The Key to Every Door.

Life throws obstacles and challenges at us to help us grow, because that is the purpose of being here: To elevate our minds and become better human beings through rich experiences (good and not so good experiences, they are all meant to teach us something). But the reality of our lives is that most people, because of their childhoods or really traumatizing experiences they go through, are not feeling really confident to better themselves and face those challenges head-on.

And here is the most important tip I can give you to be confident, which I use myself every day and really works like real magic: Watch your Self-Talk.

“Be confident”

Confidence is not about your talents, or your intelligence, or your job, or even your education. From personal experience, I know confidence is energy from Infinite Intelligence, some may call it divine. See, confidence is in what you tell yourself everyday, the self-talks you have in your own head. If you are always complaining about your life, about yourself, allowing your attention to go towards your flaws and what you do wrong, then, chances are you won’t develop confidence. Because your self becomes your enemy, self-confidence won’t be permitted to reach you.
To develop confidence, you must embrace yourself, love every part of you inner self; therefore, accept your flaws, work on them, but DO NOT let your attention remain upon your weaknesses or flaws, for this will distance your mind from your inner self, and soon this becomes the opposite of self-love.

Also, this may sound silly, because most of the time we see ourselves as a tiny grain of sand in the whole vastness of Creation; however, I always tell myself that the energy inside each atom that makes me physically is the same exact energy which makes black holes, planets, and all phenomena. I suggest you remind yourself just that, because the power and confidence lies in the energy you have within you.

You cannot see this energy but it is there, if you persevere on your goals, if you respect yourself and watch what you tell yourself in any situation, then, confidence will become part of your everyday life. You will walk tall and mighty in this world, because now you developed confidence in your self, self-confidence.

Evolution.

“In order for the light to shine so brightly, the darkness must be present.” ~ Francis Bacon; English philosopher, lawyer, statesman, scientist, jurist, orator, and author.

All you see and all you know is here because of darkness, thus light was given its qualities–i.e., warmth, clarity, the enlightening of all reason in the mind, the pleasures of this physical life, human love, etc. etc.–because it sprung from darkness. This is the duality we have to deal with and enjoy every day of our waking hours, and if it weren’t for this duality the ego-mind wouldn’t have been born, thus we couldn’t exist in physical form, we couldn’t have anything that we know now, think, and feel.

Most people in the world do not realize that which enlightens the mind and frees the human spirit to soar into the skies to be whoever they want to be–i.e., a successful businessperson, a scientist, a service provider of some sort, a wise spiritual teacher, an artist, etc.. Most of humanity escape from their darkness, from their past memories of pain and regret, from looking into themselves and getting in touch with their own subconscious, from the misery and poverty they see around them, from all the ignorant “evil” in the world; but this is life and we have to learn to accept it the way it is, instead of running away from it and put resistance to it.

Light and all goodness in life elevate the human condition, yes; however, is the painful challenges and all darkness in our lives the one essence from which light emerges. A woman needs a man to birth life, goodness in the heart of man needs darkness in the heart of man, human evolution (governments, societies, commerce, genius of innovation, and so on and so forth) needs opposition to develop itself and raise above its own mediocrity. It is all meant with divine purpose to always move forward and not backwards, because it is all Oneness (one and the same, just different ends of the same pole, different experiences, different events, different views of the mind).

When you see misery, sadness, chaos, failure, destruction in your own life, it means The Universal Law or God is preparing the terrain for you to become better and excel at whatever you put your mind and heart, but you need to be patient and faithful in the process of this evolution, the new creations and all success in your life will come. There are no coincidences, all is a divine plan. It is just that our limited minds do not quite understand evolution as it is.
Remember to embrace the darkness in you and in the world you see, for this is the very heart of the divine plan, of Creation. Do not stress yourself and allow your mind to be seized by fear because of your life in chaos or because you see misery around the world.

Remind yourself that darkness is a necessity for all evolution.

The Master Within.

