Acquiring freedom
The feeling of true love and happiness equals freedom. Freedom to think for yourself without influences or bias. Freedom to be yourself without being ashamed or self-conscious in front of others. Freedom to do whatever is healthy and moral without following what others say and do.
Freedom to walk your own path without feeling lonely or odd because you do not choose to walk in the path of others. These are just a few examples of what freedom truly is. Most people in the world do not have it, because true freedom requires courage and a strong personality. Only a very selected few among us actually have freedom.
Losing freedom
These are some examples of why groups, always without your awareness and inducing the illusion of ‘group identity’ in you, rob you of intelligence and moral values:
1- You must assimilate the group’s beliefs and moral values to belong to it, even if you tell yourself that you don’t have to. The programming happens subconsciously.
2- You must be “A Team Player”, which means accepting and following the ventures and commands the group has for you, even if it lacks rationality and intelligence, even if it’s biased and divisive with others outside the group.
3- As you belong to the group, your mind starts shifting from your individual identity to a ‘group identity’. And soon you start creating the way you are, your goals, your values, your way of thinking and feeling, and the truth based on the group.
4- Your attachment to the group’s mentality creates the illusion that you are whole only with the group. In this illusion, you become attached, fascinated, addicted to what the group offers you. Soon, your subconscious creates the program where you believe you are nothing without the group.
