Why is the world the way it is…?? How to see past this..?? How to let go of my own negativity…??
The world can be challenging, people dying of hunger, illnesses, great natural disasters, and every immoral choice you can imagine. No one can deny this. You can see this wherever you look.
But it is in us to wake up each morning and find some miracle in our lives. Instead of thinking about the worst that could happen, I think about the positive that will happen. The positive that will happen is not about what will happen per se; but about my own mental attitude, the content of my thoughts, me letting go of anxiety no matter what happens. It is about my mental freedom. If my self-talk steers away from harmony, if the voices in my head start seeking the negative and loudly shout the pain from failure, then it means that I must become more aware of myself and steer my thoughts towards something positive and helpful in my day.
How you feel, and how you experience life, will be a result of your daily self-talk. Do you punish yourself because you “failed” at something?? Are you judgmental in the way you see your moments in life?? What about the voices in your head about your past…?? Are they loud and always bringing up the heartache and tragedies you lived?? Can you let go of this?? Can you not remain attached to the voices that bring anxiety into your life?? Because if you want happiness, you must let go, you must train your mind to seek positivity in the negative, to see the beauty in the ugly. Not saying this is easy, but just saying this is the only way.

I will become the lover of my life, no matter what happens in it, if I remain self-aware, which is to remain focused in my daily self-talk. I will be what I tell myself daily. If I tell myself daily that life is struggle and that nobody gives me a chance, then that is the way I will remain; because this kind of self-talk is not giving me hope and strength to become better than I am now. But if I tell myself that I can get better and that I will keep on looking for better opportunities, then I will get stronger and change my life; because this kind of self-talk gives me hope and it revives my human spirit.
And it is all about keeping that flame alive (the human spirit), that passion for life which resides in you, maybe buried deeply; however, it never disappears completely as long as you are alive, so seek it. This is your challenge in life. This is my challenge in life. We are all here to keep that flame alive. Because life gets better only in this way.