As Buddha puts it, “What you think, you become.“

Life cannot be neglected, whatever happens around you is something which at some level has a reason and a hidden lesson–from the smallest cut while shaving to the loss of a dear person. Everything is meant to awake you, to help you grow and understand something. To the wise men among us, details tell us the next step to take and what is happening; however, as human beings we have been also endowed with the power to choose which direction to go next, which thought to entertain, which feeling to create and follow–i.e.,anger, joy, sadness, passion, etc. etc..

Even though life may throw at us obstacles and challenges, and ignorant people that may upset us or try to hurt us, What we Think, We Become; so, if we think, whatever we think, we should take responsibility for what we have become and chosen to think and feel in any given situation, no matter what happens around us.

In today’s world, people search for rich interaction with others and expect to find good moments and happiness there, but happiness, true happiness, is not found in anybody you interact with or in anything you do. Happiness is a natural state of consciousness, there is no reason for it, it just is, like the essence of love–i.e., it flows eternally, it is peace and has no special qualities, it is refreshing and wise in all matters of understanding.
Happiness or bliss is something you embrace within yourself and take with you wherever you go; therefore, if you have a good moment with friends or if you do not, if you have a good moment at work or if you do not, does not matter who did what to get you upset, is always about you. You choose to embrace happiness or not, you choose to let people and events affect you or not.

Your world is within, not without; so you must take responsibility for how you feel and not blame police, friends, family, a government, and so on and so forth.
Make sure you understand that the world and the interaction you have with people is a reflection of your mental state. If you find something annoying or depressing, it is your own fault and not the outside world, you chose to feel like that.

It is difficult to control your thoughts of depression and anger towards the stupid society we live in, I know this; but, however, it is a must to attend to yourself and comprehend that you are always in control of your mood, either of your misery or happiness.

And to embrace happiness, specially when your life does not go the way you want it to go, do not deviate your thoughts, do not allow your attention to go towards what is going wrong in your life and stay in misery there, playing the victim game; but to embrace and choose happiness above all else focus on your inner self, take care of it, stop negative self-talk and all negative thought from poisoning you, become a leader and a master of yourself and of how you feel.

—The sexiest part of a woman—

If you look deeper,
Than the exterior,
That is where you will find
The sexiest part of a woman;
Is not her body
Or pretty face;
The sexiest part of a woman
Is in her mind…
That is where she hides away,
The kinky side,
The naughty girl,
The freak that likes to play…
The sexiest part of a woman
Is in the secrets
That she keeps locked away…

–The Shield–

Her love was now gone

That fateful morn dawn,

And I was feeling broken

Due to our love unspoken;

The insincerity had I brought

And hours had we fought.

The smell of her hair I miss,

Her smile, her playful tease.

Does she miss me…??

Where is she…??

If only I was so fortunate,

Be able to erase the argument,

She would be here with her smile

And I would feel bliss all the while.

But I must become the strong man

And woo her back with a plan.

Yes, my heart is now most revealed!

Are we our knowledge…?? Are we happier by what we have read or thought…?? Are we just intellect…?? Are we just working and filling our minds and expectations with the future…??
These questions should be answered right away in your mind, because if you do sit and think about everything that happens, then it means you are not reaching your full potential and you are wasting away. Life is here, not two days from now, two months from now, or twenty years from now; but here in this moment, for you to experience with all your being, with all its up and downs it is all a lesson to be learned by the wise man or woman.

Quite often we make the mistake of working really hard and putting all our faith and expectations, praying and getting anxious about the future–i.e., a future promotion or major sale at work, a future test coming up in school, a thought of reaching the next birthday and getting older, how to pay the coming rent, etc. etc. And this is not really living, is it…?? Always worried about something, and letting our environment affect our moods and whole personas with ourselves and with others.

I mean to say that these thoughts are important, of course they are; they are preparing us for what is coming that is relevant to our lives, and as human beings this is necessary. But we must understand that these thoughts can, and often do, become a subconscious malady or sickness, an obsession that soon turns into our persona, because these thoughts pop up and we allow them to flow and take over our lives, like poison spreads in the blood.

Living and enjoying everyday is elevating our minds and hearts, not by amassing intellect and thinking every little second about a future, but by being ourselves in the moment and experiencing life at its fullest.
So, we create the future our hearts desire, not by stressing over it (an illusion living only in our minds), but by behaving and acting appropriately towards a goal with faith and patience, energy and a positive attitude.

