Fire and Ice…

Fire and Ice, Love And Fear

Godly ripples in the ether of mind,
Rich essence of me without bind.
Monsters and ghouls as rulers behest,
Dark and confusing thought stressed.

My way and my step were under siege,
Life and Death my tyrannous liege;
I had fallen in the whimsical illusion each day,
The cruel devastation of my life I did pay.

She was burning coal and I frozen rock,
For two opposites met the imminent shock;
Love existed but my form never knew,
For fear within my wretched soul grew.

The clock had become my foe as well,
The rushing entity of misery in Hell.
The winds took a message in the fall,
You wanted to see me in the ball.

Anxiety and doubt filled my many day and night,
Fear had cursed my mind and it allowed no light;
Dreams of the fire that consumed my house,
The deaths of my dog, children, and spouse.

My face had been severely under fire,
But I was marked and living most dire,
And the wounds of my heart had no heal,
The essence of love from my soul had conceal.

A book of ancient mystery and great lore,
A bright and fateful day strengthened my core;
It told about poles and degrees of the mental plane,
How to transmute fear and reach a higher gain.

The fear stayed but let in some light then,
There was this new confidence from the wise man.
I chose to give my life one more try,
Perhaps developed I had the inner eye.

Danced all night with you and saw your smile,
That ball gave me an opportunity with no guile;
You were perfect in your dress by me near,
I took my lesson, Fire and Ice, Love and Fear.

Getting luster.

I believe being effective in a world and society like ours is not that popular and common, and people rather live easy lives and be mediocre because that is what others do; however, look around you–people suffering, making over and over again wrong decisions and never learning, people leading their own lives blindly and looking for motivation in their environments instead of in their goals and in themselves, people following anger and stress in their everyday lives due to blaming governments, society and other people instead of themselves, etc. etc. I believe learning to be effective and putting in practice excellence is what we need.

The world is yours, you are the world, so whatever you think of others and of what others do, if you complain and bother yourself with this, then it is time you look into yourself and fix things.

And to fix things in yourself, you must be effective in what you do, in what and how you organize yourself, you must focus on your own life, on your own growth.

Once you accomplish this and master yourself in efficiency, you will not wish to waste your time and energy complaining about others and becoming a victim of what happens around you.

Take charge of your life.
If not now, when…??
Life is precious, don’t waste it.

The attention shift.

“Beautiful things happen in your life when you distance yourself from negative things.” ~ Zig Ziglar; American author, salesman, and motivational speaker.

Life is positive progress in its original essence, but we design stress and situations which we may deem ugly or negative; however, because there is positive and beautiful things in life, albeit hidden under the stress and ugliness, we may shift our attention to them anytime we allow our thoughts to deviate from what is overwhelming us or producing anxiety.

That is like getting stressed and angered by the world we live in, but then going for a few hours to swim or spend our time in the world of the fish; there we take a break from our world to recharge and shift our focus and attention towards the colorful and calming fish and sea life.

It is truly wise and godly when we remind ourselves and have the habit of shifting our attention to the small and beautiful things in life, such things which can recharge our batteries and make us feel like we indeed are in charge of our lives, where we decide where our full attention goes and we decide when to take a break from our stressful lives.

Give yourself time to heal and absorb the wisdom and energy from your subconscious in those times in life which may be a bit stressing, do not give in to anger and stress, but shift your full attention to small and beautiful things.

Do not neglect God.

Beyond the chaos.

Among all the chaos and misery, whether from devastating hurricanes or from whatever it is we go through, there is always a small hope. You could call it very or extremely small, but it is always there. This light shines brightly within us all, no matter the stress or the challenges we go through; however, we perhaps direct our attention outwards to what is challenging us, and this is the struggle we all must go through at some point in our lives. I went through it when I lost family members years ago and I did not know what to do with my life, and maybe you already went through your own things as well, or you are right now.

But always remember who and what you truly are.

Everything is a test.
Anything can be built again.

