Maat, in ancient Egypt, the personification of truth, justice, order, morality, and the cosmic order. The daughter of the sun god Re, she was associated with Thoth, god of wisdom. Maat was also the goddess who personified these concepts, and regulated the stars, seasons, and the actions of mortals and the deities who had brought order from chaos at the moment of creation, thus bringing the union of true love and harmony in the individual.

Woman is a healer, bringer of harmony, she brings out the best in man without degrading herself into a lower being; she must be patient and blossoming in her heart, to thus be the best and also bring out the best to herself and to any relationship she accepts into her life. And man is the protector, must have a clear and harmonious mind to higher thought, and so refrain himself from selfish desires and all sorts of corruption of mind and body. They both, man and woman, help each other and rise in the fruits of love without solely indulging in the superficial affections which tend to bring jealousy, violence, anger, and the rest which separates people and creates an abyss of darkness and disgust in the heart, into any soul sacredness.
This must be the ideal, and for this the mind must be rid of fear–i.e., where there is fear there is room for a corrupted “love.” And the problem is that many women are not accessing their higher calling as nurturers and healers, but they are using their bodies solely to attract men and find a quick path to some false security. While men are stuck in their lowest instincts, trapping women into their false affections, but in time robbing them of their highest calling, deviating them. Both seem to be at each other’s throats like enemies at some point; when it all starts passionately and with great desire to make the union work, like children with their new toy that soon become bored and toss the toy aside to never enjoy it anymore. Why is this…?? Why can’t man and woman really embrace love and become it–true love which never dies…?? Do they know their roles…?? Do they grow together as one….?? Do they work on lifting each other up, or do they compete…??
These are serious questions, because relationship is not love, but relationship is human, society, your design; so, if anybody is to build a relationship which works, if man and woman is to unite in harmony, their whole lives, they must know their roles. Healer and protector, partners who help each other, two human beings which must be one–because lack of affection and all the ugliness may only exist in a relationship if there is competition… Knowing their roles then creates and keeps the atmosphere of love, so the eternal essence may bathe them both through all the challenges they might encounter…
