You hold the key

It is about your growth

Never regret your past. Whatever it was, embrace it instead. If it is a painful past, let go of your pride and self-pity; then allow yourself to learn from it, and use what you learn to increase your understanding of yourself, of others, and of life.

If it is a happy past, cherish the memories. Don’t expect it to come back, and don’t hold on to the feeling with obsession; but let it go, observe from a distance, and use the good in it to bring you a mindset of love and positivity.

Winning at Life

If you love yourself

Friend, if you love yourself truly, you don’t sit and wish. And if you love yourself truly, you don’t observe others and envy what they have. And if you love yourself truly, you don’t victimize yourself and pretend you deserve better.

Life in society is a struggle, physically, mentally, and for any of us. So, complaining to yourself, telling yourself that you suffer more than others, is what becomes your weakness, your only enemy. Because, dear friend, if you love yourself truly, you get rid of the excuses and change your own daily habits.

You get rid of the excuses

But you must be patient, committed to your goals, and focused on the healthiest choices in each moment to get the best out of you. The best actions will transform your mind, and accordingly transform how you see life. And winning at life is all about how you see life.

Are you complaining and still making excuses?? Do you think luck exists and blesses others but not you?? Are you worried about what the future holds for you?? Take control of your life by growing in better habits. Give a better example. Love yourself. Build your best life. Create your own existence.

Something real

Question yourself

What really tell us that we are in love?? What makes us loyal, committed, passionate and decided to remain in our relationships even through the passage of time?? Ever thought about this…?? And maybe this will go against what is popular and has been taught to you. Because the reality is that love must be natural.

Love must be something that is born easily in you, not something forced or that you must chase. The same with others, because you really have no say in how they feel, in how loyal and committed they are. No, it is unique to the individual and it must feel awakening, inspiring, something that makes you happy to be alive.

Something that lasts

Physical attraction is very important, but only if it doesn’t make you feel obsessed, needy, and highly overwhelmed with passion; because these, the intensity of them, cloud your judgement and rob you of freedom, and because these, also when highly intense, do not last either.

Real connection, loyalty that lasts, is not like in the highly erotic movies, when they rip each other’s clothes off and become filled with animal lust. If you feel like this, then is not true love that’s going to last, especially when men feel like this. Loyalty is a choice, but the right mindset must be established first; a mindset of peace harmony in the mind–freedom from animal lust.

The right mindset

And there is no 100% safety. You can only understand and control the way you love. But you can look for the right signs in somebody else, in their actions. Look for a mind that is free from attachment, a mind that doesn’t have any obsessions; and, especially, look for a mind that does not worship you, that does not put you on a pedestal like some trophy, but that sees the true value in you.

About falling in love

Let it go, beautiful. The worries. The fears. The insecurities. And all that weighs you down. Nothing is as bad as the overthinking mind makes it out to be. Love the new colors, enjoy the new tastes, and appreciate the excitement your heart feels.

Leave the past behind. After all, who you were and what happened to you is gone. Dear, be kind and fair with yourself; evolve and create yourself, your life, your world now.

Listen to your heart, not to your mind and the anxiety it creates. Be patient and carefully analyze how you feel, what you feel, what you really want and how to get it.

And if you look inside and some pain still lingers there, do not run away from it. Do not judge it. Do not make yourself a victim. Twist that pain, mold that pain, and build steps with it in order to grow and empower yourself.

Sometimes we chain ourselves. Sometimes we live in desperation. Big mistake that slowly withers the soul and kills the will to live. So, rise above this, step out of your mind and see what is out there. Expand your horizons, your chances for happiness.

The heart wants what it wants, just make sure it inspires you and frees you from any anxiety. Darling, life is about loud colors, and extraordinary tastes, and wonderful excitement, and all that which wakes the rebel in you.

Because it’s all about that beautiful rebel, the one who dares love again and again, the one who sees the chains and manipulations out there, the one who changes things instead of letting things change them.

And when you fall in love, make sure you stay there. And when you find someone that inspires you to love yourself, vanish all your fears and insecurities to make room for them. Love the new colors, enjoy the new tastes, and appreciate the excitement your heart feels.

No Right or Wrong

Darling, the way I love is not the way you love, and that is what makes it exciting and new. Just know that without the excitement and the new, you will slowly lose beauty and wither. And keep those hidden and unique dreams alive.

Don’t drown out your fantasies. Don’t drown out your dreams. Gift those feelings your full attention, instead of allowing what is proper, or right, or expected in society to dictate your present, your actions, your future.