There is wisdom in all that happens, even if our stress and sufferings will not let us see and understand. We are beyond our stress and suffering, beyond all these mental and physical events that take place; we are eternal, thus eternal strength, eternal wisdom, eternal and beyond the nuisances of this world.

We must see beyond time and the things lost in time. Time passes and things can be re-built, our lives can be fixed and re-directed towards a fruitful path. This is the value of this physical life, that there exists no real loss unless is because of mental choice or attachment.

In the words of Buddha: What you think, you become. If you have faith and perseverance, thus think you can re-build, then you can.

Stop seeing the misery and the bad, by starting to see beyond that.

The free mind of a human god!

Forged extraordinary.

As human beings, we begin to understand the depth of life once we mature or our minds mature, or so we should. It is then internal evolution the one which facilitates the greatness of the human spirit through our mental and physical expressions.

“The Wisdom of The Gods”

In spite of what our ignorant society claims, that an adult is over 21 or around such age, that an adult is the one that can drive a car, that an adult is this and that in the grandiose and illogical norms built today, an adult is really beyond all that pitiful nonsense; because, if logically defined, an adult is a person who lives constantly great integrity based on accepting, respecting, and deeply knowing his own human condition–all this cemented within his own conscious awareness as habits and ways of living, following honest and practical principles which may guide him/her into higher levels of conscious growth and more profound understanding of him/herself and others.

As a consequence of this, we have the realization of ‘The wisdom of the gods’: The inexhaustible wisdom we all have within us beyond the thought and the flesh we carry around, beyond the physical aspects of all happenings and the egotistical perspectives and opinions we may have built.

As human beings we live under Universal Law, whether we believe in it or not, and whether we know it or not; and is this perfect and all-knowing Law that determines the degree of adulthood we have reached through the reactions we choose to adopt when challenges arise.
But, in the ignorant and egoistical attempt to control life, the ones that believe maturity and wisdom comes with age and with sheer desire of the mortal mind, are the ones that suffer the most–through rushing into relationships at any age, through believing that they always make the best choices based on their high education and intellectual prowess, through believing life and society owes them something for having lived and worked hard for a very long time, through not accepting that times and the way the world works change and demand a new adaptation of the human mind, through believing they are always in the right because they lived the toughest experiences in life.

There is no excuse for pursuing the world and forgetting the wisdom which is character of a god, because that is like asking and nagging yourself to get a car without knowing and wanting to learn how to drive it. It is pointless. In the same sense, life is about facing challenges and growing in wisdom, elevating yourself, learning or knowing how to drive the car.
If you don’t learn how to drive properly, what’s the point in having it…?? Crashing over and over again…??

Self-help life truths. The free mind of a human god!

The golden original.

“Our uniqueness, our individuality, and our life experience molds us into fascinating beings. I hope we can embrace that. I pray we may all challenge ourselves to delve into the deepest resources of our hearts to cultivate an atmosphere of understanding, acceptance, tolerance, and compassion. As human beings are born is purity, originality, the true essence of individuality is each of us, but as challenges rise and the people surrounding us shape us to their views and experiences, our powerful subconscious change and absorb new views, they store beliefs and ideas which are not deeply us and which do not define us. So we grow up and cement these ideas and beliefs as our own, we lose or bury that spark of uniqueness, of individuality, of creativity that defines us, that is really us.

But, of course, we still carry that spark within us, no matter how old or polluted by vices we are; however, most of us have forgotten what makes us really unique, special, powerful, able to be whatever we want to be, and that is why most of us cannot really figure out how to achieve great success in our lives, and so we start praising and following others we call geniuses or even people which we deem better than us–i.e., religious people, celebrities, politicians, spiritual teachers, athletes, etc. etc.

You must look within yourself and figure out the wisdom lies in you, that it always was in you, you just had to take the time and stop your mind from telling you who to follow and what to be.

