The mind of the human being is ruled by duality–i.e., happiness and misery, pain and pleasure, success and failure, sex and celibacy, peace and violence, accepting and rebelling, real love and the mere attraction of two bodies, and so on and so forth. This duality is what makes physical life worth experiencing with all its ups and downs like a roller coaster.

Imagine what life would be like without challenges or without sadness to learn from, to raise ourselves above mediocrity. No, it wouldn’t exist. True happiness in this physical life is known once you know misery or overcome suffering.

When the baby suffers the pains of traveling from the nice womb to the outside of the mother, he starts realizing that there is a new world to discover; in his own way, he is filled with joy and amazement. When he was in the womb, he was already in duality, because he felt misery and happiness as well; when the pregnant mother became sad or entered into arguments that affected her, the baby or fetus inside felt pain; when the mother had a foot massage and was surrounded by love, the baby felt warm love and happiness. (Although the baby or fetus did not know the mental concepts of happiness and misery, because his conscious mind was not formed yet since the conscious mind is formed mainly by the full physical senses, but he felt the natural emotions that tied him to the mother).

This is to say that to understand the strength you really have within you, you must know and experience pain, welcome it and do not try to avoid it or run away from it. As a wise grown up you walk your journey in life with this duality in your mind, your ego is powerful like for the rest of us; however, you have the capacity to understand pain when you feel it, so then learn to accept it, and become one with it, because you experience life at its fullest by understanding its ups and downs clearly.

See, the problem that most people have and do not understand why they have it in the first place, is lack of comprehension on duality, pain and pleasure, happiness and misery; and this comes about because they just experience life on the surface, they just live their own life as it comes, there is no understanding of why things happen and of why they feel what they feel.

This is just cruising by and letting the waters of the sea rock your boat and toss you here and there in danger of losing your course and drowning. You must guide the boat or ship with a mighty engine, with mighty understanding only the wise possesses. Because to elevate your own mind and reach that state of conscious bliss, you must become wise and embrace pain to be strong and confident.

The harmonious.

Life does not just happen, but it is created with a purpose by this universal essence behind all forms of matter, behind all atoms and corpuscles of all substance. Human beings, the shell we see in the mirror and the thoughts we experience every day, are a product of this life-force or life-energy.

Things flow, nature follows its course, and the purpose behind it all is hidden from the rebellious human mind; and it so happens that resisting to this natural flow creates friction, such friction creates ripples of tension in us and around us, the natural flow gets interrupted, and we force vibrations to create negative outcomes we call dark energy, stressful and damaging events. And then most people say, “Life is not fair” or “Life just happens to be this way.”

Is life really unfair…?? Perhaps is our perception through our resisting of life that is not fair…?? Life is beauty in the eye of the beholder, and the beholder must be wise in this.

And we can never assume that we have mastered life or that we are always going to do well; life is change, life is challenges, even for the most elevated minds among us. Experiencing life must be unique and something we enjoy through curiosity and exploring ourselves, so we are bound to make mistakes; however, the worst mistake which can really hurt you is to follow the path or the life of another.
Love another but follow, invent, do your own life, assuming nothing and always moving forwards, embracing that the next step you take could be a storm or a sunshine. You never know

And if you expect always the best, then you won’t be prepared for the worst. If you do not train yourself in this way, your ego will get used to comfort, and when things go wrong then you will suffer greatly and blame life.
Physical life, its joys and pains, is a gift from the highest condition of existence, from the only real condition of existence.

Learn to appreciate it and align yourself with its movement of creation.

Time and Energy.

Time and Energy

Humans are beings of energy we call spiritual, coming from the realm of the immaterial and eternal, where no fear, thought or emotion exists, where all is peace and unity and no duality has place. This is pure divinity, pure energy.

But in order for us to experience physical life, time and space opened the vortex into aging and moving from one place to another in forms of blemished matter.

So, we are ruled or based upon two conditions, which are Time (which creates all duality) and Energy (which irradiates life into otherwise dead matter and creates all human expression); however, these two are, of course, one and the same, but our minds separate the two, and that is why most people see only the differences on earth–i.e., trees, animals, humans of different colors, rocks, air, water, etc.

