All dreams…

Your subconscious keeps all this information because this mind is…

What are dreams…??  Strictly speaking, dreams are images and imagery, thoughts, sounds and voices, and subjective sensations experienced when we sleep.  This can include people you know, or people you have never met, or places where you have been, or places you have never even seen.  Your subconscious keeps all this information because this mind is unlimited; and that is the mind that also links you to the Divine, to messages, to symbols, to synchronicity, to deja vu moments, to all emotional intelligence relationship.

I am writing this because I have talked to a few people and they seem to linger and attach themselves to nightmares and such, so they become anxious and follow this confusion which takes them to despair and all this misery.  But the reality is that all dreams bring something for us, whether you find it of value to you or not they try to tell you something; however, one must remember always that dreams are just subconscious thoughts, and thoughts are not meant to rule your life.  Thought/your mind is a tool, just a tool–a very important tool, but a tool nonetheless.

Dreams are stories and images that our minds create while we sleep, and they can be entertaining, fun, romantic, disturbing, frightening, and sometimes bizarre.  But dreams are just the voices we do not hear during the day because of our conscious monkey mind, they are a guidance and also a form of freedom from our ego.  Science tells us that dreams at night, that is sleep helps the brain recover from the day’s depletion of energy; and I think that means a few hours at night to recover from our own ego/from our own loud monkey brain talking all day–so freedom from our humanity.

If you allow dreams to rule you then you are allowing your mind to bring difficulty to your waking hours.  The more allowing you are in life, the less complicated life is.