If you want to figure out who you are and how to achieve more, then, stop your mind from all the noise and commanding over your life, listen to your heart with patience, do not rush into any decision (rushing is what creates problems and mediocrity most of the time), and convince yourself that you can master yourself and think positive to allow progress into your own life.

Do not compare yourself to others or to the accomplishment of others. Comparing yourself will keep you down and allow your ego to belittle you.
Be really unique again.

There is that originality, that uniqueness, that creativity still inside you, no matter if you are 90 years old. Originality, all creativity is your energy, the energy within each atom that makes your body.

Self-help life truths.

The smoking gun.

“Let the refining and improving of your own life keep you so busy that you have little time to criticize others.” ~ H. Jackson Brown, Jr.; American motivational author.

There seems to be a distortion in the rationale of most human beings, one which is clouded and poisoned by our own subconscious habits, and it is the fact that criticism takes over and lashes out onto others. There is not enough looking into oneself and fixing one’s own issues, which is self-love and so the mind occupies itself on something actually worth to our human condition, but instead the lazy and easy path is taken to tear down others and build this false sense of superiority in oneself. This is the very opposition of wisdom.

How many times you have looked at the news and criticized the way society does something or the way people behave? How many times you have criticized your family and friends? Why do you allow the actions of others to annoy you enough to grab your own attention so you say something to criticize or belittle them?

Human beings have this process the ego has created and which is being allowed to rule their interactions, it has become part of their habits even, where if there is something wrong with the world (whatever it might be) is time to criticize, like some automatic button pushed right when something they don’t like happens.

And most of us do this because the better and wiser habit of looking into ourselves and into our own behaviors is not there, it hasn’t been built into us, because the ego is lazy and it takes honesty and courage with ourselves to have this self-love and inner contemplation, something we haven’t worked on.
For the ego it is easier to criticize others–i.e., our families, friends, coworkers, even people we do not know–and it gives us a false sense of superiority and responsibility disguised as love and constructive criticism.

But this process is the illusion we built out of ignorance and pride, it does not elevate our human spirit but it shrinks it. Conscious elevation can only happen if we are actually conscious and have developed authentic self-love, for once we have developed this we can pour this true love onto others and truly help; but, until then, whatever we do by criticizing and however we disguise it, is an illusion which harms our very awakening.

Colors in the wind…

Colors in the wind“

There is great wisdom in the wind,

Blowing here and there in spring;

Images and messages come to my mind,

Beyond words and voices, more than those two combined.

I remember the past people of mock and laughter,

They said there would not be love for me trial after.

But now I see colors as miracles which communicate

Peace and freedom, the warmth in the healthy fate.

Even the leaf on the tree blesses me,

The flower and the grass, the butterfly and the bee.

My step is of noble and forward move,

My heart is my guide following the groove.

Of the colors I sense in the wind which fill all,

The groove is your energy which does not let me fall.

I cannot see your form but I delight in your love essence

Which shines and warms my very presence,

And that is all I truly need to feel bliss,

My eyes are not blind to love such as this.

“The Conscious Ether“ (Between death and the next life)

Was I ever born…?? Was I ever dead…??
The faces always seemed so mysterious,
So unnatural to me, memories like poison spread.
I was lost and then found,
I was me and then you, I was confused;
My world was upside-down, the color, the sound.

The fear was gone, the bliss had disappeared,
But the colors, they remained enhanced,
The sound was beautiful, the vision had cleared.
My body was and wasn’t, but there was an essence…
Yes, an essence of peace and freedom I felt clearly,
A warm embrace, a conscious ether, a known presence.

Then it came to me, my forgotten past perhaps,
Or my forgotten Now. Who knows?
It called on my existence, energy links, summons, taps…
It was my aura the one spreading into all vision,
And then I visited other lands but never traveled,
For I was expanded in my conscious condition.

The darkness came and I saw another light,
Far into the distance I saw you,
Then you floated to me, an angel so bright;
The moment grew into sensations I couldn’t comprehend,
We were two but then one, I was confused again,
More than an angel, a goddess, a godsend…

Self-help life truths. The free mind of a human god!

