We live in an interactive universe, a dynamic dimension where everything is deeply connected–connected to our parents through genetic material, experiences as members of a family, loving lessons taught; connected through conscious energy to our thoughts, the thoughts of others, our vital energy, the vital energy of others; connected to events through memories, empathy, personal experiences; and so on and so forth.
Even if we have no other person around, or have distances with our loved ones, we must remember what connects us to one another and our role in this vast and magnificent Conscious Creation.
When you feel alone or unworthy, remember that you are an important part of Creation, and that without you the universe or God wouldn’t be able to experience itself through you and through the choices you make in life.
In this sense, your mortal body and mind are aiding the vital energy of the Cosmos to experience bliss and know itself through the things you as a human being create–i.e., through the sadness, the happy moments, the conversation of discovery with other human beings, through the friendships, the travels, the negative and positive thoughts you create, etc.
Make it count and guide your life towards something wonderful God can experience through you, something that elevates and creates beauty…
“To survive in peace and harmony, united and strong, we must have one people, one nation, one flag.” ~ Pauline Hanson; Australian politician, senator, founder and leader of the movement One Nation Party.
Planet Earth. Home to about 7.5 billion people. A planet of vast riches, both in sentient beings and habitats. On the surface, human beings have differences–i.e., cultures, races, beliefs, lifestyles, ideas, all appearance. Beyond those, lies our true values and state of Being; and this is the same for all of us, because it is in fact the essence of freedom and love as the most pure state of the whole of Creation. Some call this Oneness.
Human beings are one race which branches out into many superficial forms–i.e., skin colors, languages, lifestyles, cultural backgrounds, beliefs of all kinds, ideas, and so on and so forth. But all this is what the physical senses, and our society, obviously, has made us believe. This is the superficial appearance of humankind. The truth absolute, the very values powerful enough to sustain our spirit, lies beyond this superficial appearance.
This is why most people get depressed and feel lonely, feel worthless and unable to reach what their hearts desire, their potentials to soar above their challenges; because they do not actually take the time to delve into themselves and find out the truth for themselves, but they, in their ignorance, go to a religion, to their culture, to their family and friends, to their beliefs, to politics, to allow others to tell them what is truth and valuable in the human spirit or in life.
If one is to find confidence and see beauty in all of Creation, one MUST embrace self-love and the value of the human being as one. Self-love and acceptance of yourself will take you to a higher elevation of your own views and perceptions. And so you will see beyond the ego of your thoughts and your actions, anger and prejudice towards others will disappear as magic, and you shall see the light which shines for all of us the same way, without disputes and differences of appearance.
As the worm or caterpillar sheds its cocoon and transforms itself in the beautiful butterfly, you shall be raised to a higher elevation of mind to see the real value of humankind as one being.
“You cannot believe in God until you believe in yourself.” ~ Swami Vivekananda; Hindu monk, philosopher of Vedanta and Yoga, Spiritual teacher and author.
“The Forgotten Gods“
Once, the conscious realm was all there was,
Eternal, Omniscient, Omnipotent, vast;
Gods were one, power was Infinite,
What we call love remained its joyful visit.
The choice of the conscious was clear,
To design life to experience nature near.
Humanity, time, emotion, thought, were born;
All experiences of the New Being to warn.
The New Being was many, they grew and grew
Along physical quality, color, bliss, misery, hue.
The dark cloud of The Forgotten Godswas here,
The mind control behind all religion was fear;
Fear developed into the subconscious mud,
Ready to trigger the mind and poison the blood.
Humanity was lost in the illusion of the physical senses;
Man and women were ignorant of their offenses.
Wrong perception: All which happens in your life, does not happen to you or against you, it does not happen because you deserve it or not. It happens because somehow your thoughts, words, and intentions have masked themselves subconsciously and they have attracted energy, either positive or negative, which has built the progress of your events the way you chose to experience them.
Solution: Grab hold of your life, be a leader of your own mind. Work on not complaining, having good, positive thoughts and intentions. Slowly, your subconscious will transform itself completely and you will embrace the confidence and strength of you as the god you carry deep inside.
“There was never a night or a problem that could defeat sunrise or hope.” ~ Sir Bernard Williams; English Moral philosopher.
Life is challenges, that is the value of life, the rich essence of human existence. Imagine if you didn’t have problems or challenges, you would never grow and learn, you would never feel blissful and accomplished whenever you have achieved something you have worked for. Human beings only know success because they know frustration and failure. Human beings only know happiness because they know unhappiness. Human beings only know how love feels because they know how fear, hate, and rejection feels.
