So what is it??
It is about accepting yourself wholly, especially your darkness. Accept your flaws, your fears, your weaknesses, your unhealthy habits, and all your pretensions. Only by doing this, with honesty, in silent contemplation, you will begin to feel at peace with yourself.
Being at peace with yourself will rid you of anxiety, of jealousy, of self-denial, of feelings of worthlessness and self-victimization. Without the things that hold you back then, and that stop your spiritual growth, you will become stronger and more confident to live a happier life.