But either we see and understand Oneness in all Creation or not, the truth is that we must embrace the time on this earth and use the energy of the human spirit wisely, because our time here is to experience and reach higher levels of consciousness, but even more than that to experience through the efficient use of our energy, the energy forming our mind and body.

We cannot expect time to do everything we, as wise beings of energy, should do, because time is a constant flow and its purpose is just to allow us to create experiences which can bring us all growth; energy is the eternal entity we must move and use to create through time.

We do not become wise masters of our time here by sitting or even praying for a miracle or for time to create something great for us; time is just a constant which will only pass and it has no purpose of Creation, energy does. We are Creators, manifesting is our work; and we have the right tools, which are our minds and our bodies, and through its proper use we become masters.

Don’t let time fool you. “Great things take time,” the saying goes; yes, but time itself does not do anything, the wise management of your energy through intentions and actions do.

The purest light.

Meditation

Meditation is the flowering of the human spirit through inner attention on what is, it is nature at its purest, it is the place where man, or the form of man, does not exist because consciousness is free from thoughts and all ignorance. Meditation gives the serious meditator strong self-discipline which works in all aspects of his life. Meditation boosts emotional and intellectual intelligence to understand the depth of life. Meditation gives one the confidence and strength to be unique and a light unto oneself and unto others.

Humankind lives on the edge, on the edge of stressful and violent thoughts all day–anger, confusion opinion, gossip, embarrassment, shame, and all fears–which control people’s whole existence and interaction with the world around them. There is no wisdom in the things they do, thus there is not any deep understanding and not any insight.

The only condition in man which brings light to the chaos may be found inwardly and not outwardly, because outwardly there is nothing but the illusion of your beliefs, of your rebellions, of your violence, of your anger, of your stress, and so on and so forth.

The spirit of the human being then is trapped in this thought-form which controls man, and in order to be freed there must be communion with it–i.e., man must get in direct touch or communication with his own spirit through the sacred silence of his mind, through inner contemplation of what is.

And what is, that substance of pure consciousness which is all wisdom and love, transforms human thought once meditation is adopted, it transforms the whole being–via confidence, strength, wisdom, self-discipline, and via the elevation of the mind in all aspects.

Ambition then is the one opposite of all meditation, all desire for material gain which becomes an obsession when man’s life is seeing through the eyes of ambition; because ambition robs the mind of freedom to express its godly nature, and it fills the mind with desire for outward things, events, and people.

Practice inner contemplation without any ambition whatsoever and you shall see your light emerging and taking over your whole being, thus you shall attract opportunities for growth in all aspects of your life, as spiritual, mental and financial, people will see you shine and will be attracted to your light.

True love synchronicities.

Synchronicity is energy emanated out into the world by events, relationships, places, things, etc. Remember that absolutely everything that happens is guided by the conscious essence we call life, there are no coincidences, but there are times when people might think is a coincidence because human beings have flawed minds which only hold a bank of memory belonging to this physical life; and synchronicities are memory banks of energy from the eternal ether of life, and not just tied to this physical form. Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung first described the concept of synchronicity as “meaningful coincidences”. Examples of synchronicity are seen in every aspect of life. From getting a new job to breaking up with your lover, you find this phenomenon everywhere.

But synchronicity is mostly recognized in relationships of deep meaning to us, because the whole of mankind is based on connection, and connection is deeper when is spiritual, when energy merges and we connect at a deeper level than just the flesh.

