The one with all.

“You must lay aside your greed; have no unworthy motive in your desire to become rich and powerful.  It is legitimate and right to desire riches, if you want them for the sake of your soul, but not if you desire them for the lists of the flesh.”  ~ Wallace D. Wattles; American author and New Thought writer.

When choosing your greatest desire make sure it assimilates the nobility and incredible power of life inside you; that rigorous selection, and only that, may give you the strength and burning passion you need to reach success without fearing the obstacles and falling prey of the distractions in the path ahead.  This is absolutely paramount for us to understand when we initiate the process of choosing the right and most important desire, because if we have in mind that life itself is success and also the greatest desire of existential growth, then we will choose that very desire which is brilliance in the path to our goals but also challenging to our minds’ development as life itself, the greatest teacher, is to each of us.
See, the problem with most people’s desires is that they have only superficial and known glamour which do not go beyond simple imagination, and hence have no uniqueness and warrior spirit in themselves.  People watches TV and want to be the successful businessman or famed actor, people reads popular magazines and want that car or that amount of cash, people praises leaders in the economy and politics of our society and they feel they can follow them and learn to lead like them, people see great houses and cars and boats and wishes to possess that same luxury, people hear of great science and/or spiritual educators and they follow them and read their books religiously to gain their wisdom and reach their level of mastery.

But, you tell me, where is the uniqueness and the creativity of a powerful and inspiring desire in that..??  Where is the incredibly magnificent design of life’s ultimate desire in that…??
No, it is not to be.  That is shallow and mediocre, dull-witted and crude, the spawn of a lazy and selfish mind which only sees itself and its ego possessing riches and knowledge without a unique, inner identity to advocate mankind’s higher growth and purpose.
And mankind’s higher growth and purpose is not what the asleep and unperceptive society dictates, and it is definitely not the soulless consumerism you watch on TV, read in magazines, or hear on the radio; however, I do understand the tremendous mind control and emotional hold these “fashionable” media sources wield upon the weak minds of the pitiable masses, but I also see beyond the misleading façade of these thieves of all reason and healthy encouragement, and I experience in myself the incredible greatness and potentiality of all mankind well past what the misleading physical senses tell me every day.

business-success
Remember this higher law of the universe, that the true and higher living is indeed life, and this life is success; on the opposite, the law of the lower ego in man deceives thus, that the lazy and selfish living is life, and this life is success.  Now, meditate on them, choose between the two, and do what truly elevates your spirit and makes you into a better man for the sake of all mankind.
You see, growing a true and spiritually elevating desire to better yourself, your life, and your loved ones, is the key to motivate yourself and surround your heart with a burning passion so great which cannot be extinguished by nothing at all.  Now, this is especially true for the acquisition of material riches, because in the faithful pursuit of these your heart has to be in it with a burning passion which surpasses all fear and indecisiveness within your dual mind.
The deepest desire of growing economically has to be built upon the greatest and most noble foundation humankind may yet reach from within itself, which is in fact spiritual foundation due to the origin of divinity and perfect life the mortal body and dual thought lack; consequently, the noble and honest desire for riches and economic abundance in your life must be originated and sustained by the spiritual motivation/fuel of reaching your higher self, and thus not based on the competitor ego which deceives the human mind into believing that wealth has to be attained by means of aggressive and selfish nature.
Life in its true essence beyond this physical realm is an active DESIRE of dynamic evolution, a self-motivated engine moving ever forward, energies of creativity and conscious awareness of themselves as all corporeal existence is brought into being, then the most beautiful and perfect dance throughout itself and designer of all space and time; for this reason, the desire in man to obtain riches and a prosperous life is something natural and good if the mind in question is under the right impressions and guided by wisdom.  The natural desire born in man to have wealth is not something to feel ashamed of, run away from, or even loathe, as many religions and “spiritual” people seem to believe and self-righteously condemn in other men.
Isn’t it pathetic and hypocritical that many religions of the world express great disapproval, and even hellish denouncement, of the pursuit of wealth while the same institutions take billions of dollars from their blind followers to build hugely massive and pompously luxurious places to worship their blasphemous nonsense and feed those obtuse egos they have…??  They make billions each year and pay no taxes, gloat and teach about the virtuous pursuit of a common life with no riches whatsoever, and all this while millions of people around the world suffer extreme poverty and starvation under conditions which are gravely inhumane and that of the lowest creature existing under God’s shining Sun.
Human beings are meant to obtain growth, not only spiritually but economically as well, because that is what the essence of life itself is, unlimited and powerful growth.  That one man occupies his whole time and effort in achieving material riches is absolutely weak and wrong.  That one man occupies his whole time and effort in reaching spiritual growth is narrow-minded and obtuse.  The two pursuits shall go together in order to be and feel whole, the spiritual and physical beings we are.  We are dual beings and as long as we have a body and a flawed mind we shall be that, no matter the enlightenment or the status in society.