No one is a full saint. No one is a full devil. Understand that love, beauty, happiness, and the joy of an exciting and well-lived life is based on balance, not on extremes. Seek whatever, and whomever, inspires balance in you.

There is no right or wrong way. There are only opinions, philosophies, rules, thoughts and beliefs on what is better, on what is good, on what is the best for you. Ignore all of it, as if you were a newborn learning about yourself, about life.

The secret rests on your capacity to bloom, at your own pace, in your own way; because each flower and its fragrance is unique, and so are you. Darling, the way I love is not the way you love, and that is what makes it exciting and new.

Being whole

So what is it??

It is about accepting yourself wholly, especially your darkness. Accept your flaws, your fears, your weaknesses, your unhealthy habits, and all your pretensions. Only by doing this, with honesty, in silent contemplation, you will begin to feel at peace with yourself.

Being at peace with yourself will rid you of anxiety, of jealousy, of self-denial, of feelings of worthlessness and self-victimization. Without the things that hold you back then, and that stop your spiritual growth, you will become stronger and more confident to live a happier life.

What is it then??

Is the passion still there…??

So, a little bit of honesty. Being and remaining in love goes beyond passion and desire. Sometimes people who have been together for years say that the passion is just not there anymore.

But true love is about transmutation really. It’s about transforming the flaws you see, the negativity you feel, the boredom in life, the frustration you feel regarding the other person and the relationship.

What’s the issue here…??

It’s a very intimate and unique process, which is why many people fail at it. When you fail at it, obviously your ego seeks someone to blame. To avoid the hurt, you blame the other person.

But it’s truly a self-awareness issue. The love you feel, or the lack of it. The happiness you feel, or the lack of it. It is all your doing, in your mind, which might be a harsh truth to you.

So, what to do…??

But to feel loved, to love somebody else, and to feel happiness; it is all a choice you can make daily if you keep the attention on you, regardless of the events and people around you. So, love is not the issue in your life, or in the world.

The capacity for self-awareness in the individual indeed is the issue. So, don’t try to fall in love or to find happiness; but, instead, seek to pay attention to yourself in an intimate way. Seek, and enhance, your self-awareness.

Just a choice…

To me, love is not something in particular, or something that you need to chase related to money, relationships, social status, religion, or anything else like it. Love is a state of mind, a constant view in life, a daily choice you make without any influence from the outside world.

TO LOVE…

How do you love somebody..??

You don’t chain yourself to a dream.

You don’t chase the water’s reflection.

You don’t hold back the thrills of your heart.

So how do you love somebody…??

Like a bright candle lit out at night.

Like a happy kid who plays and plays.

Like colorful flowers beautifying the fields.

Because to love is first to live your life fully.

Because embracing life is the essence of love.

I love you because I live daily to discover life.

I love you because I find daily the beauty in life.

True freedom

What is true freedom…??

Keeping the peace in your mind is the most important thing you can do in your life. A calm mind brings trust, insight, confidence, self-control, great creativity, the capacity for great joy, and it helps you stay grounded and see new possibilities.

Facing life can be daunting, it can make you insecure, it can bring you overwhelming overthinking. And freedom is not really in more money, a great relationship, a religion, or anything else. Freedom is the capacity to create your own joy, in your own mind, without any influence from the exterior.

This sounds easy to comprehend, and it is. Not so easy to apply in your own mind, every day, without excuses. Still, if you really think about it, it is crucial to feel love, happiness, and reach success in life. A peaceful mind leads you to make less mistakes, and it leads you to accept yourself, others, life, and all experience as it is. That is true freedom.

Being in Love

So, why not ‘Being in Love’ instead of ‘Falling in Love’?? Falling in love there is a chance you may also fall out. Whatever you fear, makes you feel shy, or anxious in any way, has also the capacity to strengthen you, make you feel accomplished and joyful. It’s all in your mental approach.

Denial of the fear, trying to escape how you feel, distracting yourself while ignoring the signs. All this closes your mind, makes you stubborn, does not help you feel better, and so love becomes a distant thing you chase.

So, what do you do?? You become your own detective. You stay with yourself, observe yourself, what thoughts you have and how they come and go. You become aware of the self-pity you carry, the fear, the excitement, and all the anxiety (good or bad).

You don’t do anything about it. Just be present in the details. Soon, just by observing, you’ll find out how silly and ridiculous all your doubts and fears were. You’ll figure out that you have created this pessimistic world in your mind.

And when you become aware then, your mind expands; and you love more, and feel more capable, and see your true value. And now you are finally becoming awake for the 1st time. And, as you know yourself like this, you start understanding people, the world, and why things happen the way they happen.