A few tips on Problem Solving for your everyday life:
Accept the problem: Quite often we try to push on, live our lives ignoring a problem or just hoping it goes away on its own; however, this might be counterproductive for growth and for a solution, because it could backfire on us. Acceptance of a problem means that you are not resisting and not feeding that problem by an immature and damaging process. Accepting it means that you allow peace and clarity to enter your mind and so think better, to become one with the problem and not running away from it like it is your enemy. Problems are not enemies, they are there for a reason; to help us grow and master ourselves, master our skills of creativity, of imagination. So become one with the energies of your problems; because those energies can be transformed in solutions if you work with that problem.
Keep calm and analyze: Ask yourself: What’s the worst that could happen…?? Is this really the end of my life…?? Should I let this problem rob me of happiness and clarity…??Should I allow fear to take over my mind and my body…?? Thoughts of obsession and darkness seem to overwhelm the mind when we have a problem, and by taking a step back, sitting calmly, breathing deeply and meditating or contemplating on the problem, we can then become rulers over the situation and get rid of the brunt or heart of the stress we feel. And remember that stress is conducive to illness and all sorts of problems, specially it blocks your creative thinking.
Remember who you are and look at failure as nothing to you: This is a big one, and one that most of us forget. What human beings really are, beyond the mere thoughts we have and the decaying flesh we see in the mirror, is energy, energy inside each atom that makes us; and this energy is what we call Imagination or Creativity, and this is why we are given by life problems and challenges in the first place, because we are equipped by nature to solve them, whether you are conscious of it or not… Also whenever problems overwhelm you, look and learn from highly successful people and their views on failure–i.e., failure is just a state of the mind for them, and something not to be feared but to be welcomed and learn from.
Don’t be proud, ask for help: Quite often, there is that foolish pride the ego creates, that embarrassment perhaps, that fear; but, the opposite of fear is love, so you have to accept to expand that love to get rid of that fear, and you do it by connecting with others, by sharing the weights you carry on your shoulders with others. As human beings, we are to support each other because we are a collective species, we are one in the sense that we must help each other with the challenges we present. Pride drives the ego and so the problems you may have exacerbate or become heavier on you; therefore, help others with their problems, and help yourself by connecting with others and sharing the burden you carry. Asking for help means trust, and trust is the expansion of love; the expansion of love is not a weakness but a strength, an imaginable power.
Use The Universal Law: This law says that a task will expand in time and seeming complexity depending on the time you set aside for it. For instance, if you say to yourself that you will come up with a solution within a week, then the problem will seem to grow more difficult and you will spend more and more time trying to come up with a solution. So focus your time on finding solutions, be clear of mind first and then give yourself an hour or so (instead than a whole week) to find that solution. In this manner, you will rule your own mind and not allow panic or stress to set in and take over, you will give your mind a definite time frame and structure to come up with a solution in a very ordered way; and this will drive the best methods to use the energies of creativity that lie within you.
Watch your words about the problem: Words, like thoughts, are energy, powerful energy which attracts either positive or negative outcomes. Most people fail on finding solutions to big problems because they ignore this deep understanding; this can either bring more problems and stress or it can bring solutions and mental peace. Your choice… Whenever you feel frustrated and say something negative like “I cannot do this!” or, “There’s no solution here!” you allow more stressful thoughts and situations to appear in your midst, to overwhelm you further. Whenever you do this, you are summoning negative energy by picturing a “giving up” image in your mind. This is the loser’s mentality, but most people do not realize it. The winner’s mentality realizes that there is no failure or losing in life, just challenges to learn from and always grow.So be wise, adopt a winner’s mentality!
There is always a solution to your problems, but the challenge is to keep your mind clear and peaceful to find it.
They shape our lives.
You were born, you grew up, you chose your path, you struggled in your path, then you die.
These are stories. And the way you live yours is the most important part; because karma, the change of events, the content of the realm of Akasha and your life’s records, the godly essence that moves it all, is all in the details of every moment in your life, of each present moment that you live. Your thoughts, your words, your intentions, your behaviors (conscious and subconscious), all these are recorded and they forge your future, your destiny.
“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” ~ Albert Einstein; physicist and author.
“Just living is not enough… one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.” ~ Hans Christian Andersen; Danish prolific author, novelist and poet.