We need to embrace what we are and what we need in this life.  No wise man can lead a full life either only spiritually or only materially.  The wise sage finds the balance in the pursuit of both.
Economic growth must be seen as something noble and good because it adds to a better life, a freedom’s advocate; but the spirit and mind have to grow with it, lest we become monsters which remain enslaved to our own physical senses and commanding ego.  The same goes for spiritual growth.  They both need to find balance in order for the mind of man to reach spiritual, and also human, freedom and bliss.

Creator of worlds.

“The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls.”  ~ Pablo Picasso; Spanish painter, sculptor, ceramicist, printmaker, stage designer, poet and playwright.

Daily stress, as we all know and science proves, is a sure sign of the mind and body decaying, even though we might not notice it at first, and it shall become our very path to an early grave if we let it.  The bloodstream gets slushy or thick, exhaustion sets in, energy becomes drained easily and rapidly, sleep at night gets difficult, our immune system has problems, the mind gets foggy and overwhelmed and we cannot see a solution to our problems, etc. etc.; hence, we now feel depressed, moody, and our perception of ourselves, of others, and of life itself changes for the worse.

We fall on all sorts of vices because there is no clarity of mind and spirited emotion to sustain the energy which runs through us daily, so we are now polluted and living in darkness, perhaps without even noticing it, until is too late because we find ourselves at the nearest hospital under a serious condition.

That is why embracing your energies of creativity, which is who you really are (because you are not your limited intellect but unlimited imagination to create), is so important, and really the most important activity one should embody; consequently, shaping and directing those energies will get rid of all stress and give you that fresh mind to think clearly and see solutions and even find great ideas for your business and personal life.

I personally base my life on my creativity and the power of these energies living and flowing through me, and dwelling within my very cellular make-up, within my very consciousness; and, furthermore, I do this not only because I feel the desire to express these energies of imagination, but also because this activity of pure expression clears my mind and emotional body from all clutter.  I wanted to share a few forms of expression which help me see and understand myself and the world around me with clarity:

Besides that, I enjoy exercising and writing whatever can wake my emotions into a deeper understanding of myself and of life.

Any form of artistic expression which involves your emotional content in a personal way will bring you great peace of mind and strength that you never knew you had before; and I attest to this because it is my direct communication with my subconscious, which is where the great energies of creativity come from.  Imagination and creativity is the process of creating value within yourself, distanced from your intellect and ego, and then bringing that value out into the world to create connections, as in ideas, partnerships, entrepreneurial and private undertakings, and, of course, the constant experience of freedom and real bliss within yourself.

And the great thing about expressing yourself through artistic forms is that you are not limited, but with knowledge from school or books only you are indeed limited; therefore, by creating any form of art on a daily basis, it does not matter if you are good at it or not, you are soaring beyond all limitations imposed by society and its rules.

By creating something, anything, you are not just another person following the trends set for you and the masses, but you are unique, truly unique, and highly expressive; and this will transform your life in many ways, for the art is not just a drawing, or a writing, or a painting, or a food dish, but it is the very process of recharging your whole body to grow in E.Q. (Emotional Quotient or Intelligence), which is the power you need to reach success in all aspects of your life.

Winning quality.

“Keep your dreams alive.  Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication.  Remember all things are possible for those who believe.”  ~ Gail Devers; American track and field athlete, Olympic champion, World champion.

