different ends of the same pole, different experiences, different events, different views of the mind).

When you see misery, sadness, chaos, failure, destruction in your own life, it means The Universal Law or God is preparing the terrain for you to become better and excel at whatever you put your mind and heart, but you need to be patient and faithful in the process of this evolution, the new creations and all success in your life will come. There are no coincidences, all is a divine plan. It is just that our limited minds do not quite understand evolution as it is.
Remember to embrace the darkness in you and in the world you see, for this is the very heart of the divine plan, of Creation. Do not stress yourself and allow your mind to be seized by fear because of your life in chaos or because you see misery around the world.

Remind yourself that darkness is a necessity for all evolution.

Harmonious sync

It is conducive to a higher development in the evolution of the human mind when we associate and socialize with like-minded individuals. This not only help us to grow as human beings but it also creates harmony and synchronization of our spiritual vitality or energies; it is the vibration of the same frequencies that makes us united at an emotional level, and, beyond that, it raises both our vibrations because we are at the same level of vibration rate, learning from each other, without obstacles and without major conflict in the interaction of two human beings..

The more time you spend with people more at your level of understanding and vibration, the more blissful your life will become; because what opposes bliss in the human being is resistance to change your beliefs and thoughts, your attitudes and behaviors, and when you are in tune with one another you both vibe the same frequency and do not resist change but grow together as two souls merged into one.

Strive for a friendship in perfect synchronization.

Remind yourself…

We live in an interactive universe, a dynamic dimension where everything is deeply connected–connected to our parents through genetic material, experiences as members of a family, loving lessons taught; connected through conscious energy to our thoughts, the thoughts of others, our vital energy, the vital energy of others; connected to events through memories, empathy, personal experiences; and so on and so forth.
Even if we have no other person around, or have distances with our loved ones, we must remember what connects us to one another and our role in this vast and magnificent Conscious Creation.

When you feel alone or unworthy, remember that you are an important part of Creation, and that without you the universe or God wouldn’t be able to experience itself through you and through the choices you make in life.

In this sense, your mortal body and mind are aiding the vital energy of the Cosmos to experience bliss and know itself through the things you as a human being create–i.e., through the sadness, the happy moments, the conversation of discovery with other human beings, through the friendships, the travels, the negative and positive thoughts you create, etc.

Make it count and guide your life towards something wonderful God can experience through you, something that elevates and creates beauty…

Within our kiss.

“Within Our Kiss“

The magic beyond the lips

Far greater than the magnificent eclipse,

More than just touch and sensation,

Spiritual harmony, two souls in connection.

There never was in my existence

The pure bliss in the persistence

Of your soul merging with mine,

Yes, you made me experience the sublime.

My being was lost and confused,

By hatred and several vices I was used,

The stars for me were not shining anymore,

My way was corrupted, my heart ill and sore.

But one day I met the miracle which made me

Realize my strength for you did tell me

That two souls which belong together

Are never apart, connected forever.

You became my friend and companion,

We visited the beach, the parks, the canyon.

Then something happened and my world was changed,

We felt that vital essences were exchanged,

The closeness of our bodies, the link of our minds,

The burst of energy, the love that binds.

It was the world within which elevated this poet

To incredible heights of the romantic sonnet.

God put images in my mind of bright stars,

Beautiful planets, Venus and Mars.

My heart sensed beyond the physical touch of our lips,

The dimensions I saw, the rich galaxies Within Our Kiss.

A passionate kiss which communicates deep affection and share connection goes beyond two lips touching, it goes beyond the thoughts you have during that magic kiss. This kiss is the merging of two souls into one, going back to Source/God for the moment that kiss lasts where no space and time are limitations.

“Hot Sunset kiss“

Plain words cannot describe that sensation,
For our spirits were in glorious elation,
Soaring through heavenly clouds of light,
Magical stories of love the poet cannot write.
We felt the mystery of our warm embrace;
It became a flame without time and space.
It burned deep in our souls as one,
Our lips and burning love under the sun.