The spirit or energy body of the human being, the spirit or energy behind all we do, behind our daily thinking, feeling, behaving, connecting to others and to the world around us in any situation, needs to disconnect once in a while; however, the spirit, or energy, itself is an entity which never depletes, it never wanes, but since our thinking, feeling, acting is limited and fated to birth and death it is surely depleted and marred by the toxic waste of stress and anxiety, and so it needs to distance itself from the pressures of daily life. The spirit body needs to distance itself from all this and get in touch and surround itself with itself–that is to say, surround itself with peace and harmony, with Nature.
Peace and harmony is the deeper meaning/the essence of love itself, even though we human beings have made love to be about holding hands, sex expression, marriage, conversations, and the rest. This peace and harmony creates many miracles or powerful transformations within us, transformations in our mental perceptions, physiology, DNA structure, emotional content, etc. etc. This peace and harmony is a special peace and harmony which is only found by walking or staring at the wonders and beauty of God’s Nature, because God’s Nature emanates an essence of vitality and motivation into us.
Scientifically put, God’s Nature spreads energy into our tissues, into our being, and its subconscious links to our subconscious because it is all the same mental energy or Universal Mind, just kept in different form (one being our human form, and the other that of trees, grass, fresh air, and so forth). Also, Nature’s magnetism forces (that of what we call “love”) synchronizes or tunes in with our vital organs (heart, lungs, kidney, etc.), and that is why scientists say that walking through nature boosts your immune system, gives you creative ideas, and adds overall life to your whole body and mind…
There is a realm beyond what we see and feel in our everyday lives, the realm of energy or spirit; and it is a realm that lives here, in us and all around us, but it is at the same time found ONLY beyond the nuisance of conscious past and future thoughts and the emotional content we carry which can at times direct our attention to things that stress us. Walking in nature and even closing my eyes, while avoiding thought and the emotions thought carries, a deeper meditation, connects me to what we call God and the beauty that is beyond man-maned beauty–i.e., man-made beauty which depicts in fine paintings, inspirational movies, great poetry, beautiful cars, etc.
The smells, the sights, the sounds, the emotions of Nature Itself transport me to myself and remind me of the connection we share. The Oneness we all are. Creation is vast, unlimited, eternal beyond form and quality; and this connection is what the spirit or energy body craves or needs in order to dwell with itself, with the true essence of love. This makes me the richest man alive!
The richest man alive is the one who embraces the traits of Nature and the one who allows himself to be one with Nature. This is indeed the very heart of the ultimate power; therefore, the mighty power to achieve and create anything you desire in your own life.
“Drama is life with the dull bits cut out.” ~ Alfred Hitchcock.
‘Drama’ is indeed derived from the Greek word for ‘Action.’ Drama in your story must be like your life, without the boring parts–for example, you are waiting for the bus, which is boring and has no point of tension, so in your work that part must be taken away and not showed at all, unless something of drama extremely conducive to the story is added. Then, of course, the essence of drama is crisis; however, there is two kinds of crisis, “the hero crisis,” and “the natural crisis.”The hero crisis is, for example, in “Mission Impossible” or “Batman,” where the hero has great abilities, sometimes fantastical and superhuman, something that you do not experience every day in your own life. The natural crisis, for example, in “Office space” or “Manchester by the sea,” where the main character or characters have really normal lives like you and me, but something happens in their normal lives which turns into drama and tension, maybe a bit of chaos and lessons from the story’s character development the audience can learn from.
So, when you are involved in your writing or somehow creative endeavor, remember that drama must keep some kind of tension to grab the audience’s attention, and this at all times; whether little tension or beastly tension, and whether a roller coaster of tension, drama is all tension, the action which absorbs the attention of the viewer or reader. And I repeat the word ‘tension’ because this is a MUST DO in any creative endeavor. Also, remember that you can pick between the two crisis to make tension fit in your story and genre; this reasonable and wise choice will make your story stand out and create reality, even if it is a fantastical story–i.e., reality is about how well the details and the carrying out of the story is evoked in the mind of the viewer.
A great formula for explosive drama is this one: When it comes to the situations or the plot of the story surrounding the protagonist– As the protagonist in your story, for example, becomes less active and more passive, less certain of his inner strength and positive purposes, so it is the ambitions, the behaviors, the wickedness and intentions of those who surround him who now have another characterization in your story. The common compromise here is when the protagonist appears undecided and emotionally deterred for the first three quarters of the piece or art, but then that same protagonist is forced into a definitive commitment in the final quart, a positive action. The protagonist goes through all this hardships and struggles within himself so he can learn strength and wisdom to conclude in a positive note–for example, one of my favorites, as in Rocky, where he is a nobody and really feels like a nobody, but at the end gets inner strength and great love to finalize as a champion off the hard streets.