Living a whole and constantly fruitful life is running the business of life, just like running your job at the office or at the production line or along the road delivering pizzas; however, the business of life requires much more focus and attention, because the business of life should be based (and most of the time people forget this) on our inner worth and not on the worth of what we do or in the worth of the company we work for.  Quite often, we set ourselves adrift and follow the popular trends, follow the constant pace of the hubbub, and there is a loss of focus upon what is really important, we get thus sidetracked by the popular news or by the new gossip or by the pressures of this or that.  Our minds get overwhelmed and altered constantly, distancing themselves greatly from all focus and determination, just like a ship with no engine and no particular destination.

We then become blinded by mental stress and the narrow reality we create for ourselves; so, we tend to disrupt our peace and forget about our inner worth, going through life not seeing the good but the bad–i.e. not being aware of opportunities for real growth, such which can relate and connect us to natural life itself as it is really intended and not as we may be led by stress to see it.

And life itself has a rhythm, unlike the office which is ran by rules and man-made concepts of what success is, and this life is then harmonious and perfect, not random or ruled by “luck,” it always has an enlightening purpose and bright horizon to offer to the awakened ones who are able to recognize the hidden lessons in it (even the tragedies we live have something hidden which we can use to elevate our minds into better futures).  But the challenges can be daunting nonetheless and so we must remain cool-headed amidst tragedy and confusion, while we value ourselves and work hard to overcome all those obstacles that serve the purpose to mold and shape us into better and more developed individuals to seize greater opportunities; hence, this is useful to have in mind in all facets of life, from the stresses of work to the dues we pay in our life.

If you expect to see great opportunities appearing in your path, that great promotion, the bright side of that challenge, the value within your relationship, or that growth within yourself to achieve more in life, there is something you must always rely on, hard work and dedication to your cause; therefore, opportunities for growth and all that you want will appear in your life if you maintain focus on your goals and not get distracted or deviated from your path by stress or challenges, and hard work and dedication towards a set goal will alter your mind in such a way that you will see opportunities that you had not been able to see before.

th

A strong purpose upon a set goal will sharpen your senses and redirect your view with a mighty vision of the future, and noble intention included in that purpose will emotionally strengthen you and add that love you need to stay on your path without getting overwhelmed and deviated by stresses and challenges.  This is vital and extremely powerful energy to build patience and understanding, perseverance and character, which will give you the confidence and deeper insight to see beyond those challenges.

Keep going, even though you may see only tragedy and hurt in your path at the moment, because fear and courage are two sides of the same coin; which is why the fearful can become the fearless literally in the wink of an eye, for it only takes the wisdom to mentally turn around that coin and jump from fearful to fearless, and thus change your conscious awareness of life, of your reality, and of what you should do to reach your goals.  And this is my own experience.

The diamond in the rough (1-min. read)

“By constant self-discipline and self-control you can develop greatness of character.” ~ Grenville Kleiser; instructor in public speaking and motivational speaker and author.

When I was a child I had a very serious foot surgery, or surgery of a serious flat feet condition.  After this surgery, I had extremely painful months without moving, and then I had to learn to walk again going through therapy and whatnot.  From that serious challenge in my life, one which I always remember when I look at the huge warrior scars left on each side of my feet, I learned that the path to self-discipline is patience and unwavering focus on the higher goals one has, which in my case back then was the goal of my utter recovery from that feet condition to thus start walking again in my normal living, to go back to the clear and complete functioning of my legs and feet.  But, most importantly, I learned that self-discipline itself lies in the details of the direction of our thoughts.  I came to the realization that to have self-discipline one needs to give a certain useful direction to thought-energies, because it is all about how to use and guide mental energies.

See, thoughts are powerful energy, but misguided or diamond-in-the-rough energy, that needs to be given a constructive purpose and a path to create or reach a condition desired—i.e. great inner wisdom, solid self-confidence, constant fearlessness, attractive qualities, wealth of character, etc. etc.; it all may be reached through the molding and shaping of this almighty energy we call ‘self-discipline.’

self-dicipline1

Furthermore, this mentioned entity itself is indeed a condition living and flowing freely within our immense consciousness, or conscious awareness of yourself and of the world around you.  This is why many people seem not to have self-discipline or even embrace their Higher Selves through self-discipline, because, as mentioned above, it is indeed a living state or condition in our conscious awareness; and this means that as long as we increase our conscious awareness of the exact goals we have, gather the necessary mental data to plan the reaching of those goals, and inquire within ourselves as to the real meaning for us to get what we desire, then we will accomplish and master self-discipline without a doubt, but if we do not do these things nothing will be accomplished due to a weak mind condition and poor vision of what we desire (a sickness which poisons the mental awareness of the masses).