Shy at first I communicated my sincere affection,
We talked for hours and found the connection.
Our hands held and I felt I knew you from somewhere,
Twin flames, a past life, a deepness we share.
Then we elevated the passion, there was pure bliss,
For I will always remember that Hot Sunset Kiss.

Self-help life truths.

Stitches.

Life itself is truly a miracle when seen beyond anger and stress, it is comforting to understand it and live freely; and, to live freely one must embrace and adopt a way of thinking and behaving with gratitude towards it, because it is the very wisdom of our scars that which makes us who we are. But not just the wisdom of our scars, it is whether you carry your scars with pride and self-love or not; because this very process of accepting and loving your own scars or experiences (bad and good experiences), of course, shall be the strength you need to motivate yourself into new ventures in your own life.

Battles are fought by great men and women of hearts most noble and pure, but it is the true warrior the one who never gives up, the one who craves growth through scars in battle. Stitches would be the acceptance of those mighty scars. Stitches would be the natural course of our healing through the power of our perceptions–therefore, if you understand the messages in your scars, the healing process will make you stronger. When a bone, let us say the femur or upper leg bone, is broken or somehow damaged, the pain is terrible; however, as the bone heals itself, science tells us, the tissues of this same bone become stronger and more resistant to a new injury.

It is then the strength of divine acceptance, the power within us all, the one which makes us stronger and more confident to live our lives freely and not feel chained to past scars that do not heal because of our hate and negative thinking about these same scars. If you can remember this, your stresses and fears in life will become weak and surrender to your wisdom.

Self-help life truths.

Warrior’s strength.

“No legacy is so rich as honesty.” ~ William Shakespeare; English poet, playwright, and actor.

It is well known that life is pressure and stress quite often, and so you might feel like concealing something from yourself and from others. Perhaps like in school, when children, telling yourself you’d do homework later after the video games, when you had your friends coming over to play with you and so you knew that you wouldn’t have time to do homework later, or even have a desire to do so later. Just kids, right?

But that kid grew up. And you must take responsibility for your actions now, good ones and not so good ones, and you must embrace every little thing that happens. This is the mature and strong kid still in you, now grown up, experienced, but still a creative kid that has to embrace imagination and solve problems and accept those challenges with a positive attitude. The attitude of the master of your life.

Absolute honesty means a free mind and an unpolluted heart, and it is the very core of the truly awakened one. See, if you must hide anything or trick others, deceive yourself and keep yourself tied to a belief deep inside you know to be nonsense, then, it is a lack of confidence and self-love that is ruling your inner being.
Subconsciously, something has taken your reality captive, you are not totally free and you need to make up your own reality, while affecting others. This is deceiving yourself, distancing yourself from all light, bringing more suffering into your life (perhaps without your own knowledge).

You must accept who you are with your flaws and strengths, with your failings and achievements; otherwise, you are just running away from the present and from the real you (where you can certainly find utter bliss).
And you are allowing yourself to grow your ego and create more dysfunction in your own mind, while affecting your loved ones and the ones who want to connect with you in the process.

Be honest with yourself and with others. The path to all light.

Honesty is being true with yourself and with others. This process takes a higher mind and is not that easy to keep all the time; and so it is why most people fail at this. Absolute honesty we may call a strength of the powerful, because it is getting over the temptation to lie and using the energy in a constructive manner, a constructive force.

You must remember…

“The Forgotten Gods“

Once, the conscious realm was all there was,

Eternal, Omniscient, Omnipotent, vast;

Gods were one, power was Infinite,

What we call love remained its joyful visit.

The choice of the conscious was clear,

To design life to experience nature near.

Humanity, time, emotion, thought, were born;

All experiences of the New Being to warn.

The New Being was many, they grew and grew

Along physical quality, color, bliss, misery, hue.