Unbreakable spirit.

“Energy and persistence conquer all things.” ~ Benjamin Franklin; Founding Father of The United States, political theorist, Freemason, politician, printer, author, postmaster, scientist, inventor, civic activist, statesman, and diplomat.

The human spirit is the hidden mystery for the ones that dwell in fear and confusion, but for the ones that dwell in faith and persistence there is a bright light that is guiding our paths, and even if the path looks dark one must always keep looking at the bright light at a distance. If we stop looking at this brilliant light or deviate our course just one inch, then, the outcomes of our experience are bound to differ and we may not enjoy the journey of our path.

This is why the only unique way to reach success on anything great in life is to focus upon this brilliant light, our goals and dreams, through persistence. Persisting is remaining focused and targeted upon our heart’s innermost desire, walking the path no matter the obstacles and challenges we may encounter. But that is just the key: Walking the path, not running. If we run and allow excitement or anxiety to overwhelm us, then our minds will become obfuscated and stressed, thus we will quit; however, by walking you develop patience in your journey, your mind expands in understanding and resilience, you develop wisdom, and you enjoy every moment of this wonderful journey as well.

Never lose faith in your path or yourself. There is a higher reason, perhaps one you may not understand at the moment, for everything to happen the way it happens. Life is building you stronger, but you need to allow it to do so through persistence and faith. Give it time.

“The Only Path To Success Is Persistence”

All of us have dreams and goals, the expansion of our talents, the sharing of our love, the need to reach out and develop in this world. This is success, the bliss taking over our bodies and making us soar through the skies, the strong feeling of value and human identity in us, and the recognition as valuable human beings in our society; but, we must understand, success is not a destination, thus you cannot wait for success or wait to have success whenever you reach your goal.
Success is a journey you have to enjoy daily, otherwise it can become an illusion you’ll never reach. Do not let your ego trick you in this.
You must enjoy every moment you are alive and awake, through the good and the bad times; furthermore, this is success–a constant feeling in your heart and mind. And you can only feel success within you if you maintain yourself busy towards a goal or goals (whatever those might be for you). It is the persistence, and specifically the persistence through hard times, the one that will make sure you are feeling successful.
If you do not have goals and dreams, no matter your age, your mind will wither and you will become miserable, and emanate that misery onto others. This is the opposite of success, like fear is the opposite of love.
Be persistent, no matter your race, culture, or where you were born, because it is the only path to true success.

Remind yourself…

We live in an interactive universe, a dynamic dimension where everything is deeply connected–connected to our parents through genetic material, experiences as members of a family, loving lessons taught; connected through conscious energy to our thoughts, the thoughts of others, our vital energy, the vital energy of others; connected to events through memories, empathy, personal experiences; and so on and so forth.
Even if we have no other person around, or have distances with our loved ones, we must remember what connects us to one another and our role in this vast and magnificent Conscious Creation.

When you feel alone or unworthy, remember that you are an important part of Creation, and that without you the universe or God wouldn’t be able to experience itself through you and through the choices you make in life.

In this sense, your mortal body and mind are aiding the vital energy of the Cosmos to experience bliss and know itself through the things you as a human being create–i.e., through the sadness, the happy moments, the conversation of discovery with other human beings, through the friendships, the travels, the negative and positive thoughts you create, etc.

Make it count and guide your life towards something wonderful God can experience through you, something that elevates and creates beauty…

Within our kiss.

“Within Our Kiss“

The magic beyond the lips

Far greater than the magnificent eclipse,

More than just touch and sensation,

Spiritual harmony, two souls in connection.

There never was in my existence

The pure bliss in the persistence

Of your soul merging with mine,

Yes, you made me experience the sublime.

My being was lost and confused,

By hatred and several vices I was used,

The stars for me were not shining anymore,

My way was corrupted, my heart ill and sore.

But one day I met the miracle which made me

Realize my strength for you did tell me

That two souls which belong together

Are never apart, connected forever.

You became my friend and companion,

We visited the beach, the parks, the canyon.

Then something happened and my world was changed,

We felt that vital essences were exchanged,

The closeness of our bodies, the link of our minds,

The burst of energy, the love that binds.