Like this, humanity considers diamonds extremely valuable; however, have you really pondered the origin of diamonds and the similarity they reflect upon the mental energy or energies we are talking about here…??  Let us then mull over the implications together, shall we?:  Millions, or even billions of years ago, tremendous heat and pressure turned pure carbon into colorless diamond crystals one hundred miles or more below the earth’s crust.  Eventually, volcanic activity brought diamonds closer to the earth’s surface.  Volcanic pipes, or Kimberlite pipes, drive diamonds to the surface while cooling them on the way up; and, so, today diamonds are indeed mined in areas which have had volcanic activity in the past, including ocean floors and gravel beds.  Now, as diamonds travel up to the shell of  the earth, they occasionally combine with trace amounts of other minerals even as they take on  a wealthy variety of colors.

Although these stunning, admired gemstones may give the sudden impression of being feeble glass, they are actually the hardest, most natural material on Planet Earth.  This is a very accurate and beautiful example to describe the hidden energies of self-discipline within you.  In the same sense, we can reflect upon it with the equal admiration we may have for these precious gems, if not with more admiration and clear awe, since self-discipline may provide to you enormous wealth beyond your very dreams.  Once, pure carbon was worthless and living in the innermost depths of the earth, more like the raw energies of passion and self-discipline exist together in our consciousness or conscious awareness—i.e. both are beyond our practical use, both are of no value whatsoever to us in that raw state or natural condition.

But as the volcanic activity happens and brings these diamonds in the rough up to the surface, they transform or transmute into something exceedingly valuable and rare; as you can see in the example, this same volcanic activity in us is the sheer will or unrelenting desire to bring these raw energies (diamonds in the rough) up to the surface of our own minds to be converted or  transmuted into powerful self-discipline we can use to better ourselves and our lives.

Moving off the couch

“Respect your efforts, respect yourself.  Self-respect leads to self-discipline.  When you have both firmly under your belt, that’s real power.”  ~ Clint Eastwood; American film actor, director, producer, and composer.

The following is an excerpt from a book I’m writing, titled, “Inner Wealth, Outer Wealth.”

This section is called:  ‘Brain enhancement to wake up the god within.’

Rudiger  Gamm, a very below-average student, especially in the popularly hated mathematics, felt so annoyed and frustrated by his failures in achievement that he started to train his below-average brain in math; years and years of this and he became a  famous “human calculator,” and so, able to perform extremely complex mathematics.  This simple exemplar tells us that to carry this three pound sponge-like tissue structure within us every day, then, should be an almighty source of motivation to all achievement beyond ordinary means, and it should empower us to feel exceptional and able to leap farther than the currents of procreation, food and shelter which the middling ego creates as the single purpose of the human creature.  Rationality and emotional resilience work the same way, as neural connections all of them which can be, through focus and persistence, modified or strengthened, mastered and controlled to do our bidding and not let a lazy and ego-centered human nature tell us how to think and behave.

We can run our actions and design our future exactly, by managing our responses and  our perceptions of our environments.  The great advantage the high-minded individual possesses over the world and over his own Lower Animal is the formation of his own brain (extremely powerful emitter and receiver of electromagnetic signals), which routinely receives and transmits signals but must be physically fit and structured to receive and transmit signals of great power and eminent design; this is to say, that a poor brain structure will receive depressing and mundane signals while emitting the same out into the world around it, but a richly structured brain will receive wonderful, life-affirming insights while emitting the same out into the world.  See, whatever we are doing at any given time, we are physically shaping and modifying our brains or neuronal connections anyway—so why not shape and modify these neuronal connections to make ourselves stronger, more intelligent (in IQ and EQ), more talented, and better in every aspect to create superior futures for ourselves??

