Business mind. Self-help life truths. The free mind of a human god!

Your mind’s task is to quickly throw opinions and thoughts at you in order for you to choose and create…

“People do not seem to realize that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.”  ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson; American essayist, lecturer, and poet.

“You have power over your mind, not on outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”  ~ Marcus Aurelius.

When you face a challenge or your mind for any reason gets confused and agitated, ask yourself what can you do to feel calmer and stronger to see things with more clarity and less confusion.

And if you are really asking to your inner self, beyond your agitated ego, then the answer will be clear, it might not come up to you right away, but if you are patient then it will come to you as clear as rain.

Your mind’s task is to quickly throw opinions and thoughts at you in order for you to choose and create behaviors to events, in order for you to create and interact in this world, in order for you to make things happen and build your path.

These judgments or opinions are just tools, they are not you; they serve a purpose, that’s it.  What creates mental suffering and chaos in your life is what you choose, your internal decisions and not what is happening outside.

The whole world is in your mind, because you make reality in your mind, thus you make the world and the experience of it.  Whatever you encounter, whatever you see or battle in your life may not affect you if you have mastered this mental law; for if you choose your thoughts, if you follow and dwell upon the ones which give you peace and clarity, then, your body will be built in self-love from within and you will gain faith and confidence in all you go through, in all you do, thus eliminating fear and confusion.

The world can come down in pieces on you and yet it cannot affect you if your mind is tamed and you keep choosing right.

Choose what leads to mental peace and your body will find the strength to keep going; but, choose what leads to stress and violent thoughts and your body will respond by bringing illness and more stress into your life.