There are a few especial signs, specially between true lovers and people that deeply feel the presence of love when they are in front of another. We must understand what these signs are, not to look desperately for them and allow the ego to design stress and obsession taking over the body, but to embrace the signs of true love whenever they appear and we become this intense magnet for this universal essence we call love. This few will help us expand or elevate our minds:

Sometimes we like people in silence, and they are about to become a major part of our lives, so we start hearing their names whenever someone says something, or seeing their names on billboards, or even their image for no reason. Now, don’t confuse yourself, when this happens because we are infatuated or obsessed with someone’s beauty, this is not a sign of anything, but this is the ego and our physical senses, and no more.
Same happens sometimes when two people text at the same time or call each other on the phone, you two start missing each other and thinking about each other because of the deeper connection merging into one, the communion of one love as spiritual essence.
Having the same train of thought or the same idea; when you, for example, come up with an idea for a vacation or an activity of some kind, and the other person has the same idea or finishes your thought. This happens because the Infinite Intelligence, the subconscious minds are connected and in communion with one another, while there is harmony in the friendship or romantic relationship.
The same likes and dislikes; it is common of real love, soulmates as they call it, to feel this connection with one another which is attracted to many of the same things, as well as unattracted. The love essence is one and perhaps the influence of their merging love has influenced their personalities and minds at the same or near the same levels.

Now, you must know that synchronicities do not mean forever love in a relationship, but they just mean that you recognize each other beyond thought and emotion of the flesh, it means you connected to one another to change your lives and bring something meaningful to them.

The forever part goes through your humanity, the universe or God leave that to your mind and body; therefore, if you develop respect and good thoughts and actions always towards one another throughout good and bad times, then you will make yourselves into one forever.

Nature is purity

There is nothing more pure in existence than Nature, as we feel the Oneness flow through us when we relax among the trees or smell the flowers in a prairie. Purity is something untouched by ego or by the action of ignorance–i.e., not something we see often in our human lives. Nature and true love are the same expression; but neither is really allowed by ourselves in our hearts because of our own ignorance and human definitions of purity.

Once we realize we are the same. Once we realize that beyond this pitiful form, humans, nature, and true Love are the same, then we become elevated to heights the ordinary man of society cannot even begin to comprehend because his world is narrow and blinded by his physical senses.

Nature is peaceful and wise, the Sage that was, is, and will be; however, most people won’t really see and accept this wisdom, because of their ignorant habits of eating animals, treating it like separate from themselves, neglecting it, hating it, choosing man over it, etc. etc.

And even though man displays this nonsense on a daily basis, Nature gives and gives, it never stops loving–because Nature is Love itself, and in its wisdom it understands that pure love is not expecting something in return, pure love is not a thought, pure love is not an action, but pure love is an essence which beautifies everything it touches as it moves forth without looking back.

If human beings were to understand, really understand what pure love is, then humanity will elevate itself and see itself as one and the same with all nature.

It is my wish that any one and every one that reads this can truly absorb this simple but life-changing wisdom, and thus influence their own behaviors into a better life where there is no fear which creates separations and hatred.

The eternal flame.

“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.” ~ Oprah Winfrey; American media proprietor, talk show host, producer, actress, and philanthropist.

The are people who understand deeply that life is the richest and most precious substance of experience itself, and they know thus that they themselves make their bliss or misery. There are people who do not actually understand this, and so lose themselves living life as the masses do, and while this they deceive themselves believing this is it, this is all there is for them, then death comes and that’s that. This last people confuse passion for desire, and this is why they never find that strength and inner motivation to achieve all their dreams ans goals, that passion beyond mere desire which never satiates and never stops.

Passion: Your Own Genie

In order to become more, in order to fulfill you higher purpose in life–being thus spiritual, mental, and financial aspects; because the reality is that we are here in this physical form to reach all our innermost and most noble desires as human beings–there must be fire in you, such is the fire which goes beyond any desire.

Now, it is essential to understand this: Desire is a thought which becomes an emotion, but it is fleeting, it does not last, you might get distracted or bored. But passion (true passion, not just desire mistaken from passion, like sex) is born purely in the heart, from our subconscious mind where our personalities, dreams, memories, and profound experiences are stored.

And, of course, an active thought desires something first, and if it is a strong and lasting desire we feel the passion; however, the passion is the energy which created that thought in the first place, the one wondrous energy which will drive us to stay in the path, for decades if we have to, to reach our destiny or to fulfill our goals.

Passion is raw energy that we develop through perseverance and patience. Perseverance and patience is key then, real wisdom in a noble and heartfelt purpose. And when you develop this, you not only better yourself, but others as well. Remember that passion is energy, pure energy we emanate out into the environment through our thoughts, intentions, and actions. And this reaches the whole world.