This certainly makes the world a better  place by inspiring people which receives our brain signals, and also by creating situations of love and positive progress into the planet.  Even  through  this writing, via this simple blog post, and even though my being on the other side of the country or the planet, I am motivating you and sending you some signals to your brain due to the real information my brain put into these words; however, the message here will or will not get to you and be assimilated by your brain depending on the training to receive higher signals you have given to it, depending on the state of your own brain

13394099_1060046914040841_5876770301205257055_n

In November 1985, a scientific report about the brain plasticity of rats came out and it contained that rats in more enriching environments had more robust brains; specifically, these rats had acquired more glial cells in relation to their neurons.  Now, glial cells, or simply glia, strengthen and nourish the busier neurons, which are the brain cells which communicate with one another forming thus a communal communiqué.  We might even say that glial cells are the official maintenance service for the neuronal community.  While these nerve cells exchange great information, they leave behind unnecessary residue (garbage) which is potassium ions, then these potassium ions gather outside the working neurons; but, however, that unnecessary residue (garbage) soon will become a hazard and hindrance for the neurons’ communiqué, due to the fact that there is no space for the potassium ion’s discharges.  Glial cells then do maintenance or clean up those mentioned potassium ions to permit neurons to fire repetitively, faster, and in a more ordered manner; and, in addition, they as well absorb certain neurotransmitters which also risk the obstruction of the neural communiqué.

This is the difference between being great and ordinary, the difference between, for example, Einstein and you, or da Vinci and you; hence, Einstein’s and da Vinci’s brains, through hard work, self-discipline, and through the creation of their own environments by the management of their perspectives, continually grew more and more glial cells which enriched the working neurons firing signals in their brains.  A higher ratio of glia to neurons than other brains means that the number of glial cells increases due to the high metabolic demand (work) which, in this case, Einstein and da Vinci put upon their neurons.  So, then, what creates more glia or more power surrounding the firing neurons (a richer environment) is personal and affluent experiences, the perspective you give to your environment, and the level of taxation one administers to his brain processes daily.

And since this is the basic tenet or core-analysis of all progress in the world and understanding of our past, present and future, as in the individual molding of our thoughts and the absolute devise of our desired destinies, being always self-aware and aware of our environment can enormously enrich our own perceptions of reality and of our own unique life experiences.  Think about this:  Who makes the world a better place through great innovations, technologies, art forms, philosophy, expressions galore, to thus keep it going forward for the generations to come …??  Is it ordinary people with ordinary brain processes which remain lazy and wallowing in self-induced fear of failure to excel and be more, or extraordinary people like Plato, Aristotle, da Vinci, Michelangelo, Mozart, Einstein, Hitchcock, Spielberg, Le Corbusier, even the businessman selling his own crafts on the city’s park, among others with chosen higher brain processes, which strive to be the best they can be and face the challenges presented in the path to incredible success…??

Wise leadership (Yin and Yang principles)

“An army of a thousand is easy to find but, aah, yes, how difficult to find a general.”  ~ Chinese Proverb.

I am currently working on a self-help book, titled – “Inner Wealth, Outer Wealth,” and it felt appropriate to share with you a small passage from a chapter I titled – ‘Wise leadership: The godly powers to build.’

I was contemplating within myself this morning and it came to me just how we sometimes tend to forget about the forces of nature working within ourselves when it comes to opening the path for others to thrive, and even for our own selves to thrive, in the business of life.  See,  when it comes to all business, of course, most people focuses on the outward aspects of leadership and strength to lead–i.e.  always planning and directing people in the crux of professional pursuits, whether in your own business or in the business of others.  But there is also a mighty power which is highly motivational and successful if harnessed by the great and wise warrior; that is, silence is a great and divine source of strength for the wise leader of any business and of life itself.

Have you ever noticed that experienced and successful motivational speakers pause sometimes to build momentum and let the wisdom their giving to people sink in…??  Have you paid attention to great movies when the hero is about to kill the murderer or save the day, that momentum building suspense or anxiety in the viewer to evoke deeper emotions…??  That is silence which aids in achieving success without effort, and so the wise leader understands how these energies in silence influence the minds and emotions of other fellow men.  Silence, when it is summoned by a true leader, is indeed wisdom emerging from the mental power of the energies of leadership.  Silence this powerful and influential springs only from wisdom, from Infinite or Higher Intelligence, because the energy in silence indeed manifests Cosmic Creation itself.