The eternal flame.

“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.” ~ Oprah Winfrey; American media proprietor, talk show host, producer, actress, and philanthropist.

The are people who understand deeply that life is the richest and most precious substance of experience itself, and they know thus that they themselves make their bliss or misery. There are people who do not actually understand this, and so lose themselves living life as the masses do, and while this they deceive themselves believing this is it, this is all there is for them, then death comes and that’s that. This last people confuse passion for desire, and this is why they never find that strength and inner motivation to achieve all their dreams ans goals, that passion beyond mere desire which never satiates and never stops.

Passion: Your Own Genie

In order to become more, in order to fulfill you higher purpose in life–being thus spiritual, mental, and financial aspects; because the reality is that we are here in this physical form to reach all our innermost and most noble desires as human beings–there must be fire in you, such is the fire which goes beyond any desire.

Now, it is essential to understand this: Desire is a thought which becomes an emotion, but it is fleeting, it does not last, you might get distracted or bored. But passion (true passion, not just desire mistaken from passion, like sex) is born purely in the heart, from our subconscious mind where our personalities, dreams, memories, and profound experiences are stored.

And, of course, an active thought desires something first, and if it is a strong and lasting desire we feel the passion; however, the passion is the energy which created that thought in the first place, the one wondrous energy which will drive us to stay in the path, for decades if we have to, to reach our destiny or to fulfill our goals.

Passion is raw energy that we develop through perseverance and patience. Perseverance and patience is key then, real wisdom in a noble and heartfelt purpose. And when you develop this, you not only better yourself, but others as well. Remember that passion is energy, pure energy we emanate out into the environment through our thoughts, intentions, and actions. And this reaches the whole world.

Business mind. Self-help life truths.

The golden steps.

“Our daily decisions and habits have a huge impact upon both our levels of happiness and success.” ~ Shawn Achor; American happiness researcher, author, and motivational speaker.

Humanity tends to fall into the trap of society and so follow the mediocrity they so proudly parade everywhere, and then this same humanity complains about this and that and the lack of happiness. The road to mediocrity is easy, but it is not what we are here for. Unless one really cares about happiness, one is not going to get even near being happy in life; because there are steps to happiness, and once you introduce them to yourself and these same steps become a part of you, then you enjoy them and love the change. And so that is when happiness or bliss starts to become you and fill your whole being, and thus you start waking up each morning eager to commence your day and face the challenges of it.

When healthy habits are introduced in the individual, they become part of us and the steps to reach our goals and dreams. But these steps must be enjoyed all the way, otherwise there won’t be any real commitment to this healthy habits and we will weaken on the steps. It is like drinking water with salt to satiate your thirst, you will drink but it will give you more thirst and the frustration that comes along with the nagging feeling.

Our habits shape us, what we do every single day is what we create; so, if you watch TV and complain about the world all day you will develop a lazy and obnoxious behavior, if you read inspiration and work diligently then you will develop passion for success and a determination to not give up in the face of challenges.

Life is not that complicated, we tend to make it complicated because we resist to change and to challenges; and when we do this, stress and fears enter our mind, doubt and procrastination become us, we cower and shrink before the steps to the extraordinary achievements that we could otherwise accomplish.

Then in order to be our very best, motivate ourselves and even motivate the people we come in contact with, there must be harmony, consistency, and vision in what we do. This means that whenever you start your day, you must envision your goals (your goals for the day and for years from now). For example: You want to start your own business, then imagine your life and the steps to take towards that goal; therefore, start waking up early and making plans (this should be your routine and should become your day to the day habit, start saving money for whatever expenses your business will need (even $10 dollars a month or the minimum in your national currency; this will tell your mind that you are determinate to succeed and it will strengthen your habit to be a self-confident individual), etc.

Little things like this, which sometimes do not seem important because we only see the big goal, will construct your vision into reality through time, through patience and perseverance.

Remember, the focus one gives daily to small habits or details builds empires and great success through perseverance.