But more complex and hard to understand for the ‘Unsophisticated audience’ is the drama where the completely passive, undecided and purposeless protagonist does not have any major change of heart. There is always danger of this kind of story not being too popular for the masses; but, on the other hand, there is a depth here that the avant-garde types or more ‘Sophisticated audience’ will admire as true artistic innovation, mostly because it manages to avoid the obvious and delves into the deeper, emotional issues of the human being, as in “The mirror” (1975 Russian film) or “The seventh seal” (1957 film)–i.e., these films, are more philosophical in nature and try to delve into the experience of being human, the beliefs, the judgments, the essence of the mental and emotional conflict these movies, as well as books since it is about all stories in any art form, invite a lot of questions; they do not sermonize nor belittle any specific demographic but instead, it just state different opinions and let’s the audience discuss its deeper meaning and the meaning they will take away for themselves.
So whatever is your drama type, always remember tension and adapt the action to your story.

“Fear is only as deep as the mind allows.” ~ Japanese Proverb.
Fear is the opposite of love. Fear is what stops and kills all motivation in the human being. Fear is made by the mind a powerful entity. Understanding and always remembering the root of fear will expand our knowledge and boost our sincere love, towards ourselves and others; therefore, it is paramount we delve into it. If something goes wrong in your life, it can be traced back to fear, perhaps conscious, or perhaps subconscious from childhood. You want a successful and happy future and to enjoy each moment, then, know your fears…

“The fact of storytelling hints at a fundamental human unease, hints at human imperfection. Where there is perfection there is no story to tell.” ~ Ben Okri; Nigerian poet and novelist.
Storytelling is, plain and simple, ALWAYS, a performing art. You cannot be a great storyteller if you are not able to build great scenarios in your mind’s eye and specifically direct the scenes with protagonist and antagonist. You could be a professional writer film-maker, actor, or any other, but you will never connect with any audience at a deeper human level, or bring extraordinary success to your life and craft, if you cannot arrange and control these creative energies in your mind to design incredibly moving scenarios as a great performer. Steven King, Spielberg, Leonardo da Vinci, Mozart, they all present this creative power of performing in their minds, they arrange and position every scenario, whether is a moving picture or a still picture–it is all a story, because if it is not a story then it won’t create really deep emotion when the viewer or listener enjoys the art form.
In order to be truly creative genius, real talent which gets to the heart of the public, and, obviously, to the heart of the creator in the first place, there must exist face-to-face experience; however, this experience of the genius creator is not merely the experience of the outer environment, but it is the experience lived in the moment and created by the incredibly powerful mind’s eye. The performance in the mind of the creator must be pristine and real, it must engage all your emotions and take over the very essence of your cellular composition, and it must feel like you are really there in the scenario and it must answer the questions you open with each movement in your mind;because if you cannot answer those questions, then, the public will not be able to answer them later, they will just walk away due to no deep human connection, specifically due to no INDIVIDUAL CONNECTION.
Extraordinary storytelling is mainly the direct or indirect sense of tension between storyteller and listener/ public, it does not matter the form of storytelling and it does not matter the genre of the story. See, storytelling is the profound understanding of when tension is growing, remaining leveled, and when it is slackening; hence, if you are not keen or master of this process, chances are, you will not be very good at expressing yourself and connecting to people through the great art of storytelling, even though your intentions and wishes to connect may be heartfelt.
Storytelling is seizing the imagination of the audience in a subtle and/or unsubtle way, but always swiftly keeping tension and opening questions in the mind of this same audience, and this art is also connection through the screen, painting, or piece of writing. That’s all it is. Raw and uncut, flawed and human; because extraordinary storytelling gets close to life and we must take from it something to elevate the human spirit or to at least give us some meaning of something important to us. Flawed and human, raw and uncut, I said, because human life itself is flawed as well; therefore, whoever seeks perfection in their art is not a true artist, due to true art being life and life being true art.