Hence the contrary, talking and talking, stressing yourself and others nonstop, rushing yourself loudly and others, is the realm of the waking mind, the mind which never stops its monkeying around, the earthly mind, always having something to add like a ravenous monkey, always having to prove its intelligence like the vainglorious man, always having complaints and opinions about every little thing; and such narrow-minded and obnoxious process is the enemy of all wise leadership.  Can you learn to work hard and do great things without doing anything…??  Can you manifest your intentions and your beliefs to others without having to always do something…??  Can you achieve without moving a single finger…??  Can you learn to become open and without the need to always be thinking about the stresses and problems of your day and the pressures of your  business…??  Can you lead yourself and others without actually leading as most men do…??  These questions seem complex, perhaps even illogical, for the uninitiated in mental leadership, but they are quite simple to the powerful mind of the experienced mental scientist.

Indeed, a mind this vigorous and grand goes beyond the mind of the normal individual, whether the person is rich or not, educated or not, fair-skinned or not, male or female, young or old; therefore, some may call this mind ‘the mind of the genius businessman.’  And this mind is made, not born.  Once your mind becomes this powerful, you can positively answer these questions; but, until then, you will not even understand them.

leadership3

The great wisdom of Chinese philosophy shows us the way to power and leadership, to the fruitful and successful life in any facet.  Being open and receptive, or having a powerful mind which is open and receptive, among the many disturbances and distractions of the pressures of daily personal and public life is called Yin, the moon, the valley, the concealed aspect, the female force or female principle in nature;  being strong and directive is called Yang, the sun, the mountain, the superficial aspect, the masculine force or masculine principle in nature.  But, even though they seem absolutely different and apart from each other, like heaven and hell, they are in fact two parts of a whole, just like the concepts of  heaven and hell; hence, they are one and the same and need each other, because neither one is whole by itself, and a powerful and successful mind can only be whole.

Now, imagine a valley with beautiful flowers of many colors like violet, red, pink, yellow, and blue, and in its center an open and outstandingly green field with a vast and inviting source of clear water; then, in its reflection, you can see all energy of creation, all power of the creative mind.  Go to the waters and be still, patient, observe silence and beauty, contemplate the freshness and rich texture of the naturally flowing waters, see the great gifts and possibilities in the stream reflecting back to you; and as you do this, your whole body becomes energized by this inner transformation.  And you became transformed just now by the reflection upon the clear waters, as soon as you peered into them, because you  yourself were the reflection, and because you were the waters as well.  This is Infinite Intelligence.  This is Yin, the female principle in nature.  You can go to these waters whenever you want, they will always be there for you, even if you feel depressed or miserable, undeserving or unsuccessful, the source of water will always be clear and rich with reflections.  You need not fear.

The wise man, the wise leader, knows this and visits the waters quite often, in utter silence he observes, no words or opinions of any kind are allowed lest he disturbs the waters and misses the beautiful and transforming reflection.

Now, imagine a boat or ship, sturdy, commanding, of great power and engineering, committed to sailing, discovering new places, conquering storms in the tempests of night, going where no man has ever dared to go before because this ship has big and noble ambitions.  The ship’s engine and sails are mighty as they affront the tempestuous currents of the night, as they cruise with power and a rebellious attitude through all obstacle and naysayer in its path.  This ship is also you, it is your intellect full of desires and ambitions, the one encountering all the storms and dangers.  This is Yang, the masculine principle in nature.   You can guide the strong and commanding ship always forth, you can conquer all misfortunes and stresses in life, you can be invincible if you know how and where to steer the ship; however, you need both, Yin and Yang, to succeed, for you need to be whole first—i.e. if you are broken, if you guide yourself and your life with just one piece, then you must discover the other piece in yourself, that is, if you seek success in all aspects of life.

Only a wise and powerful leader knows this in his heart, and the people he guides and aids knows it as well, because he himself emanates this like sunlight emanates warmth.  See, reader, leadership is about preparation of your mental forces and attitudes first; therefore, if your house is cluttered and filthy, no person will come to you because you will reek of self-pity and lack of ambition.  The attraction to better yourself and to motivate others is not there.

But do your dutiful, inner work, visit the waters of your own consciousness in silence and respect to be energized and transformed, steer the ship in a strong and ambitious manner, do not stress yourself and others, and the rest will come to you as the moth comes to the flame.

leadership
