Push boundaries (video)

“Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one’s potential.” ~ Bruce Lee.

Human beings tend to live their lives by following others, the latest trends, the popular conditions of our lazy societies; however, this often designs obstacles for personal growth and true success, because this processes we follow make the mind dull and the unique talents in each of us neglected.

The ego likes to feel comfortable and it will always try to come up with an excuse to not try something new which may make this same ego uncomfortable.

But in order for us to expand our minds and hearts to new horizons and opportunities, we must then be open-minded and further our own growth; therefore, we must not allow the ego and its comfort zone to resist change and dwell in us constantly, we must rule over this ignorant ego.

There is only one way to develop into greatness in this life, and that is getting out of your comfort zone…

I am an author, philosopher, poet, book reviewer, fine-art painter, health expert, lover of life. Through my creative writing I seek inspiration and to inspire others. I know that all the love and happiness live already inside us, and if we can just silence our minds we might just connect more with our pure hearts. “Limitations live in our minds, but if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless.” ~Jamie Paolinetti; writer and director.