In this great art of the human experience, digressions and elaborations, your own twist and turns and individual mannerisms, are welcomed and suggested always; but, and you must pay attention to this very well, first you have to make sure the audience is hooked by the promise of something to come or some form of tension already created. You as the creator and master storyteller cannot assume that the reader or audience will be as interested as you are in your art form, so you must project a deeper experience with some form of tension first, and once they are involved emotionally or hooked to your story then you can elaborate crazy characters and twists and turns. This is the golden rule of all genius storytelling.
Being a master of storytelling is more than just creating art in the professional life, but it goes to the everyday life of the human being as well, for stories are all around us and they are what make human experience of value. As a master storyteller you will connect deeper and create opportunities for yourself, motivate yourself and others to reach whatever is of importance, and emanate a sense of love into the world.
Because, remember, storytelling is life itself, and life is storytelling itself.
Storytelling has amazing effects in the physical brain, because storytelling is the projection of real experience in the mind and body of the creator, and of the listener as well. Effective storytelling elevates the human spirit, and it creates real experience which may as well sharpen the mind.
“Real knowledge is to know the extent of one’s ignorance.” ~ Confucius; ancient Chinese teacher, editor, politician, and philosopher.
When a baby is born, he’s born pure and flawless, untainted by beliefs, dogmas, opinions, corrupted views, and all that which separates human beings and makes them design stupid differences and all kinds of hatred; however, as he grows up and leans on subconsciously ignorant parents (which might be good or bad, but still ignorant) to teach him and guide him, he thus builds himself from the inside and generates identity and value to himself based on the process of growing up with those parents and in that environment. When that baby becomes an adult, he does things, interacts and connects with the world around him, quite often not knowing why he does anything he does, hence, he does not know himself in deep, just on the surface, and this causes him to suffer and bring all sorts of problems to himself and his life.
And, of course, the mediocre society, culture, nation, people around him does not help, cannot help really, because they are ignorant as well. This is the process of real sin we are all tied to, or as Buddha puts it: “Pain is the outcome of sin.” His life then becomes a mess, he gets anxious and stressed, he believes himself to be unworthy of success, his mind shrinks, his heart becomes polluted, there’s no critical intuition or sixth sense, he falls prey of his own beliefs and theories, etc. etc.; consequently, he creates more distance between himself and other human beings, and he separates himself from nature–i.e., from animals, from trees, from mountains, from rivers, from the air he breathes, and so on and so forth.
In short, he becomes ignorant to his connection with the whole of creation and he finds his identity in what he thinks he is. Thoughts become his world, he follows thought and he praises thought, so his entire life revolves around thoughts from the past and the future (for thought only belongs to the past and the future, and the only reality is the present Now).
It can last for generations without conscious awareness of it. Don’t let it ruin your kids.
And in this stupor, the grown man now cannot understand why events, relationships, ventures, and all interactions in his life go wrong and bring him stress and suffering, and make him doubt himself and devalue himself. But deep inside he knows something, some real essence, even if his own thoughts do not know it; he knows at a deeper level that he is worth, that he is good at something, but the problem is that he cannot bring that value up to the surface and use it to connect with the world–so in this way he is basically in a prison that he built himself by putting his value on his thoughts, when his thoughts, or ego, cannot help him reach that real inner value he has. Then, obviously, frustration and violence (mental, emotional, and physical) take over him, control him, drive his destiny.
But the cure for this has been in him all along, he just did not notice because he was always connecting and praising his thoughts like some god; and this cure needs remembrance, for if he is to get the truth out of him then he needs to remind himself of the truth. And this is the truth the baby knew long ago, and that the baby still within him knows. His real value and the wisdom to discern everything that goes on with him and with his life. The truth to drive his destiny. The truth to all bliss.
To get and embrace this deep inner truth, he needs knowledge, but not any knowledge; but this he needs, self-education of where he really came from as an energetic or spiritual being, self-education of the science of the atom which makes all matter, self-education of the society he interacts with ever day, self-education of the emotions he has and why he thinks what he thinks, ad infinitum. Some call it “Knowledge of Self.”
Discovering yourself is a journey and not a destination, and it will help you understand the road to success on anything you search in your life, it will open your sixth sense and you will see magical things with your heart, you will experience things you haven’t experienced before, things which thought cannot help you experience, things beyond the physical properties you experience every day.
But you need to remember who you are and the real value you have. This is done ONLY through acquiring the right knowledge that can shock your current thinking and erase all your wrong beliefs of yourself and of the world around you. It is destruction of the old you, to thus build the new and powerful you.
As Buddha said, “Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and with your own common sense.” And as he also said, “No one saves us but ourselves, no one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.”
