Taking care of ourselves has to be top priority. Think about it?? How can you think clearly if you surround yourself with negative people or negative situations?? Or how can you be healthy of mind and body if you eat lots of junk food and whatever you crave without thinking what it does to you first??
And what about staying really late at night and not getting a good sleep?? If you want to feel positive, strong, confident and ready to ask the best from you, then you must become disciplined in self-care. It must become a set program in your mind, habits of excellence you can follow and enjoy.
Forget what others say. It is not selfish. Taking care of ourselves is the most intelligent thing we can do. Taking care of ourselves gives us direction, structure, motivation, inspiration to pursue our goals, and it makes us attractive.
And it must become a belief in you. A self-belief. The most important opinion, philosophy, habit we create for ourselves. It is what creates leadership in us. And it is the base of all greatness we can achieve from that same leadership.