The dark cloud of The Forgotten Gods was here,

The mind control behind all religion was fear;

Fear developed into the subconscious mud,

Ready to trigger the mind and poison the blood.

Humanity was lost in the illusion of the physical senses;

Man and women were ignorant of their offenses.

Wrong perception: All which happens in your life, does not happen to you or against you, it does not happen because you deserve it or not. It happens because somehow your thoughts, words, and intentions have masked themselves subconsciously and they have attracted energy, either positive or negative, which has built the progress of your events the way you chose to experience them.

Solution: Grab hold of your life, be a leader of your own mind. Work on not complaining, having good, positive thoughts and intentions. Slowly, your subconscious will transform itself completely and you will embrace the confidence and strength of you as the god you carry deep inside.

“The word enlightenment conjures up the idea of some superhuman accomplishment, and the ego likes to keep it that way, but it is simply your natural state of felt oneness with Being.” ~ Eckhart Tolle.

“When you accept what is, every moment is the best moment. That is enlightenment.” ~ Eckhart Tolle; Spiritual teacher and author.

Desire is the one which drives humankind, the one which points our routes in this physical life–i.e., you desire to eat, you desire to find companionship and and get into a relationship, you desire to better your education to get a better job, you desire to be the best you can be so to achieve greater things in life, and so on and so forth. And, of course, there is the real us, the subconscious, which takes care of breathing, heartbeats, blood circulation, immune system, etc. etc.; and so our subconscious does not do things based on our conscious desire of daily living, its energies are the essence of our life and what keeps our motors running.

But desire, good or bad, or the process of desire, lives in the conscious mind, it is our ego; however, because it is our ego is tied to birth and death, it is mortal and flawed, it is a superficial entity we use every day to function as human beings. But there are energies driving the forces of desire, and these come from the subconscious mind that I mentioned above. These energies from the subconscious are “enlightening”, or what most of us call “Enlightenment”, energies, and these divine energies are shaped soon into our ego, by our conscious (because through the subconscious they penetrate and give life to the desire that drives us every single day, they feed the conscious mind to our advantage and human survival).

True spiritual awakening, the intelligent power fueling all of our being, is then embracing fully these divine energies flowing through the subconscious; therefore, true spiritual awakening is embracing who you really are beyond the ego and the desires you have (which can be good or bad). Knowledge and all information is good for the mind, but it will only enter your mind and boost your ego. This knowledge could help you in your life’s path, perhaps help you remember who you are deep inside; however, it will not give you a deep and shocking realization of who you are in the Absolute Essence (which is, in fact, your Absolute Essence, your Vital Life Force, what is called an Awakening).

When someone becomes truly awakened, your whole belief system shakes and your views on life are altered, you start shedding intellectual and emotional layers of your persona because you start seeing your ego for what it is, and once you truly see or realize your ego and its reactions then you become bigger and stronger and more able to tame it or control it.

This spiritual process we call “Enlightenment” or “Awakening” comes when the universe or God (the vital life forces in you/the wisdom deep in you/the subconscious or Infinite Intelligence in you) “find you” ready; therefore, this process of awakening does not come with your mere desire (which, as I mentioned above, all desire lives in the ego). And this process is also called Entering The Light…

“Entering The Light.”

Of many a dreamland and conscious travels,
Only the purest inner contemplation unravels
The dimensions and elevations of mental planes,
The absolute freedom and love the mind gains.

I was obscured by stress and a dark life,
I was put down and belittled by ill strife;
Living every day had become boring and dull,
And my ‘good friends’ were trying to make me fall,
My family was distant and my suffering was great,
Hate and loneliness I thought it was my fate.

One day I found the passage beyond pride
For rich silence and self-acceptance I tried.
It turned out that within me was all along,
The dreamland, the conscious travels, the song;
The absolute freedom and the love was in sight,
I became the Alchemist by Entering The Light.

Beyond the ego of man.