It was the world within which elevated this poet

To incredible heights of the romantic sonnet.

God put images in my mind of bright stars,

Beautiful planets, Venus and Mars.

My heart sensed beyond the physical touch of our lips,

The dimensions I saw, the rich galaxies Within Our Kiss.

A passionate kiss which communicates deep affection and share connection goes beyond two lips touching, it goes beyond the thoughts you have during that magic kiss. This kiss is the merging of two souls into one, going back to Source/God for the moment that kiss lasts where no space and time are limitations.

“Hot Sunset kiss“

Plain words cannot describe that sensation,
For our spirits were in glorious elation,
Soaring through heavenly clouds of light,
Magical stories of love the poet cannot write.
We felt the mystery of our warm embrace;
It became a flame without time and space.
It burned deep in our souls as one,
Our lips and burning love under the sun.

Shy at first I communicated my sincere affection,
We talked for hours and found the connection.
Our hands held and I felt I knew you from somewhere,
Twin flames, a past life, a deepness we share.
Then we elevated the passion, there was pure bliss,
For I will always remember that Hot Sunset Kiss.

Deep, sincere love bursts with flames of truth and soul connection.

Stitches.

Life itself is truly a miracle when seen beyond anger and stress, it is comforting to understand it and live freely; and, to live freely one must embrace and adopt a way of thinking and behaving with gratitude towards it, because it is the very wisdom of our scars that which makes us who we are. But not just the wisdom of our scars, it is whether you carry your scars with pride and self-love or not; because this very process of accepting and loving your own scars or experiences (bad and good experiences), of course, shall be the strength you need to motivate yourself into new ventures in your own life.

Battles are fought by great men and women of hearts most noble and pure, but it is the true warrior the one who never gives up, the one who craves growth through scars in battle. Stitches would be the acceptance of those mighty scars. Stitches would be the natural course of our healing through the power of our perceptions–therefore, if you understand the messages in your scars, the healing process will make you stronger. When a bone, let us say the femur or upper leg bone, is broken or somehow damaged, the pain is terrible; however, as the bone heals itself, science tells us, the tissues of this same bone become stronger and more resistant to a new injury.

It is then the strength of divine acceptance, the power within us all, the one which makes us stronger and more confident to live our lives freely and not feel chained to past scars that do not heal because of our hate and negative thinking about these same scars. If you can remember this, your stresses and fears in life will become weak and surrender to your wisdom.

The deepest link.

A global community of sameness. — Planet Earth. Home to about 7.5 billion people. A planet of vast riches, both in sentient beings and habitats. On the surface, human beings have differences–i.e., cultures, races, beliefs, lifestyles, ideas, all appearance. Beyond those, lies our true values and state of Being; and this is the same for all of us, because it is in fact the essence of freedom and love as the most pure state of the whole of Creation. Some call this Oneness.

Human beings are one race which branches out into many superficial forms–i.e., skin colors, languages, lifestyles, cultural backgrounds, beliefs of all kinds, ideas, and so on and so forth. But all this is what the physical senses, and our society, obviously, has made us believe. This is the superficial appearance of humankind. The truth absolute, the very values powerful enough to sustain our spirit, lies beyond this superficial appearance.

This is why most people get depressed and feel lonely, feel worthless and unable to reach what their hearts desire, their potentials to soar above their challenges; because they do not actually take the time to delve into themselves and find out the truth for themselves, but they, in their ignorance, go to a religion, to their culture, to their family and friends, to their beliefs, to politics, to allow others to tell them what is truth and valuable in the human spirit or in life.

If one is to find confidence and see beauty in all of Creation, one MUST embrace self-love and the value of the human being as one. Self-love and acceptance of yourself will take you to a higher elevation of your own views and perceptions. And so you will see beyond the ego of your thoughts and your actions, anger and prejudice towards others will disappear as magic, and you shall see the light which shines for all of us the same way, without disputes and differences of appearance.

As the worm or caterpillar sheds its cocoon and transforms itself in the beautiful butterfly, you shall be raised to a higher elevation of mind to see the real value of humankind as one being.
