The free mind of a human god!

Cosmic mind.

Meditation is the flowering of the human spirit through inner attention on what is, it is nature at its purest, it is the place where man, or the form of man, does not exist because consciousness is free from thoughts and all ignorance.

“You should not be carried away by the dictation of the mind, but the mind should be carried by your dictation.”  ~ A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami; spiritual teacher and founder.

“If you want to find God, hang out in the space between your thoughts.”  ~ Alan Cohen; motivational speaker, businessman, inspirational writer, journalist, spiritual educator, radio program host.

The space between the thoughts you have is the real you, because that space is the vast sea or the ether of the mind, and the thoughts popping up are the fish or bubbles in the sea.  The space between thoughts is what serious meditation is all about, because that space hides the free-flowing energy of the universe, of consciousness, where there is no passion or desire, where there is no fear or anxiety, where all is just what is and where the present is found.

Meditators know that the space between thoughts is divine and powerful, is what frees them from all the bondage and mediocrity of human society and all mechanical thinking of the daily life.  These spaces are where all the vital energy of the human being feeding your body cells and all your thoughts is located, and this is the free flow of Infinite Intelligence directly.

Human expression is fueled by these sea waters holding emerging thoughts, and so, whomever gets in direct communion with these sea waters or conscious ether between thoughts, experiences a rebirth which allows him or her to elevate his mind beyond the material and the ordinary.

This is understood only by experience and not merely by reading it.

“You have to find out what meditation is.  It is a most extraordinary thing to know what meditation is–not how to meditate, not the system, not the practice, but the content of meditation.  To be in the meditative mood and to go into that meditation requires a very generous mind, a mind that has no border, a mind that is not caught in the process of time.  A mind that has not committed itself to anything, to any activity, to any thought, to any dogma, to any family, to any name–it is only such a mind that can be generous; and it is only such a mind that can begin to understand the depth, the beauty and the extraordinary loveliness of meditation.”  ~ Jiddu Khrisnamurti.

Meditation is the flowering of the human spirit through inner attention on what is, it is nature at its purest, it is the place where man, or the form of man, does not exist because consciousness is free from thoughts and all ignorance.

Meditation gives the serious meditator strong self-discipline which works in all aspects of his life.  Meditation boosts emotional and intellectual intelligence to understand the depth of life.  Meditation gives one the confidence and strength to be unique and a light unto oneself and unto others.