The deepest link.

A global community of sameness. — Planet Earth. Home to about 7.5 billion people. A planet of vast riches, both in sentient beings and habitats. On the surface, human beings have differences–i.e., cultures, races, beliefs, lifestyles, ideas, all appearance. Beyond those, lies our true values and state of Being; and this is the same for all of us, because it is in fact the essence of freedom and love as the most pure state of the whole of Creation. Some call this Oneness.

Human beings are one race which branches out into many superficial forms–i.e., skin colors, languages, lifestyles, cultural backgrounds, beliefs of all kinds, ideas, and so on and so forth. But all this is what the physical senses, and our society, obviously, has made us believe. This is the superficial appearance of humankind. The truth absolute, the very values powerful enough to sustain our spirit, lies beyond this superficial appearance.

This is why most people get depressed and feel lonely, feel worthless and unable to reach what their hearts desire, their potentials to soar above their challenges; because they do not actually take the time to delve into themselves and find out the truth for themselves, but they, in their ignorance, go to a religion, to their culture, to their family and friends, to their beliefs, to politics, to allow others to tell them what is truth and valuable in the human spirit or in life.

If one is to find confidence and see beauty in all of Creation, one MUST embrace self-love and the value of the human being as one. Self-love and acceptance of yourself will take you to a higher elevation of your own views and perceptions. And so you will see beyond the ego of your thoughts and your actions, anger and prejudice towards others will disappear as magic, and you shall see the light which shines for all of us the same way, without disputes and differences of appearance.

As the worm or caterpillar sheds its cocoon and transforms itself in the beautiful butterfly, you shall be raised to a higher elevation of mind to see the real value of humankind as one being.

You must remember…

“The Forgotten Gods“

Once, the conscious realm was all there was,

Eternal, Omniscient, Omnipotent, vast;

Gods were one, power was Infinite,

What we call love remained its joyful visit.

The choice of the conscious was clear,

To design life to experience nature near.

Humanity, time, emotion, thought, were born;

All experiences of the New Being to warn.

The New Being was many, they grew and grew

Along physical quality, color, bliss, misery, hue.

The dark cloud of The Forgotten Gods was here,

The mind control behind all religion was fear;

Fear developed into the subconscious mud,

Ready to trigger the mind and poison the blood.

Humanity was lost in the illusion of the physical senses;

Man and women were ignorant of their offenses.

Wrong perception: All which happens in your life, does not happen to you or against you, it does not happen because you deserve it or not. It happens because somehow your thoughts, words, and intentions have masked themselves subconsciously and they have attracted energy, either positive or negative, which has built the progress of your events the way you chose to experience them.

Solution: Grab hold of your life, be a leader of your own mind. Work on not complaining, having good, positive thoughts and intentions. Slowly, your subconscious will transform itself completely and you will embrace the confidence and strength of you as the god you carry deep inside.

The mind of the fool.

…But I do think humankind is heavily drunk,

And this concerns us all for we have sunk.

What do you mean by what you just said…??

Be explicit, Master. Please, go ahead–

When you base yourself and your life upon truth,

The true wisdom of the word could sound uncouth.

I do not mind, Master, if the word be true is power.

Trust me, my mind is open like the Lotus flower.

Well then, wisdom lies in what you cannot see,

People of the world are slaves, they cannot be.

Are their lives in turmoil, slaves to a belief…??

Are they chasing illusions which bring grief…??

Yes, they trust their physical eyes and emotions,

All pleasures with decay and painful notions.

You see, young one, the powerful eyes of intuition,

They see more, for love essence is the real fruition.

May I follow you, O Great One? You elevate my mind.

Walk with me and perhaps true wake you will find.

See the river, how it flows without resistance…??

Or how the birds in the sky fly without assistance…??

God’s Greatest Creations of Wisdom in purity,

But instead of learning man follows impurity.

The natural oceans are like the mind of the wise:

Very vast, flowing freely, clean and without vice.

The muddy waters are like the mind of the fool:

Heavy and dark, a prison cell, where the ego does rule.