Due to the power-mongering and mind-controlling agenda of the Church, many ancient manuscripts have been cast off and ignored (this happened when Emperor Constantine ruled the land and gave complete control and power to the Church, so they chose some holy books to build the religion upon and the other holy books were hidden away into darkness from the world), because these very manuscripts contain truth revealed which are not good for the prosperity of a deceitful church or religion. The ego-driven institutions of the world born from the ego of man couldn’t survive if the whole truths from these manuscripts were revealed, for this case you only find the books in the Bible which say nothing to evoke a consciousnesses transfiguration in man, but instead you meet only emotionally compelling stories which boost the ego and start the imagination of the already mediocre mind, leading thus to no independence of thought and reach of the Higher Self in any man.

And while there may not be any direct references in the known Bible by Jesus (Yashua/Yeshua) regarding a vegetarian diet, text does exist with Jesus teachings that we should not only be eating a vegetarian diet, but that we also should be eating a living-food diet (we should not be cooking our food!).

Now, it is indeed the understanding of the truth and the acceptance of profound wisdom that which elevates the mind of man from the pitiful and enslaving condition of mediocrity and puerile existence, which gives limitations to that same man, to the godlike condition of a higher consciousness which knows no bounds and creates prosperity and growth. We should understand that when Jesus talks about a vegetarian diet he does so because in those ancient times man did not pump cows and all the animals with chemicals to extract their milk, and did not exert the massive cruelty man inflicts on animals to get their hide, milk, honey, and other animal-related products.

Now-a-days, a compassionate saint like Jesus would indubitably talk about Veganism, for the singular fact that being Vegan causes no suffering to animals, while just a vegetarian diet means not eating meat but still partaking of the related products–i.e., animal milks, animal cheeses, honey, using leather, etc.–causing yet animals to suffer greatly by the cruelty of the present industry. It is much worse and a greater sin whatsoever to make animals suffer like that–i.e., being skinned alive to get their hide, fill them with poisoning chemicals to get their milk, shave them raw to get their fur, etc.–than to kill them and be done with it. The world has gotten more and more cruel and ignorant towards all nature in these present times, no doubt; however, the simple and narrow minds and the lesser emotionally developed of the world cannot see this, for they have blindfolds of their choosing, which are their egos always talking over their hearts saying “Me Me Me! – Gimme more, gimme more, gimme more!”

Here are some of Jesus’s teachings, the ones that the Church hid from people:

(But you certainly do not need to be a follower of Jesus to understand the truth in these scriptures; so, cast aside your ego and your prejudices to read this and accept the truth in the words you read.) I bring the absolute truth.

The commandment. “Thou shalt not kill”

‘Thou shalt not kill,’ for life is given to all by God, and that which God has given, let not man take away. For, I tell you truly, from one Mother proceeds all that which lives upon the earth. Therefore, he who kills, kills his brother. And from him will the Earthly Mother turn away, and will pluck from him her quickening breasts. And he will be shunned by her angels, and Satan will have his dwelling in his body. And the flesh of slain beasts in his body will become his own tomb. For I tell you truly, he who kills, kills himself, and whoso eats the flesh of slain beasts, eats of the body of death. For in his blood every drop of their blood turns to poison; in his breath their breath to stink;in his flesh their flesh to boils; in his bones their bones to chalk; in his bowels their bowels to decay; in his eyes their eyes to scales; in his ears their ears to waxy issue. And their death will become his death.

It follows… “I have given you every herb bearing seed… to you it shall be for meat”

Kill not, neither eat the flesh of your innocent prey, lest you become the slaves of Satan (these are the thoughts, ideas, and behaviors of the ignorant which bring all suffering upon man). For that is the path of suffering, and it leads unto death (spiritual, physical, and mental dullness and decay). But do the will of God, that his angels may serve you on the way of life. Obey, therefore, the words of God: ‘Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to everything that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is breath of life, I give every green herb for meat.
