The Method of The Wise.

“By letting it go it all gets done.  The world is won by those who let it go.  But when you try and try, the world is beyond the winning.”  ~Lao Tzu; ancient mystic, philosopher, and writer.

“Learn to let go”

Happiness or peace, or love, or any emotion of well-being or tranquility within you is pure, untainted, natural; and that means that it is a condition or essence already there, inside you.  You do not have to do anything special to experience that emotion of peace; however, since we have problems at work, or with our families, or any other issues in life, we have an ego, so we tend to design and follow these thoughts of stress which cover the natural peace we already have within us, thoughts of stress which create feelings of anger, jealousy, hatred, exhaustion, and the rest which spread in our bodies poisoning our minds and hearts.

The most difficult thing for most people is to let go of these harmful thoughts and feelings of stress and anger they feel.  But if you can understand deeply beyond your own ego, and remember that you are peace already, whenever you think and feel stress because of things happening in your outer environment, then, you will start to embrace this peace. Of course, this comes through practice, by reminding yourself every time of this whenever you think and feel stress of any kind.

If you do this, your life will become less heavy and stressful, because everything you experience and go through is mind. Your physical senses translate every experience into thought form, so you think and feel whatever thought imposes upon you.

Remember what Buddha said, “What you think, you become.”
You think stress, you become stress.
You think peace, you become peace.

Learn to let go.

I am an author, philosopher, poet, book reviewer, fine-art painter, health expert, lover of life. Through my creative writing I seek inspiration and to inspire others. I know that all the love and happiness live already inside us, and if we can just silence our minds we might just connect more with our pure hearts. “Limitations live in our minds, but if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless.” ~Jamie Paolinetti; writer and director.
