A prayer in your heart.

It is about the everyday struggle, and about keeping your heart open.

  • Keep a prayer in your heart.  Not a religious prayer.  But a prayer which arises from gratitude, without holding fear or insecurity, and it is something which inspires you during your day.  This prayer is a constant joy in you, not a mechanical process of kneeling and crossing your arms in the morning.  But something alive in you, constant, inspiring, exceptional.

  • We all need that inspiration.  You can act strongly and confidently, but deep inside we all have moments of trouble, of insecurity, of intimidation.  That is why a prayer, a positive mindset, a loving attitude, is a must.  Enjoying the beauty of a flower in the fields is a prayer.  Listening to children play in the neighborhood is a prayer.  Putting kindness and communication into your relationship is a prayer.  Don’t close your heart, but open it.

I write about issues we all live.  Life can be difficult if we don’t have the right inspiration.  Please follow me if you seek this inspiration.  And check out my books below.  Thanks.

I know that all the love and happiness live already inside us, and if we can just silence our minds we might just connect more with our pure hearts.
