You are doing okay…

There is no perfection. Life is a journey of discovery, for any of us. Sometimes we see people who smile and seem to have it all, and this could make us feel like we are failing in our lives, maybe doing something wrong, perhaps even jealous of another. But I’m writing this message to remind you that we all struggle from time to time, and it doesn’t matter who we are, or if we have money, or fame, or knowledge.

We are all here, on this earth, to struggle with something, very personal for us, and then learn from it to become better. No one is exempt from this. So, please, do not belittle yourself. That is the worst thing you can do. Belittling yourself, or your efforts, in any way, is exactly what troubles your mind further. Now, to feel inner value, love, happiness in you, you must not belittle yourself.

Strength to keep going is in the way you treat yourself, in your daily self-talk, in the kindness and acceptance you have with yourself. We are all carrying burdens, struggling with something; and, to me, that is just energy I can use to push forward, to create better things in my life. And I create better things in my life by focusing on me, not on others; and so, using that energy from struggle in me and convert it into strength to keep going through better, more conscious actions.
