Anatomy and physiology of life Self-help life truths. Stories to ponder. The free mind of a human god!

Change is the currency of life, the value of life, the essence of life. Without change, there is no evolution, progress, experience. And change is something that just comes to you, not seeking for your approval. So, it is of the very wise to welcome change. You can love it. You can hate it. You can fear it. But it is coming, whether we like it or not, and it brings the new.

If we resist change, then we suffer. If we remain attached to the old views, opinions, beliefs, traditions, lifestyles, then we will suffer and hate the new change. And that is why I say that welcoming change is of the very wise among us. And learning to adapt to change can be difficult, of course. A break up, a loss, a new lifestyle, a new country, a new change in the way we must think. These can be all challenging.

And so, one must reach deep within for bravery, for great energy to accept change, to flow with life, to switch from mental stubbornness to mental freedom to see new value in the new change. For many years I struggled with the loss of my father, and then with my brother’s, especially because we had just arrived to United States from Argentina. It was truly rough. I had to mature fast. Become the man of the house. Find the rhythm of life. Carry my family forward.

But, after much suffering, trial and error, anxiety and fears, I learned that change must align with a new mindset. And when it aligns with a new mindset, then we expand our understanding of this life, our acceptance of ourselves even, and our love for progress. Because true progress is about accepting life as it is, with the challenges, with the good and not so good changes. And this is accepting yourself, because, in all truth, you are your life.

The Great Purpose.

And we all suffer one way or the other.  Challenges.  Times bring change.  Painful memories.  Fear of not being accepted.  Fear of progress.  The hurdles are many.  We go through life and we learn.  Or we go through life and we remain suffering.  See, and some people never adapt, never accept challenges; but they fear the storm, and they only wait for it to pass instead of befriending their own troubles and growing as human beings.

The whole purpose of life, of these challenges, of loss, of neglect and all suffering, is to grow in understanding.  Understanding more and more is learning to live better.  Understanding more and more gives you the capacity to truly love yourself, your life, and another.  How do you see your life…??  Are you learning from it??  Or are you escaping it and fearing challenges??  Ask yourself this and ponder the answers in order to begin understanding.
